Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Здание модульной больницы на 80 ÐºÐ¾ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑÑ‚Â». Данная работа посвящена исследованию модульной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ строительства, разработке цифровой модели здания из блок-модулей и оценки эффекта от применения данной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: Изучение особенностей устройства и выполнения работ по возведению здания из Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½Ð¸Ñ†. Разработка Ñ†Ð¸Ñ„Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ здания на примере объекта стационарного медицинского обслуживания применительно к конкретным условиям строительства по модульной и монолитным Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸ÑÐ¼ строительства. Расчет и анализ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ материально-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹. Обоснование, выявление рисков и оценка Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ на основе Ð°Ð½Ð°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Â Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹. В данном проекте применяются Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ решения Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ компании «Новый дом» от КНАУФ. Была выполнена разработка цифровой модели с учетом Ð²ÑÐµÑ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾-Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ¾Ð±ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¹ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸, а также был определен аналог рассматриваемого объекта с последующим созданием сопоставимой информационной модели. Анализ проводился методом сравнения ÑÐ¾Ð¿Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð²Ð»ÑÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² разработки проекта. В результате исследования были определены численные показатели и матрица рисков демонстрирующие эффект от применением модульной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ в сравнении с традиционными методами строительства.Â, The subject of the graduation qualification work is "The modular hospitalbuilding for 80 beds".This work is devoted to the study of modular construction technology, thedevelopment of a digital model of a building from block modules and the assessmentof the effect and risks of using this technology.The tasks that were solved during the study: Study of the features of the design and performance of work on the constructionof a building from modular units. The development of digital models of the building on the example of astationary medical service facility in relation to specific construction conditionsaccording to modular and monolithic construction technologies. Calculation and analysis of the obtained time, economic and material andtechnical indicators. Justification, identification of risks and evaluation of design solutions based onthe analysis of technical and economic indicators. This project uses technical solutions of modular structures of the company"NOVYI DOM" from KNAUF. A digital model was developed taking into account allthe technical and organizational features of the technology, and an analogue of theobject under consideration was determined, followed by the creation of a comparableinformation model. The analysis was carried out by comparing the comparable designoptions. As a result of the study, numerical indicators and a risk matrix demonstrating theeffect of using modular technology in comparison with traditional constructionmethods were determined.

Цель работы - определение преимуществ и изучение модульного строительства, а также определение звукоизоляции воздушного шума перегородок Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ компании «Modulbau» Россия. В данной работе был спроектировано жилое среднеэтажное здание высотой 18 м, для которого были разработаны 11 разделов проектной документации. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования решались следующие задачи: • Определить проблемы в сфере жилищного строительства в ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð•Ð²Ñ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‹ и России; • Изучить историю модульного строительства; • Рассмотреть современное строительство с применением блок модулей; • Исследовать преимущества применения блок-модулей, в частности ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹, в современном строительстве; • Произвести замеры звукового давления, при проведении испытаний над опытными образцами каркасно-Ð¾Ð±ÑˆÐ¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ðº; • Определить индекс изоляции воздушного шума Rw Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² перегородок Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ «Modulbau». В результате исследования, был сделан вывод о том, что использование ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ оправдывает себя как с экономической точки зрения, так и с точки зрения ÑˆÑƒÐ¼Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð»ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð² Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ модуля., The purpose of the work is to determine the advantages and study of modular construction, as well as to determine the sound insulation airborne noise at the partitions of ready-made sanitary modules of the company "Modulbau" Russia. In this work, a mid-rise residential building with a height of 18 m was designed, for which 11 sections of the project documentation were developed. During the study, the following tasks were solved: • Identify the problems in the field of housing construction in Europe and Russia; • Explore the history of modular construction; • Consider modern construction using block modules; • Explore the advantages of using block modules, in particular sanitary modules, in modern construction; • To measure the sound pressure when testing prototypes of frame sheathing partitions; • Determine the air noise isolation index Rw of the tested test types of partitions of ready-made sanitary modules "Modulbau". As a result of the study, it was concluded that the use of plumbing modules justifies itself both from an economic point of view and from the point of view of the noise insulation properties of the module's enclosing structures.

Исследование основано на комплексном методе, включающем анализ ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾ÑÐ±ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ³Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº объемно-Ð¿Ð»Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ , ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ Ð¸Ð½Ð¶ÐµÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ быстровозводимого здания. В качестве Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ‡Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² взяты научные труды, описывающие Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к формированию пространства модульного сооружения, а также применение Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð¶ÐµÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼. Эмпирическую основу работы составила оценка энергетической модели реально существующего быстровозводимого здания в г. Мончегорск, Мурманской области. Практическое значение работы. The research set the following goals: 1. Identification of current trends in the development of high-speed modular buildings; 2. To carry out an analysis of the design solutions of fast-moving buildings in the domestic and foreign industries; 3. Analyse existing current methods of improving efficiency and saving energy; 4. Propose solutions to improve the energy efficiency of the existing modular building using the BIM energy model. From a single modular window system to a complex prefabricated module, almost all modern buildings integrate prefabricated structures to varying degrees. In particular, prefabricated architecture is a large-scale production process that takes place on a construction site where pre-fabricated construction systems are combined into one component or part of a larger component directly on site. Methodology and methods of research. The study is based on an integrated method, which includes an analysis of the energy-saving characteristics of the three-dimensional planning, construction and engineering solutions of the fast building. Theoretical sources include scientific papers describing approaches to the formation of the space of a modular structure, as well as the application of innovative engineering systems. The empirical basis of the work was the assessment of the energy model of the real-life fast-building in Monchegorsk, Murmansk oblast. The work was carried out by the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation. Practical significance of the work. The energy-efficient design approach considered in the thesis takes into account the joint contribution of the volumetric planning, design and engineering solutions used to the total energy consumption of the modular building.
