Soil health refers to the ability of soil to maintain the sustainable development of plants, animals and human beings. At present, the research on soil health mainly focuses on the green development of agriculture, but rarely involves the soil health of tourist destinations. In order to understand the impact of tourism activities on soil health, the related contents were summarized from three aspects: soil physical and chemical properties, soil biological properties and soil ecological functions. Tourism disturbance increased soil bulk density, firmness and heavy metal content, and decreased litter thickness and soil fertility. Tourism has changed the structure of soil biological community, in which the aggregation degree of soil animal surface layer, the abundance and diversity of soil microorganisms, and the height, coverage and diversity of herbaceous plants have decreased significantly in the severely disturbed areas. Tourism interference affects all links of soil nutrient cycle, and also weakens soil water and soil conservation capacity. Tourism affects the health of soil ecosystem, and its degree of influence is positively correlated with the intensity of tourism interference. In the future research, we should expand the research content of tourism interference and attach importance to the soil health evaluation of tourist destinations. In the process of developing tourism, we should strengthen the scientific management of tourist destinations and pay attention to the restoration of ecological environment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization, industrial integration is an important way to achieve the coordinated development of feed industry and livestock industry, which is also the core of promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Based on the perspective of feed industry and livestock industry integration, the paper holds that high correlation is the basic condition of industrial integration, cost reduction and efficiency increase is the internal driving force of industrial integration, and technological innovation is the external thrust of industrial integration. Feed industry and livestock industry have better integration conditions, gradually gave birth to three main integration forms, such as two-way penetration, industrial chain extension, restructuring and integration. The paper puts forward some suggestions on actively constructing policy support system, strengthening external guarantee of industrial integration, implementing pilot demonstration project of industrial integration, cultivating pilot area of feed and livestock industry integration, establishing cross-industry technology research and development system, and realizing collaborative innovation of feed industry and livestock industry, in order to achieve high-quality integration of feed industry and livestock industry. In order to analyze the load-bearing capacities and failure modes of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite honeycomb sandwich structures with curved wall under 3-point bending loads, theoretical prediction, numerical simulation and tests were carried out for structures with different core heights and facesheet thicknesses. According to the main failure modes of sandwich structures, different theoretical prediction formulas and failure mechanism diagrams were firstly made. Then, the numerical simulation model for the CFRP sandwich structure with a honeycomb core was established to simulate its failure behavior under the 3-point bending load. Finally, different-size CFRP sandwich structures were fabricated by a molding process, and the experimental results were compared with theoretical and simulation results. The results show that, the bearing capacity of the sandwich structure is positively correlated with the core height and the facesheet thickness, and the core and facesheet stiffness decrease with the structure size, which results in the structural failure modes changing from core-facesheet debonding to face crushing. A total of 112 isolates of Stagonosporppsis citrulli were collected from 5 locations in Zhejiang Province. The resistance to thiophanate-methyl（Ben） and boscalid（Bos） was detected by the method of differentiated doses. The results showed that the respective resistance frequencies were 100%and 28.6% to Ben and Bos, respectively. The high-level resistance（Ben HR） of thiophanate-methyl reached 100%, and the low-level resistance（Bos LR） and high-level resistance（Bos HR） of boscalid were18.8% and 9.8%, respectively. Further studies on the molecular mechanism of resistance showed that the Ben HR of S. citrulli was caused by the E198 A point mutation in β-tubulin, which was the mutation of198 th amino acid of from Glu（E） to Ala（A）. The mechanism of Bos HR was the point mutation in 277 th amino acid of Sdh B from His（H） to Tyr（Y）, but the mechanism of low-level resistance（Bos LR） still needs to be studied. To sum up, the resistance of S. citrulli population to benzimidazole fungicides in Zhejiang Province was very serious. Most isolates were sensitive to boscalid, but the high-level resistance has occurred in some regions. BACKGROUND: At present, there are some studies on applying platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) or collagen membrane in guided bone regeneration to promote the bone defect repair, while there is no report about their combined use versus single use in the bone defect repair. OBJECTIVE: To compare the bone regeneration ability of PRF, collagen membrane and their combined membrane in the bone defect repair. METHODS: Twenty-two Japanese big ear rabbits were selected to establish three bone defects in the calvarial bone, and then PRF, collagen membrane and PRF/collagen membrane composite were respectively implanted into the three defect regions. At 2, 4, 8, 12 weeks after implantation, tissue repair and regeneration in the bone defect regions were observed by X-ray and hematoxylin-eosin staining. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Postoperative 2-week X-ray showed blurred density increase in the margin of bone defect in the composite membrane group, as well as increased density in the PRF group, while it was rarely seen in the collagen membrane group. At 12 weeks after implantation, in the composite membrane group, the bone density in the defect area was similar to the surrounding bone tissue; in the collagen membrane group, annulus-shaped density was enlarged, but the density in the defect region was still lower than that in the surrounding bone tissues; and in the PRF group, the lower density was seen in the individual parts of bone defect region compared with the surrounding bone tissues. (2) Histological observation: At 2 weeks after implantation, new fibrous connective tissues and newborn capillaries were seen around the defect area in the composite membrane group, while less fibrous connective tissues and capillaries were found in the other two groups. At 12 weeks after implantation, in the composite membrane group, a great amount of bone cells arranged regularly in the bone defect area with the presence of thickened trabecular bone and mature bone formation; in the PRF group, there were visible bone cells and increased number of trabecular bone, but less bone formation than the composite membrane group; in the collagen membrane group, there were few bone tissues formed with osteoblasts, osteoclasts and obvious bone lacuna.
