СанкÑ-ÐеÑеÑбÑÑг».ÐÑоекÑÐ½Ð°Ñ Ð´Ð¾ÐºÑменÑаÑÐ¸Ñ Ð²Ñполнена в ÑооÑвеÑÑÑвии Ñ ÐоÑÑановлением ÐÑавиÑелÑÑÑваРоÑÑийÑкой ФедеÑаÑии â87 «РÑоÑÑаве Ñазделов пÑоекÑной докÑменÑаÑии и ÑÑебованиÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑодеÑжаниÑ».Ð Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ ÑабоÑÑ Ð±Ñло ÑпÑоекÑиÑовано здание наÑÑно-иÑÑледоваÑелÑÑкого инÑÑиÑÑÑавÑÑоÑой 123 м в гоÑоде СанкÑ-ÐеÑеÑбÑÑг. ÐаÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ñполнен из железобеÑона,внеÑними огÑаждаÑÑими конÑÑÑÑкÑиÑми ÑвлÑеÑÑÑ Ð²Ð¸ÑÑажное оÑÑекление.Рданной ÑабоÑе бÑли пÑÐ¾Ð²ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ½Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»Ð¸Ñование и анализ ÑÑажа Ñ Ð¾ÑиÑнÑми помеÑениÑми напÑÐµÐ´Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑÐ²Ð¸Ñ ÑолнеÑного изÑÑениÑ, ÑилÑно влиÑÑÑего на комÑоÑÑное пÑебÑвание лÑдей впомеÑении, Ð²Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ñ Ð²Ð¸ÑÑажного оÑÑеклениÑ. ÐÑоизведен Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ð±Ð¾Ñ ÑÑÑоиÑелÑнÑÑ Ð¼Ð°Ñин и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð¾Ð², Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼ÑÑ Ð´Ð»ÑÑÑÑоиÑелÑного пÑоÑеÑÑа. Также пÑиводÑÑÑÑ ÑекомендаÑии по ÑоблÑÐ´ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð¶Ð°Ñной  безопаÑноÑÑи ÑникалÑного обÑекÑа. The frame of the building is made of reinforcedconcrete, the external enclosing structures are stained glass windows.In this work, modeling and analysis of an office floor was carried out for the impact ofsolar study, which strongly affects the comfort of people in the room, due to stained glass. Amodel of the trajectory of the sun and the surrounding buildings was built.Tasks to be solved in the course of the study:⢠Conduct a review of technical solutions related to the interaction of solar radiation⢠Assess solar peaks and the effect of cumulative factors on indoor climate conditions⢠Consider a way to automate the arrangement of rooms on the floor, taking into account roomclassification templates based on lighting conditionsIn the course of the graduation qualification work of the bachelor, a project was developed fora high-rise building of the research institute with a two-level underground parking lot.The building has a complex shape - the contour combines the intersection of a circle and asquare. The building has a frame structural scheme. The load-bearing capacity of thebuilding was calculated, space-planning solutions were developed, the duration ofconstruction and installation work was calculated using regulatory documentation, and a workschedule was built in the Microsoft Project. The selection of construction machines andmechanisms necessary for the construction process has been made. Recommendations arealso given for observing the fire safety of a unique object. Estimated documentation wasdeveloped for all construction, installation and preparatory work.The results obtained allow us to conclude that it is possible and necessary to usespecial technical solutions for stained glass, which will allow office staff to stay and workcomfortably at their workplace, considering the permissible intra-climatic parameters.
