鉴于现有标准中的设计公式不适用于计算四肢格构式钢管混凝土轴压构件的承载力，在选择合理钢材和混凝土本构模型的基础上，建立了四肢格构式钢管混凝土轴压构件的非线性有限元模型，并通过现有试验结果验证了模型的准确性，再进一步利用有限元模型确定了四肢格构式钢管混凝土标准轴压短柱的几何条件和强度承载力计算公式，以及四肢格构式钢管混凝土轴压构件的稳定系数和稳定承载力计算公式。结果表明：与现有标准中的设计公式相比，建议公式能够更加准确地预测四肢格构式钢管混凝土轴压构件的承载力，可为相关标准的修订提供参考。

针对在湍流信道下空间脉冲位置调制（SPPM）系统误码性能较差的问题，文章将空时分组码与空间调制技术结合，提出了基于比特补码正交空时分组码的空间脉冲位置调制（BCOSTBC-SPPM），利用空时编码增加信息冗余度以改善系统误码性能。同时基于最大似然（ML）检测推导了系统的理论误比特率上界，并通过蒙特卡洛仿真对理论上界进行了验证。仿真结果表明，BCOSTBC-SPPM的误码性能相比SPPM有较大提升。在弱湍流信道下，当系统误比特率为10-4时，（4，2，4）-BCOSTBC-SPPM相比（4，1，4）-SPPM信噪比改善约10 dB。该方式相较于传统正交空时编码方案在频谱效率方面有一定提升，实现了系统有效性和可靠性的合理权衡。

为了提高海上大型无人机无线通信能力，在总结分析国内外机载无线激光通信的技术发展现状、已开展实验情况和技术趋势的基础上，对应用场景进行了规划和设想，对海上大型无人机大气激光通信的性能指标、关键技术、面临的机遇和挑战进行了分析，为无线激光通信在我国海上大型无人机无线激光通信的应用及发展提供了借鉴和参考。

【目的】探讨畸形精子症患者的精子DNA完整性与年龄及常规精液参数的相关关系。【方法】收集2013年1月至2016年12月在我院生殖中心就诊的255例畸型精子症患者的精液标本，将患者按年龄分为≤ 30岁、30～35 岁和≥ 35 岁3 组，按WHO 第5 版手册进行精液常规分析，采用精子染色质扩散法（SCD）检测精子DNA完整性。【结果】畸形精子症患者精子DNA碎片指数（DFI）与前向运动精子百分率（PR%）、精子总活力呈负相关（P < 0.001；P < 0.001），与年龄、正常形态精子百分率（NF%）可能存在弱相关关系（P = 0.003；P = 0.027）。精子浓度、总精子数与精子DFI之间的相关关系无统计学意义（P = 0.260；P =0.541）。不同年龄组患者的精子DFI 水平差异具有统计学意义（P = 0.021）；年龄≥ 35 岁组的精子DFI 水平显著高于≤ 30 岁组和30～35 岁组（P =0.030，P = 0.035）；而≤ 30岁组和30～35岁组间的精子DFI水平差异无统计学意义（P = 1.000）。年龄≥ 35岁组的精子DFI异常率明显高于≤ 30岁组和30～35岁组（P = 0.002）。在年龄≥ 35岁组中，年龄、PR%及精子总活力在DFI正常患者与DFI异常患者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P =0.006；P < 0.001；P < 0.001）。【结论】畸形精子症患者的PR%是与其精子DFI最密切相关的精子参数；年龄越大的畸形精子症患者的精子DNA完整性越差。

接收孔径可以有效地改善无线光通信链路的误码率性能。文章从孔径平均效应出发,比较了圆环接收孔径和圆形接收孔径的平均因子差异,进而分析了其对通信系统误码率的影响。仿真结果表明:当接收孔径D

在光通信中,采用高调制阶数可获得高功率利用率,但同时也会导致时隙速率增大。针对于此,文章研究了时隙速率对雪崩光电二极管（APD）直接检测接收机差错性能的影响。在给出接收机模型的基础上,以脉冲位置调制（PPM）为例,推导了差错概率解析式,并分析了产生影响的根本原因。数值结果表明,时隙速率的增大减弱了系统的抗噪声性能,当误码率为10-6时,调制阶数每增加1,需要增加约1 dBm的信号接收功率。

【目的】观察人工耳蜗植入后不同时间段的电极阻抗和电诱发复合动作电位（ECAP）阈值的变化，探讨其对调试间隔的指导意义。【方法】对17例植入人工耳蜗的患儿术中及术后30d开机时、开机使用10、20、30、40、50、60、90、150d的电极阻抗值和ECAP阈值进行观测和分析。【结果】术中和术后30d开机两个时间点与其它各时间点的阻抗值的差异有极显著意义；第22号电极的阻抗值与第2、4、6、8、10、12号等电极的差异有显著性意义，余电极间差异无显著性；电极2,4、6、8、10、12等的术中ECAP阈值与术后30d开机时的ECAP阈值的差异有显著意义。【结论】人工耳蜗植入电极的阻抗在开机使用后10d有急速的下降，开机使用30d时达最低值，但ECAP阈值的变化不明显；如果电极的阻抗和ECAP阈值在开机使用后2个月均变化不大，可以根据患者的表现适当推迟下次调试的时间。

[目的]研究常规止凝血功能指标和分子标志物在正常孕妇和产科早期弥漫性血管内凝血（DIC）患者中的变化，了解它们在诊断产科早期DIC中的价值和意义。[方法]将107例正常孕妇按孕期分为早孕组（≤12周）、中孕组（13—28周）和晚孕组（≥29周），检测了31例早孕、14例中孕、62例晚孕、34例产科早期DIC和31例正常对照的常规止凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（Fbg）、血小板（PLT）]和分子标志物F1＋2、TM和D—dimer。[结果]PT、APTT在各实验组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），早期DIC组PLT（155±60）×10^9／L低于正常对照组（241±63）×10^9／L和妊娠各期组（分别为（233±64）×10^9／L、（203±50）×10^9／L、（216±55）×10^9／L）（P〈0．05），Fbg、F1＋2、TM、D—dimer随着妊娠时间的延长浓度逐渐升高（P〈0．05），早期DIC组Fbg（4．0±1．0）g/L与中孕组（3．8±0．8）g/L、晚孕组（4．1±0．5）g／L相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），早期DIC组F1＋2（4．43±1．43）nmol／L、TM（31．5±8．5）μg/L、D—dimer630（479）μg／L浓度显著升高，明显高于正常对照组和妊娠各期组（P〈0．05）。除PLT和Fbg之间不存在直线相关关系外，指标F1＋2、TM、D-dimer、PLT、Fbg间均存在直线相关关系或等级相关关系（P〈0．05）。【结论】PT、APTT不能及时反映孕妇体内的高凝状态，不能作为早期诊断产科早期DIC的敏感指标。Fbg是反映机体高凝状态的一个指标。但不是早期诊断产科DIC的敏感指标。F1＋2、TM、D—dimer可作为早期诊断产科DIC的敏感指标。

The incidence of decreased ovarian reserve (DOR) is gradually increasing, with fluctuations in hormone levels causing a series of clinical syndromes. Among these, sleep disorders stand out as prominent symptoms, clinically manifested by difficulties in falling asleep, shortened sleep duration, and poor sleep quality, severely impacting the physical and mental health as well as the quality of life of women. Clinical observations have found a close relationship between decreased ovarian reserve and sleep disorders, where the two interact causally and reciprocally. Western medicine primarily focuses on improving behavioral cognition, administering sedatives and hypnotics, and hormone replacement therapy, albeit with certain limitations in efficacy. Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes holistic views and syndrome differentiation in treatment, offering low side effects and unique advantages. This review summarizes recent literature on the research progress of sleep disorders and DOR from both Western and traditional Chinese medicine perspectives, providing reference for clinical treatment. Objective To explore the association between the triglyceride-glucose index and its derived indices and chronic disease comorbidity among middle-aged and elderly individuals in China. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted using data from the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS), including respondents aged 45 years and older. The study involved questionnaire surveys, physical examinations, and laboratory tests. Multivariable logistic regression models were utilized to examine the associations of triglyceride-glucose (TyG) and triglyceride glucose-body mass index (TyG-BMI) with simple and complex comorbidities, with stratified analyses by sex to investigate the interaction between sex and TyG indices and their derived indices. Results A total of 6 744 participants were included in the study, with a simple comorbidity prevalence of 20.9% and a complex comorbidity prevalence of 11.4%. After adjusting for all included covariates, the highest TyG index group remained positively associated with simple comorbidity (OR=1.49, 95%CI: 1.21-1.84, Ptrend<0.001) and complex comorbidity (OR=1.76, 95%CI: 1.35-2.29, Ptrend<0.001). The highest TyG-BMI index group also showed positive associations with simple comorbidity (OR=1.78, 95%CI: 1.45-2.20, Ptrend<0.001) and complex comorbidity (OR=4.38, 95%CI: 3.38-5.68, Ptrend<0.001). Additionally, there was an interaction between sex and TyG in both simple and complex comorbidities (Pinteraction<0.001), as well as between sex and TyG-BMI (Pinteraction<0.001). Conclusion The study found that high TyG and its derived indices are associated with an increased risk of chronic disease comorbidity. Objective To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of depression among the elderly in rural areas of Sichuan Province, Methods By using the method of multi - stage samplings a questionnaire survey was conducted among 606 rural elderly persons in Sichuan from July to August, 2022. Chi - square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of depression. Results The average score of depression in the rural elderly was (3.79 ± 3.21) points, 85 people had depressive symptoms, and the prevalence rate of depressive symptoms was 14.0%. To investigate the effects of varying acid deposition intensities on active aluminum in the understory soil of Pinus massoniana forest in a long-term natural environment, we selected Simian Mountain, Jinyun Mountain, and Tieshanping in Chongqing as our study areas. This study focused on the soil of P. massoniana forests with the same parent material and analyzed the interactive relationships between soil pH, nutrient elements, exchangeable cations, enzyme activities, and active aluminum under varying acid deposition levels. An increase in acid deposition intensity significantly decreased soil pH, total carbon(TC), total nitrogen(TN), exchangeable aluminum(Ex-Al), monomeric hydroxyl aluminum(Hy-Al), and acid-soluble inorganic aluminum(Ac-Al) content(P＜0.05), whereas the exchangeable Mn2+ content increased. Active aluminum primarily comprised Ac-Al and aluminum humate(Hu-Al), accounting for approximately 77.1% to 84.9% of the total active aluminum. Under acidic deposition, active aluminum soil content was significantly correlated with TC, TN, total sulfur (TS), ammonium nitrogen(NH+4-N), and urease activity(UE, P＜0.05), of which NH+4-N was the main factor affecting the total active aluminum amount. Acid deposition dominantly influenced active aluminum content. Specifically, a significant positive correlation between TC, TN, and TS, and the content of each form of active aluminum(P＜0.05) was observed at Simian Mountain. Under the conditions of the Jinyun Mountain, the Mg2+ content was significantly positively correlated with the Ac-Al content(P＜0.05), and significantly negatively correlated with Ex-Al, Hy-Al, and Hu-Al contents(P＜0.05). At Tieshanping, the nitrate nitrogen(NO-3-N) content was significantly negatively correlated with the Ex-Al content(P＜0.01) and significantly positively correlated with the Hy-Al, Ac-Al, and Hu-Al contents(P＜0.01). As the intensity of acid deposition increased, a loss of carbon and nitrogen, leaching of active aluminum, and an increase in exchangeable Mn2+ content were observed in P. massoniana soil. The redundancy analysis showed that with increasing intensity of acid deposition, the main factors affecting the active aluminum content of soil in various forms changed from TC, TN, TS content to exchangeable Mg2+ content and then NO-3-N content. In order to address the remote transmission challenges of sensing signal in specialized scenarios such as those involving intense magnetic fields and diverse sealed compartments within a distributed acquisition system, an effective solution has been developed. This solution entails the strategic design of proximity-based conversion circuits at both the designated test point locations and the central control acquisition end. Under this scheme, at the measurement terminal situated remotely from the main control acquisition unit, digital sensing signals were directly transmitted through the IIC/ SPI long-distance transmission circuitry. In contrast, analog sensing signals undergo a preliminary transformation into digital values before being channeled into the transmission circuit. Upon reaching the central control acquisition terminal, the IIC/ SPI long-distance receiving circuitry interprets and integrates these signals into the central processing unit. This sophisticated design enables seamless long-distance data transmission from the sensing points to the central control acquisition terminal, effectively obviating the need for multiple control acquisition endpoints. The proposed transmission methodology is meticulously tailored to accommodate a range of sensor types and transmission protocols, and its efficacy has been rigorously examined and validated. Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of health poverty among the elderly in rural areas of Sichuan in the post poverty alleviation era. Methods By using the method of multi - stage sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 606 rural elderly persons in Sichuan from July to August, 2022. Chi 一 square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of health poverty. Results Among the 606 persons, 167 (27. 6%) were in health poverty. The results of multivariate analysis showed that age(OR - 1. 655, 95% CI: 1, 250 一 2. 191), number of chronic diseases (OR - 1. 864, 95% Cl: 1. 510 - 2. 301) and physical function limitation (OR = 1. 890, 95% CI: 1.353 -2.640) were the risk factors, while the number of daughters (OR = 0.739, 95% Cl: 0. 593 - 0.920) and labor intensity in the past year (OR = 0. 498, 95% C/: 0. 343 - 0. 722) were protective factors for health poverty in the rural elderly. Conclusion The rural elderly in Sichuan still have a high risk of health poverty, especially the elderly who are aged, suffer from multiple chronic diseases, have serious disability, have little labor intensity, and have few daughters are the high 一 risk groups of health poverty, which needs to be paid attention to. Low accessibility of large ditching equipment cannot fully meet the narrow space in grape vineyards in southern China. Manual ditching is also low effectiveness and efficiency. Fortunately, a 1K-50 orchard ditching machine has been developed in this case. Nevertheless, some challenges still remained regarding the stability of trench depth, high power consumption, and severe vibration of the machine during ditching. One of the key components in the ditching machine, the blade roller can encounter significant resistance, as the blades make direct contact with the soil during operation. This resistance has posed a strong impact on the ditching power and vibration of the machine. It is very necessary to analyze the ditching power, working resistance, and soil movement during deep cultivation with a reverse-rotary ditching machine. The discrete element method (DEM) can be expected to explore the ditching power and vibration. Compared with the theoretical calculations and agricultural machinery experiments, the interaction between the blade roller and the soil can be determined to optimize the blade roller parameters and the soil flow state from a microscopic perspective. At the same time, efficiency can also be improved to reduce research costs. However, the number of high-magnitude particles can be limited to establish the soil particle model in a 1:1 physical scale, when discrete element software runs the large-scale agricultural machinery simulations. Coarsening can be used to simplify a complex particle model into a larger-scale particle combination without considering the relatively minor physical phenomena. System details can be removed to significantly reduce the computational load. Particle size, shape, and contact properties between particles are required for the key factors to consider in the coarsening process of the model. This study aims to clarify the influence of the scale ratio on the ditching power, working resistance, and soil movement state of the machine, in order to simplify the issue while considering the key factors. Taking the ditching component of the 1K50 ditching machine as the research object, EDEM software was used to construct a blade roller-soil model suitable for the soil environment of grape vineyards in southern China. The simulated ditching test was conducted under the working conditions of a cutter roll speed of 132 r/min, forward speed of 0.06 m/s, and ditching depth of 0.3 m. The results show that the average ditching power, horizontal resistance, and vertical resistance were 3.73 kW, 923.85 N, and 148.30 N, respectively, in the original particle state during the stable operating stage of the blade roller. The error of simulated and actual ditching power was 9.9%. The enlarging diameter of soil particles caused the variation in the ditching power of the blade roller, working resistance, and soil movement state. Specifically, the average ditching power and horizontal resistance decreased with the increase in the scale ratio, while the average vertical resistance decreased first, then increased, and finally decreased again. The throwing speed decreased, and the shape of the thrown soil was loose at the advanced moment when the soil was thrown out from the forward section of the blade. But there was no change in the order of the soil distribution in the soil layers at different depths. The simulation time was reduced by more than 99% when the scale ratio was between 2 and 5. Nevertheless, the error exceeded 32% in the ditching power of the blade roller simulation, compared with the actual. Once the scale ratio was 1.2, the relative error of the model in the ditching power was kept at 11.1%, with a simulation time of 22.9 h and a simulation data volume of 313.72 GB. The findings can provide a strong reference for the discrete element coarsening in the field of agricultural machinery. The stand seam roof is prone to failure under wind pressure. There is a lack of mechanical models and finite element analysis software that can numerically simulate the wind-induced response of stand seam roof systems. Firstly, the elastoplastic equivalent spring model for the stand seam roof was proposed according to the nonlinear wind-induced response of the structure, and the finite element algorithm for the elastoplastic equivalent spring element was derived, then the algorithm was embedded in the LiToSim platform to develop customized software LiToSpr for the stand seam roof. Finally, the structural responses were modeled, analyzed and compared with the anti-wind unmasking experiment results, to verify the applicability of customized software LiToSpr. The research indicates that, software LiToSpr can well simulate the wind-induced responses of the stand seam roof, and provides a reference for engineering design. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 探讨高、低频重复经颅磁刺激（repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation，rTMS）大脑初级运动 皮层（M1区）治疗卒中后上肢痉挛的临床疗效及差异。 方法 纳入我院神经内科和中医理疗科卒中后痉挛性偏瘫患者60例，随机分为高频rTMS组、低频 rTMS组和假刺激组各20例。高频rTMS组刺激患侧M1区，刺激频率为10 Hz，刺激强度为80%运动阈 值；低频rTMS组刺激健侧M1区，刺激频率为1 Hz，刺激强度为90%运动阈值；假刺激组接受相同噪声 与时间的假刺激治疗。所有患者均接受常规康复治疗。各组患者分别在治疗前及治疗8周后采用改良 Ashworth痉挛评定量表（modified Ashworth scale，MAS）、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上肢运动功能 测试部分（upper extremities motor function test of Fugl-Meyer movement assessment，U-FMA）和改良 Barthel指数（modified Barthel index，MBI）进行评定。以上治疗均1次/日，5次/周，连续治疗8周。 结果 与治疗前相比，治疗后三组患者上肢MAS、U-FMA和MBI评分均有显著改善，差异均有统计学意 义（P＜0.01）；治疗后，高频rTMS组和低频rTMS组比假刺激组的上肢MAS、U-FMA和MBI评分改善更明 显，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但低频rTMS组和高频rTMS组上肢MAS、U-FMA和MBI评分比较， 差异无统计学意义。 结论 健侧低频与患侧高频rTMS刺激大脑M1区均可有效改善患者的临床症状和运动功能障碍。两 种经颅磁刺激方案临床疗效相当。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and differences of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for high-frequency and low-frequency stimulation in the treatment of stroke upper limb spasticity. Methods A total of 60 patients from department of neurology and physiotherapy with spasticity were randomized to receive 10 Hz (n =20), 1 Hz (n =20) or sham (n =20) rTMS. The high-frequency rTMS group and the low-frequency rTMS group were given rTMS for 40 days in the ipsilesional and contralesional primary motor cortex. The stimulation frequency of the high-frequency rTMS was 10 Hz and the stimulation intensity was 80% motor threshold (MT). The stimulation frequency of the low-frequency rTMS was 1 Hz, 90% MT; the sham stimulation group received sham stimulation. All of participants received conventional rehabilitation. All the treatments were performed once a day, 5 times per week, and continued for 8 weeks. The modified Ashworth scale (MAS), upper extremities motor function test of Fugl-Meyer movement assessment (U-FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) were performed before and 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, there was a significant improvement of MAS U-FMA and MBI scores after treatment in three groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Low-frequency stimulation of the contralesional and high-frequency stimulation of the ipsilesional M1 area can both effectively improve the clinical symptoms and motor function of the spastic patients. There was no significant difference for their clinical efficacy.
