TCP is a plant-specific transcription factor that plays crucial roles in plant growth and development. In this study, bioinformatics methods were used to identify the complete genome of tartary buckwheat TCP family, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(qRT-PCR)analysis was conducted to investigate the expression characteristics of TCP gene under drought and salt stresses. The results were as follows:(1)A total of 28 TCP family members were identified in the tartary buckwheat genome, unevenly distributed across its eight chromosomes. (2)Most tartary buckwheat TCP genes contained 1-5 exons. (3)Phylogenetic analysis classified the tartary buckwheat TCP family into five clades, with intraspecific TCP proteins mainly clustering together. (4)Collinearity analysis indicated that there were five tartary buckwheat TCP genes originated from genome-wide replication events. (5)Cis-element analysis revealed that the promoter regions of tartary buckwheat TCP genes predominantly contained two types of cis-response elements as stress response elements and hormone response elements. (6)Transcriptomic data analysis demonstrated that all tartary buckwheat TCP genes were expressed in the examined tissues. (7)qRT-PCR results indicated that the expression levels of FtTCP3, FtTCP6, FtTCP12, and FtTCP13 changed under drought stress and salt stress conditions, with FtTCP3 peaking at 6 h of drought and salt treatments, suggesting that it plays a positive regulatory role in tartary buckwheat's response to drought stress and salt stress. This study provides new insights into the evolution and function of the TCP gene family, and provides a reference for the functional exploration and utilization of the tartary buckwheat TCP gene family. Cytokines are small molecular proteins released by activated immune cells or non-immune cells. Cytokines can play a wide range of biological roles in immune regulation and the incidence and progression of immune diseases by selectively binding with specific signals and activating the downstream immune signal transduction pathway. Encouraging efficacy has been achieved in the application of antibody-based cytokines or cytokine receptor monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of related immune diseases. Nevertheless, the high cost of administration based on monoclonal antibodies makes it unaffordable for patients. Aptamers, also known as chemical antibodies, are oligonucleotide fragments synthesized in vitro and obtained by artificial screening, which can specifically bind to multiple target molecules with high affinity. Compared with antibodies, aptamers have the advantages of low cost, low immunogenicity and convenient modification. Hence, the potential application prospect of functionalized aptamers in targeted therapy of immune diseases has attracted more and more attention from researchers. In this article, chemical modification of specific aptamers related to 8 types of cytokine aptamers (IL-10, IL-6, IL-17, TNF-α, TGF-β, IFN-y, MCP-1 and IP-10) which play critical roles in immune regulation was reviewed, the research progress in their application in the treatment for immune and immune-related diseases was summarized, and the potential application of aptamer drugs in precise targeted therapy for specific immune diseases was briefly predicted. A degradable superabsorbent polymer of corn stover cellulose graft polyacrylic acid (CSC-g・ PAA) by solution polymerization using com stover cellulose(CSC) and acrylic acid(AA) as raw materials. The structure and morphology of CSC-g-PAA were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)・ The water holding, water retention and degradability of CSC-g-PAA in soil were studied・ The results showed that the water absorption rate of CSC-g-PAA in deionized water could reach 702・ 89 g/g, and that of CSC・g・PAA after five cycles was about 47. 27% of the irdtial water absorption rate; the water holding rate of soil containing CSC-g-PAA content of 3% was 70. 51%, and after 36 d, the water retention rate was 15. 50%; the degradation rate of CSC-g-PAA was 24. 14% after 50 d・ The maximum loading rate of urea by liquid impregnation method is 81.76% ・ CSC-g-PAA Loaded with urea has slow-release effect on the release of urea in deionized water, and its slow-release performance accords w让h Mt/M = Kf model・ Obviously, CSC■幻 PAA can integrate the functions of water absorption, water retention, nutrient loading and slow release, which has great potential of saving water, reducing fertilizer application and increasing efficiency in agricultural productio n. Most modern chicken breeds aim at rapid growth and weight gain, which increases the burden of skeletal system of chicks, resulting in abnormal skeletal development and increased incidence of bone diseases in adult chickens. The growth, development and metabolic balance of chicken bone mainly include intramembranous ossification, endochondral ossification, bone reconstruction and bone plastic construction, which can be affected by many factors such as genetics, nutrition, intestinal microorganisms and feeding environment management. The article reviews the regulatory mechanisms of various factors affecting bone development and metabolism in chickens, in order to provide new ideas for the study of bone development, bone metabolism and genetic breeding of chickens. - Abstract
The crime of trafficking crime has a long period and high social harm, which can easily cause life-long memory trauma to the victims, which has aroused the attention of all walks of life. As a vulnerable group, minors are vulnerable to the crime of trafficking crime. Earlier related studies were mainly concentrated in the fields of law and sociology. The research on the analysis of minor trafficking crimes from a geographical perspective started late, and there was a lack of research on Yunnan Province, a high-incidence area of minor trafficking crimes. Therefore, based on the data of the public welfare platform "Baby Coming Home" website, this paper uses mathematical statistics, spatial analysis, and other methods to explore the spatiotemporal pattern and influencing factors of minor trafficking crimes in Yunnan Province from the perspective of minor victims. This study found that: 1) The inter-annual change of the crimes of trafficking minor in Yunnan province shows a strong concentration and fluctuation. The rise and fall of the number of crimes is closely related to the household registration reform system, the family planning policy, and the efforts to crack down on the crime of trafficking; In terms of age and gender, most of the trafficked minors came from rural areas, which tended to be younger; in terms of gender, there was a strong preference for younger males and older females. 2) From 1958 to 2019, the number of minor trafficking in Yunnan Province showed an "inverted V-shaped" fluctuation in time, and the high incidence period was from 1994 to 2005. 3) On the urban scale, the crime of trafficking gradually decreasing from the east to the west of Yunnan province. While trafficking was prevalent throughout the province, Qujing, Kunming, and Zhaotong had high incidence rates. On the county scale, it spreads from the Guandu district of Kunming city to the surrounding areas, the diffusion rate in the east is fast and the total number of crimes is high. 4) In terms of influencing factors, natural factors have the least impact on child abduction crimes, and there is no significant change in different time periods. Population factors are affected by regional culture, fertility preferences, and marriage and family systems, and become the dominant factor in the rapid growth period of child trafficking crimes. - Abstract
In order to study the pollution risk of heavy metals in the bottom sediment of Tonghui River in Beijing, 10 sites were selected to investigate the heavy metals in the bottom sediment of Tonghui River and m1alyzd their sources. The contents of Hg, Zn, Cu, Cd, Cr, Ph and Ni all exceed the background values of river sediment in Beijing, and Hg is the most serious. The variation coefficient of heavy metals can reflect the influence of human activities on sediment. Hg, Cd m1d As have larger variation coefficients and arc greatly disturbed by human activities, while Ni and Cr have smaller variation coefficients and are little disturbed by human activities. The soil accumulation index, biotoxicity risk and potcntial ecological risk index of S4, S7 m1d Hg samples in the study reach are larger. Pearson correlation analysis and principal component analysis show that the pollution source of Tonghui River mainly comes from transpm1ation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

50. PSAD 与CGPSAD 联合mpMRI在PSA 灰区时对 前列腺癌及前列腺增生的诊断价值.

- Abstract
To evaluate the diagnostic value of prostate specific antigen density (PSAD) and central glandular prostate specific antigen density (CGPSAD) combined with multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa) and prostate hyperplasia (BPH) in the gray area of prostate specific antigen (PSA) (4.0-10.0μg/L). Methods Data of 634 patients who had received prostate biopsy in our hospital were retrospectively collected. Among them, 121 patients were selected. According to the pathological results of the biopsy, they were divided into PCa group and BPH group. The three diameters of the prostate and the central gland were measured by MRI. We calculated the prostate volume (PV) and the central gland volume (PVc), and then compared age, PSA, PV, PVc, PSAD, CGPSAD, prostate images, and PI-RADS score between PCa and BPH groups. Multifactor logistic regression analysis was performed to study the independent risk factors for PCa. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves of PCa diagnosis were plotted,respectively, and the area under the curve (AUC ) was calculated and compared with the reference. Results There was no significant difference in total prostate specific antigen (tPSA) between the two groups (P>0.05). However, significant differences were observed in age, PV, PVc, PSAD, CGPSAD and PI-RADS score between the two groups (P<0.05). Multifactor logistic regression analysis showed that PI-RADS score was an independent risk factors for PCa (OR =4.156, P<0.001). The AUC value of PSAD, CGPSAD, PI-RADS score, PSAD combined with PI-RADS score and CGPSAD combined with PI-RADS score were 0.744, 0.771, 0.844, 0.884, and 0.903, respectively. The AUC value of CGPSAD combined PI-RADS score was the highest. Conclusion CGPSAD is better than PSAD in diagnosing PCa in the grey area of PSA. Combined with PI-RADS score of mpMRI, it can improve the diagnosis of prostate cancer and guide clinical and prostate biopsy.
