The study aimed to Identify the quality of working life and its impact on the quality of health services provided at the Yemeni University of Science and Technology Hospital, the research used the descriptive approach (case study and the study was limited All workers at the University of Science and Technology Hospital (medical and administrative) amounting to (1150) individuals, where a simple random sample of them (297) individuals was chosen, and a soft sample was chosen from the beneficiaries (patients) whose number reached (247) individuals. The study tool was The questionnaire and for analyzing the data, the research used the SPSS program ، and the study reached several results, most notably. The level of quality of working life In general (average). Opportunities for promotion and career advancement, wages and bonuses). The level of quality of health services in general (high) from the point of view of the hospital staff as well as the beneficiaries (patients). -There is a statistically significant effect for each of the eight dimensions of the quality of working life on the quality of health services for the employees of the University of Science and Technology Hospital. Acceptance – the second main hypothesis, which states that "there are no statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample about the level of quality of work life due to the following variables (type, academic qualification, nature of work, job title, years.
