- Abstract
Immunotherapy, as the fourth largest anti-tumor treatment method, has made breakthrough progress in the field of cancer treatment. Checkpoint inhibitors have been widely used in the treatment of various malignant tumors, and a lot of clinical evidence and experience have also been accumulated in the field of gynecological malignant tumors. However, there is still a lack of standardization in the application of immunotherapy such as immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors. Therefore, led by the Cancer Endocrine Professional Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, experts from multiple fields were organized to use high-quality clinical research results as well as the results of the 2023 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) conference as evidence. Through discussion and voting, the consensus of Chinese experts on immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors (2023 version) has been formed. This consensus recommended the clinical application of immune checkpoint inhibitors for the classification of common gynecological cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer and other malignant tumors, such as single drug or combination chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc. It summarized the research and application of tumor vaccines, adoptive cell immunotherapy and cytokine immunotherapy in gynecological malignant tumors, and provided reference for domestic peers, in order to further standardize the clinical practice of immunotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors. 27. 企业数字化转型的多重作用与开放性研究框架.

This paper focuses on organization digital transformation, and proposes an open integrated research framework for the multilevel influences of digital transformation by conducting a systematic literature review and consolidating extant research findings. At the “extra-organization”level, current research indicates that digital transformation would extend the boundary of traditional organizations and promote value co-creation with actors from external value chain. At the“organization”level, extant research centers on digital transformation’s influences on operation, knowledge management, innovation, performance, as well as the corresponding underlying mechanisms and key boundary conditions. At the“intra-organization”level, extant research is rather scarce, but existing investigations are mainly about employee management, leadership styles, organizational culture and structure. Based on this thorough literature review, this paper further proposes an open integrated research framework regarding the influences of digital transformation. Taking a holistic view, this framework summarizes the consequences of digital transformation at different levels, and further explores the underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key boundary conditions. With this integrated framework, this paper encourages future research to further establish a multi-level theoretical system to expand the outcomes of digital transformation at different levels, and to explore other important underlying macro/micro mechanisms and key contingencies using a finer-grained approach. 30. 近紫外激发Gd2ZnTiO6∶ Eu3+, Li+ 红色 荧光粉的制备及荧光性能.

- Abstract
A series of Eu3+ doped and Li+, Eu3+ co-doped Gd2 ZnTiO6 (GZT) red-emitting phosphors were successfully prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of Li+ and Eu3+ ions doping on the crystal structure, microstructure and luminescent properties of the samples were studied. Results show that the obtained double perovskite Gd2 ZnTiO 6 ∶Li+, Eu3+ (GZT∶Li+, Eu3+) phosphors crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21 / n and are composed of irregular particles with the size of 10 μm. Under the excitation of 395 nm near ultraviolet light, the emission spectrum of GZT∶ Eu3+ shows a typical linear characteristic spectrum of Eu3+ ions. The center position of the emission peak is located at 615 nm, which belongs to the 5 D0 →7 F2 transition of Eu3+. The optimum doping concentration of Eu3+ is 0. 07 (mole fraction). The obtained samples show obvious concentration quenching effect, and its mechanism can be identified as the electric dipole-dipole interactions(d-d). In addition, it is also found that Li+ doping has no effect on the crystal structure and micro morphology of the samples, but a certain amount of Li+ doping can significantly enhance the fluorescence intensity of the samples. When the concentration of Li+ is 0.05, the intensity of the main emission peak of the phosphor is the largest, which is 4.3 times of the original, indicating that high brightness GZT red-emitting phosphor can be obtained by co-doping Li+ and Eu3+. The CIE color coordinates of GZT∶0. 14Eu3+,0.05Li+ phosphor is located at (0.631 1,0.375 3) close to the standard red color coordinates (0.670, 0.330), which is a potential red-emitting phosphor for LED. 31. 子宫颈癌2018年FIGO新分期ⅢC期患者预后分析.

- Abstract
Background and purpose: The International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) 2018 revised the staging system for cervical cancer with new stage ⅢC. However, patients with stage ⅢC exhibit heterogeneous clinical characteristics, and the prognosis is different. This study aimed to investigate the prognostic value of 2018 FIGO new stage system for cervical cancer patients in stage ⅢC. Methods: A case-control study was conducted to collect the clinical data of patients with stage Ⅲ cervical cancer treated in Gynecological Oncology Center, Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from January 2011 to December 2014 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The survival status and prognostic factors were analyzed retrospectively. Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate the survival rate. Log-rank test was used for univariate survival analysis, and Cox proportional hazards regression model was used for multivariate survival analysis. Results: A total of 418 cases were included in the study, in which stage ⅢA had 42 cases (10.0%), stage ⅢB had 120 cases (28.7%), stage ⅢC1 had 190 cases (45.5%) and stage ⅢC2 had 66 cases (15.8%). There was significant difference in age among the four groups (P=0.003). There was no significant difference in histological type, histological differentiation, tumor size, radiotherapy type and consolidation chemotherapy (P>0.05). Survival analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival (OS) rate of stage ⅢC1 disease was 54.1%, higher but not statistically significant compared with stage ⅢB (40.6%, P=0.042) and ⅢA (43.3%, P=0.484). The stage ⅢC2 had a significantly worse OS compared with stage ⅢC1, ⅢA and ⅢB (P<0.01), and 5-year OS rate was 23.1% for ⅢC2. Multivariate analysis showed that the stage ⅢC1 disease did not increase the risk of death compared with stage ⅢA (HR=1.432, 95% CI: 0.867-2.366, P=0.161) and ⅢB (HR=1.261, 95% CI: 0.871-1.827, P=0.219). The risk of death was nearly 3 times higher in ⅢC2 than in ⅢA (HR=2.958, 95% CI: 1.757-4.983, P<0.001). The survival of stage ⅢC1 disease differed significantly based on T stage (P<0.001). Multivariable analysis showed T stage remained an independent prognostic factor for survival in patients with stage ⅢC1 disease, and 5-year OS rate was 72.2% for T1, 54.1% for T2 and 18.6% for T3 (P<0.001). The 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1 (T1) patients was 72.2% with better 5-year OS compared with stage ⅢA (P=0.004) and ⅢB (P<0.001). Based on the pathological stage and imaging stage, the 5-year OS rate of stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was 64.5%, which was significantly higher compared with stage ⅢC1r (T2b/T3) (34.9%, P<0.001). The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC1p (T1/T2a) was significantly better than that of patients with stage ⅢB (P<0.001). Conclusion: The prognosis of patients with stage ⅢC2 disease has distinct characteristics. However, the stage ⅢC1 is heterogeneous, and its prognostic evaluation should be combined with T stage. Building energy simulation (BES) is commonly conducted in architecture design process to evaluate building energy performance. The coupling between computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and BES not only improves energy simulation accuracy but also makes it possible to simultaneously consider energy consumption and indoor environment. Nevertheless, to conduct high fidelity CFD simulation is generally time-consumed and thus it is almost impractical to carry out a long-term coupled simulation that requires multiple CFD executions. A fast and accurate prediction method is therefore required to serve as a surrogate for CFD in the coupled simulation. Inspired by successful applications of deep learning neural networks (NNs) in various fields due to the high computation speed and prediction accuracy, the authors proposed a deep learning-based prediction method to achieve fast and accurate prediction of indoor air distributions. This paper provides a general introduction to the proposed prediction method with regard to its principle, implementation, performance, and application. Predictions of two-dimensional isothermal flow and three-dimensional non-isothermal flow are demonstrated. The results confirmed the feasibility of NN models for fast and accurate indoor airflow prediction. Meanwhile, as an example of practical application, the NN model is coupled with a BES tool to implement a coupled simulation framework for fast energy simulation considering non-uniform indoor environment. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the incidence trend, incidence order and death trend of tumors in Yuzhong district. Chongqing from 2011 to 2017, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of malignant tumors, Methods Ac cording to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), the incidence of malignant tumors, standardized incidence, mortality, standardized mortality and annual percentage change (APC) were calculated and the trends of incidence and death of malignant tumors were evaluated by Excel2016 and SPSS19. 0. Results The incidence of malignant tumors in Yuzhong District of Chongqing increased from 242.02/10 to 319.94/10 from 2011 to 2017 CAPC=2.54%, P>0.05), the standardized incidence rate of cancer increased from 153.71/10 to 225.56/10(APC=3.99%,P>0.05).and the mortality rate of cancer increased from 164.42/107 to 179.47/10² in 2011-2017 (APC=1.98%,P>0.05).the standardized mortality rate increased from 95.58/10 to 116.48/10² (APC=3.14%,P>0.05). The main types of cancer included lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer and thyroid cancer. The incidence rate of thyroid cancer in female continued to rise, with statistical significance (APC= 28.45%,P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence and mortality of cancer in Yuzhong. Chongqing tends to be stable from 2011 to 2017. Lung cancer is the most common malignant tumor, and incidence rate of thyroid carcinoma in female is constantly elevated. BACKGROUND: At present, cell patch technology has been widely used in the repair of various tissues and organs such as periodontal ligament, cornea, heart, cartilage, and esophagus. However, the effect and mechanism of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches are still unknown. It is of great significance for understanding how to integrate growth factor with tissueengineered cell patch technology for the final use in tissue engineering repairing. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of angiogenesis-related factors in rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patch during bFGF-induced osteogenic differentiation. METHODS: After isolation, purification and identification, rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches were constructed by continuous induction of vitamin C and divided into two groups: bFGF group (20 μg/L bFGF+osteoinductive medium) and control group (osteoinductive medium). The expression of angiogenesis-related genes was detected by alizarin red staining at 7 and 14 days of osteogenic induction and by fluorescence quantitative PCR method at 10 days of osteogenic induction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results of alizarin red staining showed that the number of calcified nodules in the bFGF group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expression of transforming growth factor β1 mRNA in the bFGF group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, angiopoietin 1 and platelet-derived factor BB was lower than that in the control group. Together, these results demonstrate that bFGF can induce the osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell patches, and increase the expression of transforming growth factor β1 in the late osteogenic stage. Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)were collected in different seasons and different times of the day by dynamic headspace air-circulation method, and the relative contents and the change laws were also analyzed using the thermal desorption system gas chromatography/mass spectrum(GC-MS). The results were as follows: Cinnamomum camphora leaves released 78 types of VOCs during the whole year, and the types of terpenes(19)and alkanes(18)were more abundant than those of other compounds; The relative contents of 32 types of VOCs had significant differences(P<0.05)among different seasons; The number of types in March was the most abundant, and the relative contents of terpenes reached 43.49%, including 1-Caryophyllene, D-Limonene and α-pinene, and the types of VOCs released from C. camphora leaves in other months were mainly of alkanes and alcohols; In spring, the relative contents of VOCs released at most of the time were all mainly of terpenes, and the relative contents of terpenes released at 8:00 am were the highest. Therefore, C. camphora is an ideal species for ecological and heathy landscape, and the VOCs released from C. camphora leaves are rich in kinds of terpenes compounds, which are beneficial for human health, and spring and morning are the best time for forest recreation. - Abstract
BACKGROUND: Both bone morphogenetic protein-2 and platelet-rich plasma can promote bone healing. However, little is reported on application of bone morphogenetic protein-2 or platelet-rich plasma to induced membrane technique in basic research and clinical studies. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of bone grafting with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 or autologous platelet-rich plasma versus simple bone grafting in the repair of bone defects during a phase II surgery using induced membrane technique. METHODS: 59 patients with bone defects who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine during January 2013-January 2018 were included in this study. Following phase I surgery with induced membrane technique, these patients were assigned to receive phase II surgery: autologous bone grafting with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (group A, n=20), autologous bone grafting with autologous platelet-rich plasma (group B, n=21), autologous bone grafting (group C, n=18). Postoperative complications (recurrent infection, joint stiffness, muscle atrophy, persistent pain, etc.) were recorded. Bone healing time and osteophyte score were evaluated by X-rays. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) All 59 patients were followed up for 11-40 months. (2) The average bone healing time was (29.30±4.54), (28.71±5.37), and (35.50±7.37) weeks in the groups A, B and C, respectively. The average bone time in the groups A and B was significantly shorter than that in the group C (P < 0.05). (3) At 6 months after surgery, the osteophyte scores in the groups A and B were significantly higher than those in the group C (9.50±1.43, 9.14±0.85, 7.83±1.42, P < 0.05). (4) There were two cases of deep infection and one case of bone resorption in the group A. There was one case of deep infection and one case of residual knee stiffness with moderate pain in the group B. There were four cases of infection, three cases of bone resorption, delayed healing and one case of residual knee stiffness and muscle atrophy in the group C. The number of complications in the groups A and B was significantly less than that in the group C (P < 0.05). (5) The results suggest that application of bone morphogenetic protein-2 or autologous platelet-rich plasma to phase II induced membrane technique for repair of bone defects can accelerate bone healing and obtain encouraging repair efficacy with a few postoperative complications. 目的探讨强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损的临床效果。方法选择感染性骨髓 炎并骨缺损患者45例,根据患者是否接受强骨胶囊辅助治疗,分为观察组24例、对照组21例。对照组仅采用诱导 膜技术治疗,观察组采用强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗。记录两组骨缺损临床愈合时间,计算植骨1年骨缺损临 床愈合率。植骨6个月,评估植骨区骨痂Lane-sandhuX线评分和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。统计手术期间及植骨 6个月内并发症情况,如关节僵硬、肌肉萎缩、感染、下肢短缩等。结果观察组骨缺损临床愈合时间明显短于对照 组(P<0.05),但两组植骨1年骨缺损临床愈合率比较P>0.05。观察组植骨6个月骨痂Lane-sandhu X线评分明 显高于对照组(P <0.05),但两组VAS比较P >0.05。两组手术期间及植骨6个月内并发症发生率比较P >0.05。 结论强骨胶囊辅助诱导膜技术治疗感染性骨髓炎并骨缺损能够促进植骨生长,加快骨缺损临床愈合,使患肢早 期恢复功能,但并不影响最终骨缺损临床愈合效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
