Целью исследования является разработка предложений совершенствования государственного управления развития социальноэкономической инфраструктуры сферы Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ города. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: 1. Изучить теоретические основы развития сферы Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ и нормативные основы. 2. Изучить зарубежный опыт развития сферы Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. 3. Оценить деятельность Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð² и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ñ‹ государственного развития инфраструктуры в сфере Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ в Санкт-Петербурге. 4. Определить основные проблемы в отрасли Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. 5. Разработать предложения и Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ñ‹ Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ°Ð»Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ по развитию инфраструктуры сферы Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ города. 6. Оценить эффективность от Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ€. В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ собирались фактические материалы: отчеты, программы, документы. Проведен анализ нормативно-Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¾Ð² и результатов деятельности Ð³Ð¾ÑÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð² в сфере Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ. Для исследования был проведен также опрос среди граждан Санкт-Петербурга. В результате были разработаны проекты «Цифровая детская медицинская помощь» и дополнительные исследования Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÑƒÐ¿Ð¿ граждан. Изменен процесс по подготовки Ð¼ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð½ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ñ€Ð¾Ð² и получения группы по инвалидности. Также предложено строительство центра медицинской помощи и создание приложения. Результаты, которые получены в данной работе, можно использовать для совершенствования дальнейшей работы органов государственного управления в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ инфраструктуры в сфере Ð·Ð´Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð¾Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ., The theme of the final qualified work: "Development of proposals for improving the mechanisms of state management of the development of the socio-economic infrastructure of the healthcare sector of the city". The purpose of the study is to develop proposals for improving the state management of the development of the socio-economic infrastructure of the city's healthcare sector. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. To study the theoretical foundations of the development of the healthcare sector and the regulatory framework. 2. To study foreign experience in the development of the healthcare sector. 3. Evaluate the activities of state bodies and mechanisms for the state development of infrastructure in the healthcare sector in St. Petersburg. 4. Identify the main problems in the healthcare industry. 5. Develop proposals and mechanisms for their implementation for the development of infrastructure in the healthcare sector of the city. 6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed measures. As part of the work, factual materials were collected: reports, programs, documents. The analysis of regulatory legal acts and the results of the activities of state bodies in the field of health care was carried out. For the study, a survey was also conducted among the citizens of St. Petersburg. As a result, projects “Digital Children's Medical Assistance” and additional studies of certain groups of citizens were developed. The process of training medical personnel and obtaining a disability group has been changed. The author also proposed the construction of the Center for Medical Assistance and the creation of a mobile application. The results obtained in this work can be used to improve the further work of government bodies in the framework of creating an infrastructure in the healthcare sector.

Данная работа посвящена исследованию таможенно-тарифного регулирования Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½ – России и Германии. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Разбор понятия таможенно-тарифного регулирования. 2. Анализ законодательной базы таможенно-тарифного регулирования на международном уровне. 3. Обзор особенностей таможенно-тарифного регулирования в России и в Германии. 4. Обзор ÑÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑÐ°Ð½ÐºÑ†Ð¸Ð¹, Ð¿Ð¾Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ²ÑˆÐ¸Ñ Ð½Ð° таможенно-тарифное регулирование. 5. В результате анализа были сопоставлены системы таможенно-тарифного регулирования в Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð•Ð²Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¸Ð¹ÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ экономического союза и Европейского союза, рассмотрены текущие санкции и Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð»Ð¸ÑÐ½Ð¸Ðµ на торгово-экономические отношения государств и что не менее важно, были представлены возможные методы развития системы таможенно-тарифного регулирования России., The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is “Customs and tariff regulation of foreign trade: Russian and foreign experience”. This work is devoted to the study of customs and tariff regulation of two countries – Russia and Germany. The study achieved the following objectives: 1. Review the concept of customs and tariff regulation. 2. Analysis of the legislative framework of customs and tariff regulation on the international level. 3. Overview of the features of customs and tariff regulation in Russia and Germany. 4. Review of economic sanctions affecting customs and tariff regulation. 5. Analysis of the current economic relations between Russia and Germany. The work based on the experience of the functioning of customs and tariff regulation systems in Russia and Germany. In the course of the work, the main provisions of state regulation of international trade, the legislative framework of state regulation of international trade, as well as the export and import structures of Germany and Russia were considered.As a result of the analysis, the systems of customs and tariff regulation within the framework of the Eurasian and European Economic Unions were compared, current sanctions and their impact on the economic situation of states were considered, and, equally important, possible methods of developing the system of customs and tariff regulation of Russia were presented.

This work is devoted to the study of the activities of public authorities in the field of waste management and the development of proposals to solve the identified problems. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Study of the regulatory framework in the field of waste management. 2. Analysis of foreign experience in regulating the sphere of waste management. 3. Analysis of the current state of the sphere under study. 4. Comparative analysis of foreign and Russian experience in the organization of waste management. 5. Identification of the main problems of the functioning of the waste management sphere on the example of the Yaroslavl region. 6. Development of proposals for improving state regulation in the field of waste management on the example of the Yaroslavl region. As a result, a number of recommendations were proposed: 1. Development of the subprogram "Formation of an integrated system of solid municipal waste management in the Yaroslavl region". 2. Development of a regional project "Support for businesses engaged in the collection and processing of recyclables in the Yaroslavl region". 3. Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является разработка предложений по совершенствованию процессов государственного регулирования трудовой миграции. Объектом исследования выступают процессы государственного регулирования трудовой миграции. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования были описаны теоретические основы миграции населения и Ñ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ´Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑÑƒÑ€ÑÐ¾Ð²: раскрыто явление миграции населения, трудовой миграции, описано значение Ð¼Ð¸Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾ÐºÐ¾Ð² в социально-экономическом развитии территорий. Также автором описаны методы государственного регулирования на основе отечественного и зарубежного опыта. Далее был проведен анализ Ð´ÐµÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð¾-Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð² трудовой миграции и миграционной политики РФ: дана Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° состояния внешней трудовой миграции в РФ на основе анализа показателей трудовой миграции. The purpose of the graduate qualification work is the development of proposals to improve the processes of state regulation of labor migration. The object of the study is the processes of state regulation of labor migration. In the course of research theoretical bases of migration of population and labor resources were described: the phenomenon of migration of population, labor migration was disclosed, the importance of migration flows in the socio-economic development of territories was described. Also the author described the methods of state regulation on the basis of domestic and foreign experience. Further the analysis of current organizational and legal foundations of labor migration and migration policy of the Russian Federation was carried out: a characteristic of the state of external labor migration in the Russian Federation on the basis of the analysis of labor migration indicators was given. Thus problems in the sphere of state regulation of external migration flows were identified. As a result of the study, the author developed proposals for the introduction of a point system for attracting and selecting labor migrants. The implementation of the proposed measures will lead to a reform of the procedure for obtaining permits for residence and labor activity by immigrants, will make it possible to accumulate statistical data of different orientation, and in the long run will reduce the bureaucratic migration apparatus.

The tasks that were solved during the study: - Analysis of the role of tourism in the development of a metropolis. - Analysis of the regulatory legal acts of tourism development in Russia. - Analysis of the tourist potential of St. Petersburg. - Research of the technology of QR codes, as well as the prospects of implementation in the city. - Researching the opinion of entrepreneurs about information technologies in the field of tourism. - Development of proposals for implementation in the sphere of tourism in the city. The study of the processes of digitalization of public administration, the development of cities and the tourism sector of the megalopolis showed the presence of problems in the implementation of the instructions of the city administration by enterprises, the qualifications of tourist personnel, and the use of the tourist potential of the megalopolis for the decentralization of tourist traffic. Proposals have been developed for state regulation of technical aspects of the development of the tourist sphere of the megalopolis. It is shown how the implementation of proposals will affect the tourist flow, the working conditions of tourism infrastructure enterprises.

В работе были определены показатели, отражающие степень влияния малого и среднего предпринимательства на экономический, социальный и инвестиционный потенциал регионов Монголии. Также был рассчитан коэффициент влияния МСП на экономику страны в целом. На основании проведенного исследования влияние МСП было оценено как “средний” и была проведена типологизация регионов страны по данному критерию. Это позволит разрабатывать более точные мероприятия социально-экономической политики регионов. Наилучшие показатели развития имеет столица Улан-Батор. The given work is devoted to the analysis of the impact of small and medium enterprises on economy of Mongolia. The research set the following goals: studying of the theoretical foundations of small and medium enterprises, exploring methodological approaches to assessing the impact of SMEs on the country's economy, analysis of the current state of the small and medium-sized business sector in Mongolia and its regions, assessment of the impact of small and medium-sized enterprises on the economy of Mongolia and its regions, identification of main problems of development of small and medium-sized businesses, propose measures to support the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measure. In this study, we calculated indicators that reflect the degree of influence of small and medium-sized businesses on the economic, social and investment potential of the regions of Mongolia. The coefficient of the impact of SMEs on the country's economy as a whole was also calculated. The analysis was carried out on the basis of systematic and modern research methods: economic and statistical, logical, tabular. Based on the conducted research, the impact of SMEs was assessed as average and the typology of the country's regions was carried out depending on the amount of influence exerted on the development of the country. It allows us to develop more accurate measures of the socio-economic policy of the regions. The capital Ulaanbaatar has the best development indicators. In the course of the work, the key problems affecting the development of SMEs in Mongolia were identified: lack of funding, corruption, pandemic, weakness and insufficiency of state support, etc., on the basis of which measures to support its sustainable development and their economic justification were proposed.

Данная работа посвящена изучению основ государственного регулирования отрасли общественного питания в Российской Федерации и анализу государственного регулирования деятельности предприятий общественного питания в Санкт-Петербурге. Объектом исследования является система государственного регулирования сферы общественного питания на примере города Санкт-Петербурга. Предметом выступает функционирование системы государственного регулирования сферы общественного питания в городе Санкт-Петербурге с целью разработки предложений по её совершенствованию. Цель работы заключается в разработке предложений по совершенствованию государственного регулирования в сфере общественного питания на основе Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð±Ð»ÐµÐ¼ на примере города Санкт-Петербурга. В настоящей работе использованы такие методы научного исследования, как: метод анализа, системный Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´, метод дедукции, метод индукции, метод классификации, метод сравнения. The research was carried out using general scientific methodological methods of selection, analysis and generalization of information. The main problems of state regulation of investments in intellectual property are identified, including the problems of demand and commercialization of innovations, problems of interregional and international integration of the intellectual property market, as well as the problems of legal regulation in the field of intellectual investments.
