Abstract

Teacher development is the foundation of education development. Teacher development is a proposition with broad denotations and rich connotations, which involves both the external conditions of teacher development and the development of the individual qualities of teachers. Occupationalization and specialization are not only the objective requirements for the development of modern teachers, but also the key characteristics of their personal qualities. The development of teachers’ occupationalization and specialization runs through the entire career of teachers. Whether it is the organized teacher education (training) or the independent personal growth of teachers, the importance should be attached to the improvement of teachers’ occupationalization and specialization. The occupational and specialized development of teachers is influenced by both the environment and the individual factors, therefore, their occupational and specialized development at different stages of their growth is not only consistent, but also has different tasks.
