Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğrenme amaçlı yazma aktivitelerinin 7. sınıf öğrencilerinin oran, orantı ve yüzdeler konusundaki akademik başarılarına etkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma modellerinden yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılı ikinci dönem içerisinde İstanbul ili Çatalca ilçesindeki bir devlet okulunun 7. sınıf kademesinde öğrenim gören 40 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Sekiz hafta süren uygulamada oran, orantı ve yüzdeler konusu ile ilgili olarak kontrol grubuna mevcut öğretim programındaki etkinlikler, deney grubuna ise öğrenme amaçlı yazma aktivitelerinden günlük tutma ve mektup yazma aktiviteleri uygulanmıştır. Deney grubundaki her bir öğrenci yedi hafta süresince toplamda 21 günlük ve yüzdeler ve oran-orantı konularından birer tane olmak üzere toplamda ikişer mektup yazmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak 7. sınıf birinci dönem konularını kapsayan matematik ön bilgi testi ve oran, orantı ve yüzdeler konularını kapsayan matematik akademik başarı testi (son test) kullanılmıştır. Testlerden elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS programı kullanılarak bağımsız örneklem t-testi yapılmıştır. Veri analizinden elde edilen bulgulara göre uygulama sonucunda deney grubu öğrencileri lehine anlamlı bir fark ortaya çıkmıştır. Dolayısıyla öğrenme amaçlı yazma aktivitelerinden günlük tutma ve mektup yazma, 7. sınıf öğrencilerinin oran, orantı ve yüzdeler konusundaki akademik başarılarını arttırdığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Kervansaraylar konaklamak amacıyla tarihte kervan yolları üzerinde inşa edilmiş yapılardır. Bu araştırmada genel amaç; Afyonkarahisar’da bulunan kervansarayların genel mimarî ve tezyinî özelliklerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Afyonkarahisar’daki kervansaraylar yerinde incelenerek resimleri çekilmiş, genel mimarî ve tezyinî özellikleri kayıt altına alınmıştır. Konuyla alakalı kurumlarla iletişime geçilerek kervansaraylarla ilgili bazı bilgiler edinilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma neticesinde, kervansarayların bazılarının günümüze kadar ulaştığı, bazılarının ise ulaşmadığı görülmüştür. Bugüne ulaşan kervansaraylar, yapılış tarihleri bakımından farklı dönemlere tekabül etmektedir. Bu kervansaraylar, Anadolu Selçuklu, Beylikler ve Osmanlı dönemlerinde yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, bugüne ulaşmayan kervansaraylara dair genel bilgiler verilmiş; bugüne ulaşan kervansarayların ise, yapı malzemeleri, mimarî özellikleri, tezyinî özellikleri, inşa edildikleri dönem ve belde üzerinde durulmuştur. Caravansaries are historic structures built on caravan routes in order to spend the night. The general purpose of this research is to determine the general architectural and ornamental characteristics of the caravansaries in Afyonkarahisar. In line with this purpose, the pictures of caravansaries in Afyonkarahisar were taken and the general caravansaries architectural and ornamental features were recorded by investigating on site. Some information about caravansaries was obtained by contacting with relevant institutions. As a result of the research, it has been seen that some of the caravansaries have reached the present day, while some have not. The construction dates of the caravansaries that have reached today belong to different periods. These caravansaries were built during the Anatolian Seljuk, Principalities and Ottoman periods. In the study, general information about the caravansaries that did not reach today has been provided and information of the caravansaries that have reached today were emphasized in terms of the building materials, architectural features, ornamental features, the period in which they were built and the town.

In the frame of sustainable farming systems to decrease chemical fertilizers use and protect the environment , organic fertilization regimes hold potential as an alternative strategy to supply essential nutrients to crops. A field trial was conducted to sort out the most superior fertilization regime for boosting sunflower production and quality under semi-arid conditions. Treatments included chemical fertilizer (Cf) (80 kg N ha(-1) and 80 kg P205 ha(-1)), manure from sheep barn manure (MSB) (5161 kg ha(-1)), manure from cattle barn (MCB) (4878 kg ha(-1)), liquid manure from cattle barn (LMCB) (27580 kg ha(-1)) and vermicompost (VCm) (4000 kg ha(-1)), while a control treatment was kept for comparison purpose. The randomized complete block design (RCBD) with regular arrangement was implied to execute the experiment having three replications. The results exhibited that MSB outperformed rest of fertilization regimes for plant height and leaf number. In contrast, the maximum 1000 seed weight and seed yield were recorded by LMCB. The MCB remained unmatched for protein content, while no significant effect of fertilization regimes was recorded for oil content. Regarding chemical composition, control exhibited the maximum palmitic and stearic acids, while MSB gave the highest arachidic acid.

In this study it is aimed to see whether the beliefs the undergraduate students enrolled in the Elementary School Mathematics Teaching (ESMT) program hold with respect to the nature of mathematics and the teaching and learning of mathematics are interrelated, and whether high school graduation grades, gender, year in the program, and the type of the high school the student had graduated from lead to significant differences in such beliefs. The study sample in which the survey method was used comprised of 172 students who were enrolled in the first and second years of the ESMT undergraduate program. As data collection tools ‘Belief Questionnaire about the Nature of Mathematics’ and the ‘Mathematics Related Beliefs Scale’ were utilized. The data gathered were analyzed on SPSS Statistics 23 software. As a result statistically significant correlation was found between the ESMT undergraduate students’ Scores in the Belief Questionnaire about the Nature of Mathematics (BQNM) and their Scores in the Mathematics Related Beliefs Scale (MRBS) which aims to identify beliefs regarding the teaching and learning of mathematics. On the other hand, no significant difference was observed in students’ BQNM and MRBS scores, with reference to their high school graduation grades, their gender and year in the program. Lastly, despite the lack of a statistically significant difference between the students’ MRBS scores and the type of high school they had graduated from, a significant difference was observed in the case of the students’ BQNM scores. However, this difference appeared only in case of the contrast between the scores of the students who graduated from private high schools and those of their peers who graduated from other high schools (in favor of the latter group)., Bu çalışmada ilköğretim matematik öğretmenliği lisans öğrencilerinin matematiğin doğası ile matematik öğretimi ve öğrenimine yönelik inançları arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığı ve bu inançları ile lise mezuniyet notu, cinsiyet, sınıf seviyesi ve mezun olunan lise türü arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tarama yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmanın örneklemini Türkiye’nin iki farklı devlet üniversitesinin ilköğretim matematik öğretmenliği lisans programının birinci ve ikinci sınıfında öğrenim görmekte olan toplam 172 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Matematiğin Doğasına Yönelik İnanç Ölçeği ile Matematik Öğretimi ve Öğrenimine Yönelik İnanışlar Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada toplanan veriler; SPSS Statistics 23 programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak lisans öğrencilerinin Matematiğin Doğasına Yönelik İnanç Puanları (MDYİP) ile Matematik Öğretimi ve Öğrenimine Yönelik İnanç Puanları (MÖÖYİP) arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Diğer taraftan, öğrencilerin MDYİP ile MÖÖYİP’in öğrencilerin lise mezuniyet notlarına, cinsiyetlerine ve sınıf seviyelerine göre anlamlı olarak değişmediği tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak öğrencilerin MÖÖYİP ile mezun oldukları lise türü arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamasına rağmen öğrencilerin MDYİP ile mezun oldukları lise türü arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Bu farklılığın sadece özel lise ile diğer lise mezunu öğrenciler arasında (diğer lise mezunu öğrencilerin lehine) anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür.

Optimization of fertilizers sources and doses occupies pivotal position for triggering crops growth along with reducing a halt to environmental pollution caused by excessive use of mineral fertilizers. This field research was conducted to determine the effect of chemical and organic fertilizers on vital vegetative growth parameters including leaf area index and chlorophyll content of soybean (cv. Nova).Treatments included four different sources of fertilizers manures from sheep and cattle barns, liquid manure from cattle barn, chemical fertilizers and a control treatment was kept for comparison purpose. The chlorophyll contents of plants at different growing stages Beginning bloom (R1) and Beginning seed (R5) were measured using SPAD-502 and CM 1000 chlorophyll meter. The results indicated that physiological growth parameters including leaf area index and chlorophyll content of soybean differed significantly at stage R1 and R5 growth stages under varying fertilization regimes. The chemical fertilizers remained unmatched for recording the maximum physiological growth, while liquid manure from cattle barn performed superiorly by exhibiting the maximum leaf area index and chlorophyll content. It is recommended to use liquid manure from cattle barn for boosting physiological growth of soybean and these research findings also necessitate evaluation of different doses of liquid cattle manure to sort out the best performing dose for soybean production under changing climate.

Environmental pollution sed by leaching and gaseous issions from chemical fertilizers necessitates evluation and optimization of organic sources of plant nutrition for soybean production under changing climate scenario. A field study was executed to test different fertilization regimes including chemical fertilizers (CF) (80 kg N and 80 kg P2O5 ha(-1)), sheep barn manure (SBM) (5161 kg ha(-1)). cattle barn manure (CBM) (4878 kg ha(-1)), liquid cattle barn manure (LCBM) (27580 kg ha(-1)) and vermicompost (VC) (4000 kg ha(-1)). The yield attributes, grain yield and fatty acid composition of soybean were taken as response variables in this investigation. The experimental design was randomized complete block design with three replications. The results revealed that SBM and CF recorded the tallest plants and first pod height respectively at both R1 and R5 growth stages, In addition, SBM remained superior for recording significantly higher leaf number at R1 and R5 and node number at R5 stage along with maximum pod number and seeds per pod. The maximum 1000 grain weight and grain yield were exhibited by LCBM which was followed by SBM. In addition, CBM gave the highest protein content while LCBM recorded the maximum oil percentage along with linoleic, mysteric and behenic acid contents, Furthermore, LCBM outperformed other fertilization regimes in terms of palmitoleic, stearic, linolenic and arachidic acids percentages along with oleic: linoleic acid ratio.

Two field experiments were conducted with two sowing time (early and late) and four sesame genotypes in consecutive in 2014 and 2016 to detect the effect of sowing time and genotypes on yield and quality properties of sesame with different dates of sowing to determine the appropriate sesame genotypes in Southeastern Anatolia of Turkey. The experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with three replications. The results indicated that the highest seed yield was found from Diyarbakir Y -C6 with (1673.35 kg ha(-1)), while the lowest values were produced from Muganli 57 with (1267.46 kg ha(-1)). Regards the quality properties, the variety; 'Diyarbakir Y -C16' (50.09%) and 'Mtiganli 57' (50.71%) as achieved the highest oil content and while; the maximum protein content from Adana Y13 genotypes (24.10%). Manisa white genotype was produced the lowest oil content. The variety 'Manisa white' produced the highest saturated fatty acids, while, the variety 'Muganli 57' was the lowest, although; the variety 'Manisa white' showed the lowest, and variety 'Adana Y13' produced the highest unsaturated fatty acids. The highest oleic/linoleic acid rate was produced by ManisaBeyaz genotypes as 1.19%. The highest of stearic acid was achieved in early sowing time while the highest linoleic acid values were achieved in late sowing time. The highest palmitic acid was produced from Manisa white genotype in early sowing time while the lowest linoleic acid. The high Oleic acid was recorded in early sowing time (45.69%). Overall, our results inferred that the best genotype that could be adopted in this region is Diyarbakir Y -C6, because of its highest seed yield potential. The high Linoleic acid was recorded in late sowing time (40.89%). According to results, it can be concluded that Diyarbakir Y -C6 can be adopted in this region, because of its highest seed yield ability. Further, the genotypes of Diyarbakir Y -C16' and 'Mtiganh 57 which had the maximum oil value but with the lowest saturated fatty acids, variety Adana Y13 which reported the highest protein content and unsaturated fatty acids among other genotypes arc potential varieties to be utilized based on farmer preference.

Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is an important ancient annual spice and oilseed crop. widely cultivated all over the world for its seeds objectives. The experiment was conducted to determine the agronomic and quality traits of some sesame cultivars registered under second-crop in Diyarbakir condition in 2018. A total of 13 sesame genotypes (Konya, Ege (Tanas), Muganli 57. Canakkale Yenice-Pazar koyu, Vara Verde. Balikesir lvrindi, Hatipoglu, Aslanbey, Boydak, Kepsut 99. Tan 99, Strnak Kumcatt Dergul, and Ozberk-82) were used as the plant material for the study. The presented experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with three replications. In this study, plant height. the first pod height, number of branches and pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, 1000-seed weight, seed yield, oil and protein ratio, saturated-unsaturated fatty acid components were investigated. Gibberellic acid (GA(3)) plays a vital role in boosting hybrid rice yield, however, fresh research needs to be done for its dose optimization especially for newly developed hybrid rice lines. To fill this research gap, an investigation was conducted at the experimental farm of Sakha Agricultural Research Station, Kafrelsheikh, Egypt during two growing seasons of 2017 and 2018. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of GA(3) application on hybrid rice lines for boosting seed production. Egyptian hybrid No.1 and G46 A/Giza 178 R were the hybrid rice lines, while GA(3) in four doses viz. 0, 250, 300 and 350 g/ha were applied. The experimental design was split plot with three replications, where the main plot was devoted to hybrid rice lines, while the subplots had different doses of GA(3). The results showed that the best desirable values for the studied characteristics especially for hybrid seed yield (2.5 t/ha) were recorded of the hybrid combination IR69625/Giza 178 followed by G46A/Giza178 with the highest dose of GA(3). It is concluded that foliage application of GA(3)@ 350 g/ha has the potential to enhance hybrid rice seed production. while hybrid rice line Giza 178 can be recommended for general adoption in the irrigated regions of Egypt.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının etkinlik kavramına ilişkin düşüncelerini belirlemektir. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden durum çalışması yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, bir üniversitenin sınıf öğretmenliği lisans programının dördüncü sınıfında öğrenim gören ve kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi ile seçilen 15 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Öğretmen adaylarıyla yapılan görüşmeler daha sonra transkript edilmek amacıyla ses kayıt cihazıyla kaydedilmiştir. Transkriptlerden elde edilen yazılı metinler içerik analizinden yararlanılarak analiz edilmiş ve kodlar çıkarılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, genel olarak etkinlik kavramına ilişkin farklı dersler almış olduklarını ifade eden sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının, etkinlik kavramıyla ilgili görüş ve düşüncelerinin çeşitlilik göstermesinin yanında yetersiz olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda adaylara lisans programında yer alan özellikle öğretime yönelik derslerde etkinlik içerikli uygulamalı çalışmalara sıklıkla yer verilmesinin önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. The aim of this research is to determine the thoughts of the prospective elementary teachers about the concept of activity. In the research, case study that one of the qualitative research methods was used. The study group of the research consists of 15 prospective elemenetary teachers selected with convenience sampling and studying in the fourth grade of a university classroom teaching undergraduate program. In order to collect data, semi-structured interview form was used in the research. The interviews were recorded with a voice recorder for later transcription and written texts obtained from transcript were subjected to content analysis and codes were created. As a result of the research in general, although it was stated that the prospective elementary teachers stated that they had studied different courses including the concept of activity, they had various views and thoughts about the concept of activity. In addition, it was determined that the prospective elementary teachers' views and thoughts about the concept of activity are nonproficient. In this regard, it is thought that it is important to include often applied study with activities, especially in teaching courses in the undergraduate program for prospective teachers.

This study was conducted to determine the suitable sowing date for two cultivar of safflower during 2013/14 and 2014/15 growing seasons at the research field of Dicle University, Anatolia, Turkey. The current research included four sowing dates viz., i) 20 October ii) 20 November, iii) 20 February, iv) 30 March; two genotypes of i) Remzibey, and ii) Dincer and fitted them in randomized complete bock design with three replications. The results revealed that the sowing dates remarkably influenced the yield traits of plant height, the number of branches, the number of capitulum and seed yield of safflower. The genotype Dincer performed better than the genotype Remzibey regarding yield traits and yield. The highest seed yield was obtained from the genotype Dincer (1891.3 kg ha-1) with the second sowing time of 20 November and the lowest yield (517.8 kg ha-1) was obtained from Remzibey with the fourth sowing time of 30 March Regarding the quality properties, it was observed that, the sowing time was significantly influenced the oil content, palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, gama-linolenic acid, eicosadienoic acid and O/L. Oil content, meristic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, alpha-linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, eicosadienoic acid, nervonic acid, , unsaturated fatty acid (UFA), SFA/UFA and O/L also varied significantly between the genotypes and the genotype Dincer performed better than Remzibey Yield traits, seed yield and, as well as quality traits of safflower were also influenced by the interaction of sowing time and genotypes in this study.

This study was conducted over a year period incorporating one growing seasons of 2013–2014 with the aim being to investigate the effects of the free fatty acid and yield characteristics of different rapeseed genotypes planted at different sowing times in the climate of Diyarbakır, Turkey on biodiesel production, on engine performance and on emission values. The study was conducted in the trial areas of the Department of Field Crops of the Dicle University Faculty of Agriculture, in which the quality traits of the rapeseed (oil ratio and fatty acid content) were analyzed. The genotypes, ‘Licord’ was achieved the highest oil content (38.13%). The highest alpha-linolenic acid (1.25%), and oleic acid (65.1%) were recorded from the genotype ‘Express’. The highest linoleic acid (18.16%) was achieved from Lirown genotype. Among the different varieties of rapeseed, those with the highest oil ratio and fatty acid content were selected and subjected to transesterification to obtain rapeseed oil methyl and ethyl esters. These were then tested in a small power diesel engine in accordance with the EN 14214 standard, which is considered applicable by the Energy Market Regulatory Board of Turkey for the investigation of the performance and emission characteristics of such ester fuels. The study made use of single-cylinder, direct injection, four-cycle, 5.5 kW nominal power diesel engine. The use of fatty acid esters was found to give moment and power values close to those of diesel engine fuel, although the ester fuels showed a slight increase in fuel consumption values. The transesterification of rapeseed was found to reduce viscosity and to decrease calorific value and specific weights. Emission values for CO and CO2 were found to be lower than number 2-D diesel fuel, while an increase was observed in the level of NOx.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki para politika araçlarının katılım bankacılığına yansımalarını incelemektir. İlgili literatürde katılım bankacılığı özelinde TCMB para politikalarının etkilerinin ve kullanımı ihtimali ile ilgili çalışma konusunda eksiklik görülmüştür. Dolayısıyla bu çalışma ilgili literatüre katkı sağlaması açısından özgün ve önemli arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın sonucunda; katılım bankacılığı TCMB para politikalarından doğrudan etkilendiği fakat sadece bu etki ile gelişim göstermediği, katılım bankacılığı TCMB para politikaları araçlarından faiz düzenlemesini ve kullanımından olumsuz etkilendiği ve katılım bankacılığının TCMB para politikası araçlarına bakışı olumsuz olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özellikle 2008 krizi sonrasında uygulamaya konan para politikası araçlarında faiz vurgusu bu olumsuzluğun ana nedeni olarak görülmektedir. Katılım bankacılığının alternatif para politikaları geliştirmede TCMB para politikalarına olumlu etki sağlayacak potansiyeldedir. Özellikle fon kullandırma yöntemleri ile para politikalarına alternatif olup aynı para politikası hedeflerine ulaştırabilecektir. Günümüz TCMB para politika araçları katılım bankalarının bilançolarına olumlu etkiler sağlamaktadır. Özellikle katılım bankacılığının 2018 verileri ışığında geçmişe oranla artışların olması bu durumu desteklemektedir. This study examines the effects of monetary policy tools on participation banking in Turkey. There have been few works on the effects of the CBRT monetary policies and their use in participation banking in the literature. Therefore, this study is original and essential in contributing to the relevant literature. We find that participation banking has been directly affected by the CBRT monetary policies; they have been adversely affected by the interest regulation and use of the CBRT monetary policy instruments and had a negative view of the CBRT monetary policy instruments. In particular, the emphasis on interest rates in the monetary policy instruments implemented after the 2008 crisis is seen as the main reason for this negative impression. Participation banking has the potential to positively impact the monetary policies of the CBRT in developing alternative monetary policies. It will be an alternative to monetary policies, especially with fund allocation methods, and it will achieve the same monetary policy goals. Today's CBRT monetary policies positively affect the balance sheets of participation banks. Especially in the light of 2018 data of participation banking, the increase compared to the past supports this situation.

The aim of this research is to investigate the processes of activity implementation of prospective primary mathematics teachers in the direction of undergraduate education. The case study design among qualitative methods was followed in this study. The participants were 12 prospective primary mathematics teachers who were fourth graders in the Department of Mathematics Teacher Training at Atatürk University. For sampling, convenience sampling was used by caring accessibility. As a data collection tool, a semi-structured interview form was prepared to investigate the processes of activity implementation of prospective teachers. Accordingly, the data were obtained through interview and observation (video recording). Content analysis was used as a qualitative research analysis technique for the data gathered through interviews. The findings of the study was seen that prospective primary mathematics teachers did not have experience and literateness about the processes of activity implementation., Bu araştırmanın amacı; ilköğretim matematik öğretmeni adaylarının lisans eğitimleri doğrultusunda etkinlik uygulama süreçlerini incelemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından durum çalışması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Atatürk Üniversitesi Kazım Karabekir Eğitim Fakültesi İlköğretim Matematik Öğretmenliği Lisans Programı’nın dördüncü sınıfında öğrenim gören 12 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma grubu belirlenirken araştırmaya uygun, verimli ve rahat ulaşılabilir bir örneklem seçildiği için kolay ulaşılabilir durum örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, öğretmen adaylarının etkinlik uygulama süreçlerini incelemeye yönelik yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda veriler, görüşme ve gözlem (video kaydı) yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda, ilköğretim matematik öğretmeni adaylarının etkinlik uygulama sürecine yönelik yeterli bilgi ve deneyime sahip olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir.

Bu araştırma; Diyarbakır koşullarında farklı ekim zamanı uygulamasının Ayçiçeği çeşitlerinin kalite özellikleri üzerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla 2015 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada 2 farklı ekim zamanı (erken ve geç ekim) ve 4 farklı ayçiçeği çeşiti (Sanay MR, Sanbro, Sirena ve Tarsan 1018) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ayçiçeğinde doymuş ve doymamış yağ asitleri içerikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda; Ekim zamanı, çeşit ve ekim zamanı x çeşit interaksiyonunun yağ oranı üzerine önemli bir etkisinin olmadığı, yağ asitleri kompozisyonu bakımından ekim zamanın, palmitik, palmitoleik, oleik, linoleik asit oranı üzerinde, çeşitler arasında ise oleik, linoleik ve oleik/ linoleik yağ asitine oranı bakımından önemli farklılıklar olmuş ve ekim zamanı x çeşit interaksiyonunun, oleik, linoleik, palmitik, araşidik ve oleik/linoleik yağ asid oranı bakımından önemli bir etkisi bulunmuştur. Linoleik asit oranı bakımından en yüksek oran, geç ekim uygulaması Sanbro (% 62.12) ve Sirena (% 62.49) çeşitlerinde elde edilirken, en yüksek oleik asit oranı erken ekim uygulaması Tarsan 1018 (% 35.79) çeşidinden elde edilmiştir

The aim of this study was to compare tillage methods and plant density on growth, development and yield of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] grown under main and second cropping systems. The field experiments were carried out at the experimental area of Agricultural Faculty, Dicle University during 2013 and 2014. The experiments were conducted as split-split plot design based on randomized complete blocks with two sowing dates (normal and late) as the main plot, three tillage methods (no-tillage, reduced and conventional) as sub-plot, and three between row spacing (35, 55 and 70 cm) sub-sub plot factor. The experiments were performed in three replications and soybean cultivar Nova (MG III) was used. According to the two-year average results of the study, tillage methods had significant effects on dry weight and leaf area index in the R5 phase of the tillage treatment and reduced soil tillage by soil application, lower dry weight and leaf area index (LAI) value than conventional tillage method. Leaf growth rate (LGR) and leaf area ratio (LAR) were found significant between early planting (0.13 cm(2)/cm(2) /day, 0.15 cm(2)/g) and late planting (0.09 cm(2)/cm(2)/day, 0.12 cm(2)/g).

Bu çalışma, sosyal Latin danslarının aerobik uygunluğa (VO₂max) ve beden kompozisyonuna etkisinin araştırılması amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın araştırma grubu 50 kadın, 50 erkek toplam 100 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcılar rastgele deney ve kontrol grubu olmak üzere iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Deney grubunda ki katılımcılara 12 hafta süre ile haftada 3 gün 90 dk sosyal Latin dansları eğitimi programı uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubundaki katılımcılarda günlük hayattaki fiziksel hareketlerinde bir değişiklik yapmamaları istenmiştir. Program uygulanmadan önce ve uygulama süresi ve sonunda ön-test, 4. Hafta, 8. Hafta ve 12.hafta(son-test) boy, ağırlık, BKI, % yağ, esneklik ve VO2max ölçümleri test protokollerine uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Verilerin analizleri İBM SPSS-200 ve Excel hazır yazılım programları aracılığı ile yapılmıştır. Tüm verilerin betimleyici istatistikleri hesaplanmış gruplar arsında farklılıklar İndependent-Simples T Test, ölçümler arasındaki fark olup olmadığı ise Repeated Measures varyans analizi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre deney grubundaki erkek ve kadınlarda kg, BKI, esneklik, % yağ ve VO2max değerlerinde 2. 3. ve 4. Ölçümlerde farklılıklar gözlemlenmiştir. (p>0.05) kontrol grubunda ise kadın ve erkelerde farklılık gözlenmemiştir (p0.05). As conclusion, it could be said that Latin dance program was effective in weight, BMI, flexibility, fat% and aerobic fitness (VO2max) levels in female and male groups. Namely, weight, BMI, flexibility, fat % and aerobic fitness (VO2max.) levels of the participants were significantly improved. However, it was found that weight, BMI, flexibility, fat% and aerobic fitness (VO2max levels did not change significantly in the control group who not participate in the social Latin dance activity.Keywords: Social Latin Dances, Body Composition, Aerobic Fitness 98
