Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of microflap anastomosis technique in endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy in patients with chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A prospective study was performed in 15 adult cases of chronic dacryocystitis with endonasal surgery. The clinical outcomes of microflap anastomosis by fixating dacryocyst flap with nasal mucosa flap were examined during endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Before surgery and 4 months after surgery, the Munk score was used to evaluate dacryorrhea for each patient. Obstruction of anastomosis was examined using endoscopic inspection and lacrimal irrigation. Results After endonasal surgery, the Munk score was significantly decreased from 4.00±1.00(pre-operation) to 0.07±0.26 (post-operation). All patients showed well anastomosis with open dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscopic inspection and lacrimal irrigation. One case developed lacrimal stenosis and slight dacryorrhea. The other 14 cases were all cured. Conclusion The microflap anastomosis technique in endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy is useful for the well anastomosis with open dacryocystorhinostomy by fixating dacryocyst flap with nasal mucosa flap for patients with chronic dacryocystitis. Jatropha curcas L. has been widely considered as a promising and multi-purpose energy plant, also a kind of thermophilic chilling-sensitive plants, and low temperature severely affects their growth, development and utilization. It is known that xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolases (XTH) act as cell wall modifying enzymes and are involved in response and adaptation of plants to stresses. The previous work showed that chill-hardening at 12℃ significantly enhanced chilling resistance of J. curcas plants, and XTH genes demonstrated high-response to the chill-hardening. In the present study, genome-wide identification, bioinformatics analysis, expression profile analysis of XTH gene family, and identification and analysis of their interacting miRNAs were performed based on the obtained data of transcriptome, miRNAome and degradome of J. curcas during the chill-hardening. The results showed that 29 members of the XTH gene family were identified in J. curcas, encoding 269 to 341 amino acids, their proteins were mainly located to cell walls, and contained Glyco_hyho_16 and XET_C domains and the conserved site ExDxE. The 29 members of JcXTH family could be divided into three groups, located on nine chromosomes, and there were 8 pairs of gene duplication events. Expression profiling and RT-qPCR analysis demonstrated there were significantly differential expression patterns in different organs of J. curcas plants and under chilling-hardening, drought and salt stresses, implying that there were differential roles in various members of the XTH gene family. Analysis of sequencing data of miRNAome and degradome revealed that 68 miRNAs were found to target 26 members of JcXTH family, and analysis of expression profile and their correlation of these miRNAs and the targeting JcXTH genes highly responsive to the chill-hardening demonstrated a totally negatively regulated relationship, indicating these miRNAs were involved in a negative regulation of JcXTH gene expression. These results will be conducive to elucidating the functions of JcXTH gene family and how the interaction between the miRNAs and the JcXTH genes targeted to was involved in adaptation of J. curcas to low temperature stress, which will provide useful reference for further molecular breeding to improve chilling resistance in J. curcas. To improve the connection efficiency to grid of distributed power sources, and solve the problems of insufficient damping and inertia in inverter grid connection, an inverter control method was investigated to realize traditional synchronous generator's function, which was named as virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technology. Based on the role of phase locked loop (PLL) in virtual synchronous generator, the pre-synchronization control method was proposed based on virtual power. The secondary frequency modulation and the secondary voltage regulation functions were simulated in the power loop. The output value compensated the loss of active power and reactive power through inertia link, and the control parameters were flexibly adjusted according to power levels. Regarding the voltage and current on the VSG generator side, the PR control method was used to increase the constraint on the electrical value for preventing grid connection failure. The topology structure and the mathematical model of VSG were analyzed, and the improved control method of VSG was given. A corresponding simulation model was established to verify VSG control effect from two aspects of pre-synchronous grid-connection and grid connection stability under mutation load. The results show that the improved VSG control can reduce the complexity of grid-connected inverter and the oscillation frequency of output power and suppress the current impact on the grid side, which makes the inverter follow the dynamic change process of power grid at all time. To evaluate the differences of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Radix Preparata from three different regions by chemometrics and principal component content determinations. The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established on a Waters SunFire C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), and acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid(0.2%)solution(triethylamine adjusted pH to 6.20)was adopted as the mobile phase for gradient elution, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 235 nm. The fingerprints were analyzed by the software of “Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2012)”. The discriminant analysis of hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA), principal component analysis(PCA), orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)and partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were employed, combined with chemometrics and the determination results of principal components. The results were as follows:(1)HPLC fingerprints of 15 batches of Aconiti Radix and its processed products from three areas were established, 25 and 14 common fingerprint peaks were calibrated in 15 batches of raw and processed, six peaks were identified by the mixed reference product. They were benzoylmesaconitine(peak 16), benzoylaconitine(peak 17), benzoylhypaconitine(peak 18), mesaconitine(peak 21), hypaconitine(peak 22), aconitine(peak 23).(2)Chemometrics showed that 30 batches of samples were clustered into two categories, 15 batches of Aconiti Radix were classified into three classes, 15 batches of Aconiti Radix Preparata were classified into three classes. Six components containing mesaconitine and hypaconitine may be the potential different components of Aconiti Radix from different regions before and after processing.(3)The content determination results of principal components changed in varying degrees before and after processing, and the determination results of some principal components in Jiangyou of Sichuan producing area before and after processing were significantly higher than those in the other two producing areas. The fingerprint method which established in the study is accurate, repeatable, and reliable. Furthermore, combined with chemometrics and principal component content determination, it could be used for the quality control of Aconiti Radix and its processed product from different regions. BACKGROUND: Exosomes are nanoscale paracrine vesicles containing a variety of bioactive factors, such as miRNAs. Exosome miRNAs play an important role in intercellular communication. In recent years, more and more studies have focused on whether miRNAs in exosomes promote bone regeneration. OBJECTIVE: To review research status of exosomal miRNAs promoting bone regeneration in the recent years so as to provide a theoretical basis for further research and application in the field of bone regeneration. METHODS: Using “bone regeneration, bone repair, exosomes, miRNA” in Chinese and English as search terms, biomedical literature database, CNKI, and PubMed were retrieved for articles on exosomal miRNA and bone regeneration published from 2010 to 2021. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Exosomes derived from different cells can effectively regulate osteogenesis and promote angiogenesis through the delivery of specific miRNAs, which has a broad prospect in bone tissue engineering. BACKGROUND: Periodontal disease is a complex, heterogeneous and multi-factorial oral destructive disease caused mainly by bacteria, where the role of epigenetics cannot be ignored. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the epigenetic model of periodontal diseases that can measure periodontal susceptibility, and has diagnostic and therapeutic values for patients with periodontitis. METHODS: PubMed database was searched for relevant literatures published from 2005 to 2020 using the key words of “epigenetics; periodontal disease; inflammatory response; bone regeneration; diagnosis; periodontal tissue engineering.” After screening, 86 articles was finally reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Periodontal disease and epigenetics interact with each other. The discovery of the epigenetic regulation of oral pathogens on pathogen recognition receptors (such as Toll-like receptors) and pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory cytokines indicates that they play an important role in regulating the host immune response and are related to cellular osteogenesis and bone regeneration. To solve the problem of small redundancy of mobile robot’s operational area caused by indoor space limitation, indoor operation characteristics of mobile robots was analysed in this paper.The odometer model of mobile robots is established, and a path planning method for mobile robots based on differential evolution algorithm is proposed. The simulation results show that the differential evolution algorithm is superior to the A* algorithm currently used for industrial mobile robots. In order to further verify the practicability of the algorithm, the algorithm is transplanted in ROS system. The running results show that the improved path planning method has obvious advantages over the embedded A* algorithm in the number of iterations, the optimal value and the visual path of ROS system.
