我国养老资源配置与新型城镇化空间适配性研究.

Objective To investigate the spatial and temporal evolution patterns of pension resource allocation across various provinces in China and to explore the spatial adaptability relationship and influencing factors between pension resource allocation and new urbanization development, providing recommendations for their balanced development. Methods An evaluation index system for pension resource allocation and new urbanization development levels in China was established. The coupling coordination model and Tobit model were employed to analyze the spatial adaptability and influencing factors of pension resources and new urbanization development. Results Between 2012 and 2021, there was a significant improvement in the levels of pension resource allocation and urbanization across 31 provinces in China; however, both exhibited notable regional disparities. The spatial adaptability between pension resource allocation and new urbanization levels required enhancement, with evident regional differences. Technological promotion and government guidance significantly impacted the spatial adaptability of pension resource allocation and new urbanization. Conclusion Macro-control should leverage government policy guidance and financial support. Technological development should facilitate the efficient utilization and effective scheduling of resources, and regional radiative effects should be harnessed to ensure unobstructed resource circulation channels and coordinated regional development.
