2. 辅助卵母细胞激活对经睾丸显微取精术获取活动精子患者卵胞浆单精子注射治疗结局的影响

目的探讨辅助卵母细胞激活 (AOA) 对经睾丸显微取精术 (micro-TESE) 成功获得活动精子患者行卵母细胞胞质内单精子注射 (ICSI) 治疗的实验室和临床结局影响。方法回顾性分析2018年至2020年间经micro-TESE已获取活动精子的非梗阻性无精子症男性患者167人,配偶经常规超排卵获得成熟卵母细胞行ICSI治疗230个周期,比较分析ICSI后是否经钙霉素行AOA处理的实验室和临床结局差异。结果激活组 (G1) 和未激活组 (G2) 的女方平均年龄 (29.96 ± 4.61vs. 30.59 ± 4.50, P=0.297),平均移植胚胎数 (1.51 ± 0.50 vs. 1.56 ± 0.50, P=0.154),移植囊胚数占比 (24.37% vs. 25.00%, P=0.915),差异均无统计学意义。G1组的总受精率和2PN受精率、首次移植妊娠率高于G2组 (72.77% vs. 67.59%, P=0.005; 64.33% vs. 60.22%, P=0.036; 67.09% vs. 50.00%, P=0.039) 差异有统计学意义。G1组的无可用胚周期发生率 (10.85% vs. 9.90%, P=0.815)、D3可用胚率 (41.29% vs. 40.74%, P=0.817)、种植率 (34.87% vs. 32.05%, P=0.533) 和临床妊娠率 (43.87% vs. 41.00%, P=0.651) 均高于G2组,但差异无统计学意义; G1组的优胚率 (13.44% vs. 15.44%, P=0.265) 和持续妊娠率 (36.13% vs. 40.00%, P=0.533) 却低于G2组,组间差异无统计学意义。结论AOA处理可以提高经micro-TESE获取活动精子患者ICSI治疗的2PN受精率,有增加Day3可用胚胎数的趋势,但未改善胚胎质量和持续发育能力。对于使用活动micro-TESE精子行ICSI之后的AOA处理应仅用在精子形态畸形可疑受精低下的情况。

目的分析卵裂期无可移植胚胎的患者,在第5天新鲜移植Gardner I期,Ⅱ期囊胚的临床结局,探讨最佳的移植策略。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月本中心行IVF治疗,卵裂期无可移植胚胎行囊胚培养并且单囊胚移植的患者,其中 I期囊胚移植组97个周期,Ⅱ期囊胚移植组81个周期,对照组为第3天为2级胚胎的卵裂胚新鲜移植组754个周期(对照组 1),卵裂期无可移植胚胎的第6天冷冻囊胚FET周期144例(对照组 2)。研究组和对照组均为单囊胚/单胚胎移植周期。分析各组的临床结局及新生儿情况,包括活产率,临床妊娠率,早期流产率,继续妊娠率,新生儿出生孕周,体质量,身长。结果与对照组1相比,新鲜周期第5天的Ⅰ期囊胚移植组活产率(7.22% vs. 18.83%),临床妊娠率(11.34% vs. 25.33%)和继续妊娠率(7.22% vs. 19.89%)均显著下降(PP>0.05)。Ⅱ期囊胚移植组与对照组1相比,临床结局以及新生儿情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组2相比,新鲜周期第5天的Ⅰ期囊胚移植组活产率(7.22% vs. 15.97%),临床妊娠率(11.34% vs. 24.31%)和继续妊娠率(7.22% vs. 15.97%)均显著下降(PP>0.05)。Ⅱ期囊胚移植组与对照组2相比,临床结局以及新生儿情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于卵裂期不可移植胚胎行囊胚培养,第5天的I期囊胚继续延长培养后FET移植,Ⅱ期囊胚新鲜移植,可获得较高的临床妊娠率和活产率。

8. 人工智能与专家 Greulich-Pyle 图谱法骨龄评估的一致性比较.

BACKGROUND: Artificial intelligence-assisted bone age assessment has become a research hotspot. Domestic and foreign studies have shown that the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology in the field of medical imaging provides the possibility of more accurate and rapid assessment of bone age. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the consistency between a domestically developed artificial intelligent Greulich-Pyle (GP) bone age assessment system and an expert manually assessed GP (expert GP), and to provide a basis for the feasibility of applying an artificial intelligent GP in clinical practice or in other fields. METHODS: Wrist radiographs were sampled from children and adolescents aged 6-15 years, of whom 672 were male and 650 were female. Bone age assessment of the same wrist radiograph was performed using the artificial intelligent GP and the expert GP. The accuracy of the artificial intelligent GP reading results was assessed by the absolute value of the difference. The consistency of the bone age results was assessed by Pearson correlation and Bland-Altamn distribution; and the consistency of the assessment was checked by Kappa test. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The absolute value of the difference (95% confidence interval) of the difference between artificial intelligent GP and expert GP for male and female was 0.39 years (0.37-0.41 years) and 0.32 years (0.29-0.34 years), respectively. The deviation of Bland-Altamn values for male and female was (-0.096±0.482) years and (0.014±0.415) years, respectively. The correlation results between artificial intelligent GP bone age and expert GP bone age for male and female were r=0.991 and r=0.992, respectively (P < 0.000 1). The median difference between all age groups for male and female was within 0.5 years. Kappa test values were greater than 0.4 for both sexes at all ages except for the 9-year age group for male. Overall Kappa values were 0.603 and 0.659 for male and female respectively. To conclude, there is a high degree of consistency between the artificial intelligence and expert evaluation results of GP bone age values in children and adolescents aged 6-15 years. - Abstract
Through molecular dynamics simulation, it is observed that the [001] oriented tetragonal zirconia nanopillars have two linear elastic deformation stress-strain relationships under tensile load. This phenomenon is the result of the phase transition from tetragonal structure to monoclinic structure. In order to further clarify the stress-strain curve, detailed studies including crystal structure analysis and atomic strain calculation were per- formed. The lattice orientation strongly affects the plastic deformation mechanism, that is, the [001] and [111] oriented nanopillars undergo phase transition under tensile load, while the [110] oriented nanopillars lead to brittle fracture. A significant temperature effect was observed. As the temperature increases from 300K to 1500K, the elastic modulus decreased linearly from 573.45GPa to 482. 65GPa. In addition, the phase transition energy barrier is estimated by the light elastic band (NEB) theory, and it is observed that the phase transition energy barrier decreases with increasing temperature. This work will help to deepen the understanding of tetra- gonal to monoclinic phase transition and nano-scale mechanical behavior of zirconia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) is a member of the bromodomain and extraterminal domain family, playing a crucial role in the regulation of gene transcription, cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation. BRD4 has been closely linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurological disorders, and viral infections. Although BRD4 has obtained significant attention in the field of cancer research, limited investigation has been conducted regarding its implications in bone-related diseases, encompassing osteoarthritis, intervertebral disc degeneration, osteoporosis, and bone tumors, among others. Recent research has indicated the involvement of BRD4 in the pathogenesis of bone-related diseases, highlighting its significant role. Therefore, this review summarizes the research results of BRD4 and its inhibitors in bone-related diseases in recent years. By expounding the structure and function of BRD4 and the role of BRD4 and its inhibitors in bone-related diseases, it is suggested that BRD4 may be a potential target for the treatment of bone-related diseases. Nickel, prevalently utilized in sectors such as new energy vehicle batteries and electroplating, has brought the environmental challenges, especially in the context of the national dual carbon strategy. The treatment of nickel (Ni2+)-enriched wastewater generated by these industries is pivotal for environmental conservation. Traditional Ni2+- enriched wastewater treatments, including, ion exchange resins, chemical precipitation, and fluidized bed crystallization granulation technology, often suffer from poor selectivity and the risk of secondary pollution. This study introduces an innovative approach employing a cobalt-based imidazole framework material, ZIF-67, which interacts with Ni2+ to form the nickel-cobalt layered double hydroxides (NiCo-LDH), effectively enhancing Ni2+ removal. The experiment spans material preparation, characterization, and adsorption performance assessment, supplemented by model analysis and mechanistic investigation. This multifaced approach aims not only to elucidate the adsorption mechanism but also to cultivate students' research interest, innovative thinking, and practical skills. Tailored for an 8- hour undergraduate comprehensive chemistry laboratory session, this experiment enables students to grasp fundamental principles and analytical methods for Ni2+ removal from wastewater. It also solidifies their foundational knowledge, demonstrating the practical application of theoretical concepts in industrial settings. In order to solve the problem that the longitudinal vehicle speed is set as a constant value in traditional vehicle research, a robust gain scheduling fault diagnosis algorithm is designed based on an observer. Firstly, by taking the longitudinal vehicle speed as the scheduling variable, while considering actuator fault, model uncertainty and external interference, a mathematical model using linear parameter varying (LPV) is established on the basis of the traditional vehicle model. Then, the state of the actuator fault is reconstructed, and a robust gain scheduling observer with variable weight factor is designed to achieve dual estimation of vehicle state information and actuator fault signals. Finally, joint simulations using MATLAB/Simulink and Carsim are carried out under double lane change and snake maneuvers. The results show that the designed actuator fault diagnosis algorithm can effectively deal with the time‑varying characteristics of vehicle longitudinal speed, and track the vehicle state and fault information timely and accurately under complex working conditions, which breaks through the limitations of traditional vehicle fault diagnosis algorithms. - Abstract
Summary NIMBY conflict governance has always been a hot topic in academic circles. The occurrence of NIMBY conflicts not only comes from the harm of the risk source itself, but also the failure of trust in the local government due to the difficulty of satisfying the demands of the public. The situation of public distrust of the government in the NIMBY problem is in sharp contrast to the generally good environment of government trust in China. Reshaping government trust has become a key issue in the governance of NIMBY conflict. Existing studies on NIMBY have found the relationship between trust and conflict. However, few studies deconstruct the failure of government trust in NIMBY conflicts from the level of public psychology, and lack of discussion on the internal mechanism of trust failure in the interaction between the government and the people. Based on the theory of behavioral public management, this study constructs a framework for analyzing public perception and expectation. The trigger factors (including short-term public perception, long-term public perception and public expectation) of government trust failure in NIMBY conflict are analyzed. Further, this study emphasizes the matching between public perception and expectation to explore the transmission logic of government trust failure from the perspective of dynamic analysis. Finally, this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the regeneration of government trust in NIMBY conflicts. The results show that government trust failure in NIMBY conflict is not only due to the mismatch between public short-term perception and expectation, but also subject to the influence of the mismatch between long-term perception (such as bounded rationality skepticism and post materialistic values) and expectation caused by repeated stimulus of short-term mismatch. Thus government trust falls into a vicious circle of "cognitive solidification of dishonesty cross regional diffusion spillover", and shows a spiral strengthening trend under the impact of new media communication. Accordingly, this study puts forward suggestions to promote the regeneration of government trust including unblocking channels for public communication and participation creating a trust environment for value co-creation, and giving play to the advantages of fusion media as an intermediary. This study contributes to the existing studies on NIMBY in the following two aspects: first, based on the behavioral public management theory, this study considers the public cognition and emotion in the process of the interaction between the government and the people in the NIMBY conflict. This study explores the establishment of a "perception-expectation" framework to explain the failure of government trust in NIMBY conflicts. Moreover, this study analyzes the trigger factors of government trust failure, including short-term public perception such as government decision-making, officials' character and media communication, and long-term public perception such as bounded rationality, skepticism and post materialistic values, and the two levels of public expectations. Secondly. this study examines the conduction logic of government trust failure in NIMBY conflicts from the perspective of dynamic analysis. This study summarizes dynamic interactions among the controlling thinking of NIMBY management, the cognitive solidification of dishonesty the cross regional diffusion spillover and the new media communication. Thus, this study reveals the cyclical reasons for the downward spiral of government trust and make up for the lack of previous studies on the single process of NIMBY conflict. And the aim is to provide theoretical basis for solving the dilemma of NIMBY facility construction in China. The findings of this study have an enlightening effect on resolving the trust crisis of avoidance conflict at the present stage, and provide a warning for avoiding the government trust falling into the "Tacitus trap". The suggestions for the governance of NIMBY conflict are helpful to the transformation of the relationship between the public and the government to "benign interaction". [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Landslides would move slowly during earthquakes, rainfall and excavation at the foot of the slope, and some landslides will be directly destabilized and damaged, but some slow-moving landslides will gradually become stable and in a dormant state. At present, the external manifestations and internal mechanisms of self-healing process are still less studied, especially the self-healing characteristics of erosive slow-speed landslides at the foot of the slope. On June 17, 2020, a debris flow broke out in Meilonggou, Danba County, Sichuan Province, blocking Xiaojinchuan, forming a chain of debris flow-dammed lake-burst flood disaster. The outburst flood eroded the foot of the slope, leading to the resurrection of the ancient landslide in Anianzhai. Through the emergency monitoring data of the Anianangzhai landslide, it found that although the ancient landslide of Anianzhai had large deformation in the initial stage, the deformation gradually stabilized in the later stage, and there was a self-healing phenomenon of strength recovery. Monitoring data show that the two sudden starts of the landslide are closely related to the increasing discharge and toe erosion, and have little to do with earthquakes and rainfall. By the calculation of monitoring data, the deformation rate of the landslide is as high as 118 mm/ h when it just occurs. In the absence of external triggers, our prediction model indicated that the deformation rate of the sliding body was as low as 1 mm/ h around August 21. The deformation process and self-healing characteristics of the Anyangzhai landslide were analyzed, and a self-healing prediction model based on field monitoring data was established. This method is of great significance for scientific evaluation of landslide stability and reduction of landslide control design cost. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
