Objective: To evaluate the nutritional status of the hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by controlling nutritional status (CONUT) score and to analyze the risk factors of malnutrition by multivariate Logistic regression. Methods: 454 cases of hospitalized patients with T2DM in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected, and they were divided into malnutrition group with 68 cases and normal nutrition group with 386 cases according to CONUT score. The baseline data of patients were collected, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of malnutrition in hospitalized patients with T2DM. Results: The incidence of malnutrition in 454 cases of hospitalized patients with T2DM was 14.98% (68/454). Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in glycated hemoglobin Alc (HbA1c), age, high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), body mass index (BMI), C-reactive protein (CRP), course of disease, lymphocyte count, smoking, hemoglobin, albumin and 2 h postpran- dial blood glucose in the two groups (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that decreased albumin, age greater than or equal to 60 years, decreased hemoglobin, decreased BMI, decreased HDL-C, prolonged course of disease, smoking and increased CRP were independent risk factors for malnutrition in hospitalized patients with T2DM (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of malnutrition in hospitalized patients with T2DM is high. Age, BMI, course of disease, smoking, albumin, hemoglobin, HDL-C, CRP are independent influencing factors of malnutrition in hospitalized patients with T2DM. In order to study the damage of microscopic cracks in the layered composite rock, the uniaxial compression test combined with the acoustic emission technology was used to monitor the internal failure process of the specimen in real time and analyze the failure process of the rock, the parameters of acoustic emission, and other mechanical characteristics. The research results show that the failure characteristics of layered composite rocks are not just the simple compound of failure characteristics of single rock, but the coupling failure characteristics under load effect. High-strength hard rock can constrain the lateral deformation of low-strength weak rock, while low-strength weak rock can promote the lateral deformation of high-strength hard rock.The research also shows the energy count of acoustic emission is closed related to the compaction, expansion, and penetration of internal cracks in composite rocks, which means the count can be used to evaluate the damage degree inside the rock.During the research, a damage evolution equation based on the accumulated energy is used, through which we found the fitted data is in good agreement with the experimental data.This means the acoustic emission energy count can be used to reflect the damage evolution law of the layered composite rock, making it as a reference for the damage research of layered composite rocks. Based on the fourth national general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources, in this census, Beijing identified 12 key medicinal plants. In order to investigate the reserves of these 12 key medicinal plants in Miyun District of Beijing, the species and quantity of these 12 key medicinal plants in the selected quadrats in Miyun District were investigated by sampling method, and their reserves were calculated. At the same time, the change trend of the reserves of key medicinal plants are understood through visits and investigations, and put forward analysis and suggestions, which also provides a certain reference for further investigation of medicinal plants in the future. BACKGROUND: Weight loss under hypoxic exposure is related to a reduction in food intake. Decreased gastric Ghrelin levels can reduce food intake, but whether digestive nutritional absorption disorders and dyslipidemia caused by obesity can be regulated through Ghrelin-growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) pathway under intermittent hypoxia is unclear yet. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of intermittent hypoxia exposure on Ghrelin-GHSR pathway in gastric tissues of obese mice. METHODS: Thirty C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into a control group (n=8) and a high fat diet group (n=22, fed with high fat diet). After 8 weeks high fat diet, obesity models were successfully established in 16 mice with high fat diet, and then were randomly divided into an obese control group (n=8) and an obese hypoxic group (n=8, 11.2% oxygen concentration, 8 hours per day, 6 times per week). The mice whose remaining body mass did not exceed the average body weight of the normal control group by 20% were discarded. After intervention, the serum biochemical indicators and Ghrelin level were tested; the Ghrelin and GHSR-1a mRNA expressions were tested by RT-PCR; gastric tissue morphology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining; the mean absorbance values of Ghrelin and Ghrelin O-acyltransferase (Goat) were measured by immunohistochemistry; the protein expressions of hypothalamic growth hormone secretagogue hormone receptor 1a (GHSR-1a), Ghrelin and Goat were detected by western blot. The study protocol was approved by the Sports Science Ethics Committee of Beijing Sport University, approval No. 2015021. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The body mass of the obese control group was significantly higher than that of the control group and obese hypoxic group after 4-week hypoxic intervention. (2) The blood glucose, total cholesterol, and triacylglycerol levels were obviously higher in the obese control group than the control group. Compared with the obese control group, the blood glucose and total cholesterol levels were significantly lower in the obese hypoxic group, while the serum Ghrelin level was significantly higher in the obese hypoxic group. (3) The Ghrelin mRNA relative expression in gastric tissue of the obese control group was evidently lower than that of the obese hypoxic group, and the GHSR-1a mRNA expression in the hypothalamus was significantly lower in the obese control group than the control group. (4) The obese hypoxic group had a regular, dense and uniform distribution of gastric fundus gland main cells. (5) The mean absorbance values of Ghrelin and Goat as well as the protein contents of GHSR-1a, Ghrelin and Goat in the obese hypoxic group were evidently higher than those in the obese control group. These results indicate that 4-week hypoxic exposure can significantly increase the expression of Ghrelin and Goat in gastric tissue and GHSR-1a in the hypothalamus, decrease blood glucose level and body mass, and improve the adverse effects of obesity in obese mice. In order to solve the problem of destroys the edge structure and losses the texture detail in the process of image reconstruction, this paper proposed an image interpolation algorithm for preserving the texture detail and the edge structure. Firstly, it divided image area by using eight direction edge detection based on adaptive threshold . Secondly, it constructed a bivariate rational function model, which could convert into rational model and polynomial model. Finally, based on the local asymmetry and gradient feature of the edge data, this paper proposed a method to adjust the distance of points to be interpolated. By this method, it ad justed the coordinates of the points to be interpolated and used rational model to realize interpolation, as for the non-edge part, it adopted polynomial model to interpolation. Experiments show that, the peak signal to noise ratio of the algorithm increases 0. 48 - 2. 17 dB on average, and the structural similarity index increases 0. 004 - 0. 028 on average . This algorithm obtains high objective evaluation data. The proposed algorithm modifies the original spatial distance invariant interpolation to the spatial distance varying interpolation, which effectively keeps the edge structure and texture details of the image, so that the reconstruction r esult has better visual effect.
