目的探讨低脂、减能饮食对肝脏、胆囊及胰腺等脏器超声检查的影响。方法2020年1月至2020年9月共30位受试者纳入本研究,使用自身对照的研究方法,先行禁食8 h后空腹超声扫查(胰腺、左肝及胆囊),然后受试者食用低脂、减能饮食(白馒头、白粥),分别于餐后0.5、1、2、3和4 h进行5次相同项目的超声扫查,每位受试者均参与到以上6组时间段中。两位超声医生在盲态下评估进食前后各时段的超声成像质量,并比较胆囊容积百分比。使用重复测量的单因素方法评估各时间段超声成像质量与胆囊容积的变化。结果胰腺与左肝的超声图像成像质量在餐后各组与空腹组的比较中,组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中在最受关注的胆囊超声图像质量中,组间差异均无统计学意义(F=0.7, P=0.6)。对于胆囊容积百分比,组间差异均无统计学意义(F=1.8, P=0.2)。结论与空腹8 h状态下行超声检查比较,受检者行低脂、减能饮食并不影响肝脏、胰腺及胆囊等腹部器官超声检查图像的质量及胆囊容积。

3. 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇产后糖尿病发生的高危因子分析

【目的】探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇产后糖尿病发生的高危因子。【方法】选择2015 年1 月至 2015年12月在北京大学深圳医院规律产检并分娩的单胎妊娠期糖尿病孕妇342例,所有孕妇在孕24~28周均直 接行75 g 葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)。根据空腹、1 h和2 h血糖值,将仅有一项血糖指标异常的记为GDM Ⅰ(219 例),二项异常的为GDM Ⅱ(81例)和全部异常的为GDM Ⅲ(42例)。以同期在本院规律产检,血糖值正常并分 娩的968例孕妇设为对照组。所有研究对象均排除家族糖尿病史、产科并发症和其他内科并发症等高危因素。 所有受试对象于分娩后一年,再次行OGTT 试验,分析比较各组孕妇妊娠期各时间点血糖及糖化血红蛋白 (HbA1c)等高危因子与产后糖尿病发生的相关性分析。【结果】复查结果显示,342名GDM孕妇中有27名产后 发生2型糖尿病,发病率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),其中GDM Ⅲ组中发病率为45.23%,发病率 高于其他GDM组(P < 0.05);在发生2型糖尿病的GDM孕妇中,与自身妊娠前和同期未发生2型糖尿病的GDM 孕妇相比,2 h血糖和HbA1c值明显增加,且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,GDMⅢ 组别、2 h血糖和HbA1c值,这三种高危因子均是GDM孕妇发生2型糖尿病的危险因素(P < 0.05)。【结论】OGTT 血糖全部异常的GDM孕妇产后发生2型糖尿病的发病率明显增加。临床上应对这类孕妇的血糖进行动态的监 控,及时发现并纠正2 h血糖和HbA1c值的异常。

11. 城市环境规制对产业结构升级影响的空间效应.

- Abstract
Within the broader context of China's industrial structural transformation, the spillover effects of environmental regulations on urban industrial structure upgrading have gained increasing attention. This study uses panel data from 260 prefecture-level cities in China from 2006 to 2020, applying the entropy weight method and the ratio method to quantitatively analyze the levels of environmental regulation and industrial structure upgrading. The findings are as follows: (1) Temporal Analysis: Both formal and informal environmental regulations exhibit an upward trend, reflecting growing societal concern for environmental protection and strengthened government policies. Although informal environmental regulations have grown rapidly, their scores remain lower than those of formal regulations, suggesting a gap between public environmental awareness and government action. Industrial structure upgrading shows an overall upward trend, with more significant progress after 2012, likely due to the introduction of more stringent environmental protection policies. (2) Spatial Analysis: Formal environmental regulations initially declined before increasing, likely influenced by regional economic development variations and differences in policy enforcement. The overall level of informal environmental regulations has risen, particularly in medium- and low-level cities, reflecting regional disparities in environmental awareness. The spatial evolution of industrial structure upgrading aligns with these temporal trends, showcasing regional policy coordination and the complementarity of industrial structures across regions. (3) Spatial Spillover Effects of Environmental Regulations: Environmental regulations exert significant positive spatial effects on industrial structure upgrading, indicating that regulations in one region positively influence both local and neighboring areas. The presence of spatial spillover effects highlights the crucial role of environmental regulations in promoting industrial structure upgrading. Both the direct and indirect effects of formal and informal environmental regulations are significant, although the positive spatial spillover diminishes with distance, likely due to higher information transmission and collaboration costs. Marginal Contributions to Existing Literature: First, this study addresses a research gap regarding the impact of urban environmental regulations on industrial structure upgrading, offering new theoretical and practical insights for sustainable urban development and industrial optimization. Second, it broadens the research perspective by examining the roles of both formal and informal environmental regulations. Lastly, it challenges traditional linear assumptions by exploring the nonlinear relationship between environmental regulations and industrial structure upgrading using bivariate spatial correlation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that cities enhance the intensity and effectiveness of environmental regulations, support medium- and low-level cities in their development transitions, and promote industrial structure upgrading through increased inter-city cooperation and mutual assistance. 21. 冠状病毒感染动物模型组学数据集成分析.

- Abstract
Objective This study analyzes the omics data resources in human-infecting coronavirus animal models collected from various public databases, focusing on data distribution, dataset quantity, data types, species, strains, and research content. It aims to enhance our understanding of biological characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms of coronaviruses, thereby providing a solid foundation for devising effective therapeutic strategies and preventive measures. Methods Query strategies, including specific virus names, time ranges, and inclusion and exclusion criteria, were defined to retrieve data from major public omics databases such as GEO and ArrayExpress. Secondary filtering was performed based on different field types to obtain a more accurate data list. An omics data text database was established for bibliometric analysis. Co-occurrence networks were constructed for the analysis of the correlation strengths between different research themes, technical methods, and involved species. The cell types, organs, and biological pathways involved in studies were examined to further elucidate the pathogenic interplay between pathogens and hosts. Results About twenty public databases containing coronavirus-related omics data were identified, with a primary focus on novel coronavirus infection. Commonly used species include humans, mice, hamsters, and monkeys, while the commonly used virus strains are WuhanHu-1 and USA-WA1/2020. Lung tissues are primarily used in animal models such as mice, macaques, and ferrets, while airway epithelial cells and Calu-3 cells are predominantly employed in human-related studies. Expression profiling data indicate that gene pathways involved in inflammation, cytokine response, complement pathway, cell damage, proliferation, and differentiation are significantly upregulated after infection. Proteomics studies reveal significant changes in phosphoproteome, ubiquitinome, and total proteome of patient samples at different infection stages. Specific protein categories, including viral receptors and proteases, transcription factors, cytokines, proteins associated with coagulation system, angiogenesis-related proteins, and fibrosis markers, show alterations after coronavirus infection. In addition, metabolomics data suggest that phosphocholine, phosphoethanolamine, arachidonic acid, and oleic acid could serve as potential metabolic markers. Epigenomics research indicates m6A methylation plays a role in SARS-CoV-2 replication, infection, and transmission, affecting host cell-virus interactions. Among these, N, S, and non-structural proteins 2 and 3 exhibit the most significant ubiquitination. Trends in microbiomics research suggest that microbial communities in the gut and wastewater are emerging as new research focuses. Conclusion The data types of coronavirus omics are diverse, with a wide variety of models and cell types used. The selection of species and technical methods for modelling varies based on the characteristics of different viruses. Multi-omics data from animal models of coronavirus infection can reveal key interactions between hosts and pathogens, identifying biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets, and provide valuable information for a deeper understanding of biological characteristics and infection mechanisms of coronaviruses. 目的 探讨水飞蓟宾联合阿昔莫司口服治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的疗效和安全性。方法 将 120例NASH患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例。在调整生活方式的基础上,对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊口服,治 疗组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊+阿昔莫司胶囊口服,连续治疗3个月。治疗前后采集患者空腹静脉血,使用全自动生化分 析仪检测血清肝功能指标天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ谷氨酰氨基转移酶(GGT),血脂 指标总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),尿酸(UA)和空腹血糖,使用罗氏E601仪器检测 胰岛素水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),采用ELISA法检测脂联素(APN)和瘦素(LP),使用肝脏瞬时弹性检 测仪检测肝脏脂肪受控衰减参数(CAP)值,记录治疗过程中发生的不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率为90. 00%, 高于对照组的78. 33%(P<0. 05)。治疗后,两组AST、ALT、GGT、TC、TG、LDL-C、UA、LP、HOMA-IR、CAP较治疗前下 降,APN水平较治疗前升高;且治疗组效果更优(P均<0. 05)。两组不良反应发生率均较低,组间比较差异无统计学 意义(P>0. 05)。结论 水飞蓟宾联合阿昔莫司治疗NASH临床效果良好,能够保肝降酶,改善机体代谢紊乱,且安 全性较高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum annexin A2(ANXA2), annexin A6(ANXA6), annexin A7(ANXA7)and the efficacy of polyethylene glycol doxorubicin liposome(PLD)-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods: 95 breast cancer patients who were underwent PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from November 2019 to December 2022 were selected. The levels of serum ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7 in all breast cancer patients were detected before neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The factors affecting the efficacy of PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. The value of serum ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7 in predicting the efficacy of PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients were ana-lyzed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results: The levels of serum ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7 before neoadjuvant chemotherapy in ineffective group were higher than those in effective group(P<0. 05). TNM stage ⅢA, ER positive, high level of ANX-A2, high level of ANXA6 and high level of ANXA7 were risk factors for the failure of PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer(P<0. 05). The area under the curve of serum ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7 alone in predicting the failure of PLD-related neoad-juvant chemotherapy for breast cancer was 0. 783, 0. 774 and 0. 821, respectively, the area under the curve predicted by the combined de-tection of the three indicators was 0. 923, which was higher than that of each indicator alone. Conclusion: The high levels of ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7, TNM stage ⅢA and ER positive are all risk factors for the failure of PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Combined detection of serum ANXA2, ANXA6 and ANXA7 levels can improve the predictive efficacy of PLD-related neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Waste activated carbon from a water plant is used as the adsorbent of sodium benzoate. Through ash, SEM and BET characterization analysis of the waste activated carbon, the surface of the waste activated carbon became smooth, the iodine value was only 339. 86 mg/g, and the mesoporous proportion was large, indicating that the adsorption site on the surface of the activated carbon was occupied, and its adsorption performance decreased. The fitting results showed that the adsorption of sodium benzoate by waste activated carbon was more consistent with Freundlich isothermal model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model. With the increase of temperature, the removal rate of sodium benzoate decreases, which is consistent with the negative enthalpy change of thermodynamic parameter, and belongs to exothermic reaction. The maximum adsorption capacity of waste activated carbon for sodium benzoate is 1. 108 mg/g, which proves that waste activated carbon can be applied to industrial wastewater, and finds a new way for the final disposal of waste activated carbon in water plants. 目的 训练双流神经网络自动区分颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性。 方法 使用颈动脉内膜剥脱术后经病理证实的115例稳定颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者和110例易损颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者的844段超声造影视频,将其中744段视频作为训练集,训练双流神经网络,得到在训练集上区分效果最佳的神经网络。将剩余的100段视频作为测试集,测试该神经网络自动区分颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的价值。 结果 神经网络在训练集上区分颈动脉斑块稳定性的准确率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、阳性似然比、阴性似然比分别为93%、87%、97%、96%、90%、29和0.13,在测试集上相应的结果分别为80%、70%、90%、88%、75%、7和0.33。受试者工作特征曲线上,训练集和测试集中双流神经网络判断斑块易损性的曲线下面积分别为0.99和0.84,均P<0.001。 结论 利用已知病理结果的超声造影视频,将其输入到双流神经网络进行训练,能得到较好的自动区分颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的模型。 Objective To train two-stream neural network to distinguish the stability of carotid plaques. Methods 844 contrast-enhanced ultrasound videos were used in the experiment. They were from 115 patients with stable carotid plaques and 110 patients with vulnerable carotid plaques verified by pathology after CEA. 744 videos were used as training set to train two-stream network, to find the neural network segment having optimal recognition effect. The left 100 videos were used as test set to distinguish the stability of carotid plaque. Results Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio in training set were 93%, 87%, 97%, 96%, 90%, 29 and 0.13, respectively. The corresponding results in test set were 80%, 70%, 90%, 88%, 75%, 7 and 0.33, respectively. In order to solve the problem of unreasonable offloading decision and resource allocation in the scenario of loV, this paper proposed an improved heuristic task offloading strategy of loV. This strategy used the improved dual-population immune genetic algorithm(IDP-IGA), introduced the adaptive immigration operator while retaining the elite population, and optimized the delay-energy consumption overhead of the system under the premise of satisfying the maximum tolerance delay of the vehi ele and the maximum allocable resources of the roadside unit. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has good convergence, and compared with the traditional algorithm and genetic-particle swarm optimization algorithm, it can significant- ly reduce the delay-energy consumption overhead of the system, and realize the optimal resource allocation scheme in the process of task offloading.
