The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of α-GML and PQQ·Na2 and their combination on liver lipid metabolism in late laying Hyline brown laying hens. A total of 384 fifty-two-week-old Hyline brown laying hens with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with four replicates per group and 24 hens per replicate. Hens in Con group were fed with basal diet. The GML group, PQQ group and GML+PQQ group were supplemented with 800 mg/kg α-GML, 0.16 mg/kg PQQ·Na2, 800 mg/kg α-GML + 0.16 mg/kg PQQ·Na2, respectively. The pre-test lasted for 2 w, and the formal test lasted for 8 w. The results showed that compared with control group, serum AST and ALT activity, TC and TG content, liver TC and TG content, liver fat percentage and abdominal fat percentage of laying hens in experimental groups were significantly or extremely decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The mRNA expression levels of ATGL and AMPKα1 in liver of hens in GML group were significantly increased (P<0.05), while the expression levels of ACC, FASN, SCD-1 and SREBP-1c were extremely or significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The expression levels of FASN, SCD-1 and CPT-1 in liver of hens in PQQ group were extremely or significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The expression level of ATGL in liver of hens in GML + PQQ group was significantly increased (P<0.05), while the expression levels of ACC, FASN, SCD-1, SREBP-1c and PPARγ were significantly or extremely decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The study indicates that dietary α -GML and PQQ·Na2 and their combination can regulate liver lipid metabolism and reduce liver lipid deposition of laying hens, and the combination of the two additives has a more significant effect on reducing liver lipid deposition of laying hens. Non-rigid models are needed to correct the non-uniform deformation between two images; dense, uniformly distributed control points is the premise of constructing such non-rigid models. This paper puts forward an affine invariant-based match propagation method for quasi-dense image registration. Interest points are extracted from the input image and reference image, respectively; and sparsely matched. According to the sparsely matched points, the global offset between the two images is estimated and corrected. A corresponding adjacent triangle is established using the interest points in the two images interactively; and an affine invariant, the ratio of the triangle area, is employed to determine whether the vertices in the two triangles match or not. Through this method, the spare initial seed matching points propagate to other points of interest to obtain quasi-dense match. The HJ-Landsat image and ETM+ data of Antarctic data are taken in an experiment, the results show that our method can extract dense and uniformly distributed matching points while outperforming other state of art methods in true positive ratio. Objective To evaluate the relationship of level of oxidative stress and bone turnover markers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) complicated with lowbone mineral density (BMD). Methods We included 70 cases of patients with RA as test group and 50 cases of healthy people as control,and the RA patients further divided into three groups according to the results of BMD.The levels of advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP), superoxide dismutase (SOD), β C-telopeptide of type collagen (β-CTX) and total procollagenⅠN-terminal peptide (tPINP) were compared among the these groups by the SPSS 13.0. Results The BMD and its corresponding T-value in RA patients were lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the levels of AOPP and β-CTX in RA group were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). In the other way, the levels of SOD and tPINP were lower in RA group (P < 0.05). The RA with OP had the highest level of DAS28, AOPP, β-CTX and the longest disease duration (P < 0.05). It is no statistical difference among these groups in the values of age and ratio of medication. Importantly, multiple regression analysis revealed that DAS28, disease duration, AOPP and β-CTX were determinant factors for the statistical association between low BMD in RA. Conclusion Oxidative stress can cause the disorder of bone metabolism, mainly increasing the bone destruction and affecting the BMD of RA patients with low BMD. Objective　To study the effect of anti－osteoporosis medicine on the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） in patients combined with osteoporosis （OP）．Methods　One hundred and nineteen patients with OP without LDH were randomly divided into ４ groups： the treatment group A， B， and C and the control group A．Seventy－six patients with OP were randomly divided into the treatment group D， E， and F and the control group B．The treatment group A and D were treated with calcium， oral alfacalcidol， and alendronate．The treatment group B and E were treated with calcium， alfacalcidol， and injection of zoledronic acid．The treatment group C and F were treated with calcium and alfacalcidol．The control group A and B were patients who did not will to accept treatment．The efficacy of the anti－OP medicines was observed in ２ years．Results　The incidence of LDH in the treatment group A and B was significantly lower than that in the treatment group C and the control group A （P ＜０．０５）．After treatment， the lower back pain score in the treatment group D， E， and F increased significantly， and the attack frequency of LDH decreased significantly （P ＜０．０５）．In the CT scans of the treatment group D and E， there was no significant difference between pre－treatment and after treatment （P ＞０．０５）．The CT images of the treatment group F and the control B were more severe than those in the beginning of the study （P ＜０．０５）．And there was no significant difference between the treatment group D and E，and the treatment group F and the control B （P ＞０．０５）．Conclusion　The standardized anti－osteoporosis treatment can effectively prevent and treat LDH combined with OP． [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
