[Objective]The response of wheat roots to different landscape positions and the mechanical and biological characteristics of wheat roots at different landscape positions in purple soil slope land of central Sichuan hilly area were studied to provide theoretical basis for improvement and popularization of wheat farming mode in sloping land of Central Sichuan hilly area. [Method] Wheat root samples from different landscape positions (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 meters away from the top of the slope) with different farming modes were selected in a 12 ° purple soil slope of the central Sichuan hilly area. The Topological Index, Root Area, Coverage Area, Root Length In Unit Soil, Tensile Strength and other biological indexes of wheat roots were determined by WinRhizo. [Result] The results showed that root topological index of mechanical tillage wheat was 0. 947 and that of traditional tillage was 0. 948; With the two different tillage modes, the internal and external number of wheat reached the maximum at the top and toe of the slope; Along the slope, the T, of wheat at different slope positions of the traditional farming group was maintained in 0. 966 - 0. 915, the T, of wheat at different slope positions of mechanical farming group was maintained in 0. 954 -0. 935; q0 and qb of the traditional farming group were bigger than those of the mechanical farming group. The tensile resistance and breaking distance of> 0. 3 mm root system were twice as big as that of 0-0. 3 mm root system, which were6 N and3. 5 mm;The maximum surface area of wheat roots at different landscape positions was 3. 95 cm², the maximum coverage area was 12. 5 cm², the maximum root length per unit soil was 44. 5 cm, and the maximum wheat volume was 0. 235 cm³, all of values reached the maximum at the shoulder of slope. [Conclusion] This study is helpful to better understand the growth and development characteristics of wheat in purple soil slope of Central Sichuan hilly area, and improve the crop planting and management technology in purple soil slope of Central Sichuan hilly area. Prokaryotic type II adaptive immune systems have been developed into the versatile CRISPR technology, which has been widely applied in site-specific genome editing and has revolutionized biomedical research due to its superior efficiency and flexibility. Recent studies have greatly diversified CRISPR technologies by coupling it with various DNA repair mechanisms and targeting strategies. These new advances have significantly expanded the generation of genetically modified animal models, either by including species in which targeted genetic modification could not be achieved previously, or through introducing complex genetic modifications that take multiple steps and cost years to achieve using traditional methods. Herein, we review the recent developments and applications of CRISPR-based technology in generating various animal models, and discuss the everlasting impact of this new progress on biomedical research.

Objective: To analyze the risk factors of colorectal adenoma and its correlation with helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection.Methods: 180 patients with colorectal adenoma who were treated from June 2018 to December 2018 and 152 patients who received colonoscopy without abnormality in our hospital were selected as the study group and control group. The general data of the two groups were collected and compared. The Hc infection was detected by 14 C urinary nitrogen breath test. The risk factors of colon adenoma were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results: Male, age, body mass index of 24 kg/m~2, abdominal obesity, drinking, smoking, like eating red meat, like eating fruits and vegetables, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, fecal occult blood positive, a positive family history of cancer and Hp were influencing factors for colorectal adenoma, like eating fruits and vegetables was the protective factors. The HP positive rate group had >1 cm adenoma, multiple adenomas, and the left colon rate was higher than the HP negative group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the pathological types of adenoma pedicle type and adenoma in patients with intestinal adenoma between the Hp positive group and the Hp negative group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Colorectal adenoma is related to a variety of risk factors,Hp infection may increase the risk of developing colorectal adenoma. In order to reduce the potential risk of colon cancer, this high-risk group should be the focus of screening for colorectal adenoma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The project of Hongkong Airport third runway adopts the DCM technology, which requires high construction accuracy and quality, as well as complicated environmental impacts such as sea storms and waves, making construction control difficult. In order to facilitate the DCM ship construction control, the main process flow of the DCM method was subdivided into 19 control nodes. Based on the technical requirements of Hongkong Airport third runway project, we analyzed the control difficulties such as construction accuracy, parameter matching, and coordination of the dual—processor DCM ship, introduced the linkage control method of processor (ill, stirring wing rotation, and mud pump spray in the automatic or manual control mode, as well as dual—processor single action, coordinated control method and control principles. - Abstract
The excavation area of a large deep pit is nearly 50000 m2 in Saudi Arabia close to the Red Sea. The maximum excavation depth is 15.75 m, and requiring maximum drawdown is 12.25 m. The depth of the site within 60 m is sand layer, the permeability coefficient is large, which brings great difficulties to the dewatering of foundation pit. According to the traditional theory of dewatering design, a total of 52 deep wells need to be laid. A large number of deep wells will affect the progress of excavation, and the deep well pipes and pumps are easy to be corroded by seawater, which can increase the maintenance costs. Therefore, the number of deep well is optimized to 22, and the well spacing is about 40 m. When the foundation pit is excavated to the groundwater level, the ditch will be excavated around the bottom of the pit, and the water will be drained by submersible pump. The results of the excavation show that the combined dewatering method of water catchment and deep well has achieved the expected dewatering effect, reduces the interference of precipitation on construction. 生物醫用材料表面性能,包括表面形貌與化學組成,對誘導骨組織形成并形成骨整合具有重要作用。細胞行為對基底表面形貌和組成的依賴性決定了設計不同功能表面的重要性。作者小組多年來從事生物材料表面微納結構相關研究。在微圖形方面,結合微加工和磁控濺射技術制備出的羥基磷灰石微溝槽;采用溶膠-凝膠與復制微模塑相結合的方法制備了TiO2微圖形;采用掩模曝光電化學微加工技術和噴射電化學微加工技術,在鈦基底上制備多孔微圖形;通過轉移微模塑法與自組裝技術相結合,得到殼聚糖與牛血清蛋白復合微圖形。在納米結構方面,采用電化學陽極氧化處理,獲得一定管徑和管長的二氧化鈦納米管。在微納多級結構方面,結合高壓微弧氧化和低壓陽極氧化制備了微納多級結構鈦表面。除了考慮微納結構單獨效應之外,還考慮了微納結構化與生物功能化的協同效應,即在具有微納結構的生物材料表面通過層層自組裝等手段進行生物化學修飾。最后通過成骨相關細胞培養實驗及體內植入實驗,考察各試樣的生物活性。研究表明,微米尺度表面促進骨細胞粘附、增殖、分化等,而納米尺寸結構以及微納多級結構對細胞功能具有進一步促進作用。微納結構化與表面功能化修飾存在有協同效應。這些研究結果為微納米技術應用于人體植入研究提供了新方向。Surface properties including topography and chemistry are of great significance in deciding the response of tissue to implants. Our group has been engaged in researches on micro/nano structured biomaterial surfaces for a long time. This article reviews our series works on osteogenetic cells behavior on biomaterial surfaces with micro-and nano-structures. For micro-patterns, hydroxyapatite microgrooves were prepared by combining micro-fabrication technology and magnetron sputtering technology; TiO2 micropatterns were obtained by combining sol-gel and replica molding; Micro-patterned Ti substrates were prepared by using a through mask electrochemical micromachining and a jet electrochemical micromachining technology; chitosan/bovine serum albumin micropatterns were prepared on functionalized Ti surfaces by micro-transfer molding combined with self-assembly. For nanostructures, titania nanotubes with various diameters and lengths were prepared by a electrochemical anodic oxidation treatment. For micro-nano hierarchical structures, titania micropores modified with nanotubes were obtained by high voltage micro-arc oxidation and low voltage anodization. In addition to considering the effects of micro-nano structure alone, the synergistic effects of struturalization and biofunctionalization of biomaterial surfaces were investigated, which were realized through layer-by-layer self-assembly and other means of biochemical modification on micro/nano structured surf

Based on the engineering background of foundation treatment works of Sudan Port container yard, we established a field trial area for verification of coral reefs backfill foundation treatment approaches. Through the in-situ compaction degree, CBR, resilient modulus and plate load tests, we compared the reinforcement effects of vibration rolling, rapid compaction (compaction energy 500 kJ and 1000 kJ) and general compaction (compaction energy 3000 kJ), and analyzed the engineering characteristics of coral reefs backfill after the different reinforcement methods. The results show that the engineering properties of reinforced coarse coral reef backfill are similar to gravel soils, and the characteristic values of reinforced compaction degree, CBR, resilient modulus and foundation bearing capacity have increased at different extents.
