Objective: To analyze the expression of cerebrospinal fluid exosome microRNA-204-3p (miR-204-3p) and serum exosome long-chain non-coding RNA cytokine signal transduction inhibitor 2-antisense transcript 1 (IncRNA SOX21-AS1) in patients with brain glioma and their relationship with postoperative recurrence. Methods: 207 patients with brain glioma were selected as brain glioma group, and 110 patients with craniocerebral injury were selected as craniocerebral injury group. patients were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group according to the postoperative recurrence. The influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with brain glioma were analyzed by univariate analysis, and the risk factors affecting postoperative recurrence were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results: Follow followed up 6 months after operation, 56 patients with brain glioma recurred, with a recurrence rate of 27.05%. Compared with craniocerebral injury group, the expression levels of cerebrospinal fluid exosome miR-204-3p and serum exosome IncRNA SOX21-AS1 in brain glioma group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Tumor diameter≥5 cm, high-grade glioma, incomplete tumor resection, clinical stage III-IV, high expression of miR-204-3p and high expression of IncRNA SOX21-AS1 were all risk factors for postoperative recurrence in patients with brain glioma (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression levels of cere- brospinal fluid exosome miR-204-3p and serum exosome IncRNA SOX21-AS1 in patients with brain glioma are significantly increased, and both are correlated with postoperative recurrence. Objective: To explore the role and clinical significance of mitochondria related reactive oxygen species (ROS) and glutathione (GSH) related genes in stroke based on bioinformatics, and to screen the key genes. Methods: Stroke related targets were obtained by gene expression omnibus (GEO) database, and mitochondria related ROS and GSH were obtained by FerrDb database. R language was used to evaluate the gene set scores and expression differences of mitochondria associated ROS and GSH related genes in stroke, as well as immune infiltration analysis, cluster analysis and post-cluster subgroup related feature differences. Results: The expression of mitochondrial related ROS and GSH gene sets was different between the normal group and the stroke group, and the expression levels of immune cells and inflammatory factors were significantly different between the two groups. Subgroup 1 and subgroup 2 were different in clinical phenotype, gene expression level, proportion of immune cells, level of inflammatory factors and protein enrichment. Conclusion: Mitochondria-related ROS and GSH genes play an important role in the immunity of stroke, and the different expression levels of their key genes may affect different immune pathways and clinical phenotypes. - Abstract
In order to improve the flow and heat transfer performance of cold channels in turbine blades, the effects of the structure, arrangement form and geometric dimensioning of the deflector on the flow resistance and heat transfer performance in the constricted and expanded serpentine channel at the inlet Reynolds number of 2 × 10 4 ~ 8 × 10 4 were investigated by numerical simulation, and the relationship between secondary flow intensity and thermal performance factor was obtained. The results show that with the increase of Reynolds number, the change range of drag coefficient of the channel with deflector is less than 5%. The 180° deflector has the strongest drag reduction ability among all models, and the drag coefficient of the channel with deflector decreases by 50. 2% compared with that without deflector. The deflector structure plays an enhanced role in heat transfer, the 180° deflector has the most significant enhanced heat transfer effect, increasing the heat transfer coefficient by 12. 3%. Different structures of the deflector have a great influence on the thermal performance factor of the channel, and the thermal performance factor of the 180° deflector channel is the strongest, which is 56. 4% higher than that of the channel without deflector. In summary, the study of the structural parameters of the deflector can effectively reduce the flow resistance loss of the cold channel and enhance its heat transfer capacity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

19. 厦门市某精神专科医院儿童青少年患者的抑郁 状况及影响因素分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the depression status and its influencing factors of children and adolescents in a psychiatric hospital in Xiamen, and to provide ideas and methods to improve the mental health status of children and adolescents. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 2 400 children and adolescents who visited Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from July 2019 to September 2023. Children and adolescents were required to complete the screen for child depression related emotional disorders, social anxiety scale for children, the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and symptom checklist 90 at the psychological assessment room of the hospital, Results The detection rate of depression among children and adolescents was 85.33%(2 048/2 400). The proportion of girls with depressive symptoms was higher than that of boys, and the proportion of middle or high school students with depressive symptoms was higher than that of primary school students, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Anxiety symptoms [odds ratio (OR) = 3.597,95% confidence interval [95% (CI) 2.548-5.078], social anxiety symptoms (OR=2.819, 95% CI 1.995-3.982), obsessive symptoms (OR=1.643,95% CI 1.083-2.494), hostility (OR=1.670,95% CI 147-2.431),and issues with eating and sleeping (OR=4.375,95%CI 2.873-6.664) were identified as risk factors for depression among children and adolescents. Conclusion The presence of anxiety symptoms, social anxiety symptoms, obsessive symptoms, hostility, and eating and sleeping issues increases the risk of de- pression among children and adolescents. [Objective] The prediction of the habitat area of the endangered species Eupatorus gracilicornis was made to provide a theoretical basis for its protection. [Method\ Based on geographical distribution records and environmental variable data, 27 effective distribution points and 19 environmental factors were utilized, with the help of ArcGIS simulating the E. gracilicornis adaptive distribution areas in China of RCP2.6 and RCP8.5 under the current and future climate conditions (2050s, 2070s), MaxEnt model was used and the dominant environmental factors affecting the distribution were screened out. [Result] The MaxEnt model was used to repeat 10 operations for 19 environmental factors, and the calculated AUC value was 0.986, indicating that MaxEnt model had high accuracy. Six environmental factors were selected by the knife cutting method in MaxEnt model and analyzed. Finally the top four environmental variables affecting the potential geographical distribution were temperature seasonality (BIO4, 53.7%), precipitation of the warmest quarter (BIO18, 13.5%), annual precipitation (BIO12, 12.2%) and isothermality (BIO3, 11.8%). The top four contributing rates of the dominant environmental variables affecting the potential geographical distribution of E. gracilicornis were temperature seasonality (BIO4, 53.7%), precipitation in the hottest quarter (BIO18, 13.5%), annual precipitation (BIO12, 12.2%), and isothermality (BIO3, 11.8%). Under the current climatic conditions, the high suitable areas of E. gracilicornis were mainly located in the southern part of Yunnan province, the southern part of Xizhang Autonomous Region, and the central part of Taiwan province. Under the 2050 RCP2.6 and 2070 RCP8.5 emission scenarios, the area of the high suitable area increased slightly in parts of Taiwan, Yunnan and Xizhang, but decreased under the other emission scenarios. [Conclusion] Temperature seasonality, precipitation of warmest quarter, annual precipitation, isothermality, min temperature of coldest month, temperature annual range are the main environmental factors affecting the potential distribution of E. gracilicornis in China. The prediction results of the suitable habitat of E. gracilicornis are generally consistent with the actual distribution in China. However, due to habitat loss, fragmentation, degradation and habitat destruction, the actual suitable distribution area of E. gracilicornis will be further reduced and fragmented in the future, and the living environment of the endangered species of E. gracilicornis will not be optimistic. The marine facies Leikoupo formation in the west of Sichuan Province is a broken formation, in the later stage of horizontal drilling, it is frequently unable to exert weight on the drill bit, and borehole wall instability is another problem that haunts the drilling engineers. Analyses of these problems show that the oil-based drilling fluids presently in use have plugging capacity and lubricity that are unable to satisfy the needs of operation. To improve the plugging capacity and lubricity of the oil-based drilling fluids, based on molecular structure design, a nitrogen-containing graphene is developed through a combination of nitrogen doping modification and molten salt method. Using experimental methods, such as thermal stability measurement, dispersibility stability measurement, XRD, IR spectrum and particle size analyzer etc., the thermal stability, dispersibility, structure, functional group and particle sizes of the nitrogen-containing graphene are studied. The nitrogen-containing graphene was tested for its compatibility, plugging capacity, lubricity and high temperature resistance in active oil-based drilling fluids, and its functional mechanisms in oilbased drilling fluids are analyzed. Experimental results show that when the concentration of the nitrogen-containing graphene in an oil-based drilling fluid is 0.5%, the high temperature high pressure filter loss of the drilling fluid can be reduced by 76.2%, and the coefficient of friction reduced by about 50%. The nitrogen-containing graphene works normally at temperatures up to 180 č. In field operation, the use of the nitrogen-containing graphene significantly mitigated downhole problems such as the inability to exert weight on bit, high friction and borehole wall instability etc. The use of nitrogen-containing graphene has provided a new clue and technical support for solving the aforementioned drilling problems. - Abstract
Biogas slurry is known as the effluent from livestock and poultry farms. There is a substantial amount of nutrients and water beneficial for agricultural purposes. The direct application of biogas slurry into farmland is often confined to environmental concerns. It is often lacking the necessary cropland to absorb the waste products in large-scale farms, which generate significant volumes of biogas slurry. Moreover, the biogas slurry can be treated for irrigation. But the high costs associated with the treatment are hindered by the high nitrogen content. Prior to the treatment as wastewater, the recovery of ammonia from the biogas slurry can be expected to represent a viable solution. Among the various technologies available for ammonia recovery, thermal stripping can serve as a cost-effective and low-carbon emission suitable for biogas slurry treatment. Nevertheless, conventional thermal stripping can typically yield ammonia in liquid form via gas stripping or membrane distillation, resulting in low fertilizer products in market value. In this study, an innovative approach was proposed to recover ammonia nitrogen from the biogas slurry in a crystalline form using membrane distillation-crystallization. The temperature of the receiving solution increased to equalize the vapor pressures on both sides of the membrane. A favorable ammonia mass transfer rate was achieved to reduce the rate of water vapor transfer. As a result, the receiving solution was supersaturated to allow for the recovery of ammonium salt crystals by cooling to room temperature. The results revealed that the temperature of the nearly saturated phosphoric acid diammonium solution needed to be raised to 47 °C when the temperature of the biogas slurry on the feed side was 40 °C. Conversely, the temperature of the nearly saturated ammonium sulfate solution had to be elevated to 65 °C, when using sulfuric acid as the absorbent. Moreover, the increasing temperature of the acid solution enhanced the ammonia flux, which rose from 10.7 g/(m² ·h) at 40 °C to 14.9 g/(m² ·h) at 70 °C. Higher ammonia nitrogen concentrations on the feed side significantly boosted the ammonia mass transfer flux. With phosphoric acid diammonium as the absorbent, the ammonia nitrogen recovery in the crystals reached 77.60% after 6 h of testing. However, the recovery ratio increased to 92.20% using sulfuric acid as the absorbent. The higher ammonia recovery ratio was primarily attributed to the lower pH value of sulfuric acid. Furthermore, the ammonia nitrogen recovery in the crystals even reached as high as 116.70%, when the treatment time was extended. The membrane distillation-crystallization can be expected for the ammonia nitrogen recovery from biogas slurry. A valuable reference can also provide for the efficient recovery of ammonia nitrogen from biogas slurry, although it remained a preliminary concept. Additional research should be conducted to examine the correlation between water and ammonia mass transfer, in order to reduce heat conduction. Particularly, it is also required for a better understanding of the crystallization mechanism of nitrogen fertilizer, due mainly to the heterogeneous nucleation properties inherent in the membrane process. - Abstract
As the core of high-voltage direct-current transmission technology, the DC converter valve and its key power device thyristor face a high risk of failure caused by atmospheric neutron when operating in high-altitude areas. The atmospheric neutron failure rate of thyristors used at high altitudes can be quantitatively evaluated by conducting accelerated irradiation tests. The accelerated irradiation experiments of 8.5 kV/5 kA thyristor for DC transmission were carried out at different temperatures by using the China spallation neutron source. The atmospheric neutron-induced single-event burnout (SEB) for thyristor was verified by experiments. It is manifested as a sudden surge in reverse bias leakage current during irradiation, and the device loses its high voltage blocking ability. The failure rates of thyristor caused by atmospheric neutrons were also evaluated based on the accelerated irradiation experimental results. The reverse bias voltages and junction temperatures of thyristor are the key factors affecting the failure rates. The atmospheric neutron-induced failure rates increase exponentially with the reverse bias voltage. The atmospheric neutron failure rate of the 8 500 V thyristor operating at 4 350 V will reach 673 FIT at room temperature at sea level; when the bias voltage drops to 4 100 V (a decrease of about 5.7%), the atmospheric neutron failure rate can be reduced to 11 FIT. In addition, the failure rate increases with the decrease of temperature. The failure rate at 5℃ is nearly 6 times higher than that at 25℃ when the device is biased at 50% of the rated voltage. Based on TCAD simulations, the failure mechanism of thyristor caused by irradiation is further verified. The simulation results show that the SEB failure is directly related to the avalanche breakdown effect-induced by the incident radiation particles. For radiation-induced SEB failure of thyristors, the sensitive region is the N-drift/P-substrate junction depletion region (corresponding to the electric field concentration region under reverse bias of thyristors). When radiation particles are incident into the sensitive region, it can cause the concentration of electric field near the incident location, resulting in additional electric field spikes. If the peak of the electric field exceeds the critical electric field Ec (about 1.64×105 V/cm), it will induce avalanche breakdown. The high voltage reverse bias high current state caused by avalanche breakdown ultimately leads to the failure of the thyristor. The avalanche breakdown effect is positively correlated with the reverse bias voltage of thyristor and negatively correlated with the junction temperature.
