Objective: To investigate the characteristics of attention bias to aggressive information under selfthreat priming in college students with different types of high self-esteem. Methods: A total of 650 college students were selected, and high self-esteem participants were selected through the Self Esteem Scale (SES). Then, 43 participants were selected from different types of high self-esteem (fragile and safe) groups through the Implicit Association Test (IAT). Each group participated in Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices (SPM) with different difficulty levels to complete self-threat priming, and then completed the spatial cue experiment. When the cue was invalid, the attention bias was obtained according to the variation of the reaction time difference (RTI) between the subjects' responses to aggressive words and neutral words. Results: The RTI values of the fragile high self-esteem group were higher under high self-threat priming than that of the secure high self-esteem group (P<0.01). Under low selfthreat priming, there was no significant difference in RTI values among different types of high self-esteem groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Fragile high self-esteem group are more likely to develop attention bias towards aggressive words under high self-threat priming than that of secure high self-esteem group. 【Objective】To explore SNPs and candidate genes significantly associated with seed glucosinolate content in rapeseed is helpful to improving rapeseed quality and cultivating high quality rapeseed varieties.【Method】Total 300 oilseed rapeseed inbred lines grew in the experimental field of Jiangxi Agricultural University (JXAU) and Jiangxi Institute of Red Soil and Germplasm Resources (JXIRS), and the seed glucosinolate content (SGC) was analyzed after harvested. A total of 201 817 SNPs developed by SLAF-seq in all populations were used for genome-wide association with study (GWAS) of SGC. The 100 kb flanking regions on either side of significantly associated SNPs were used to identify candidate genes, and to perform functional annotations of these genes.【Result】The SGC of these populations showed phenotypic variations under two environments. Based on the general linear model (GLM) the mixed linear model (MLM), 209 SNPs were detected to have significant association with SGC, and 41 SNPs on A05 (1), A09 (36) and C09 (4) were detected by GLM and MLM under JXAU and JXIRS. The functional annotation of candidate genes showed that eight candidate genes participated in the glucosinolate biosynthetic process (GO:0019761), including regulating the glucosinolate synthesis related genes MYB28 (BnaC09g05290D and BnaC09g05300D), MYB34 (BnaA09g05480D), and the glucosinolate transporter 2 related genes (BnaA09g06180D and BnaA09g06190D) .【Conclusion】The SNPs significantly associated with SGC were detected under two environments by GLM and MLM, and the candidate genes were mined at the flanking of SNPs, which is conducive to resolving the genetic variation of SGC and providing a basis for the genetic improvement of new rapeseed varieties with low SGC. Objective: To investigate the aggressive tendency in college students with different types of high self-esteem in the context of self-threat. Methods: A total of 1 000 college students were selected, and the Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) were used to screen out the fragile high self-esteem group (the subjects with the first 27% of SES score and the last 27% of IAT score) and the secure high self-esteem group (the subjects with the first 27% of SES score and the first 27% of IAT score) with 64 persons each. The self-threat situation was manipulated through virtual intelligence test, so that both groups received different degrees of self-threat priming. The explicit aggressive behavior and implicit aggressive behavior were evaluated with the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) and Implicit Aggressive Experiment (IAE) respectively. Results: In the absence of threat, there was no significant difference in the scores of AQ and IAE between the fragile high self-esteem group and the safe high self-esteem group (Ps＞ 0. 05). In the situation of self-threat, the scores of AQ and IAE were higher in the fragile high self-esteem group than in the secure high self-esteem group (Ps ＜0. 05). Objective: To explore the relationship among explicit and implicit self-esteem,discrepancy of selfesteem and aggressive in college students. Methods: Totally 218 college students were selected to complete the implicit self-esteem measurement experiment, Self-Esteem Scale(SES) and Aggression Questionnaire(AQ) to obtain the implicit self-esteem, explicit self-esteem and aggression levels. The data were analyzed with multiple stepwise regression analysis. Totally 108 college students were selected to complete the high implicit self-esteem priming experiment and implicit self-esteem measurement experiment to achieve high implicit self-esteem levels,and SES and AQ measurements were also completed. The data were analyzed with simple linear regression analysis.Results: The scores of implicit self-esteem,explicit self-esteem and aggression levels were(164.9±80.5),(2.5±0.7) and(54.1±15.5) respectively. The SES scores negatively predicted AQ scores(β=-7.36). Under the high explicit self-esteem, implicit self-esteem scores negatively predicted AQ scores(β=-0.14). Under the low explicit self-esteem, the implicit self-esteem score positively predicted AQ scores(β=0.07). Under the high implicit self-esteem, the SES scores negatively predicted AQ scores(β=-7.97). Objective: To explore the characteristics of attention bias and attention control of college students with different types of high self-esteem Methods: In 714 freshmen of a university, 51 of them were selected from the fragile high self-esteem group and the secure high self-esteem group with the Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) .The two groups completed the spatial cue experiment task in different time inter¬vals (450 ms and 1200 ms), and the characteristics of attention bias were obtained by RTavoidance alert and RT fixation avoidance score. The two groups completed the fanker experiment task, and the characteristics of attention control were obtained by the interaction results of subject type and consistency. Results: The RT avoidance alert scores were lower in the fragile high self-esteem group than in the secure high self-esteem group, when the time in¬terval was 450 ms (P <0. 05). The RT fixation avoidance scores were higher in the fragile high self-esteem group than in the secure high self-esteem group (P <0. 001), when the time interval was 1200 ms. There was no statistical significance in the interaction results of subject type and consistency (P >0.05). Conclusion : Different types of high self-esteem college students may have different components of aggressive attention bias in different stages of attention, while there may be no difference in attention control.
