Näive CD4+T cells play a key role in the initiation and maintenance of immune response. In the effect of cytokines and costimulatory molecules, they differentiate into Th1, Th2, Treg and Th17. Increasing evidences indicated that Th17 and Treg cells produce a significant effect on immune stability, autoimmune disease and cancer. Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is the most common type of prostatitis, accounting for 90%~95%, which is closely correlated with the progression of be‑ nign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer. Benign and malignant diseases of the prostate share much similarity in immune microen‑ vironment. Ferroptosis is a newly-emerged pattern of programmed cell death discovered in recent years, which is defined as iron-dependent programmed necrosis mediated by lipid peroxidation damage. As a conservative procedure, ferroptosis plays a vital role in the development and diseases of multiple organisms including plants and animals. Since ferroptosis was first reported in 2012, growing interests have been diverted to the process of ferroptosis and its role in disease treatment. Ischemia-reperfusion injury is a common pathological process during organ transplantation, and ferroptosis is considered as one of the main patterns inducing ischemia-reperfusion injury. Consequently, the definition, regulatory mechanism and the mechanisms of ferroptosis in ischemia-reperfusion injury after kidney, liver, heart and lung transplantations were reviewed, aiming to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of ischemia)reperfusion injury in organ transplantation. Abstract：With the further development of global value chain（GVC） and global climate governance, the research framework of GVC has become an important tool for carbon emission efficiency research. The Belt and Road Initiative provides an opportunity for the remodeling of GVC. It is worth investigating that the question of whether GVC embedding can become a new way to improve the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industries in countries along the Belt and Road. Based on the theoretical mechanism of the impact of GVC embedding on carbon emission efficiency, this study employed the multi-region input-output model and the non-radial directional distance function（DDF） model respectively to measure the degree of GVC embedding and carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industries in the Belt and Road countries by using the input-output data of WOID database from 2000 to 2014. Then the study empirically examined the effect of GVC embedding on the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industries in 16 countries. The empirical results showed that:（1） GVC embedding improved the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industries in the Belt and Road countries. GVC embedding induced by different sources had different effects on carbon emission efficiency, that is, the improvement of carbon emission efficiency in the Belt and Road countries was mainly attributed to the GVC embedding resulted from clean industries in developed countries and polluting industries in developing countries.（2） The effect of GVC embedding on carbon emission efficiency showed significant industry heterogeneity. Specifically, GVC embedding was more conducive to the improvement of carbon emission efficiency of technology-intensive industries in the Belt and Road countries, while having significant negative effect on the carbon emission efficiency of labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries, which implied that the higher the technical level was, the more carbon emission efficiency could be improved through GVC embedding, while the lower the technical level was, the greater the risk of environmental pollution.（3） GVC embedding improved the carbon emission efficiency of the manufacturing industries in the Belt and Road countries through catch-up effect, innovation effect, and leading effect. Specifically, the catch-up effect was the priority mechanism, indicating that GVC embedding improved the carbon emission efficiency by improving the production capacity of the manufacturing industries in the Belt and Road countries. Leading effect was a sub-optimal mechanism, while innovation effect was a mechanism to be achieved, implying that GVC embedding played a limited role in improving the ability of market competitiveness and independent innovation of the manufacturing industries in the Belt and Road countries. Objective To investigate the individualized pretreatment of kidney transplant recipients with ABO-incompatible (ABOi) recipients of living donor. Methods Ten patients with ABO-incompatible relatives were enrolled in Zhongshan Hospital from Apr.2016 to Apr.2019,including 9 males and 1 female.There were 5 cases A to O,3 cases B to O,1 case AB to A,and 1 case B to A.There were 6 high blood antibody titer (≥ 1:128) recipients and 4 low blood antibody titer (<1:128) recipients.The recipients got individual pretreatment (rituximab plus plasma exchange),and their changes of blood antibody titer and other indicators were detected after transplantation. Results The blood antibody IgM and IgG titers of the 10 recipients reached the target level before transplant surgeries.High titer recipients got 4.33 times of plasma exchange,while low titer recipients got 1.25 times in average.Peripheral blood CD19+ cells were decreased to 0 after rituximab administration.During pretreatment,2 recipients got skin rashes and faded after 2-3 days,1 got heart failure and recovered after treatment,and 1 got diarrhea.The others had no postoperative adverse events.The 10 recipients showed good genernal condition and graft function during follow-up. Conclusions In ABOi kidney transplantation,individualized pretreatment protocols could be developed according to the recipient's condition and result in good prognosis,even in recipients with high antibody titers [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As one of the most core components for diesel emission control and monitoring, the exhaust temperature sensor is widely used for electronic control of diesel engine. In order to satisfy the needs of on-line fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of rear temperature sensors for the two-stage turbocharging system, an engine is used to establish a dynamic model of exhaust gas temperature which reflects the combustion conditions of cylinder, and the air-fuel ratio, engine speed, and altitude are used to calibrate the exhaust gas temperature influencing factors virtually. An on-line exhaust gas temperature observer including first-order lagging links was constructed, and the effectivenesses of observer at steady state and dynamic situation were verified in typical operating conditions. The result shows that the on-line observer can be used for on-line temperature estimation, which has a high calculation accuracy and dynamic response performance with the steady state accuracy of ±3%, the dynamic accuracy of ±8%, and the response time of less than 3 s. A 14-year-old female (social gender) patient was admitted to the hospital due to severe hypertension for 11 days. The patient had primary amenorrhea. The blood pressure was 146/90 mm Hg. The skin color was slightly black. The development of secondary sexual characteristics was poor. The labia majora could be observed in the vulva. However, the labia minora, clitoris, vagina, and hymen were absent. The levels of renin, cortisol, and sex hormone were low, while the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone and gonadotropin were high. The levels of blood potassium and aldosterone were both normal. Radiography indicated retardation of bone age. Ultrasound examination revealed that the ovary and uterus were both absent. The patient had bilateral adrenal hyperplasia and cryptorchid testes located in both inguinal canals. The patient had a 46,XY karyotype. Whole genome sequencing revealed two homozygous mutations, c.985T>C and c.987delC, in exon 6 of the CYP17A1 gene of the patient and heterozygous mutations in the same sites of the parents. The patient was diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia-17α-hydroxylase deficiency. After treatment with hydrocortisone for 2 months, blood pressure returned to normal and the level of adrenocorticotropic hormone was reduced. According to the request of the patient and the parents, hydrocortisone was replaced with estrogen to allow the patient to live as a female. The patient\ also received surgical excision of cryptorchid testes to prevent gonadal malignancy. It is concluded that in the differential diagnosis of pediatric hypertension, sexual development should be considered and the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone and cortisol should be evaluated. Aiming at the double-globoid cam-type ATC manipulator, 3D model was completed;the multi-degree ridge-flexible coupling dynamic model of ATC device was established based on the theoretical basis of mechanical system dynamics. And the input shaft, fork shaft,sleeve and fork of ATC manipulator were flexed through ANSYS and established the rigid-flexible coupling digital prototyping; the dynamic performance of ATC arm up, down and rotary motion was analyzed based on ADMAS. The analysis process simulated the actual working situation of ATC manipulator as much as possible.
