Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of linaclotide combined with polyethylene glycol（PEG） electrolyte powder in bowel preparation.Methods PubMed, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,China Biomedical Literature Database（CBM）,Wanfang and VIP databases were searched by computer to collect clinical studies on linaclotide combined with PEG as a bowel preparation regimen.The search time was from the establishment of the databases to May 2023.Two researchers independently extracted data and assessed the quality of the included studies.Meta-analysis was performed using RveMan5.4 software.Results A total of 11 articles were included, with a total of 2 381 patients, including 1 193 cases in the linaclotide combined with PEG group and 1 188 cases in the PEG group.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was no significant difference in Boston bowel preparation score [mean difference（MD）=-0.02,95% confidence interval（95%CI）-0.10-0.07,P=0.69] and adenoma detection rate [relative risk（RR）=0.95,95%CI 0.78-1.16,P=0.61] between linaclotide combined with PEG group and PEG group.In terms of safety, the incidence of nausea（RR=0.48,95%CI 0.39-0.58,P＜0.001）,abdominal distension（RR=0.46,95%CI 0.33-0.63,P＜0.001）,abdominal pain（RR=0.27,95%CI 0.16-0.43,P＜0.001） and vomiting（RR=0.32,95%CI 0.19-0.52,P＜0.001） in the linaclotide combined with PEG group were significantly lower than those in the PEG group.Conclusion As a bowel preparation regimen, linaclotide combined with PEG can not only reduce the amount of PEG,but also reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions. Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan (VNP) and omeprazole in the treatment of helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods A total of 240 patients with chronic gastritis confirmed by gastroscopy as Hp infection admitted to Department of Gastroenterology of this hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were divided into the proton pump inhibitor (PPI) 14 d group, VNP 14 d group and the VNP 7 d group by the random number sequence generated by STATA 9. 0 statistical software, with 80 cases in each group. There were two, three and four cases of shedding in the PPI 14 d group, VNP 14 d group and VNP 7 d group due to missing follow-up, respectively, and two and two cases of shedding in the PPI 14 d group and VNP 7 d group due to irregular medication, respectively, with a shedding rate of 5.4%. A total of 76,77, and 74 patients in the PPI 14 d group, VNP 14 d group and VNP 7 d group were finally included. All patients in the three groups were given anti-Hp treatment, they received 2.0 g bismuth potassium citrate granule, twice a day + amoxicillin capsule 500 mg, twice a day+clarithromycin tablet 500 mg, twice a day, and a combination of 7 d VNP 20 mg twice a day (the VNP 7 d group), 14 d omeprazole 20 mg twice a day (the PPI 14 d group), or VNP 20 mg twice a day(the VNP 14 d group). Four to six weeks after the end of treatment. fasting carbon 13 urea breath test was performed to re-examine Hp. The eradication rate of Hp and the incidence of adverse re- actions in the three groups were compared. Results The eradication rates of intentional treatment analysis of the PPI 14 d group, VNP 14 d group and VNP 7 d group were 80.0%.83.8% and 76.2%, respectively, and the eradication rates of experimental protocol analysis were 84. 2%, 87.0% and 82. 4%, respectively. There was no significant difference in Hp clearance among the three groups (P>0.05). All adverse events were mild, and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events among the three groups (P＞0.05) Conclusion The VNP 7 d regimen is well tolerated, and its efficacy and safety are similar to the PPI 14 d regimen and VNP 14 d regimen. Objective To investigate the efficacy of "probiotics No. 1" in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). A total of 300 patients with diarrhen type IRS (IBS-D) and constipation type IBS (IBS-C) who were diagnosed and trea ted in the hospital from July to December 2020 were randomly divided into test group with 154 cases (IBS C test subgroup 40 cases, IBS-D test subgroup 114 cases) and control group with 146 cases (IBS-C control subgroup 36 cases. IBS-D control subgroup 110 cases) respectively orally take "probiotics No. 1 and placebo for 2 weeks. The IRS severity questionnaire (IBS SSS) score and the Bristol classification (Bristol) classification score of the patients in each group were evaluated at 0,1,2 weeks of medication and 1 week of drug withdrawal. The IBS quality of life scale (IBS-QOL) score of each group - evaluated for 2 weeks, and the occur rence of adverse reactions during the medication was recorded. Results A total of 264 cases were completed, including 134 cases in the test group (37 cases in the IBS-C test subgroup. 97 cases in the IBS-D test subgroup) 130 cases in the control group (35 cases in the IBS-C control subgroup, and 95 cases in the IBS-D control subgroup). IBS-D test subgroup and IBS-D control subgroup at after 1 and 2 weeks of medication, and the stool Bristol scores of patients in the IBS-D test subgroup and control subgroup at after 1 and 2 weeks of medication were significantly lower than those before medication, and the decline in the test group and IBS-D test subgroup were more significant than those of the control group and IBS D control subgroup, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0,05), The IBS-SSS scores of patients in the IBS-C test subgroup was only significantly lower after 2 weeks of medication than that before medication, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0, 05). The response rate of IBS-SSS score in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0, 05), One week after the drug was stopped, IBS SSS score of the control group and IBS-D control subgroups had a significant increase, IBS-C control subgroups had a significant decrease in stool Bristol classification scores compared with those at after 2 weeks of medication, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The test group and IBS-D, IBS-C test subgroups had no significant changes compared with the previous ones. After taking the drug for 2 weeks, the IBS QOL scores of the patients in test group.control group, IBS-D test subgroup and IBS-D control subgroup were significantly lower than those before medication and the test group and IBS-D test subgroup decreased compared with the control group and IBS-D control subgroup were more obvious, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0, 05). The changes in IBS QOL scores before and after medication in the IBS-C test and control subgroups were statistically significant (P<0.05) and there were no differences between the groups. Conclusion Compared with placebo, taking "probiotics No. 1 for 2 weeks can improve the overall symptoms, stool characteristics and quality of life of IBS patients especially in IBS-D patients. The adaptive dynamic surface control is proposed for a class of uncertain nonlinear strict-feedback systems proceeded by unknown input dead-zone. Unlike the low-order filters used in CSCD, the nonlinear filters with time-varying integral function are utilized to cope with the virtual controls. The proposed control method not only overcomes the “explosion of terms” and reduces the computational complexity, but also simplify the structure of the controller. Furthermore, it compensates the boundary layer error inherent in the dynamic surface procedure. Theoretical analysis proves that the proposed control scheme can eliminate the influence of dead zone nonlinearity and ensure the stability of the closed-loop system. Taking the simulation of a single-arm manipulator as an example, the transient performance can be improved by the tuning of design parameters, and the asymptotic convergence of the tracking error can be achieved, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method. Objective To observe the effects of different treatment regimens on clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) combined with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Methods From Jun. 2018 to Jun. 2019.90 FD patients with Hp infection and mild to moderate anxiety and depression were randomly divided into group A,B,and C. Group A was treated with quadruple Hp eradication treatment for 2 weeks,and then continued to be treated with antacid drug for 1 weeks. Group B was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets for 6 weeks. Group C was treated with quadruple Hp eradication treatment for 2 weeks and at the same time treated with flupentixol and mclitracen tablets for 6 weeks. The dyspepsia symptom score, anxiety score, depression score, and quality of life score were evaluated before treatment and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the average scores of dyspepsia symptom was reduced in group A, B and C(P<0. 05), and the total effective rate on dyspepsia symptoms was 16. 67%,82. 00% and 83. :33%. After 6 weeks of treatment,there was no significant change of anxiety,depression and quality of life scores in group A (CP>0. 05), the scores of anxiety and depression in group B and C were significantly lower, and the quality of life score was significantly higher (CP<0. 05). Compared with group A. there were significant differences of all the scores in group Band group C after 6 weeks of treatment (P <0. 05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group C (P>0. 05). Conclusion For patients with FD, combined with Hp infection and mild to moderate anxiety and depression, routine Hp eradication therapy might be with limited improvement in symptoms, while anti-anxiety or depression treatment could effectively improve the clinical symptoms, which might have the same effect with anti-anxiety or depression treatment combined with Hp eradication treatment. Objective To investigate the effect of Inula britannica flower total flavonoids (IBFTF) on autophagy of aging L929 cells by detecting the levels of autophagy in the process of senescence of L929 cells for better development of the medicinal value of IBFTF. Methods Cell senescence models were established by using D-galactose (D-gal) solutions (0, 5, 10, 20 and 40 g/L) on L929 cells to find out the most appropriate concentration of D-gal for inducing senescence in L929 cells. IBFTF solutions (25, 50, 100 mg/L) were applied to aging L929 cells to investigate the effect of IBFTF on L929 cell senescence and autophagy. The effect of D-gal on the viability of L929 cells was detected with MTT. β-galactosidase staining was used to detect the effect of D-gal at different concentrations on the senescence process of L929 cells. Fluorescence microscopy was used to detect the effect of IBFTF on ROS production in senescent L929 cells. The effects of IBFTF on the number of lysosomes and the expression of LC3 protein in senescent L929 cells were examined with acridine orange staining and immunofluorescence. The levels of autophagy-related proteins were detected with Western-Blot. Results IBFTF delayed the senescence process of aging L929 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the autophagy level of L929 cells also increased in a dose-dependent manner during the aging delay process.
