Objective To analyze the influencing factors of myopia in children and adolescents, providing references for precise myopia prevention. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was employed to select 1 660 students aged 9 to 18 from six schools in Jiading District, Shanghai, for vision testing and questionnaire surveys from September to October of 2021. The random forest model was utilized to rank the importance of myopia influencing factors, and the sliding window sequential fonvard selection method was applied for dimensionality reduction. The factors with the highest importance scores and the lowest average out-of-bag estimation error rates were included in a multifactorial logistic regression analysis model to estimate the direction and effect values of the influencing factors. Results The myopia rate among the 1 660 children and adolescents was 71.99%. The random forest model indicated that the average out-of-bag estimation error rate was minimized when the number of variables was six. When incorporated into the multifactorial logistic regression analysis model, the results showed that advancing educational stage (junior high: Oi=5.191, 95%CI: 3.738-7209; senior high: OR =6.989, 95%CI: 4.309-11.338), parental myopia (one parent myopic: OR=3.669 95%CI: 2.723-4.943; both parents myopic: OR=5.23l, 95% CI: 3.510-7.795), increased reading and writing duration (

Hypoxia-inducible factor （HIF） are a family of molecules that are critical for regulating cellular adaptation to hypoxia, which can be activated by hypoxia and other stimuli, and then translocated into nucleus, where they modulate the transcription of target genes. Under the pathological conditions, such as inflammation and tumor, tissue microenvironment is often hypoxic. Innate lymphoid cells （ILCs） and T lymphocytes serve as important effector cells in defense against infection and tumor, and their functions are regulated by HIF proteins. In recent years, increasing evidence highlights the importance of HIF1α and HIF2α, two members of the HIF family, in regulating ILCs and T cells, providing new insights into mechanisms and treatment of diseases. Natural killer （NK） cells are important members of innate immune system， playing an important role in anti-viral and anti-tumor responses. Development and differentiation of NK cells go through multiple stages and are regulated by a variety of factors. Conventional NK （cNK） cells， which are widely present in peripheral tissues of adult organisms， mainly develop from bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells （HSCs） through common lymphoid progenitors （CLPs） and NK cell precursors （NKPs）. Transcription factors play a key role in regulating differentiation of hematopoietic precursors into NK cells. In recent years， with discovery and in-depth study of other members of innate lymphoid cells （ILCs） family， it has been revealed that NK cells have a developmental path-way independent of other ILC subsets， development and differentiation stages of NK cells have been more finely defined， and a series of transcription factors regulating development and differentiation of NK cells at various stages have been gradually discovered. This article focuses on definition of NK cell development stages and regulation of transcription factors， which will improve our understanding of development and differentiation of NK cells. 报道1例溶质转运家族2成员2基因（SLC2A2）杂合突变所致严重胰岛素抵抗患者的诊 疗经过。患者为12岁6月龄男童, 以"全身多处皮肤褶皱处渐进性发黑2年"为主诉入院, 测空腹胰岛 素150.10 mU/L, 餐后2 h胰岛素>1 000.00 mU/L, 伴有超重及脂肪肝。应用全外显子基因测序对患者 外周血DNA 进行检测并使用Sanger 测序验证, 发现其SLC2A2 基因9 号外显子区域存在c.1093C> T p. Objective To optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of volatile oil from Wenjing Huoxue cataplasm. Methods On the basis of single factor investigation on the comprehensive score of extraction yield, osthole content and isoimperatorin, the effects of extraction temperature, pressure and time on the comprehensive score of extracted volatile oil were optimized by orthogonal design. Results In the single factor experiment, the factors that had a great influence on the comprehensive score of the extracted volatile oil were extraction temperature, extraction pressure and extraction time. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the extraction temperature and extraction pressure had a significant influence on the comprehensive score of volatile oil. The optimized extraction process was as follows: extraction temperature at 55 ℃, extraction pressure as 30 MPa, and extraction time as 2 h. Objective To investigate the occurrence and distribution of diabetic retinopathy （DR) in patients with diabetes in Jiading District, Shanghai. Methods DR examination was conducted in 13 communities of the jurisdiction for the patients with type 2 diabetes in 2017, and DR follow-up examination was regularly organized from 2018 to 2021, and new patients entered the follow-up cohort every year from 2018 to 2021. Finally, the 4-year cumulative incidence and incidence density of patients with retinopathy were calculated. DR examination included vision examination, computer optometry, fundus film, etc. Results A total of 13 184 diabetic patients participated in DR screening in 2017, and annual follow-up examinations were conducted from 2018 to 2021. A total of 8 758 patients were included in the cumulative incidence statistics. During the 4-year follow-up period，937 patients developed DR lesions, with acumulative incidence of 10.70% and an annual average incidence of 2.68%. The cumulative incidence of male （10.85%) was slightly higher than that of female （10.56%). The cumulative incidence decreased with the increase of age group without statistic difference. The patients enrolled in 2017 who participated in DR screening and did not detect DR lesions were followed up annually from 2018 to 2021, and the newly added patients were followed up from 2018 to 2021. The number of cases finally included in the incidence density statistics was 10 253. After 4 years of follow-up, the incidence density of DR in diabetic patients was 34.20/1 000 person-years. The incidence density was 35.54/1 000 person-years for males and 33.03/ 1000 person-years for females. Cox regression analysis showed that male （HR=1.278，95%CI：1.120- 1.458) diabetic patients were more likely to develop DR, and better naked eye vision （HR=0.373，95%CI： 0.172-0.809) was a protective factor for the development of DR in diabetic patients. Conclusion The incidence of DR in diabetic patients is relatively high in Jiading District, Shanghai. While the response rate of regular follow-up is relatively low. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity, carry out regular DR screening in diabetic patients, and focus on male, poor naked eye vision diabetic patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent years, the incidence of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ECC) has been increasing annually. As a result of frequently invading adjacent structures, such as hepatic artery, hepatic vein, and portal vein, and low radical resection rate, the prognosis is poor. Even if radical resection is completed early, the 5-year survival rate is still less than 30%. At present, whether postoperative adjuvant therapy can improve the prognosis of ECC remains a research hotspot and a controversial point. The accurate survey is of great significance to water resources in terms of efficient utilization,ecological environment protection and resource management. However, most of the current water resource investigation researches were based on high-resolution satellite data,which cannot meet the accuracy requirement for survey of water re-sources in underlying surface of complex plain urban region. Here, an investigation method is proposed for water re-sources quantity,,which is based on UAV ( unmanned aerial vehicle) remote sensing, SWAT model and geographic information technology in this method, the accurate distribution of surface water can be obtained by field investigation,and the total quantity of water resource including groundwater and duplicated amount between surface water and groundwater are estimated by the hydrological model with underlying surface data from the third National Land Survey. Then this method is applied to a plain city of Pizhou, where the river network is complex,to verify its feasibility and accuracy as well as analyze Pizhou's water resource characteristics. The results illustrate that, compared to conventional approaches, the proposed method considers more factors and has less uncertainty, thus can provide a highly reliable methodology for urban water resources investigation. The number of patients with the combination of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is gradually increasing. In recent years, the immunotherapy has become a new effective way to treat unresectable HCC. The clinical research revealed that the NAFLD could affect the efficacy of immunotherapy treating the HCC. But the mechanism is complicated. The major routes are CD8+ PD-1+ T cells increasing in NAFLD cause the deficiency in cell proliferation ability; Zn64 activates the anti-tumor immune response of the CSF1; PCSK9 downregulates the LDLR level to suppress the immune response of the CD8+ T cells in tumor microenvironment; loss of the immune response induces the liver damage. Researches had indicated that the combination of lenvatinib, PKCa inhibitor, PCSK9 protein inhibition, ferroptosis inducer, and HIF2a small molecule inhibitor can improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors for NAFLD-associated hepatocellular carcinoma. Crop model remote sensing and play important roles in agricultural production monitoring, evaluation, and future prediction with their unique advantages. The integration technologies of crop model and remote sensing information have obvious application advantages and broad development prospects in monitoring, evaluation and prediction of large-scale and high-precision agricultural production. In order to promote the wider applications of these technologies in crop yield prediction, impact assessments of agrometeorological disaster, and agricultural decision-making to deal with climate change on a regional scale, the method of literature review were adopted in this paper. The development and application of crop models in Europe, United States, Australia and China were systematically summarized. The principle, characteristics and shortcomings of the current mainstream data integration methods were concluded. The practical applications of integration technologies of crop model and remote sensing information were summarized. The existing problems in improving the accuracy of data integration were discussed, and the future research direction was prospected. The results showed that the research and application of crop model and its integration with remote sensing data were extensive and intensive at home and abroad. The assimilation method could effectively improve the simulation accuracies of crop model, providing technical support for crop growth and yield evaluation on regional scales, impacts of climate change on yield, farmland management decision-making, etc. The uncertainties from crop model simulation results and remote sensing inversion data, diversities of data assimilation strategies, and scale effects were the limiting factors to further improve the accuracy and efficiency of integrated systems. Therefore, multi-source fusion of remote sensing data, multivariable cooperation in assimilation process, multi-type coupling of crop models, and high-performance parallel computing of data were the development trends of integrating crop models and remote sensing research in the future. 报道1例以妊娠期高血糖起病同时合并葡萄糖激酶（GCK）和B淋巴细胞酪氨酸激酶 （BLK）基因变异的青少年的成人起病型糖尿病2型（MODY2）家系。先证者以"妊娠6个月, 围产期血 糖升高"为主诉入院, 通过家系临床资料分析和遗传学检测, 发现同时携带GCK c.793G>A 和 BLK c.274G>C变异, 以及单独携带GCK 变异的成员符合MODY2的主要临床症状特点, 而仅携带BLK 基因变异的成员口服糖耐量试验结果正常, 诊断该家系主要致病原因为GCK 基因变异引起的 MODY2。先证者予以胰岛素强化治疗, 控制饮食, 适当活动, 3个月后足月分娩一男婴, 新生儿血糖筛 查正常。我们结合文献探讨其临床特征、诊治要点, 旨在扩展内分泌医师对相关遗传基因的认识, 提 高诊治MODY的能力。.
