Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание научно-исследовательского института высотой 123 м вг. Санкт-Петербург».Проектная документация выполнена в соответствии с Постановлением ПравительстваРоссийской Федерации №87 «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ».В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы было спроектировано здание научно-исследовательского институтавысотой 123 м в городе Санкт-Петербург. Каркас здания выполнен из железобетона,внешними ограждающими конструкциями является витражное остекление.В данной работе были проведены моделирование и анализ этажа с офисными помещениями напредмет воздействия солнечного изучения, сильно влияющего на комфортное пребывание людей впомещении, ввиду витражного остекления. Была построена модель траектории солнца иокружающей застройки.Задачи, решаемые в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования:• Провести обзор Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹, ÑÐ²ÑÐ·Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ взаимодействием солнечным излучением• Оценить пиковое воздействие солнечной радиации на каждое помещение этажа• Рассмотреть способ автоматизации расстановки помещений на этаже, учитывая шаблоныклассификации помещений Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ из условий освещенностиВ Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра был разработан проектвысотного здания НИИ с Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ подземной автостоянкой. Здание имеет сложную форму –контур сочетает в себе пересечение окружности и квадрата. Здание имеет каркаснуюконструктивную ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñƒ. Был произведен расчет несущей способности здания, разработаныобъемно-планировочные решения, рассчитана длительность проведения строительно-Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ с использованием нормативной документации, построен календарный график выполненияработ в ПК Microsoft Project. Произведен подбор ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°ÑˆÐ¸Ð½ и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð², Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»ÑÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса. Также приводятся рекомендации по соблюдению пожарной  безопасности уникального объекта. Была разработана сметная документация напроведение Ð²ÑÐµÑ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾-Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð¶Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚.Полученные результаты позволяют сделать вывод о возможности Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ применения ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ для витражногоостекления, которые позволят комфортно пребывать и работать сотрудникам офиса насвоем рабочем месте, учитывая допустимые внутриклиматические параметры., The topic of the final qualification work: "The building of the research institute witha height of 123 meters in St. Petersburg."The project documentation has been prepared in accordance with Decree ofthe Government of the Russian Federation No. 87 “On the composition of sections ofproject documentation and requirements for their content”.In the course of the work, a building of a research institute with a height of 123 m wasdesigned in the city of St. Petersburg. The frame of the building is made of reinforcedconcrete, the external enclosing structures are stained glass windows.In this work, modeling and analysis of an office floor was carried out for the impact ofsolar study, which strongly affects the comfort of people in the room, due to stained glass. Amodel of the trajectory of the sun and the surrounding buildings was built.Tasks to be solved in the course of the study:• Conduct a review of technical solutions related to the interaction of solar radiation• Assess solar peaks and the effect of cumulative factors on indoor climate conditions• Consider a way to automate the arrangement of rooms on the floor, taking into account roomclassification templates based on lighting conditionsIn the course of the graduation qualification work of the bachelor, a project was developed fora high-rise building of the research institute with a two-level underground parking lot.The building has a complex shape - the contour combines the intersection of a circle and asquare. The building has a frame structural scheme. The load-bearing capacity of thebuilding was calculated, space-planning solutions were developed, the duration ofconstruction and installation work was calculated using regulatory documentation, and a workschedule was built in the Microsoft Project. The selection of construction machines andmechanisms necessary for the construction process has been made. Recommendations arealso given for observing the fire safety of a unique object. Estimated documentation wasdeveloped for all construction, installation and preparatory work.The results obtained allow us to conclude that it is possible and necessary to usespecial technical solutions for stained glass, which will allow office staff to stay and workcomfortably at their workplace, considering the permissible intra-climatic parameters.

В данной работе запроектировано здание бизнес-центра высотой 126 м в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 №87, а именно выбран земельный участок строительства, выбраны Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ðµ Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и конструктивные решения с обеспечением мероприятий по пожарной безопасности и мероприятий по обеспечению доступа инвалидов и определены сроки строительства, сметная стоимость и цена за квадратный метр. Также рассмотрена и решена научно-практическая задача по оценке влияния солнечного излучения на работу Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð². В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы решались следующие задачи: 1. определение пикового значения солнечного излучения; 2. анализ ÑÐ¾Ð»Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð±Ð»Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð²; 3. оценка освещенности офисного кабинета. Работа была проведена с использованием Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑÐ¾Ð² 3D программирования, а также с использованием Ð½Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð². В результате данной работы была разработана документация для объекта капитального строительства, а также выбраны решения по оптимальному освещению для Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸ÑÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¾Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð²., In this work, a building of a business center with a height of 126 m is designed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87, namely, a land plot for construction is selected, the necessary architectural and structural solutions are selected with the provision of fire safety measures and measures to ensure access for disabled people and the terms of construction, the estimated cost and the price per square meter have been determined. Also considered and solved a scientific and practical problem to assess the impact of solar radiation on the work of office workers. In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved: 1. determination of the peak value of solar radiation; 2. analysis of sun glare; 3. assessment of the illumination of the office cabinet. The work was carried out using 3D programming software systems, as well as using regulatory documents. As a result of this work, documentation for the capital construction object was developed, as well as solutions for optimal lighting for office employees were selected.

В результате выполнения данной выпускной бакалаврской квалификационной работы были определены объемно-планировочные решения для здания, разработана ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° планировочной организации земельного участка, приняты конструктивные решения, произведен расчет здания на временные и постоянные нагрузки, определена и рассчитана система вентиляции для бизнес-центра, составлен проект по организации строительства, составлена сводная смета на строительство., As a result of implementation of this final bachelor qualification of work were space-planning decisions for buildings, the scheme of planning organization of land, the adopted constructive solutions, calculation of building on temporary and perma-nent load, defined and designed the ventilation system for the business center, co-presented a project of construction organization, compiled the summary estimates for the construction.
