Residential mid-rise building with built-in attached car park

Цель работы - определение преимуществ и изучение модульного строительства, а также определение звукоизоляции воздушного шума перегородок Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ компании «Modulbau» Россия. В данной работе был спроектировано жилое среднеэтажное здание высотой 18 м, для которого были разработаны 11 разделов проектной документации. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования решались следующие задачи: • Определить проблемы в сфере жилищного строительства в ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð•Ð²Ñ€Ð¾Ð¿Ñ‹ и России; • Изучить историю модульного строительства; • Рассмотреть современное строительство с применением блок модулей; • Исследовать преимущества применения блок-модулей, в частности ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹, в современном строительстве; • Произвести замеры звукового давления, при проведении испытаний над опытными образцами каркасно-Ð¾Ð±ÑˆÐ¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ðº; • Определить индекс изоляции воздушного шума Rw Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÐ¿Ñ‹Ñ‚ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¿Ð¾Ð² перегородок Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ «Modulbau». В результате исследования, был сделан вывод о том, что использование ÑÐ°Ð½Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÑƒÐ»ÐµÐ¹ оправдывает себя как с экономической точки зрения, так и с точки зрения ÑˆÑƒÐ¼Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð»ÑÑ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ²Ð¾Ð¹ÑÑ‚Ð² Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¶Ð´Ð°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹ модуля.
The purpose of the work is to determine the advantages and study of modular construction, as well as to determine the sound insulation airborne noise at the partitions of ready-made sanitary modules of the company "Modulbau" Russia. In this work, a mid-rise residential building with a height of 18 m was designed, for which 11 sections of the project documentation were developed. During the study, the following tasks were solved: • Identify the problems in the field of housing construction in Europe and Russia; • Explore the history of modular construction; • Consider modern construction using block modules; • Explore the advantages of using block modules, in particular sanitary modules, in modern construction; • To measure the sound pressure when testing prototypes of frame sheathing partitions; • Determine the air noise isolation index Rw of the tested test types of partitions of ready-made sanitary modules "Modulbau". As a result of the study, it was concluded that the use of plumbing modules justifies itself both from an economic point of view and from the point of view of the noise insulation properties of the module's enclosing structures.
