Objective To investigate the influence of serum vitamin D levels on individuals infected with human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1). Methods A total of 411 treated HIV-1 infected patients undergoing HIV-1 DNA testing at the First Hospital of Changsha from January 2021 to July 2023 were included. Among them. 92 infected individuals with vitamin D deficiency were subjected to supplementary test and divided into study group (42 cases) and control group (50 cases) according to voluntary basis. Analysis included assessment of vitamin D deficiency across different demographic and clinical characteristics of HIV-1 infected individuals, comparison of serum vitamin D levels, T-cell subset levels, and HIV-1 DNA levels between the two groups, and correlation analysis of serum vitamin D levels with T-cell subsets and HIV-1 DNA levels. Results Significant differences in serum vitamin D deficiency rates were observed among HIV-1 infected individuals across different age groups, antiretroviral therapy (ART) durations, CD8+T-cell counts, and CD4/CD8 ratios(P<0.05). Individuals aged 40 years exhibited significantly lower rates of vitamin D deficiency compared to those aged 40 years(P<0.05). Serum vitamin D levels were negatively correlated with CD8+T-cell counts(r=-0.2510,P<0.05), positively correlated with CD4/CD8 ratios (r=0.1726,P<0.05), and showed no significant correlation with CD4+T-cell counts(P>0.05). Serum vitamin D levels were negatively correlated with HIV-1 DNA levels (r=-0.1022,P<0.05) and positively correlated with ART duration(r=0.1274,P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in baseline serum vitamin D levels and T-cell subset levels between the study and control groups (P>0.05). At the 48-week follow-up, the study group showed significantly higher levels of serum vitamin D, CD4+T-cell counts, and CD8 T-cell counts compared to baseline(P<0.05),whereas the control group exhibited only higher serum vitamin D levels compared to baseline (P=0.007). Comparison of CD4+T-cell counts, CD8+T-cell counts, and CD4/CD8 ratios between the two groups at 48 weeks did not show statistically significant differences (P>0.05). At the 48-week follow-up, the study group had significantly higher serum vitamin D and CD8+T-cell counts compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Younger individuals and those in early stages of ART with HIV-1 infection tend to have relatively lower serum vitamin D levels. In order to overcome the difficulties of detecting the Uyghur text in natural scene, this paper improved a single deep neural network to detect Uyghur text in natural scene. The network structure combined the Uyghur feature extraction and the multi-layer features fusion text detection component. What was more, it predicted the position of Uyghur text bounding box and the confidence score of Uyghur text in an end-to-end manner. Uyghur feature extraction component used convolutional neural network to extract multi-scale and multi-level Uyghur features from natural Uyghur images. The multi-layer features fusion text detection compon ent made use of the features extracted by the Uyghur feature extraction component to predict the position of the Uyghur text bounding boxes and the confidence of the Uyghur category. The analysis shows that Uyghur text has more special features than English and Chinese texts. For this feature, it designed a default box with multiple aspect ratios and multiple sizes and adjusted the size of some convolution kernels. Experiments on Uyghur natural scene images show that the imp roved single deep neural network method considers the influence of multi-scale and multi-level image features on the detection accuracy and improves the detection accuracy. The deployment of nonlinear viscous dampers for wind-induced comfortability control of high-rise buildings with random structural parameters is conducted by both traditional optimization scheme (frequency-domain analysis based on stochastic equivalent linearization of the viscously damped structural system) and probability density evolution method (PDEM)-based optimization scheme (time-domain analysis based on the original viscously damped structural system) with target functions relevant to the roof acceleration. It is indicated that in case of the same total damping coefficients, the optimal deployments of nonlinear viscous dampers using the standard deviation and failure probability of the roof acceleration can both mitigate the wind-induced structural acceleration under deterministic wind excitations, which are both more economic and efficient than the uniform deployment of nonlinear viscous dampers. Moreover, the traditional optimization scheme relying upon the minimization of standard deviation of roof acceleration is a deterministic method in essence, and is limited in the promotion of structural reliability; while the PDEM-based optimization scheme relying upon the minimization of failure probability defined by roof acceleration has the advantage of obtaining probability density function, and thereby can improve the comfortability of high-rise buildings under wind actions. Aiming at the problem of the traditional text-based programming was difficult to operate and lack of commonality, the method of graphical programming was studied, the XML technology and the graphical interfaces achieve technology were applying to software. A structure design of graphical programming software for industrial robot was proposed, including the integrated design ideas and concrete implementation method. Through the analysis of the parameters for general industrial robot operation, the corresponding relation between robot manipulations and graphical symbols was established, then the flowchart-style graphics task consisted of symbols and connections was converted to intermediate file which can be explained by interpreter and hardware equipment after series communication. The data structure of symbols and implementation of self-structure editor which could record operation of users were defined, so that graphical task can be easily completed. Furthermore, the correspond realation between node and date structure of logo were defined, the intermediate file with self-structure could save graphical task so the correct file can be explaired by thterpreter was generated in the end.
