Objective: To study and analyze the drug resistance spectrum and molecular typing of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in hospital infection, so as to provide basis for making reasonable infection control plan. Method: 42 strains of clinical isolates of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were identified by mass spectrometer and their drug resistance phenotypes were analyzed. According to the different groups of drug sensitivity results of five antibiotics, ceftazidime, compound neoformamine, levofloxacin, minocycline and cefepime, the strains with the same drug sensitivity results were divided into one type and the strains with different drug sensitivity results were divided into another type; PFGE was used for molecular typing Analysis. Results: 42 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were divided into 6 types. 42 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were analyzed by PFGE and 4 genotypes of A-D were obtained. Conclusion: The characteristics of drug resistance spectrum and PFGE typing of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia are very useful for the selective treatment of antibiotics. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective This study aimed to analyze the patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID 19) in Sanming, Fujian, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 14 patients who diagnosed with COVID 19 from January 25 to March 5,2020 was analyzed retrospectively, and their clinical characteristics were explored. Results A total of 14 patients, among which 7 cases were male and 7 were female. The average age of them was (39.0±11. 9) years, and 1(7.1%) patient was severe. 12(85.7%) patients had cough and fatigue,10 ( 71. 4%) patients had fever, 6(42.9%) patients had chest distress, and 4(28.6%) patients had dyspnea. The level of the lymphocyte count lower than 10 X 109 L- 1 was 5 patients (35. 7 % ), the level of C reactive p rotein increased was 7 patients(50.0 %), and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased was 10 patients (71. 4%). T he computed tomography (CT) of t he lungs showed that multiple ground glass shadow were mainly accompanied by consolidation, which often involved both lungs and located under the pleura. All the patients were treated with antiviral therapy, and 12(85. 7% ) patients took antibiotics. T he cure rate of the patients was 100.0%, and the average in hospital time was (23.1 ± 8. 7) days. The shortest duration of negative conversion of virus was 4 days and the longest was 32 days, with an average of (17.7± 10. 2) days. Conclusion The novel corona virus pneumonia is more frequent in young adults and has a relatively low proportion of severe type in Sanming. The treatment experience of COVID 19 in the Sanming First Hospital is worthy of popularizing, which had been achieving satisfactory results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
