The work carried out earlier allows us to assert that a digital twin of an organization can be created on the basis of a comprehensive agentbased mathematical model of a social system functioning in an active environment. Such a digital twin, consisting of a set of databases for recording initial data and calculated values of system parameters, as well as data collection and processing modules, allows you to automate the functions of analyzing the activities and the state of the organization to determine systemic problems, the causes of the results of activities, as well as the calculation of control actions and determining the effect of the control actions of the head. The purpose of this work is to determine the parameters of the control action that need to be recorded in the digital twin of the organization in order, using a simulation model, to calculate the effect of the impact, the dynamics of the social system in the socio-economic space. Современный кикбоксинг предъявляет высокие требования не только к технической, физической и тактической подготовке спортсменов, значительную роль также нужно отводить и психике спортсменов. Соревновательный поединок может проходить в очень высоком темпе, победа в котором зависит от способности быстро анализировать ситуацию, переключаться от защитных действий к атакующим и наоборот, причем зачастую с более искусным и опытным соперником. Повышенные нагрузки, соблюдение режима тренировок и питания, контроль веса – все это спортсмен преодолевает в подготовках к соревнованиям. Поэтому так важно развитие морально-волевых качеств кикбоксеров, в том числе и смелости. Цель статьи – обосновать методику воспитания смелости юных кикбоксеров. Материалом послужили научно-методическая литература в области спортивной (исследования на спортсменах в личных и командных, циклических и ациклических видах спорта) и профессионально-прикладной подготовки (исследования на курсантах военного министерства и министерства внутренних дел), а также практический опыт тренеров-преподавателей по кикбоксингу с/к «Старт». Благодаря анализу литературных источников была сформулирована проблема исследования, заключающаяся в недостатке современных методик воспитания смелости кикбоксеров 11–12 лет, занимающихся в спортивной школе олимпийского резерва. Также было обосновано содержание и экспериментально подтверждена эффективность экспериментальной методики. Результаты ее внедрения в подготовку кикбоксеров экспериментальной группы показали, что изменения значений во всех контрольных испытаниях на момент окончания эксперимента были значительно выше и статистически достоверны в сравнении с результатами кикбоксеров контрольной группы, которые статистической достоверностью не отличались. На развитие смелости юных кикбоксеров благоприятно влияет увеличение степени сложности выполнения тренировочных упражнений, которое реализуется при помощи дополнительного оборудования и введения усложняющих условий. Помимо этого, результаты педагогического эксперимента позволяют говорить о наличии взаимосвязи между показателями развития смелости и показателями активности юных кикбоксеров в соревновательном поединке.

Background. The introduction of non-traditional components - additives, instead of expensive Portland cement clinker, into the composition of Portland cements is relevant. These include screening waste generated during the production of crushed stone from diabase-porphyrite rock of the Shekhzheli deposit of the Aral region of Karakalpakstan. Purpose: to establish the possibility of using diabase-porphyrite crushed stone from the Shekhzheli deposit of the Aral region as a mineral additive in the production of Portland cement. Methodology. X-ray spectral, X-ray phase, IR spectroscopic and chemical-analytical methods were used. Originality. Waste-screening of diabase-porphyrite rock, which is formed in the production of crushed stone from the Shekhzheli deposit, as an additive to Portland cement, was successfully used for the first time. Findings. The elemental and chemical-mineralogical composition was determined, as well as the activity and influence of diabase-porphyrite rock on the physical and mechanical properties of cement were established by standard methods. More than half of the Tula oblast territory was contaminated following the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. This article describes the stages of radiation hygiene monitoring of objects in the habitat in the Tula region impacted by radioactive contamination. Information is given on changes in radioactively contaminated areas at different periods after the accident. An assessment is made of the radiological situation at the initial “iodic” period of the accident, the subsequent “cesium” period, and at the current stage. A description is given of work done by the oblast’s state sanitary and epidemiological service based on radiation monitoring results for reducing the radiation exposure of the population at different stages of supervision. Information is supplied on high levels of gamma background up to 35 mkSv/h during the “iodic” period. Tabulated data are supplied on exceeding the tentative maximum permissible level of iodine-131 content in dairy products produced in Plavski district, the most contaminated area in the region. Data are given on laboratory tests on food products for total beta activity in 1986-87 and the frequency of exceeding the permissible level of cesium-137 content during 1986. The above permissible content of radionuclides in food products was registered only in 1986 due to surface contamination of plants, while in wild mushrooms this took place as late as 2004. Currently, the proved content of cesium-137 and strontium-90 in food products is determined only by the radio-chemical method. A table is supplied showing results of radio-chemical research on major dose contributing food products from 2010 to 2021. The article supplies a table with numeric values of annual average effective doses of radiation sustained by the population of settlements located in the Chernobyl radioactively contaminated zone during 1986 through 2021. The dose of the population’s exposure to the Chernobyl radiation since 1994 does not exceed 1 mSv/year. In 2021, the population’s annual effective dose in 98.3% of settlements amounted to less than 0.2 mSv/year.

Aim. To study the potential use and information value of calprotectin in the blood plasma as a new biomarker for determining the activity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Materials and methods. The study included 113 people. The treatment group consisted of 79 patients diagnosed with RA; the average age was 58 (± 11.66) years, the median duration of the disease was 10 [6; 15] years. The control group encompassed 34 healthy volunteers; the average age was 40 (± 11.14) years. RA activity was determined according to the Disease Activity Score (DAS) 28 and the Clinical Disease Activity Index (CDAI). The concentration of calprotectin in the blood plasma was determined by the solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The obtained results were compared with laboratory and clinical parameters, as well as with composite indices (DAS28, CDAI) of RA activity. For mathematical data processing, Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, linear discriminant analysis, and ROC analysis were used.Results. In the group of patients with RA, the level of calprotectin in the blood was higher than in the control group. A statistically significant relationship was revealed between the level of calprotectin in the blood and all standard parameters of RA activity. The ROC analysis showed that the sensitivity, specificity, and diagnostic accuracy in assessing articular syndrome, as well as moderate and high RA activity according to the composite indices DAS28 and CDAI were higher for calprotectin than for erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP). The linear discriminant analysis showed that a combination of ESR and calprotectin levels was the most informative; following it, the probability of correct classification of RA activity, according to the DAS28 index, was 71%. For the CDAI index, only one marker, calprotectin, resulted in a statistically significant classification with a probability of 70.5 %.Conclusion. Сalprotectin in the blood plasma is a promising laboratory biomarker for assessing synovitis activity in RA demonstrating higher accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity than traditional acute-phase reactants.

Lack of highly sensitive and specific methods of laboratory and instrumental diagnostics leads to difficulties in timely verification of Takayasu's arteritis (AT).Objective: to analyze the clinical course, laboratory and instrumental markers of vascular inflammation in the Kyrgyz cohort of patients with AT.Patients and methods. The study included 75 patients with a reliable diagnosis of AT, who were hospitalized and observed on an outpatient basis at the clinic of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after acad. Mirsaida Mirrakhimova from January 2011 to April 2022. Patients were examined using clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods once every 2 years. The follow-up period was 1–5 years in 45 (60%) patients and 6–15 years in the remaining 30 (40%) patients. All patients underwent a clinical and standard laboratory work-up with CRP and interleukin 6 levels assessment, as well as ultrasound Dopplerography of peripheral arteries in the color Doppler mapping mode and multislice computed tomography-panaortography.Results and discussion. Lesions of the common carotid (85.33%) and subclavian (84%) arteries were detected more often. Involvement of the abdominal aorta was noted in 60% of patients and was accompanied by stenosis of the renal arteries in 100% of cases. The clinical picture of the disease was mainly represented by cardiac pathology in the form of arterial hypertension (84%) and aortic regurgitation (68%) with the development of decompensated chronic heart failure in 15% of patients. Objective: to study the dynamics of back pain severity and the frequency of its individual components, characterizing the inflammatory and mechanical rhythm, on the background of gestation in women with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and compare them with manifestations of dorsopathy in healthy pregnant women; to determine the information value of BASDAI during pregnancy, i.e. to identify its components with the optimal sensitivity and specificity ratio for assessing AS activity during gestation.Patients and methods. The main group consisted of 49 pregnant women with AS who met the modified New York criteria of 1984. The average age of patients was 31.7±4.9 years, the average duration of the disease was 134.4±85.8 months. BASDAI for trimesters of pregnancy was: 2.3 [1.2; 4.4], 2.8 [1.4; 4.2] and 2.2 [1.6; 4.0]. The control group included 51 pregnant women with back pain associated with gestation, without rheumatic diseases. The average age was 28.0±4.4 years. The intensity of back pain was assessed on a numerical rating scale. ROC-analysis was performed with calculation of the area under the curve (AUC) of each component of BASDAI in each pregnancy trimester.Results and discussion. More than 80% of pregnant women with AS experienced back pain, while the intensity of general back pain did not differ from that in the control group. Night back pain with improvement on awakening in the main group was present in 70%, 58% and 68.8% of women, respectively, in the I-III trimesters; its intensity was 3 [1; 5], 3.5 [3; 6] and 3.4 [2; 5] respectively; the frequency and severity of night pain were higher than in the control group. The number of women with improvement after exercise in the II and III trimesters did not differ in both groups. In the second half of pregnancy, 40% of AS patients noted improvement during rest, 52.1% – increased pain after exercise; the frequency of mechanical rhythm pain elements remained lower than in the control group. The AUC value for BASDAI in the first trimester was 0.74; AUC of all BASDAI components was >0.5. In the II and III trimesters, the AUC values for fatigue and back pain were 0.8.Conclusion. During pregnancy the vast majority of women with AS experience back pain, the nature of which changes in the second half of gestation. Night pain that improves on awakening reflects AS activity and is not related to pregnancy. The BASDAI components of severity and duration of morning stiffness have the highest classification value during pregnancy.

The paper considers the construction of a very low-level waste disposal facility (VLLW) at the Rostov NPP with a volume of 11,000 m3. Information about formation and management of VLLW at Rostov NPP is given. Characteristics of 11,000 m3 VLLW disposal facility is presented. The design documentation provides for construction of the VLLW disposal facility intended for disposal of very low-level waste of hazard classes IV and V formed as a result of Rostov NPP production activities and meeting the criteria of disposal acceptability.

7Ве isotope is one of the few radionuclides, the content of which in the atmosphere does not depend on anthropogenic factors. Consequently, it can also be used as a monitor to identify sources of technogenic radionuclides entering the atmosphere such as emergency situations at radiation hazardous, chemically hazardous facilities. The article presents the results of monitoring the content of the 7Ве radioactive isotope in the surface atmosphere in the Rostov region for a ten-year period from 2001 to 2011, covering the second half of the 23rd and the first half of the 24th solar cycles. The data obtained confirm the inverse dependence of the average annual volumetric activity of 7Ве cosmogenic on solar activity. The observational data allowed for the first time to carry out a comprehensive study and to reveal correlations between the volumetric activity of 7Ве cosmogenic with the main meteorological parameters such as: air temperature, wind speed, precipitation, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure.

Objective. Cementing oil and gas wells at a sufficiently large depth and at high temperatures is a rather complex and energy-intensive process that requires the use of special cement. The review material on oil well cements confirms the responsibility of choosing this binder, which can guarantee the safe process of drilling, plugging and operating oil wells. The classification of well cement is given, because it is known that when cementing free space in a well, specialists face various difficulties associated with temperature changes, density differences in the earth's crust.Method. The studies were carried out in accordance with the normative documents GOST 310.3-76 Cements. Methods for determining normal density, setting time and uniformity of volume change; GOST 1581- 2019 Oil-well portland cements. Specifications; GOST 310.4-81 Cements. Methods for determining the ultimate strength in bending and compression.Result. The properties of grouting cement PCT-I100 were studied, to slow down the setting of the mortar mixture for 10-14 hours, additives "Sulfatsel" and "NTF" retarders were introduced into the binder system with mixing water. The research results showed that the use of retardant additives slowed down the hardening of the system in the first 10 hours, but after setting, the cement stone quickly gained the missing strength. The water demand of oil well cement is quite high 33–35%, which is mandatory for obtaining a mobile mortar mixture, taking into account its injection by pumps into the space of an oil wellConclusion. The purpose of grouting cement confirms the responsibility and importance of selecting a binder for plugging wells and is determined by various factors, in particular, hydrogeological conditions, temperature, groundwater level in the layers of the earth's crust.

Objective: to study the effect of neuropathic pain symptoms (SNP) on the clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in patients with moderate or high disease activity.Patients and methods. The 1st (main) group included 58 RA patients (84.5% of women, age 53.0±11.9 years), in whom SNP were identified using the DN4 (≥4) and PainDETECT (≥13) questionnaires. The 2nd (control) group included 43 patients with RA (79.1% women, age 48.8±14.4 years) who did not have SNP (DN4 ≤4 and PainDETECT ≤13). All patients received disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (mainly methotrexate and leflunomide), 20% – biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs. We compared groups 1 and 2 for RA activity (DAS28, CDAI, SDAI), pain intensity on a visual analogue scale (VAS, 0–100 mm), functional impairment (HAQ), patient global assessment (PGA, VAS), number of painful and swollen joints, quality of life (EQ-5D), signs of anxiety and depression (HADS), CRP level.Results and discussion. The RA activity in patients of the 1st and 2nd groups did not differ statistically significantly. The increasing health effects of nuclear radiation occasioned by the enhanced human activities in the environment necessitated the need for constant investigation and assessment of radiological impact on the general populace within a confined area. Based on this, Twenty two (22) (Hand dug and motorized) well water samples were collected from various locations distributed across Jos Metropolis, Jos North LGA, Plateau State, Nigeria and analyzed for the concentration activity of these radionuclides (40K, 210Pb, 224Ra, 232Th, 238U) using radiochemical analysis technique, a high resolution gamma ray Spectrometry and a radon emanometry technique. The estimated mean concentration activity of 40K, 210Pb, 224Ra, 232Th and 238U in well water samples use as drinking water were determined. The mean concentration ranges from 1.36±0.51 Bq/l to 5.75±1.30 Bq/l. The mean concentration of 40K in well water samples ranges from 3.80±1.19 Bq/l to 2.05±0.30 Bq/l. The mean concentration of dissolved 224Ra in well water samples collected varies from 5.75±1.30 Bq/l to 1.95±0.58 Bq/l. 210Pb has an average concentration of 2.68 ± 0.80 Bq/l to 1.97±0.87 Bq/l. 232Th and 238U had average concentrations of 3.09 ± 0.57 Bq/l to 1.89±0.24 Bq/l and 5.41 ± 1.37 Bq/l to 1.36±0.51 Bq/l respectively. 210Pb and 224Ra were slightly above the recommended limits of 0.10 Bq/l and 1.00 Bq/l respectively, this can be attributed to the geological formation of the sampled area. 232Th and 238U where within the accepted standard limits of 1.00 Bq/l and 10.00 Bq/l recommended value by WHO (World Health Organization) and ICRP (International commission on radiological protection). Activity concentrations of measured radionuclides are in general decreasing in this order: 238U > 40K > 224Ra > 232Th > 210Pb for well water samples within Jos North LGA, respectively.

Background. Soil organic matter is a key factor in soil fertility. Providing agriculture with them is of decisive importance for the development of the industry. A promising direction in the development of the production of organic fertilizers is the technology of processing brown coal and their waste. Purpose: to determine the impact of humic fertilizers from processed Angren brown coal on the dynamics of microbial communities of irrigated typical serozem during the growing season of cotton. Methodology: In a two-factor experiment, the number of soil microorganisms of the main ecological and trophic groups and their ratio were studied; statistical and correlation analysis - using "STATISTICA 10.0" and "Excel" data package. Originality: For the first time, the effect of humic fertilizers on the number of microorganisms of physiological and ecological-trophic groups that transform nutrients in the soil has been established, factorial and variance analysis confirmed the relationship between biological and agrochemical characteristics of the Findings: It has been established that the use of nitrogen and phosphorus humic fertilizers, based on oxidized brown coal, transforms soil microbial complexes. Цель. Изучение инсектицидной активности производных 1,3,4-оксадиазолов в отношении сокососущих вредителей садовых культур (Aphis pomi) и декоративных растений (Macrosiphum rosae). Методы и материалы исследования. Материалами для исследований послужили алкилпроизводные 5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол-2-тиона, формулы которых приведены в тексте статьи, взрослые особи яблоневой тли (Aphis pomi) и розовой тли (Macrosiphum rosae). Методы исследования: первичный скрининг инсектицидной активности изучали методом инкубации в чашках Петри взрослых особей насекомых-вредителей. Насекомых подвергали действию веществ в течение 24 часов. Результаты. Сокососущий вредитель – тля наносит значительный вред растениям, распространяя различные вирусы, поражающие сельскохозяйственные культуры. Для борьбы с сокососущими вредителями необходимы средства химической защиты растений с малой токсичностью для окружающей среды. По результатам скрининга доказано, что биологическая эффективность веществ 2-гексилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (1), 2-октилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (3) и 2-нонилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол (4) составляла 98.0%, 97.0% и 99.5% в отношении особи M. rosae. Под воздействием 2-гексилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (1), 2-октилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (3) и 2-нонилтио­-5- (п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (4) в дозе 5.0 мг/мл смертность особей A. pomi достигла 99.0%, 83.0% и 90.0%, соответственно. Впервые изучена летальная концентрация (LC50) 2-гексилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (1), 2-гептилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (2), 2-октилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (3), 2-нонилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазола (4) при контактном действии с насекомым. Заключение. Таким образом, поиск и создание инсектицидов низкой токсичности для окружающей среды, предотвращающие возникновение резистентности на основе алкилпроизводных 5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол-2-тиона в защите растений является актуальным направлениям. Исследование показало, что 2-гексилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол (1), 2-октилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол (3) и 2-нонилтио-5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4 оксадиазол (4) в концентрации 0.5 мг/мл сильно токсичны для особей M. rosae и A. pomi. Работа по использованию алкилпроизводных 5-(п-Аминофенил)-1,3,4-оксадиазол-2-тионов в качестве сельскохозяйственных средств защиты будут продолжены.

Objective: to study clinical presentation, course variants and complications of Takayasu arteritis (AT) in Kyrgyz patients.Patients and methods. 75 Kyrgyz patients with a definite diagnosis of AT were included in the study, most of them were women (93.3%). The median age was 33 [23; 40] years, the median duration of the disease was 7 [3.0; 13.0] years. The anatomical type of vascular lesions was determined using the angiographic classification of R. Moriwaki et al., the AT activity – according to the BVAS index, the clinical stage of AT – using the R. Jefferson classification, the severity and prognosis of the disease – according to the K. Ishikawa classification. Highly sensitivity CRP (hsCRP) was assessed in 44 (58.67%) patients, interleukin 6 (IL6) – in 26 (34.7%). Instrumental procedures included duplex Doppler ultrasonography of peripheral arteries and contrast-enhanced computed pan aortography.Results and discussion. The mean age of AT onset was 24.4±9.4 years. The majority of patients had V anatomical type of vascular lesions (61.3%), vascular stage (89.3%), severe stenosis (54.7%) with predominant affection of the brachiocephalic trunk (68%), common carotid arteries (53.7 %) and renal (52%) arteries. Most patients (82.7%) at the time of inclusion in the study had a severe exacerbation of AT according to the BVAS index. An increase in hsCRP level was seen in 66% of cases, IL6 – in 31%. At the onset of AT, 20% of patients had fever, general weakness, weight loss, myalgia and/or arthralgia. 43% of patients had ≥2 complications. The clinical manifestations of AT were mainly characterized by cardiovascular pathology (77.3%) with the formation of relative aortic valve insufficiency (AVI) (93.1%) and kidney damage (57.3%) with the development of renovascular arterial hypertension (91%). At the first visit, more than one third of patients (37.3%) had irreversible damage, accompanied in half of them by AVI degree II or III.Conclusion. Young women predominated among Kyrgyz patients with AT. Most of the patients had anatomical type V AT (61.3%), vascular stage (89.3%), severe stenosis (54.7%), affection of the brachiocephalic trunk (68%), common carotid (57.3%) and renal (52%) arteries. Severe exacerbation of the disease was observed in 82.7% of patients. The presence of ≥2 complications worsened the prognosis of AT. The clinical manifestations of AT were characterized mainly by cardiovascular pathology (77.3%) and kidney damage (57.3%). In more than one third of patients (37.3%) AT was diagnosed late.

Проблема активности является одной из ключевых проблем человекознания, уделяется внимание теоретическим аспектам изучения активности в отечественной психологической науке, обозначены подходы к активности субъекта жизнедеятельности. Анализируется вклад психологов Пермской психологической школы в развитие представлений об активности. Исследование активности человека осуществляется во взаимосвязи с проблематикой интегральной индивидуальности и индивидуального стиля. Представителями Пермской психологической школы проведены теоретико-эмпирические исследования разных видов и стилей активности человека в условиях повседневной деятельности и в экстремальных условиях жизни: учебной, волевой, коммуника тивной, религиозной, информационно-манипулятивной, смыслообразующей, профессиональной. Научным продуктом сложившегося направления исследований в психологии активности Б. А. Вяткин называет представление о существовании в социальном мире Homo activus – человека активного. Обозначена актуальность изучения активности субъекта жизнедеятельности в условиях пандемии коронавируса (COVID-19), т. е. ситуации витальной угрозы. Данный цивилизационный феномен и обусловленная им эпидемиологическая обстановка внесли глобальные коррективы во все сферы жизнедеятельности человека, что обусловило необходимость адаптации к трансформирующимся условиям среды и пролонгированной ситуации неопределенности. Психологи отмечают не только негативные аспекты в сложившейся ситуации, но и позитивные, которые связывают с необходимостью активации всей психической жизни для преодоления пандемокризиса. В Пермской психологической школе для изучения активности субъекта жизнедеятельности в условиях витальной угрозы созданы теоретические предпосылки в виде концепции интегральной индивидуальности (В. С. Мерлин), теории метаиндивидуального мира (Л. Я. Дорфман), концептуальной динамической модели активности субъекта жизнедеятельности (А. А. Волочков), интегративного подхода к изучению коммуникативной активности (С. А. Васюра), разработан соответствующий диагностический инструментарий.

The article studies the key ways of upgrading and modernizing industry in Uzbekistan - innovation processes taking place in manufacturing and selling goods and services. It was shown that raising the economic potential of the country, which was identified as a strategic line in the development of industrial forces and attaining public progress, can be provided not only on the basis of new investment into economy or setting-up new enterprises and works but also by rational and effective use of existing resources: labour, material, finance, natural, etc. The author analyzes figures of the efficiency of Uzbekistan industry innovation activity and puts forward ways of its intensification. It was shown that innovative enterprises of Uzbekistan differ greatly from enterprises in developed countries, which function in conditions of highly-competitive market saturated by high-quality products. Production in the republic lags behind in the sphere of international quality standards, which means that a bigger part of new products is new only on the home market. In order to raise products to global standards serious costs and efforts are necessary, which are unattainable for many enterprises.

Objective: to study and analyze the clinical and laboratory manifestations, course, and outcome of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in patients living in Kyrgyzstan.Patients and methods. The prospective study included 150 young patients aged 34 [26, 44] years in a Kyrgyz cohort (KC) with SLE, the disease of which was 3.0 [0.7; 10] years. All clinical, laboratory, and instrumental data of patients, health-related quality of life (HRQOL) indicators, and treatment regimens were recorded in the international research base, such as British Lupus Integrated Prospective System (BLIPS). SLE activity was assessed using the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI-2K). At the end of the observation, the investigators assessed the following indicators: the number of exacerbations of SLE by the SELENA Flare Index (SFI); the onset of complete or drug-induced remission; the number of deaths; and the development of irreversible organ damages (IOD) according to the damage index (DI).Results and discussion. When seeing the physician for the first time, the KC included more patients with high (n=61 (40.66%)) and very high (n=40 (26.67%)) disease activity. Most (n=60 (40%)) patients were observed to have a subacute type of the course of the disease. At the first visit, the most common manifestations of SLE were damages to the skin (n=99 (72.67%)), serous membranes (n=91 (60.67%)), and lupus nephritis (n=79 (52.67%)). IODs were identified in 15.33% of the patients and were absent in 84.67%. IODs were more often due to the administration of glucocorticoids (GCs) in 43.48% of cases. However, GC therapy was not a predictor of organ damages (relative risk, 0.91; p>0.05). In the KC, the significant predictors of adverse outcomes were old-age onset SLE and its high activity, acute course, and frequent exacerbations.Conclusion. The KC patients had high and very high clinical and laboratory activities (40.6 and 26.6%, respectively), mainly those of acute and subacute SLE (32 and 40%, respectively), obvious immunological disorders. There was a preponderance of damages to the skin (73%), serous membranes (61%), and kidney (53%) among the clinical manifestations of SLE. IODs were found in 15.33% of patients at their study inclusion. These were more frequently represented by GC-induced changes. However, the ongoing GC therapy in the KC patients was not a predictor of organ damages. The significant predictors of an adverse outcome in our patients were old-age onset SLE and its high activity, acute course, and frequent exacerbations.

The aim of the current study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cooking (washing, soaking and boiling) of the mushrooms to reduce the 137Cs concentration. The following tubular dried mushrooms were selected for the study: Boletus edilus (cepe), porcini lurid boletus, annulated boletus, orange-cup boletus, variegated boletus and bay bolete. The mushrooms were collected in 2016 in the Bryansk region areas (Gordeevsky, Klintzovsky and Krasnogorskiy districts) with the maximum contamination after the Chernobyl NPP accident. The activity concentration of 137Cs was determined by gamma-spectrometry. Effectiveness of cooking was assessed by calculating the coefficient of cooking reduction equal to the ratio of the activity of 137Cs in water fraction to the activity in the initial dried mushroom sample. The results of the study indicated that the most effective way of cooking the mushrooms was washing, allowing reducing the concentration of 137Cs by 49%. The major part of 137Cs was transferred to the water fraction with the first decanting – 32%; with the consecutive two decantings – 11% and 6%, respectively. During the soaking of mushrooms, 26% of 137Cs is transferred into the water fraction within the first 3 hours: 14% – during the first hour, 9% – in the second and 3% – in the third. Increase in the soaking time had low effect on the reduction of the concentration of 137Cs and reduced the taste characteristics of the meal. The complex use of all three stages of cooking (washing, soaking and boiling) allows reducing the concentration of 137Cs up to 75% in the mushroom broth.

The effect of substituted spirooxoindolines on the activity of monoamine oxidase (MAO) in bovine brain in vitro was studied. Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-OT) creatinine sulfate was used as a substrate. Studies of antimonoamine oxidase activity have shown that most compounds of this class have a pronounced inhibitory effect on 5-OT deamination, inhibiting MAO activity within 50-75%, while the two compounds have an opposite effect on the enzyme, activating MAO by 6 and 12%. A derivative with a dimethylcyclohexanone fragment exhibited weak antitumor activity in a 180 mouse sarcoma model. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Аннотация. Определена актуальность развития инициативности и самостоятельности дошкольников в двигательной деятельности. Дано научное обоснование структурно-функциональной модели педагогической поддержки развития инициативности и самостоятельности дошкольников в двигательной деятельности, доказана результативность её реализации в стимулировании активности детей. Актуальность. Физические возможности детей ограничены не только возрастом, но и индивидуальными отличиями. Это требует от педагогов умения поддерживать разнообразие и нестандартность проявлений ребёнка в двигательной деятельности, обеспечивать вариативность форм поддержки инициативности и самостоятельности Проблема: определение содержательного наполнения и алгоритма реализации педагогической поддержки инициативности и самостоятельности детей в двигательной деятельности. Цель: разработка и научное обоснование модели педагогической поддержки инициативности и самостоятельности старших дошкольников в двигательной деятельности. Задачи: выявить уровень готовности детей к инициативному и самостоятельному участию в двигательной деятельности. Материалы и методы исследования. В исследовании принимали участие 106 детей в возрасте 5-7лет. Использованы методы анализа, обобщения результатов исследований, моделирования, наблюдения, шагометрии, t-критерий Стьюдента. Результаты и их обсуждение. Педагогическая поддержка детской инициативы в двигательной деятельности, выстраивалось на основе функционально-структурной модели, разработанной в результате анализа современных исследований и инновационного опыта. Модель включает концептуально-целевой, содержательный, деятельностный и критериально-оценочный блоки Выводы и заключение. Реализация модели педагогической поддержки обеспечила достоверный прирост показателей инициативности и самостоятельности дошкольников в двигательной деятельности. Достигнута оптимизация суточного объема двигательной активности у мальчиков и девочек.

Objective: to assess the presence and nature of multimorbidity in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the impact of multimorbidity on disease activity.Patients and methods. The investigation enrolled 117 patients (mean age, 54.8+14.8years) with RA according to the 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria, who had been examined and treated at the V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology in 2018—2019. The median disease duration was 5.0 [1.5; 9.5] years; the mean DAS28 score was 5.0+1.3. Documentation and anamnesis data were analyzed with emphasis on associated diseases. The Cumulative Illness Rating Scale (CIRS) was used to assess the profile of multimorbidity.Results and discussion. The patients with RA had a high index of the spectrum of multimorbidity; comorbidity was detected in 96 (82%) cases. The median number of diseases in one patient was 2 [1; 4], the mean total CIRS score was 6.7+3.3; the median value was 2.5 [1; 6]. The results of monitoring of 210Po and 210Pb isotopes in water of artificial lake (former uranium mine) of Istiklol city of the Republic of Tajikistan and their bio-accumulation are given. Fish living in this area is using as a food by local population. It has been found that the level of210Po isotope in the liver of fish, in particular of carаs fish, was relatively high. It has been defined that the annual effective radiation dose from gamma radiation and isotopic activity in water for human in the Istiklolcity exceeds the recommended annual threshold dose level (10 mSv).

The onset of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) more frequently occurs at the end of the third decade of life, which corresponds to the time of marriage and the birth of the first child and determines the relevance of a study of the interaction of AS and pregnancy.Objective: to describe the clinical presentations of AS and its therapy during pregnancy and to study AS activity dynamics and the patients' functional status during gestation.Patients and methods. The investigation enrolled 19 pregnant women who met the 1984 modified New York AS criteria. The mean age of the women was 32.2±1.1 years; their mean age at the onset of AS was 22.6±3.1 years; the duration of the disease was 147±20.7 months. The patients visited their physician at 10–11, 20–21, and 31–32 weeks of pregnancy. The investigators determined AS activity by the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) and the Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS) and functional status by the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) and the Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI). The Maastricht Ankylosing Spondylitis Enthesitis Score (MASES) was used to assess enthesitis.Results and discussion. Objective: to compare the frequency of clinical manifestations of Behcet's disease (BD) in patients of both sexes in a Russian cohort.Patients and methods. Examinations were made in 425 patients (285 men and 140 women; mean age, 33.2±10.2 years; median duration of BD, 134.3 [60.0; 192.0] months (about 11 years) with a reliable diagnosis of the disease. 208 (48.9%) patients were ethnic residents of the North Caucasus. The activity of BD was assessed using the BD Current Activity Form; the disease severity was evaluated according to the classification proposed by Ch. Zouboulis.Results and discussion. In men with BD in the Russian cohort, the activity and severity of the disease were significantly higher and the HLA-B5(51)- antigen was more common. There was an association of male sex with thromboses in the deep cerebral veins and cerebral sinuses, damage to the eyes and skin (pseudopustulosis and pseudofolliculitis), genital ulcers, and a positive pathergy test. The findings are consistent with the results of studies of other patient cohorts: Iranian, German, Turkish ones, in which the men were more frequently detected to have damage to the vessels, skin and eyes.Conclusion. In the Russian patient cohort, the male sex is associated with high BD activity, severe organ damages, and HLA-B5(51)-antigen positivity, which is the basis for prescribing immunosuppressive therapy in men with early-stage BD.

Aнализ данных о проявлении разломов в рельефе, распределениях землетрясений и аномально высоких пластовых давлений позволил установить, что южная часть Сибирской платформы активизирована на современном этапе тектогенеза в связи с деструкцией литосферы в Саяно-Байкальском подвижном поясе. Активизация не сопоставима по интенсивности с характерной для Байкальского рифта, но распространяется на сотни километров вглубь кратона, отличаясь неравномерностью как в масштабах всего Иркутского амфитеатра, так и в пределах разноранговых разломных зон. Отдельные разломы краевой полосы (150-300 км) представляют сгущения разрывов 2-го порядка, что на самом высоком иерархическом уровне в позднекайнозойских осадках отражается в виде нарушенных и проницаемых для радона зон, степень активности которых (низкая-средня-высокая) определяется полнотой проявления зональности: периферийная подзона системных трещин отрыва-подзона отрывов и сколов-осевая подзона сколовых разрывов со смещениями до десятков сантиметров.

Цель. Изучить особенности эпизоотического процесса в популяциях мышевидных грызунов – носителей ортохантавирусов Hantaan и Fuzong в природных очагах инфекции Приморского края. Материалы и методы. Инфицированность ортохантавирусом 14 494 Apodemus agrarius и 2 887 Microtus fortis, отловленных в 1981–2016 гг, в разных районах края, оценивали по обнаружению специфического антигена в иммуноферментном анализе или специфических антител в непрямом методе флуоресцирующих антител (НМФА). Для более показательного сравнительного анализа многолетней динамики инфицированности в популяциях грызунов период исследования был разделен на три 12-летних периода (1981–1992 гг, 1993–2004 гг. и 2005–2016 гг.). Статистическая обработка полученных данных производилась с использованием программного обеспечения Statistica 10.0 (Statsoft, США) и статистических калькуляторов предоставленных сервисом http://medstatistic.ru. Результаты. Полученные результаты многолетней динамики инфицированности ортохантавирусом демонстрируют практически синхронные подъемы/спады инфицированности в популяциях двух видов грызунов, однако, несмотря на доминирование в отловах полевой мыши, за исследованный период отмечена статистически достоверная тенденция уменьшения активности эпизоотического процесса в её популяции. В то же время в популяции M. fortis в биотопах совместного обитания статистически достоверное снижение инфицированности отмечено только в последние 12 лет. Заключение. Таким образом, в последние годы в луго-полевых биотопах Приморского края отмечено снижение активности эпизоотического процесса в популяциях грызунов – носителей ортохантавируса Hantaan, имеющее важное значение для заболеваемости геморрагической лихорадкой с почечным синдромом в регионе.

Purpose. The article deals with the problem of manifestation of psychophysiological States of high-class athletes specializing in power sports. The purpose of the study is to study the features of manifestation of psychophysiological States of high – class athletes specializing in power sports: weightlifting and powerlifting. A comprehensive study was conducted on the basis of the Regional scientific and practical center of physical culture and healthy lifestyle of MSPI, which was attended by athletes specializing in weightlifting and powerlifting, groups of higher sports skills with sports titles of master of sports of the Russian Federation, honored master of sports, master of sports of international class. The method or methodology of the work. The study used a set of methods, including: analysis and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature; psychological testing; pedagogical and psychological observation; experiment (ascertaining). Results. As a result of the study, the following features of the manifestation of psychophysiological States of high-class athletes specializing in weightlifting and powerlifting can be identified: athletes of this sports qualification are characterized by a pronounced extroversion, the average level of neuroticism, changeable mood, low level of reactive anxiety, moderate level of expression of personal anxiety, weak neuropsychic tension. The General functional state and performance of the nervous system are quite high and stable, even in conditions of fatigue in the post-training period. The scope of the results. The results of the study can be used by coaches in the planning and organization of individual trajectory of sports training of pupils.

In one-stage opened research activity of isoenzymes СYР3А4 and CYP2C9 of system of biotransformation of medicines at patients with chronic diffusive liver diseases — residents of Volgograd and the Volgograd region is defined. It is established that the greatest decrease in activity of isoenzyme СYР3А4 is connected with chronic virus hepatitis C (for 57 % from normal values), in other groups as decrease in activity of an isoenzyme is noted: at primary biliary cirrhosis (for 43,5 %), alcoholic liver disease (for 39 %) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (fatty liver) (for 33 %). At all patients with chronic diffusive liver diseases as decrease in activity of an isoenzyme of CYP2C9 is noted. In group of chronic virus hepatitis C (for 48 % from normal values), primary biliary cirrhosis (for 41,2 %), nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (fatty liver) (for 23,4 %), alcoholic liver disease (for 20,5 %).

Рассматривается вопрос о сравнительных характеристиках речевой активности детей старшего дошкольного возраста с различными социометрическими статусами. Представлено описание критериев, показателей и уровней речевой активности детей дошкольного возраста, которые используются при организации наблюдений за детьми различных социометрических статусов в свободной игровой и организованной совместной деятельности. Например, выявлен высокий уровень речевой активности у детей со статусом «звезда», средний и низкий уровень речевой активности у детей с неблагоприятными социометрическими статусами. Дано подробное описание уровней и характеристик речевой активности детей старшего дошкольного возраста с различными социометрическими статусами. Представлены статистика сравнения критериев, уровней речевой активности детей с различными социометрическими статусами и объяснение таких различий. Так, в результате проведенного исследования выявлены различия между детьми со статусами «звезды» и «изолированные» по критериям речевой инициативности, мотивации и типов речевой коммуникации.

Рассматривая вопрос развития готовности будущих педагогов к работе с одаренными детьми, анализируется нормативно-правовое обеспечение организации образовательного процесса. Представлено детальное рассмотрение проблемы того, что динамика и продуктивность процесса развития готовности студента педагогического вуза к работе с одаренными детьми определяются условиями для будущего педагога, которые будут способствовать созданию собственного образа профессии учителя, а также сущности и специфики его профессиональной деятельности. Дана полная характеристика особенностям самореализации ученика и стилям психолого-педагогического сопровождения становления личности ребенка. Описаны особенности работы с одаренными детьми. Приведены критерии и показатели сформированности готовности будущего педагога к работе с одаренными детьми. Представлены методики диагностики данного качества. Говорится о необходимости использования психолого-педагогических ресурсов образовательного взаимодействия с целью помощи будущему педагогу в проявлении активности для принятия возможности работы с одаренными детьми, выработки собственного отношения к себе как специалисту, открытому творчеству и готовому к позитивному саморазвитию и личностно-профессиональному росту. Поставить цель формирования готовности к работе с одаренными детьми, в авторском понимании, означает определить необходимые качественные изменения личности будущего педагога и на этой основе организовать соответствующим образом образовательный процесс.

The article is devoted to the question of formation of students’ educational motivation which is one of the criteria for the effectiveness of psychological and pedagogical processes at the university, and also the condition that ensures successful education. The authors define students’ demotivation as the topical problem of education and consider ways to optimise the motivational sphere of trainees aimed at the formation of their educational motivation in teaching reading. The article presents theoretical propositions developed by an Italian didact P. Balboni, and considers some techniques and options for stimulating learning motivation based on need and pleasure.

In groups with using corazole and proline rich polypeptide and corazole, inhibition of PNP activity in both organs was observed. As for the properties of PNP in the liver of the rats, the enzyme proved to be resistant to the above mentioned preparations. In the catalytic activity of ATPases in the mitochondria of the brain in white rats of three different ages (3, 6 and 9 months) during corazole-induced epileptiform seizures were ambiguous. Rowing is widely spread all over the world. The attraction of the sport is a versatile recreational nature, conducive to raising the level of functionality of the organism. Rowing sport occupies an important place in the overall organizational structure of the sports movement in the country. In the program of the Olympic Games rowing sport took third place by number of sets of medals. This sport places special requirements on technology, coordination and emotional abilities of athletes. The aim is to present the characteristics of modern system of training of qualified athletes in rowing. Task-based on theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical sources on the build of the annual cycle of training athletes to determine principles of periodization training akademistov process, identify particular emotional States athlete depending on the phase of training, the results of the competitions and the length of the periods between individual competitions and competition cycles. The novelty lies in the definition of the structure of the training phases of rowing in identifying characteristics of emotional States affecting the success of the performances in the competitions and the selection of future directions of training process. Used techniques: theoretical analysis and generalization of information special scientific-methodical literature, methodology, exploring three basic components of functional and emotional condition – health, activity and mood; rapid evaluation of emotional States of an athlete “Thermometer” (J.Iy. Kiselev). Results can be used in the work of the rowing coaches.

The paper shows, that radionuclides from the stony rocks of uranium mines can be leached by atmospheric precipitations. In acid conditions, a degree of leaching is greater.Goal. The aim of this investigation was to study the distribution of radionuclides in uranium minings and their impact on the environmental contamination.Materials and methods. The study was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a blade of rock was mixed with distilled water in proportions of 0,3 kg of gravel and 1 liter of water. After thirty days of soaking, water was sent to the gamma-spectrometric analysis to Canberra’s spectrometer (USA) with a high-purity germanium detector. In the second stage, we carried out the similar experiment with water, wich was acidified to pH = 3. Contamination levels of areas near the in-situ leaching mine were determined. Intervention levels were used to estimate risk and possible water consumption by the population. Estimations were carried out taking into account the combined presence of several radionuclides in the water.Results. The results of these studies have shown that the distribution of radionuclides from the source of the contamination is about 360 meters during the 30 y period. The stream, along which samples of soil were collected and studied, was formed by the miner waters that flow along small ruts towards a village, thereby increasing the likelihood of water use by the public.Conclusions. The uranium mines are the source of radioactive contamination. Radionuclides are distributed due to the erosion of rocks and leached out of the stony rock by precipitations. The extent of leaching is significantly increased in an acidic environment, which takes place near the in-situ leaching mines.

Introduction of new examination techniques to tuberculosis control in children resulted in the increase of Group IIIA of the dispensary follow-up.Goal: to define criteria of tuberculosis disease activity when calcification is detected in the chest lymph nodes of children. Follow-up included children in the age from 1,5 months to 17 years old examined in TB dispensaries of Yekaterinburg and Tyumen. 1A Subgroup (n = 145) of children demonstrated further increase and/or induration of calcification and in 27 children calcification did not change (1B Subgroup). In Subgroup 2A1 – 184 patients had changes in the X-ray manifestations, 31 persons demonstrated calcification in chest lymph nodes (Subgroup 2A2 ), 13 persons demonstrated no changes in X-ray manifestations which was considered as metatuberculous (fibrous) changes (2B Group). Two criteria witnessing of the absence of active tuberculosis disease were identified: infection with tuberculosis more than 4 years ago and stable level of α2-fraction in the protein profile. These indicators can serve as true criteria when no clinical signs of intoxication are observed and calcification is detected by X-ray, while the child has not been exposed to tuberculosis.

The article analyzes the level of perception of IT innovations and its impact on the state of innovative receptivity of staff in an organization. In this regard, Adapting the staff to changes and managing the innovation implementation process become acute issues for the firm.

В статье обосновывается актуальность социологического подхода к исследованию интересов молодежи в социальных сетях. Представлен анализ результатов исследования интересов студенческой молодежи — акторов социальной сети «ВКонтакте» через тематический репертуар общения в группах сети. Исследование проводилось при помощи IT-методов обработки и анализа биографических данных, методов анализа и статистики, машинного обучения. Выборка состояла из 171 972 студентов уникальных участников групп в сети «ВКонтакте». Составлен рейтинг групп, различных по тематике, основанный на количестве участников. Представлены результаты анализа тематического репертуара общения студентов в социальной сети «ВКонтакте». Выявлены интересы участников групп. Показаны общие и частные особенности направленности интересов студентов различных вузов, обозначена специфика общения участников популярных групп, установлены гендерные различия в интересах студентов и познавательная направленность в зависимости от места обучения. Делаются выводы о характере познавательной направленности интересов студентов и возможностях влияния на интересы студентов через определенный контент, о слабой активности студентов в «корпоративных» группах вузов.

В работе обсуждаются экологические и гематологические показатели общественных полевок территории Арцаха. Выявлены типы активности полевок и их зависимость от климатических условий и мест обитания. Особое внимание уделяется количественным изменениям показателей крови в зависимости от времени года. Рассмотрены особенности размножения и рациона питания полевок в условиях Арцаха.
