Based on the " T" shaped mixer, the paper designs a pair of spaced staggered array of nozzles at the entrance of the mixing chamber. By the design, mixing area of mixed fluids that comes from the opposite directions increases, then the diffusion effect is augmented. By using the ribs in the central structure and eddy current curve, mixing time can be shortened, hence, the mixing effect is enhanced. By using COMSOL software, size of holes, the size of the ribs, the array structure of annular nozzles are analyzed. After considering the input pressure and mixing the premise, the specific dimensions of the mixer are ultimately determined, and MEMS technology is used, and both vertical and oblique exposures SU-8 are used to complete the process. Because of the widely used video surveillance,the real-time video monitoring has become an important standard to test security system. This paper designed a real-time monitoring system by using TE6410 development board as the core of hardware platform,using Linux to realize the H. 264 software coding and real-time monitoring. Video acquisition platform adopts the cmos camera based on V4 L2 interface,USES the X264 software is used for coding compression to realize a high compression ratio,H. 264 video flow is packed by using RTP protocol and sent through the network to the VLC,the image then is displayed in monitor screen. Through experimental tests,the results show that monitoring image is clear and smooth,it achieves the effect of the real-time monitoring. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
