State regulation of the informal labour market: сomparative analysis of the Russian Federation and the republic of Kazakhstan

Значимость темы ВКРобусловлена тем, что совершенствование процесса управления неформальной занятостью со стороны государства сократит теневые процессы на рынке труда, обеспечив тем самым улучшение качества жизни населения. Объектом ВКРслужит такое явление, как неформальная занятость. Предметисследования –население Российской Федерации и Республики ÐšÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½.Цель исследования –изучение неформальной занятости среди населения РФ и Республики ÐšÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð½. В выпускной квалификационной работе стоят задачи, связанные с выявлением тенденций неформальной занятости среди населения в России и РК и проведением исследования в области совершенствования Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° государственного регулирования неформальной занятости в ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð°Ñ . В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ работы были рассмотрены и определены понятие и сущность неформальной занятости, а также изучены её основные виды. Проанализировав все плюсы и минусы данного явления, была выявлена степень позитивного и негативного влияния неформальной занятости на жизнь населения. На основе Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð² управления занятостью, было предложены пути совершенствования мер по снижению доли неформального видазанятости в Ð¸Ð·ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð°Ñ . Так как влияние проблемы неформальной занятости на экономику страны с каждым годом становится сильнее, мы сформулировали несколько рекомендаций, которые могут поспособствовать сокращению доли неформальной занятости и Ð½ÐµÑƒÑ‡Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡Ð°ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð¾Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¾Ð².
The topic of the final qualification work: State regulation of the informal labor market: a comparative analysis of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.The importance of the FQP topic is due to the fact that the improvement of the informal employment management process by the state will reduce the shadow processes in the labor market, thereby ensuring an improvement in the quality of life of the population.The object of the WRC is such a phenomenon as informal employment.The subject of the research is the population of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.The purpose of the study is to study informal employment among the population of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.In the final qualifying work, there are tasks related to identifying trends in informal employment among the population in Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan and conducting research in the field of improving the mechanism of state regulation of informal employment in these countries.In the course of the work, the concept and essence of informalemployment were considered and defined, and its main types were studied. After analyzing all the pros and cons of this phenomenon, the degree of positive and negative influence of informal employment on the life of the population was revealed.Based on the data obtained and existing methods of employment management, it was proposed ways to improve measures to reduce the share of informal employment in the studied countries.As the impact of the problem of informal employment on the country's economy becomes stronger every year, we have formulated several recommendations that can help reduce the share of informal employment and unaccounted income received.
