Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-цента с конференц-залами в г. Санкт-Петербурге»Цель работы: разработка проектной документации на строительство высотного бизнес-центра, расположенного по адресу: г. Санкт-Петербург, Ленинский проспект, участок 1, (северо-западнее пересечения с улицей Доблести). The sections of the documentation were developed in accordance with the Government Decree dated February 16, 2008 (as amended on December 1, 2021) No. 87 “On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content”.A feature of this work is the development of optimal space-planning solutions for conference rooms and the calculation of the acoustic characteristics of the premises of the designed high-rise business center building with the selection of sound-absorbing finishing materials.Research objectives:• Review of literary sources on the design of conference rooms;• Determining the area of ​​conference rooms and their acoustic characteristics;• Development of space-planning solutions for floors with the location of conference rooms;• Overview of software systems and plug-ins for calculating the acoustics of halls;• Manual calculation of the acoustic characteristics of the room.As a result of the research work carried out, optimal space-planning solutions for floors with conference rooms in the projected high-rise building of the business center were developed and sound-absorbing materials were selected. The choice is justified by the calculation of the reverberation time limits for the conference room, as well as the calculated value of the reverberation component, which is in the recommended range for the premises of this purpose and the volume under consideration.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотный проектный институт с энергоэффективным фасадным остеклением».В данной работе был разработан проект 27-этажного здания проектного института с подземным паркингом, а также были рассмотрены способы повышения энергоэффективности ÑÐ²ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследовательской работы были поставлены следующие задачи:1.Рассмотреть существующие виды энергоэффективного остекления и произвести сравнительный анализ ÑÑ‚ÐµÐºÐ»ÑÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð²;2. During the research work, the following tasks were set:1. Consider existing types of energy-efficient glazing and make a comparative analysis of glass facades;2. Calculate the value of the energy consumption of the building using the selected double-glazed windows in the Autodesk Insight 360 software package;3. Conduct a comparative analysis of the obtained results and choose the most suitable double-glazed window for the projected object in St. Petersburg.The following sections of the project documentation are presented in the work: the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and space-planning solutions, constructive solutions, the construction organization project, the technology of construction processes, measures to ensure fire safety, measures to ensure access for the disabled, estimates for construction and the research part.As a result of the study, the types of existing energy-efficient glazing were considered and analyzed. The optimal design of a double-glazed window was chosen for the projected object in St. Petersburg based on considerations of thermal performance and economy.

Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание гостиницы со встроенной подземной автостоянкой».В данной выпускной квалификационной работе разработан проект «Высотного здания гостиницы со встроенной подземной автостоянкой». Ввиду Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обеспечения требуемого предела огнестойкости железобетонной плиты перекрытия, отделяющей пожарный отсек автостоянки от вышележащего объема высотного здания гостиницы, проведён сравнительный анализ методов огнезащиты и подобран оптимальный вариант.При подготовке выпускной квалификационной работы были установлены следующие задачи:1. Разработать разделы выпускной квалификационной работы в соответствии сзаданием;2. Провести оценку пределов огнестойкости железобетонной плитыперекрытия, разделяющей пожарные отсека;3. Owing to the need to ensure the required fire resistance limit of the reinforced concrete floor slab separating the fire compartment of the parking lot from the overlying volume of the high-rise building of the hotel, a comparative analysis of fire protection methods was carried out and the optimal option was selected.When preparing the final qualifying work, the following tasks were set:1. Develop sections of the final qualifying work in accordance with the task;2. To assess the fire resistance limits of the reinforced concrete floor slab separatingthe fire compartments;3. Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Высотное здание бизнес-центра с монолитным железобетонным каркасом в г.Санкт-Петербург».Работа посвящена расчету железобетонного перекрытия с учетом физической нелинейности и сравнительному анализу с результатами линейного расчета. Such indicators as stresses and deformations were compared.Tasks solved in the course of work:• Design a high-rise building of a business center with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, create a finite element diagram model in PC Lira 10.12 and perform a linear calculation;• Perform non-linear calculation of the reinforced concrete floor of a typical floor as part of a building in PC Lira 10.12;• Analyze and compare the results of linear and non-linear calculations;• Carry out damage analysis in the floor slab as a result of non-linear analysis;• Reduce the section of the floor slab, perform repeated linear and non-linear calculations, analyze the results.After completing the calculations and analyzing the results obtained, it can be concluded that the values ​​of stresses and deflections in the linear calculation are higher than the values ​​of the nonlinear calculation. Документация разрабатывается согласно Постановлению Правительства от 16 февраля 2008 года N87 «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ».Особенностью данного проекта является введенные сетчатой металлической системы в конструкцию фасадного остекления с целью уменьшения Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ здания. Был проведен сравнительный анализ Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² решения проблемы Ð½ÐµÐ´Ð¾Ð¿ÑƒÑÑ‚Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð½Ñ‚Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÐ¼ÐµÑ‰ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ здания: 1 вариант – увеличение сечения ядра жесткости; 2 вариант – введение дополнительной сетчатой системы «Diagrid». На основании Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð· расчетов полей армирования были собраны Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±ÑƒÐµÐ¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐ¼Ñ‹ материалов и составлены два варианта смет на возведение высотного здания. The documentation is being developed in accordance with Government Decree No. 87 of February 16, 2008 "On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content".A feature of this project is the introduction of a mesh metal system into the facade glazing structure to reduce horizontal movements of the building. The objectives of the research include:- consider the "Diagrid" triangular system as an additional reinforcement of the structure of a high-rise building to reduce horizontal movements;- calculate the forces and deformations of the model in the SCAD PC;- analyze the results of reinforcement and calculation of building forces;- to assess the material intensity and labor costs of work on the construction of building structures;- compare the cost of work for the two options.During the study, the existing literature on the topic of mesh vertical load-bearing structures was reviewed. A comparative analysis of two options for solving the problem of unacceptable horizontal movements of the building was carried out: option 1 - an increase in the cross–section of the core of rigidity; option 2 – the introduction of an additional grid system "Diagrid". Based on the reinforcement fields obtained from calculations, the required volumes of materials were collected and two versions of estimates for the construction of a high-rise building were compiled. The construction costs were compared for two variants of structures.The result of the final qualification work is the developed design documentation of a high-rise public building of the research Institute with the "Diagrid" system, which is a prefabricated frame of diagonally intersecting metal beams with an annular beam.

Eachsection of the project is executed according to the requirements of the relevantregulatory documents.In the course of the work, the scheme of the double facade and the initial datawere determined. It was proposed to calculate the temperature and air velocity in theinterstitial space by the finite element method using the Ansys software of the FluidFlow (Fluent) module. Then, based on the data obtained, calculate the values of theheat transfer resistance.As a result of the study, the values of the system's heat transfer resistance weredetermined for the selected options for the width of the interstitial space. Purpose of the research is estimation of stiffnesses and settlements of piles in group with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction depending on the distance between them, entering of the reduction factors for stiffness and comparison of base slab's reinforcement isofields when piles are created with the use of 51 FE and 57 FE.Tasks solved:1. Choose a pile group in the structural model made in SCAD, calculate manually settlement of a pile in the group with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction (with various distances between piles in group);2. Model all the design cases in Lira Soft 10.12 with the use of 57 FE;3. Compare results and enter the reduction factors for stiffness;4. Create a structural model of the building in Lira Soft 10.12 with the use of 57 FE;5. Estimate the difference between parameters of required reinforcement in twoprograms.The results of the calculation have shown that the difference between settlements calculated with and without consideration of pile-to-pile interaction is about 144% if the distance between piles in group is minimal.Bottom reinforcement of base slab calculated in two programs has appeared to be very similar. However, top reinforcement varies significantly.Scope of application of research's results is practical activity connected with the calculation of high-rise buildings on slab-pile foundation adjusted for specific traits of object.The research has shown that it is unacceptable to ignore pile-to-pile interaction in the calculation of high-rise building. Разработаны ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° планировочной организации земельного участка, Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ и объемно-планировочные решения, подобраны конструктивные решения, разработан проект организации строительства, Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð², описаны мероприятия по пожарной безопасности, составлена смета на строительство объекта, разработана исследовательская часть. Произведен расчет комбинированной балки для здания апартамент-отеля с учетом принятой сталежелезобетонной плиты, применимой для высотного здания. В результате расчета был сделан вывод о том, что использование сталежелезобетонного перекрытия наиболее выгодно по сравнению с традиционными конструктивными решениями. Экономия бетона составляет примерно 50%, уменьшение массы перекрытия составило также 50%. Не смотря на сложности расчета, сталежелезобетонное перекрытие на ÑÑ‚Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»ÑÑ Ð´Ð°ÐµÑ‚ возможность увеличения вертикальной и горизонтальной жесткости конструкции., This thesis project was developed for a 26-storey apartment hotel building using design documentation and consideration of the use of steel-reinforced concrete slab in construction. During the development of the project, a number of tasks were set: 1. Develop sections of design documentation in accordance with the assignment 2. Carry out the calculation of the structure of the combined beam 3. Analyze and compare the results of calculations of the two systems 4. Formulate conclusions about the advisability of using a steel-reinforced concrete slab in the building being built, identify the advantages and disadvantages of this design The work presents sections of design documentation in accordance with the design assignment. A scheme for the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and space planning solutions were developed, constructive solutions were selected, a project for the organization of construction was developed, technology of construction processes was developed, fire safety measures were described, an estimate for the construction of the facility was drawn up, research part was developed. The calculation of the combined beam for the building of the apartment hotel, taking into account the adopted steel-reinforced concrete slab, applicable for a high-rise building, has been made. As a result of the calculation, it was concluded that the use of steel-reinforced concrete floors is the most profitable in comparison with traditional structural solutions. The savings in concrete are approximately 50%, and the slab weight has also been reduced by 50%. Despite the complexity of the calculation, the steel-reinforced concrete floor on steel profiles makes it possible to increase the vertical and horizontal rigidity of the structure

Целью данной работы является разработка проектной документации высотного общественного здания, расположенного по адресу: г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Народная, уч. 1. Документация разрабатывается согласно Постановлению Правительства от 16 февраля 2008 года N87 «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ». Особенностью данной работы является подбор типа энергоэффективного фасадного остекления здания. В задачи исследования Ð²Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚: • рассмотрение ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð¸Ð´Ð¾Ð² энергоэффективного остекления; • оценка возможности применения ÑÐ½ÐµÑ€Ð³Ð¾ÑÑ„Ñ„ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ остекления; • проведение «базового» энергетического расчета здания; • проведение энергетического расчета Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² остекления; • проведение сравнительного анализа Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² остекления. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования были произведены обзор ÑÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² энергоэффективного остекления, сравнительный анализ Ñ‡ÐµÑ‚Ñ‹Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ð°Ñ€Ð¸Ð°Ð½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² с базовым вариантом (обычным остеклением) и сделан выбор наиболее энергоэффективного и экономически выгодного типа остекления. Результатом выпускной квалификационной работы является разработанная проектная документация высотного общественного здания с энергоэффективным остеклением, представляющим собой Ð´Ð²ÑƒÑ ÐºÐ°Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ стеклопакеты с двумя мультифункциональными стеклами и заполнением межстекольного пространства инертным газом аргоном., The purpose of this work is to develop project documentation for a high-rise public building located at Narodnaya street, Saint Petersburg. The documentation is developed in accordance with the Government Decree №87 of February 16, 2008 «On the composition of sections of project documentation and requirements for their content». The peculiarity of this work is the selection of the type of energy-efficient facade glazing of the building. The objectives of the study include: • consideration of existing types of energy-efficient glazing; • assessment of the possibility of using energy-efficient glazing solutions; • conducting a "basic" energy calculation of the building; • energy calculation of selected glazing options; • conducting a comparative analysis of the selected glazing options. The study reviewed the existing options for energy-efficient glazing, compared the four selected options with the basic option (conventional glazing), and selected the most energy-efficient and cost-effective type of glazing. The result of the final qualification work is the developed project documentation of a high-rise public building with energy-efficient glazing, which is a two-chamber double-glazed windows with two multifunctional glasses and filling the space between glasses with an inert gas argon.

Данная работа посвящена исследованию способов для устройства котлована подземной части здания бизнес-центра. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: Изучить литературу по теме работы; Выполнить анализ Ð³Ð¾ÑÐ¿Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð²ÑƒÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð²ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð²; Выполнить анализ форм. В Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения работы была изучена информация о влиянии ветровой нагрузки на здание, способы ее уменьшения. Был произведён анализ влияния Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ зданий на изменение ветровой нагрузки. По итогу изучения литературы были выявлены основные факторы, влияющие на значение ветрового давления, оказываемого на здание. В результате была подобрана форма высотного здания, на которую оказывается негативное ветровое воздействие гораздо меньше, чем на более распространенные Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ формы., This work is devoted to the study of methods for the construction of the pit of the underground part of the business center building. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1) Study literature on the topic of work; 2) Analyze the prevailing winds; 3) Perform shape analysis. During the work, information was studied about the impact of wind load on the building, how to reduce it. An analysis was made of the influence of various architectural forms of buildings on changing the wind load. In the course of the study of the literature, the main factors affecting the value of wind pressure exerted on the building were identified. As a result, the shape of the high-rise building was chosen, which has a negative wind effect much less than on more common architectural forms.

The purpose of the dissertation research: compare the performance of general and BRB outriggers in high-rise buildings under seismic impact. 1.Analyze a large number of engineering examples to determine the best position and reasonable number of outriggers, and the form of outriggers. 2. Design options for a constructive solution. 3. Formation of a computational research model for conducting calculations. 4. Analysis of ordinary outrigger truss by finite element method and BRB outrigger truss by finite element method. 5. Obtainment of the values of displacement Angle and shear force between floors in X and Y directions of each floor, and comparison of the vertical regularity, lateral stiffness and maximum shear force of stiffening layer of two kinds of overhanging trusses, and draw a conclusion. This paper describes a method of using finite element analysis to analyze the structure of the overhanging truss under the condition of frequent seismic leveling when using the software PKPM. The following sections have been developed: the scheme of the planning organization of the land plot, architectural and space-planning solutions, design solutions, the project of the construction organization, the technology of construction processes, measures to ensure fire safety, measures to ensure access for the disabled and the estimate for the construction of capital construction facilities. The calculation of the console floor structure is described in detail. The purpose of this work, in addition to the development of sections of the project documentation, is to select a structural solution for a building with a console floor structures in the upper part of the building. Tasks to be solved: 1. Analyze the practical experience in the design of high-rise buildings; 2. Develop and calculate several computational models to identify effective structural scheme; 3. Form recommendations for choosing a design solution for consoles in high-rise buildings. To achieve the goal and objectives, publications were analyzed, two calculation models were developed and calculated in the SCAD Office 21.1.1.1 software. Based on the obtained calculation results, two calculation models were compared and the most effective structural solution of the building with a console floor structures in the upper part of the building was identified.

Цели и задачи, поставленные в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: • анализ эффективности применения Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами; • разработка энергетического паспорта бизнес центра с классическим остеклением; • разработка энергетического паспорта бизнес центра с конструкциями Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами; • анализ теплопотерь типового этажа с классическим остеклением и с конструкциями Ð´Ð²Ð¾Ð¹Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð°ÑÐ°Ð´Ð¾Ð² с буферными зонами. В результате работы сделан вывод – применение конструкции двойного фасада с буферными зонами является эффективным решением при проектировании высотного бизнес-центра: • за счет использования двойного фасада теплопотери уменьшились на 68% в сравнении с типовой конструкцией остекления; • класс энергетической эффективности здания с С+ был повышен до В+; • теплопотери через структурное фасадное остекление ALT F-50 SG от Ð¾Ð±Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¿Ð»Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑŒ составляют 91%. Теплопотери через конструкция двойного фасада составили 84% от общего числа теплопотерь., This work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of the use of structures of double facades with buffer zones. Goals and objectives set during the study: • analysis of the effectiveness of the use of double facades with buffer zones; • development of an energy passport for a business center with classic glazing; • development of an energy passport for a business center with double facade structures with buffer zones; • analysis of heat losses of a typical floor with classic glazing and with structures of double facades with buffer zones. As a result of the work, it was concluded that the use of a double facade structure with buffer zones is an effective solution for the design of a high-rise business center: • due to the use of a double faсade, heat loss has decreased by 68% in comparison with a typical glazing design; • the building's energy efficiency class has been upgraded from C + to B +; • heat loss through structural facade glazing ALT F-50 SG of the total heat loss is 91%. Heat losses through the structure of the double facade accounted for 84% of the total heat losses.

Данная работа посвящена определению наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия подземного паркинга высотного административного здания. В работе рассмотрены два типа перекрытий: монолитное балочное и кессонное. Сравнивались такие показатели, как: Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры и общая стоимость конструкции перекрытия. Задачи, которые решались в Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ исследования: • Моделирование каждого типа перекрытия и произведение расчета в ПК ЛИРА-САПР; • Определение Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° арматуры и бетона по каждому типу перекрытия; • Расчёт общей стоимости конструкции перекрытия каждого типа; • Сравнение Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²; • Выбор наиболее оптимальной конструкции железобетонного перекрытия. По результатам исследования было выявлено, что кессонное перекрытие является наиболее оптимальным с точки зрения материалоемкости и общей стоимости конструкции. Оно сокращает Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ бетона на 35%, Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ арматуры на 40% и снижает общую стоимость конструкции на 40% по сравнению с балочным перекрытием. Полученные результаты могут быть применены к дальнейшим изучениям рассмотренной темы и при проектировании Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ и сооружений. Вывод: в результате разработан проект высотного административного здания с подземной автостоянкой и определена наиболее оптимальная конструкция железобетонного перекрытия. Проект отвечает всем требованиям, предъявляемым к современным объектам капитального строительства. The paper considers two types of floors: monolithic beam and coffered. Compared indicators such as: consumption of concrete, consumption of reinforcement and the total cost of the floor structure. Tasks that were solved during the study: • Modeling of each type of overlap and the calculation in the LIRA-SAPR software package; • Determination of the consumption of reinforcement and concrete for each type of floor; • Calculation of the total cost of each type of floor structure; • Comparison of the results obtained; • Selection of the most optimal type of overlap. The work was carried out with the study and use of regulatory documents for the design of public high-rise buildings and reinforced concrete structures. Also, during the implementation of the diploma project, the scientific works of Russian and foreign specialists were studied. According to the results of the study, it was revealed that the coffered floor is the most optimal in terms of material consumption and the total cost of the structure. It reduces concrete consumption by 35%, rebar consumption by 40% and reduces the total cost of the structure by 40% compared to joist floors. The results obtained can be applied to further studies of the topic under consideration and in the design of new buildings and structures. Conclusion: as a result, a project was developed for a high-rise administrative building with an underground parking lot and the most optimal design of a reinforced concrete floor was determined. The work presents the following sections of the project documentation: a plan of the planning organization of a land plot, architectural and space-planning solutions, constructive solutions, a project for organizing construction, technology of construction processes, measures to ensure fire safety, measures to ensure access for disabled people, an estimate for construction and a research part. As a result of the research, a steel-reinforced concrete slab was developed on a steel profiled flooring, applicable for a high-rise building. Despite the complexity of the calculation, based mainly on the staging of the structure, the steel-reinforced concrete floor on steel profiles makes it possible to increase the horizontal and vertical rigidity of the structure.

Purpose of the work: to develop design documentation for a unique high-rise building with an automated monitoring system of structures according to requirements documents. The project of a multifunctional building was carried out in accordance with design specification. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1. Description of the monitoring system, its components and work scheme; 2. Selection of effective measuring instruments, development of an installation plan for the designed project, taking into account the adopted design decisions; 3. Study of the economic side of the issue and the formation of conclusions about the advisability of using an automated monitoring system. As a result of the work performed, a conclusion was made about the profitability of introducing a system for monitoring the safety of construction and operation of a unique structure.

In the modern world, with daily expanding borders, an increase in building density, among city parks. Therefore, this is one of the reasons why it is necessary to use underground construction for the needs of the population. The construction of the underground part of urban objects is often carried out by the "Up-down" method, that is, by an open-cut method in a pit. The demand for the relevance of this method is provided by financial profitability, because it does not require special fixing of slopes. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were identified: - consider a method of increasing the speed of the construction process of erecting the underground part of a high-rise business center; - display the sequence of work on the construction of a business center using the "top-down" method; - estimate the expected construction time by the "top-down" method, to perform a technical and economic comparison with the traditional method. The most technologically advanced option for the construction of the pit, erected by the "top-down" method, has been chosen. Also, a comparison was made of the economic benefits of this technology.

The anal-ysis of the effectiveness of the inversion roof in a high-rise building was carried out from an economic point of view. The peculiarities of inversion type roofing, as well as its advantages and disadvantages were revealed. Various roofing pies were selected to compare their cost. The estimated cost of roofs of various types was calculated.

An optimal roof type was chosen for a high-rise public building. Despite the high cost of installation, the roof can pay off over the years as it will require less repair work. Since the building will be located close to the open waters, the roofing pie coating must have increased frost resistance.

General concepts are given. The analysis of the time spent on this process, as well as construction machines used in this type of work. The concreting technology of the foundation has been studied. The calculation of the stress-strain distribution of the guide systems of a high-rise building is presented. The degree of influence of the dynamic load on the bearing capacity of the hinged facade system of a high-rise building is estimated.

Для объекта разработана проектная документация согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ №87 от 16.02.2008 г. «О составе разделов проектной документации и Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ Ðº Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ¾Ð´ÐµÑ€Ð¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑŽÂ». В Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ было разработано встроенное дошкольное образовательное учреждение на 60 мест, размещенное на 1 этаже проектируемого жилого дома., In this final qualifying work, a project of a high-rise residential building with a built-in preschool educational institution for 60 seats was developed.
