Objective To investigate the spatial and temporal evolution patterns of pension resource allocation across various provinces in China and to explore the spatial adaptability relationship and influencing factors between pension resource allocation and new urbanization development, providing recommendations for their balanced development. Methods An evaluation index system for pension resource allocation and new urbanization development levels in China was established. The coupling coordination model and Tobit model were employed to analyze the spatial adaptability and influencing factors of pension resources and new urbanization development. Results Between 2012 and 2021, there was a significant improvement in the levels of pension resource allocation and urbanization across 31 provinces in China; however, both exhibited notable regional disparities. The spatial adaptability between pension resource allocation and new urbanization levels required enhancement, with evident regional differences. Technological promotion and government guidance significantly impacted the spatial adaptability of pension resource allocation and new urbanization. Conclusion Macro-control should leverage government policy guidance and financial support. Technological development should facilitate the efficient utilization and effective scheduling of resources, and regional radiative effects should be harnessed to ensure unobstructed resource circulation channels and coordinated regional development. Bridge cracks are one of the key factor for the service performance of bridges. Crack detection is crucial to bridge maintenance. At present, most of the bridge crack detection is manual detection. The cracks are usually inspected by personnel visually inspection and manually recording. It is costly in time. Automated algorithms of crack identification based on machine vision are adopted in bridge crack detection by bridge surface images. Recently, the speed and accuracy of automatic crack identification is greatly improved by artificial intelligence technology. The bridge crack detection system based on machine vision and its application were introduced in detail. Propolis resources are abundant and widely distributed in China. The propolis extract contains a variety of chemical compounds including flavonoids, terpenes and aromatic acids, which exhibits multiple biological functions, including antimicrobial, antiviral, antioxidant, regulating adipogenesis and metabolism. Therefore, propolis has the potential to be used as feed additive in livestock and poultry industry. In the paper, the bioactive components, biological functions and application of propolis in livestock and poultry production are reviewed, to provide reference for propolis as feeding resources. Objective To study the method of inducing astrocytes into neurons by reprogramming in vitro. Methods Astrocytes were cultured in vitro from the cerebral cortex of rats 1 to 4 days old. The purified and identified third generation astrocytes were cultured on poly-D-lysine coated cover slips in 24 well plates and divided into induction group and control group. Induction group: Y-27632(0. 5 µmoVL), VPA(O. 5 µmoVL), SB431542(94 nmoVL) and RepSox ( 25 µmoVL) were dissolved in DMSO, and the mixture of these four small molecules was added into 24 well plate. Control group: the same volume of DMSO was added. After 7 days of continuous stimulation with small molecular substances, the cells in the induction group were cultured in the medium containing BDNF and NT-3 for 14 days to make immature neurons transform into mature neurons. After 7 days, the cells in the control group were cultured in the medium containing BDNF and NT-3 for 14 days. After 14 days, the morphological changes of cells were observed under light microscope. The expression of TUJl, MAP2 and NeuN were detected by immunofluorescence. Results In the induction group, the astrocytes were reprogrammed with small molecular substances for 7 days and then added to the neuron culture medium for 14 days. Under light microscope, most of the astrocytes changed in morphology, the full cytoplasm became slender, and many processes extended and the processes were longer. Immunofluorescence detection showed that the proportion of positive cells of neuron markers TUJl, MAP2 and NeuN( 15. 6% ± 0. 7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 15. 6% ± 0. 7%) ( P < 0. 05).
