2015年12月～2016年1月,在完达山地区东方红重点国有林管理局开展了东北虎猎物种群调查。该次调查共布设48条样线,总长度为211.85 km,平均每条样线长4.4 km,间距3 km,记录西伯利亚狍出现点343个。运用GIS技术和MAXENT模型对西伯利亚狍栖息地适宜性进行了评价。结果显示,西伯利亚狍的适宜栖息地面积为308.08 km2,占研究区域总面积的17.88%。西伯利亚狍对阔叶林和针阔混交林、东北坡、东坡和东南坡,海拔140～260 m,距村庄2 km以上、距离河流约1～5 km、距离道路约3～8 km以及透光伐3 a后的森林抚育区域表现出偏爱。森林抚育作为人为干扰因子之一对西伯利亚狍栖息地的选择有一定影响。

In order to solve the problems of slow convergence speed, easy falling into local optima, and weakened population diversity in solving high-dimensional complex optimization problems in the sparrow search algorithm (SSA), an improved sparrow search algorithm based on seagull optimization algorithm operator and whale optimization algorithm operator (SWSSA) was proposed. Firstly, an adaptive population proportion strategy was designed to enhance the diversity of the population during the iteration process. Secondly, incorporating the whale optimization algorithm bubble net predation strategy in the local search stage, the local search ability of the sparrow search algorithm and accelerates convergence speed was enchanced. Then, an improved seagull optimization algorithm operator was introduced at the follower position to reduce the probability of the algorithm falling into local optima. Finally, 12 high-dimensional benchmark test functions and 16 high-dimensional datasets from UCI websites were selected for simulation experiments to compare SWSSA with basic SSA, SSA variant versions, golden sine algorithm (GSA), butterfly optimization algorithm (BOA), slime mold algorithm (SMA), seagull optimization algorithm (SOA), and other improved algorithms proposed by scholars. . The results show that the algorithm proposed achieves an optimal convergence accuracy of 100% on 12 test functions, with the fastest convergence speed on about 95% of the test functions, the highest classification accuracy on 9 out of 16 datasets, and the lowest number of 6 optimal feature subsets. The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of plant essential oils on the growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, serum biochemical indexes, and diarrhea status of Liaoning cashmere goat weaning lambs. A total of 48 healthy weaned male lambs with a body weight of (16.92±0.50) kg and age of (90±5) days were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates per group and four goats per replicate. Lambs in control group, test group 1, test group 2 and test group 3 were fed granule diets containing 0, 0.01%, 0.03%, and 0.05% plant essential oil, respectively. The pre-test period was seven days, and the formal experiment period was 53 days. The results showed that the average daily gain in test groups 1, 2, and 3 was extremely higher than that in control group (P<0.01), and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of digestible energy, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, acid detergent fiber, calcium, and total phosphorus in test group 2 were extremely higher than those in control group (P<0.01). The concentrations of serum glucose, insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and albumin in test group 2 were extremely higher than those in control group (P<0.01). Serum glucagon and uric acid concentrations were extremely lower than those of control group (P<0.01), and serum non-esterification fatty acid, β-hydroxybutyric acid and urea nitrogen concentrations were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). The activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and catalase in serum of test group 2 were extremely higher than those of control group (P<0.01), and the content of malondialdehyde was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of lambs in test groups 1, 2 and 3 was lower than that in control group, the recovery rate was higher than that in control group, and the recovery time and treatment cost were extremely lower than that in control group (P<0.01). The results show that supplementation of 0.03% plant essential oil in the diet of weaned lambs can improve growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients, enhance metabolic efficiency of carbohydrate, lipid and protein, improve antioxidant capacity, reduce diarrhea rate and shorten the recovery time of diarrhea. Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and reflects the value pursuit of Chinese path to modernization. Xi Jinping's important statement on common prosperity has a deep historical logic, scientific theoretical connotation and distinct practical character. From the perspective of historical logic, Xi Jinping's important statement on common prosperity lies in the inheritance of excellent Chinese traditional culture, the inheritance of Marx and Engels' theory of common prosperity, and the centuries-old exploration and practice of the Communist Party of China for the cause of common prosperity. In terms of scientific connotation, Xi Jinping's important thesis on common prosperity is that the leadership of the CPC must be adhered to in order to achieve common prosperity, that common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism, that the target subject of common prosperity is the entire population, that common prosperity is both material and spiritual, that achieving common prosperity is an essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization, and that the practice of common prosperity is an important feature of the new form of human civilisation. The contentrations of 7 polychlorinated biphenyls in 16 surface sediments from Dongping Lake were determined by GC-μECD;the spatial distribution;Arcgis10.2 IDW was used to determine spatial distribution of PCBs;Source apportionment of PCBs in the surface sediments was conducted by principal component analysis(PCA). Results showed that the contentrations of total PCBs ranged from nd to 605．/Mean while,It found that the main part in surface sediments of Dong ping Lake was the higher chlorinated homologues of PCBs. Which revealed that PCBs in the sediments mainly originated from leakage of capacitor,cement plants and electric furnace steelmaking plants around Dongping Lake and along the Dawen River. Moreover,the congener compositions of the sediments were different from known commercial Aroclors. This could explain that the source of PCBs in surface sediments of Dongping Lake was complex. There are problems such as egg embryo falling and embryo aspiration in the sorting process of the 168-egg tray automatic sorting devices. In order to solve these problems, combined with the existing egg embryo sorting technology in China and abroad, we take the vacuum generator with negative pressure control as the core to design a vacuum chuck with independent negative control circuits. Based on the theoretical analysis of airflow fields during the process of holding egg embryo, the levitation force of the egg embryo and the suction cup is compared with the negative pressure suction at the time of contact, and the suction cup is optimized. At the time of holding, the sucker can be a good coupling with the egg embryo, so as to reduce the suction negative pressure. Meanwhile, the influencing factors of the vacuum sucker airflow field, such as the relationship between the length of the negative pressure trachea and the response time of the negative pressure, the performance of the vacuum generator, the shape of the sucker, the force of suction, the capacity of the accumulator and the amount of negative pressure, are analyzed theoretically and tested, thus allowing to optimize the control mode of the gas path. Through the analysis of the airflow field, the high pressure accumulator is used to drive the vacuum generator to provide negative pressure, and each sucker is controlled independently. The negative pressure balance of the vacuum sucker is achieved by using single point negative pressure generation and single point control. This method eliminates the negative pressure difference between the pipelines caused by the centralized negative pressure supply of the vacuum pumps, and it also prevents the egg embryo from falling and the leakage phenomenon caused by negative pressure unloading near the negative pressure pipeline when a pipe leaks. The vacuum generator's independent circuit for the control of negative pressure also limits the negative pressure, thus reducing the negative pressure circuit's negative pressure fluctuations, improving the reliability of the system support, and also solving the problem of embryo aspiration caused by an excessive negative partial pressure in the centralized negative pressure supply mode. Through the egg embryo holding kinetics, combined with the mobile control system requirements of the sucker device, the axial and radial forces required to suck the eggs are analyzed, and the pleated suction cup and the buffer rod of sucker are used, so the sucking disc and egg embryo can be well coupled before being sucked. It can also reduce the critical flow rate, so as to reduce the critical negative pressure of egg embryo. This solves the problem of germplasm aspiration during egg absorption, improves the dynamic response of the system, and reduces energy consumption. According to the analysis and design of the prototype, the egg sorting test and pressure supply performance verification of the negative pressure system are carried out. Each independent negative pressure circuit achieves a stable negative pressure supply, therefore reducing the amount of air consumption. The reliable embryo egg absorption rate is 99.89%, without any egg embryo falling nor embryo aspiration phenomenon. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
