Objective To explore the treatment outcomes and its influencing factors of patients in intensive care unit(ICU) innovel coronavirus(COVID-19) at the initial stage of epidemic management. Methods December 2022 to February 2023, the clinical data of 267 hospitalized ICU patients in the early stage of COVID-19 management unsealing were collected. According to whether the patients had improved outcome and death outcome, the included patients were divided into the improved outcome group and the death outcome group, and the relevant data of the included patients were analyzed to explore the risk factors of death outcome of ICU patients' death outcome in the early days of unsealing the epidemic management in COVID-19. Results A total of 172 patients were included, of which 62 ICU patients died in the early stage of COVID-19 management unsealing, with an incidence of 23. 2%(62/267). The results of multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that high degree of consciousness disorder, special treatment and old age were the risk factors for death in ICU patients(P <0. 05). Conclusion The risk factors for death of ICU patients in the early stage of epidemic management unsealing are high degree of consciousness disturbance after admission, special treatment, and old age. If large-scale infection of COVID-19 occurs again, clinical medical staff should pay more attention to these patients to reduce the occurrence of death outcome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） during pregnancy and puerperium through a comparative analysis. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 22 patients in pregnancy and 39 patients in puerperium who received ERCP in Digestive Endoscopy Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2007 to August 2022. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of baseline data, diagnosis during ERCP, interventions, laboratory results before and after ERCP, post- ERCP complications, and delivery and fetal outcomes. The independent-samples t test was used for comparison of continuous data between two groups, and the chi-square test or the Fisher’s exact test was used for comparison of categorical data between two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the patients in pregnancy and those in puerperium in all baseline data （all P>0.05） except the rate of CT examination （22.73% vs 58.97%，χ² =7.44，P=0.006）. During the ERCP procedure， compared with the patients in puerperium， the patients in pregnancy had a significantly lower proportion of the patients who underwent biliary stone extraction or endoscopic papillary balloon dilation （χ² =4.007 and 4.315， both P<0.05） and a significantly higher proportion of the patients who did not receive X-ray fluoroscopy （χ² =12.103， P=0.001）. After ERCP, both groups had significant improvements in white blood cell count， total bilirubin， direct bilirubin， alanine aminotransferase, and aspartate aminotransferase （all P<0.05）. The overall incidence rate of post-ERCP complications was 7.04% （5/71） for all patients, with post-ERCP biliary infection as the most common complication （3/71，4.23%）and there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of post-ERCP complications between the two groups （P>0.05）. As for delivery and fetal outcomes, compared with the patients in puerperium, the patients in pregnancy had a significantly higher proportion of patients with early termination of pregnancy （50.00% vs 0，χ² =20.528，P<0.001） and a significantly lower proportion of patients with cesarean section （36.36% vs 76.92%，χ² =4.756，P=0.029）. There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse events such as abnormal fetal development and stillbirth between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion With strict control of ERCP indications and timing， ERCP is effective and relatively safe in both pregnancy and puerperium and has a comparable incidence rate of post-ERCP complications to that in the general population, with relatively good delivery and fetal outcomes. In order to find the best mechanical transplanting density of rice planted after tobacco, by taking Guang 8 you 165 as the material, the effects of d辻ferent mechanical transplanting densities on the growth period, agronomic traits, yield and yield components of rice planted after tobacco were studied by using the single factor random block design. The results showed that the maximum yield was 10 152. 0 kg • hm-2 when the mechanical transplanting density was 30 cmX 14 cm (treatment D), which was significantly higher than that of 30 cmX 21 cm (treatment A), 30 cmX 18 cm (treatment. B) and 30 cmX 12 cm (treatment E). When the mechanical transplanting density was in the range of 158 730 -- 238 050 holes • hm-2, the number of productive ear per unit area increased significantly with the increase of planting density, and the yield also increased correspondingly, while the number of panicles per hole, the number of grains per panicle, the thousand kernel weight and the setting percentage decreased. In order to accurately simulate the external noise of helicopter in over flight, a coupled computational fluid dynamics/computational aeroacoustics（CFD/CAA）model is established. CFD method is used to simulate the aerodynamic force and aerodynamic interference of rotor and tail rotor in aerodynamic calculation. Acoustic infinite element method is used in noise calculation, considering the sound scattering effect of solid boundary and the sound attenuation characteristics in atmospheric propagation. On this basis, taking AC311A helicopter as an example, the calculation and analysis of over flight noise under airworthiness specifications are carried out. Combined with the comparative analysis of flight test results, it is verified that the method established in this paper can be effectively used for the evaluation and analysis of helicopter external noise.
