Objective To investigate the polymorphisms of the 19 autosomal short tandem repeat （STR）(D19S433, D21S11, D6S1043， D13S317, D16S539, PentaD, PentaE, D8S1179, D12S391, FGA, D5S818, D18S51, D3S1358, D7S820, CSF1PO, vWA, TPOX, TH01, D2S1338）loci of the Qujing Han population. Methods 601 unrelated individuals of Han population in Qujing area were tested by using Goldeneye TM 20A kit， genetic polymorphisms data was analyzed by Modified- Powerstates，Philip3.695， Mega7.0 software. Results In 601 cases of Qujing Han population，the polymorphisms of 19 STR loci had generally higher gene diversity value, and totally236 alleles were gaine. Nodeviations ofallelic frequencyfromHardy- Weinberg equilibrium expectations were observed for 19 STR genotypes （P>0.05） .The combined discrimination power （CDP) and power of exclusion （CPE) is 0.999 999 999 999 999 999 999 9 and 0.999 999 907. The Qujing Han population data are close to the Shaanxi Han population, and denotes significant differences for the Xinjiang Uyghur population. Conclusions The 19 autosomal loci have higher individual identification and polymorphism information, which can meet the needs ofthe forensic individual identification and parental power. Furthermore， compared to the other populations in China, the 19 autosomal loci have significant values in the racial distinction in this population． [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the practical application of IBS method in the full sibling testing． Methods PowerPlex R 21 System kit was used to amplify the 19 STR loci （D3S1358， D6S1043，D13S317， Penta E，D16S539，D18S51，D2S1338，CSF1PO，Penta D，TH01，vWA，D21S11，D7S820，D5S818， TPOX，D8S1179，D12S391，D19S433，FGA） from the 234 pairs of determined full siblings and 200 unrelated individuals of Han population in Yunnan province，and ABI3130 genetic analyzer automatic detection and Gene Mapper ID v3.2 software were used for STR genotyping．The typing results were calculated on the basis of the IBS method （SF/Z JD0105002-2014） ．Results The rate of full siblings was 82.91% ， and it was higher than 75% in the standard. 17.09% of the samples could not give tendentious opinions. The scores from 13 to 22 had 65 pairs of unrelated individuals， and it accounted for 32.50%.There were 135 pairs of less than 13 points that accounted for 67.50%. Conclusion The application of IBS method in the identification of full siblings in Yunnan has a high value in forensic medicine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
