OBJECTIVE: Nasal airway obstruction caused by inferior turbinate hypertrophy is the most troublesome symptom for patients with allergic rhinitis. The aim of this study was to determine any correlation between different nasal obstruction measurements in children with allergic rhinitis. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Nasal airway obstruction was assessed with Sonoelastography, Turkish version of the Nose Obstruction Symptom Evaluation scale, Rhinoconjunctivitis Total Symptom Score and visual analog scale methods in children with allergic rhinitis and the results were compared with a healthy control group. RESULTS: Evaluation was made of a total of 68 patients (40 boys and 28 girls [male: female ratio, 1.42]) with a mean age of 13.35±3.35 (range, 7–18) years. The Rhinoconjunctivitis Total Symptom Score, visual analog scale, and Turkish version of the Nose Obstruction Symptom Evaluation scale scores were significantly higher in the AR group than in the control group (p=0.001, p=0.001, p=0.001, respectively). The sonoelastography scores were significantly higher in the AR group than in the control group (p=0.001). Although a positive significant correlation was determined between Rhinoconjunctivitis Total Symptom Score, visual analog scale, and Turkish version of the Nose Obstruction Symptom Evaluation scale scores in terms of AR severity, no relationship was found with the sonoelastography scores (p=0.022, p=0.009, p=0.001, and p=0.0751, respectively). CONCLUSION: The Turkish version of the Nose Obstruction Symptom Evaluation scale and sonoelastography can be used to evaluate nasal obstruction due to inferior turbinate hypertrophy in children with allergic rhinitis.

The main purpose of this study is to measureefficiency and to observe efficiency change of produced 61 crops in the Turkishagricultural sector in 2010 - 2016 period with using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and DEA-based Malmquist Total Factor Productivity Index. Each crop wasconsidered as a decision-making unit in both of analysis. Following theefficiency analysis, Malmquist Total Factor Productivity Index analysis wasperformed to evaluate the efficiency change between the periods. Thus,efficiency change of crop production process in Turkish agricultural sectorbetween the years 2010 - 2016 could be observed and the opportunity to comparetheir efficiency scores has been achieved between the periods under evaluation.The aim is to provide a macro perspective on Turkish agriculture sector withthe results obtained. In efficiency analysis, the highest number of efficientunits in Turkish agriculture is found in the vegetables category during 2010 -2016. The highest increase rate of Malmquist TFV index was observed in rye unitwith 40.2% and the biggest decrease rate was observed in leek unit with 31,8 %.In terms of categories, the biggest progress on the Malmquist TFP index wasindicated by fruits, beverages and spice crops., Bu çalışmanıntemel amacı, 2010 - 2016 döneminde Türkiye tarım sektöründe üretimi yapılan 61adet bitkisel ürünün Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) ve VZA Tabanlı Malmquist ToplamFaktör Verimlilik (MTFV) Endeksi kullanılarak etkinliklerinin ölçülmesi vedeğerlendirme altındaki yıllar arasında etkinlik değişmelerinin gözlemlenmesidir.Yapılan analizlerde, her bir bitkisel ürün, karar birimi olarakdeğerlendirilmiştir. Malmquist TFV Endeksindekien büyük ilerleme % 40,2 ile çavdar biriminde, en büyük gerileme ise % 31,8 ilepırasa biriminde gözlenmiştir. Kategorikaçıdan değerlendirildiğinde, MalmquistTFV Endeksinde en büyük ilerlemeyi meyveler, içecek ve baharat bitkilerisergilemiştir.

Purpose: To evaluate intraocular pressure (IOP) and extraocular orbital vessels with color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) and investigate the effects of obesity on retrobulbar blood flow. Methods: Fifty-nine patients were included in this prospective study. Patients were divided into two groups according to body mass index: Group 1 (31 obese patients) and Group 2 (28 non-obese patients). IOP was measured with a Goldmann applanation tonometer, and CDU was used to evaluate the retrobulbar vessels. The purpose of this study is to evaluate theteaching and assessment methods of POM academicians in Business AdministrationDepartments of Turkey. First of all, the profile (the academic position, numberetc.) of POM academicians has been introduced. Then, via using a questionnaire,the chapters of POM course, textbooks and assessment methods during POMteaching have been asked and the results have been analyzed with chi-squaretest. Another purpose of this study is to present the difficulties encounteredin POM teaching. The results of this study are expected to contribute whetherthe current POM teaching in Turkey can fulfill the requirements of Industry4.0., Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki İşletme Bölümlerinde Üretim/İşlemlerYönetimi (ÜİY) alanında görev alanöğretim elemanlarının ÜİY derslerinde kullandıkları öğretim ve dersdeğerlendirme metotlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmada öncelikli olarak,Türkiye’deki tüm üniversitelerin İşletme Bölümlerinde görev yapan öğretimüyelerinin profili (öğretim üyesinin unvanı, sayısı, vb. bilgiler) ortayakonmaktadır. Sonrasında, anket yöntemi kullanılarak, oluşturulan veritabanındaki ÜİY öğretim üyelerinin bu derste işledikleri konular,okuttukları kitaplar, derste hangi öğretim ve değerlendirme metotlarınıkullandıkları tespit edilerek ki-kare testi yardımıyla çalışmanın sonuçlarıanaliz edilmektedir. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı da, ÜİY eğitiminde yaşanansıkıntıların ortaya çıkartılmasıdır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarının, Türkiye’dekimevcut ÜİY eğitiminin 4. Sanayi Devrimi'nin gereklerini yerine getiripgetirmediği konusunda bir katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

Bu çalışma ameliyathane faaliyetlerinin, bunları kullanan cerrahi servisler arasında nasıl dengeli dağıtılabileceğine ilişkin en uygun (optimal) çözümler bulmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, karışık tamsayılı programlama yöntemi kullanılarak bir sayısal model geliştirilmiştir. Bu modelin amaç fonksiyonu hazırlık maliyetlerini minimize ederek, model verisinde yer alan ameliyathanelerin, cerrahi servislere haftalık olarak dengeli dağıtımını yapmaktadır. Modelin senaryolar geliştirilerek varılan sonuçları, mevcut kullanım şartlarına göre, ameliyathanelerin kullanımının daha dengeli dağılımını yapmakta, daha az hazırlık maliyetli ve daha esnek kullanım olanaklarını ortaya koymaktadır., This study aims to find an optimal solution to the balanced distribution of surgical services to operating rooms. For that matter, a mixed integer programming model is developed. The objective function of the model aims to minimize setup costs and provides a weekly balanced distribution of operating rooms to surgical services. Operating-room-allocation is expected to create bottlenecks in cases of emergencies. In order to exhibit the effects of emergencies and the changes in operating room assignments, some scenarios have been developed and the model is solved for all these cases. The results have revealed that the current allocation of the operating rooms to the surgeries takes time and brings about setup costs to overcome the emergencies. When some of the surgical services are allowed to use at least one of the operating rooms freely, it is observed that the costs are reduced. The usage of all operating rooms without any constraining allocations by the surgical services, makes the total setup cost zero. However, in this case, there occur operating-room-renewing costs which are not explicitly included into the model. The actual data about the allocation of the operating rooms are obtained from a public hospital. The results show that the alternative scenarios exhibit more balanced operation distributions and a flexible operating room usage with less time and setup costs.

İşletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri için kar elde etme çabaları, global ticaretin beraberinde getirdiği değişen rekabet koşullarında oldukça zorlaşmaya başlamıştır. Bu koşullar için de firmalar gerek hammadde temini gerekse de nihai ürünlerini pazara ulaştırmada büyük maliyetlere katlanmaktadırlar. Bu düşünce çerçevesinde de en kritik nokta firmaların envanter kontrollerini sağlıklı bir biçimde yönetmesinden geçmektedir. Bu anlamda, değişen rekabet koşullarına uyum sağlamak ve pazar paylarını kaybetmek istemeyen firmalar maliyetlerini azaltmak veya kontrol edebilmek ve uzun dönemli planlar yapabilmek amacıyla envanter bulundurma yoluna giderler. Envanter kontrolü bütün firmaların karşı karşıya geldiği ortak bir problemdir.Bu çalışma durağan olmayan stokastik talep ve sabit sipariş maliyetleri içeren envanter problemlerinin çok stok noktalı sistemlerde uygulanabilirliği ve bu zor envanter kontrolü problemine esnek bir modelleme yaklaşımı olarak bilinen stokastik programlama tabanlı çözüm önerileri sunmaktadır. Bu kapsamda burada belirtilen envanter kontrol yaklaşımları için optimal maliyeti sağlayacak envanter kontrol kararlarını belirlemek amacıyla matematiksel modeller geliştirilmiş ve bunlar çeşitli talep ve maliyet parametreleri altında bu yaklaşımlar sonucu elde edilecek maliyet değerleri açısından karşılaştırılmaktadır.Bu çalışma kapsamında geliştirilen modeller, hipotetik envanter test problemleri üzerinde uygulanmıştır ve sonuçlarla ilgili yorum yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar özellikle seri tip ağ yapılarında ve periyot sayısı arttıkça ağaç tipi ağ yapılarına oranla dinamik modellerin statik modellerden çok daha iyi maliyet performansı sergilediğini göstermektedir. The changing competitive environment of global trade has quite tricky for enterprises who are striving to make profit to survive. Under these conditions, the companies are suffering with significant transportation costs as well as supplying raw materials or consigning the final products to the marketplace. The most critical point in the frame of thought for companies should be managing their inventory in a logical way. In this sense, companies who want to adapt to changing competitive conditions and do not want to lose market share, should be able to control and reduce costs in order to make long-term plans, keeping track of inventory costs. Inventory control is a common problem for all firms to face.In this study, the inventory problems with fixed ordering costs under stochastic and non-stationary demand were adapted to multi-echelon inventory systems and offering flexible stochastic programming approaches to this difficult inventory control problem. In this manner, two mathematical models were develeoped in order to obtain optimal cost under these assumptions of inventory control approaches. Also these models are compared in terms of cost values to be obtained as a result of these approaches under various demand and cost parameters.The models develeoped in this study, carried out on hypothetical inventory test problems and the results were commented on. The results obtained in this study, dynamic model exhibit a much better cost performance compared to the static model especially with the serial network structures and when the number of periods increases comparing to the arborescent network structures. 111

RDUS B-mode real time ultrasonografî ile aynı anda vasküler yapı ve hemodinami hakkında bilgi vermektedir. İnvaziv olmayan, kolay uygulanabilen ve sık tekrarlanabilen bir görüntüleme yöntemidir. Tıbbın bir çok bölümünde olduğu gibi oftalmolojide de geniş kullanım alanları bulmuştur.Bizim amacımızda diyabetde metabolik kontrolün ve diyabet süresinin oküler hemodinami üzerindeki değişikliklerini ortaya koymak idi.Hastanemiz Radyoloji Kliniğinde 30.12.2008 -30.01.2009 tarihleri arasında Hastanemiz Dahiliye Kliniği Endokrinoloji Bölümünde diyabet tanısı alan 80 olgunun orbita vasküler yapıları RDUS ile incelendi. Çalışma kapsamına Hba1 c değeri 7.5 'in altında 40 olgu ve Hba1c değeri 7.5 in üzerinde olan 40 olgu alındıTüm gözlerde SRA ve OA kan akım hızları ölçüldü ve Rİ ve Pİ değerleri hesaplandı. Elde ettiğimiz değerler istatistiksel olarak Student-t testi ile analiz edildi. DR'li ve retinopatisiz diyabetli hastalarda SRA ve OA kan akım hızları ve Rİ değerlerinde her iki grupta değişiklikler saptandı. Bu değişikliklerin SRA'de OA'e göre daha belirgin olduğu gözlendi.SRA kan akım hızlarının (PSH ve EDH ) Hba1c değeri 7.5'in üzerinde olan ve diyabet yaşı 5 yılın üzerinde grupta, Hba1c değeri 7,5 'in altında olan ve diyabet süresi 5 yılın altında olan grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecelerde azaldığını tesbit ettik. SRA Rİ ve Pİ değerlerinin Hba1c değeri 7.5'in üzerinde olan ve diyabet yaşı 5 yılın üzerinde grupta Hba1c değeri 7,5 'in altında olan ve diyabet süresi 5 yılın altında olan grubuna göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı olmasada arttığını tesbit ettik. OA PSH Hba1c değeri 7.5'in üzerinde olan ve diyabet yaşı 5 yılın üzerinde grupta Hba1c değeri 7,5 'in altında olan ve diyabet süresi 5 yılın altında olan gruba göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecelerde azaldığını tesbit ettik. OA Rİ ve Pİ değerlerinin Hba1c değeri 7.5'in üzerinde olan ve diyabet yaşı 5 yılın üzerinde grupta Hba1c değeri 7,5 'in altında olan ve diyabet süresi 5 yılın altında olan grubuna göre istatiksel olarak anlamlı olmasada arttığını tesbit ettik.Sonuç olarak RDUS inceleme diyabetik hastalarda kötü metabolik kontrolde oküler hemodinamide meydan gelen değişiklikleri değerlendirmede değerli bir yöntemdir. Color Doppler Ultrasonography (CDUS) with the B-mode real-time ultrasonography is a way of studying vascular structures and monitoring hemodynamics . It's non-invasive and can be used easily and frequently. It's widely used in ophthalmology as in many other fields of medicine.In this study we aimed to show the effects of controlling diabetes and duration of the disease in ocular hemodynamics.We studied 80 diabetic patients diagnosed at endocrinology service from 30/12/2008 until 30/01/2009. We studied them in two groups of 40 patients ; group A, with Hba1c levels higher than 7.5 and history of diagnosed diabetes more than 5 years and group B with Hba1c levels lower than 7.5 and history of diagnosed diabetes less than 5 years.Central retinal artery blood flow and Ophthalmic artery blood flow measured and Resistive Index (RI) and Pulsatile Index(PI) calculated for all patients. Data has been analyzed statistically with Student-t test.In both retinopathic diabetic and non-retinopathic diabetic patients changes in RI and central retinal artery blood flows established. These changes are more obvious in central retinal artery than ophthalmic artery.In this study patients of group A showed a significant decrease in central retinal artery blood flow in comparison to group B. In group A central retinal artery's RI and PI had an increase more than those of group B.Blood peak flow rate in ophthalmic artery of group A patients showed a meaningful decreas in comparison to those of group B. RI and PI of ophthalmic artery also showed a statically increase more than of group B.According to this article CDUS is a reliable method to study ocular hemodynamic problems in diabetic patients with poor-control of the disease. 78

ÖZET ÇEKİÇ, Bülent. Ameliyathane Faaliyetlerinin..Çizelgelenmesi ve Bir Hastane Uygulaması, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara, 2006. Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, hastanelerde ameliyathane faaliyetlerinin çizelgelenmesinin en verimli şekilde nasıl yapılabileceğini bulmaktır. Bu amaçla, amaç fonksiyonu klinik bazında ameliyathane kullanımını haftanın günlerine dengeli biçimde dağıtan (aynı zamanda toplam kurulum maliyetini minimize eden) bir karışık tam sayılı matematiksel model (MIP) oluşturulmuş, ve bir devlet hastanesine ait ameliyathanelerin kullanımına ilişkin toplanmış olan verilerle çözülmüştür. İncelenen hastanede mevcut durumda ameliyathaneler blok olarak cerrahi servislere tahsis edilmiştir. Böyle bir tahsis acil ameliyatların gerekmesi durumunda ameliyathane kullanımında darboğaz oluşabilecektir. Bu durumu ve gerekebilecek diğer durumları yansıtmak üzere oluşturulan senaryolarda model, mevcut durum ve alternatifler için çözülmüştür. Çözümler, mevcut durumun, acil vakalarla karşılaşıldığı anlarda bu durumu ancak belli bir maliyetle (kurulum, zaman ve dengesizlik maliyetiyle) karşılayabildiğim göstermektedir. Oluşturulan senaryolar çözüldüğünde servislerin, ameliyathanelerin yalnızca bir kısmım ortak kullanmaları durumunda, acil durum senaryolarını daha düşük zaman maliyetiyle karşılayabilecekleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Mevcut durumun acil olaylara açılmasındaki zaman maliyetleriyle karşılaştırıldıklarında, oluşturulan diğer senaryolarda servislerin ameliyatlarım daha dengeli bir biçimde yapabildikleri ve daha esnek kullanımının sağlandığı görülmektedir. Servislerin ameliyathanelerin tümünü kullanabilmesi (tüm tahsislerin kaldırılması) durumunda ise toplam kurulum maliyetleri sıfır olmaktadır ama bu durumda ortaya çıkabilecek olan ameliyathanelerin ekipmanlarının değiştirilmesi-yenilenmesi maliyeti çözümün çıktısında yer almamaktadır. The comparison of the current operating-rooms assignment emergency cases included, with the suggested alternatives, shows that the alternative scenarios exhibit more balanced operation distributions and a flexible operating room usage with less time and setup costs. Bu çalışma, Türk Üniversitelerinin İşletme Bölümlerinde Üretim/İşlemler Yönetimi (ÜİY) alanında çalışan öğretim üyelerinin bilimsel yayın performansını belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için; öncelikle tüm Türk Üniversitelerinin İşletme Bölümlerinde görev yapan ÜİY öğretim üyelerinin isimleri, akademik unvanları ve sayıları belirlenmiştir. Sonrasında, bu öğretim üyelerinin Web of Science (WoS) indekslerindeki yayınları, bunların sayıları, yayınlandıkları yıl ve bu yayınların aldığı atıf sayıları incelenmiştir. Bu veriler, Türkiye genelinde örneklem olarak seçilmiş üç İşletme Fakültesinin bilimsel yayın verileriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırma, öğretim üye sayıları, taranan yayınlar, alınan atıflar ve bunların etki değerleri üzerinden yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, ÜİY öğretim üyelerince WoS indekslerindeki dergilerde yayınlanmış 465 adet yayın ve bu yayınlara toplamda 3155 adet atıf yapıldığı görülmüştür. Çalışma için seçilmiş üç İşletme Fakültesi öğretim üyelerince WoS indekslerindeki dergilerde yayınlanmış 299 adet yayın ve bu yayınlara toplamda 1831 adet atıf yapıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Türkiye genelinde ise WoS içindeki belirli indekslerde toplam 6,113 yayın yapıldığı ve bunlara 16,209 atıf alındığı belirlenmiştir. Ortalama etki değerleri incelendiğinde, ÜİY akademisyenlerinin 6.8 etki değeri ile 6.12 olarak hesaplanan seçilmiş İşletme Fakülteleri ve 2.65 olarak hesaplanan Türkiye geneli etki değerlerinin üzerinde yer aldığı tespit edilmiştir, This study aims to identify the publication performance of the academicians teaching Production/Operations Management (POM) in Business Administration Departments of the Turkish universities. To fullfill this aim, the names, academic titles and numbers of the academic personnel teaching POM in Business Administration Departments of Turkish universities are identified. Then, the number of cited papers, number of papers and publication years are investigated. The generated database is compared not only with the general of Turkish published and cited papers with respect to the number of academics and impact factor, but also with the same database for the three selected Business Administration Faculties of Turkey. As a result of the study, among the 465 publication of POM academicians in Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, these publications are 3155 times cited in total. Among the 299 publications of three selected Business Administration Faculties in Web of Science (WoS) indexed journals, these publications are 1831 times cited in total. In Turkey there have been 6,113 publications in specified WoS indexes and these publications are cited 16,209 times. When average impact factors are analyzed, this ratio for POM academicians is found to be 6.8 and 6.12 for selected Business Administration Faculties, which is above 2.65 of the Turkish average

Bilinen en eski üretim yöntemlerinden olan tarımsal üretim, temel besin kaynaklarının temininde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Sanayi devrimiyle tarım sektörü hızlıca gelişmiş, `daha fazla insan için daha fazla üretim` prensibiyle yoğun kimyasal girdi kullanımına başlanmıştır. Bakıldığında ekolojik tarım ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedeflerinin birbirini destekler nitelikte olduğu görülmektedir. Bu paralelliğin elde edilen verilerle desteklenmesi amacıyla bu çalışmada tarım üretiminde etkinliğin değerlendirilmesinde sıklıkla başvurulan Veri Zarflama Analiziyle etkinlik ölçümü yapılmıştır.Bu çalışmanın amacı, ekolojik tarım uygulamalarını sürdürülebilir kalkınma çerçevesinde değerlendirerek, küresel kalkınmaya sunabilecekleri katkının vurgulanmasıdır. Bu vurgu yapılırken ekolojik tarımın temel prensipleri konusunda dünyadaki gelişmeler değerlendirilmiş, ardından etkin ve verimli üretim yapılıp yapılmadığı test edilmiştir. Çalışmada ekolojik tarımın ayrılmaz bir parçası olan organik tarım verilerinden OECD ülkelerinin 2007-2017 aralığında sahip olduğu organik üretim alanı, üretimdeki çiftçi sayısı ve satış verileri kullanılmıştır. Performans değerlendirilmesinde etkinlik ölçüm yöntemi olarak Veri Zarflama Analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucu skorları, aynı ülkelerin yıllar içerisindeki verimliliğinin ölçülmesi amacıyla, Malmquist toplam faktör verimliliği analizinde kullanılmıştır. Nihai değerler Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleriyle birlikte değerlendirilmiştir. Agricultural production, always had an important place in providing basic nutritional sources. With the industrial revolution, agricultural sector has rapidly enlarged and the usage of chemical inputs began with the principle of `more producing for more people`. However, the disadvantages of these methods have started to attract attention. As the measure of damaged natural resources increases, the awareness of society raised and search for environment friendly, sustainable methods have started. Subsequently the concept of ecological agriculture has revealed. Ecological agriculture ensures soil fertility and food security through environment friendly methods and assimilates a sustainable production model as it's free from harmful substances to world resources.In an environmental sense, sustainability is the ability to carry ecological systems, functions and productivity to the future. In 2015, the United Nations set the Global Sustainable Development Goals as 17 targets&169 sub-targets for sustainable future.The term of sustainable development claims that the resources used in the provision of basic needs can be protected and carried to the future. Also economic development can be accomplished with an environment friendly approach. In this context, it is clear that ecological agriculture and sustainable development targets support each other. In order to support this parallelism with the data obtained, efficiency was measured by Data Envelopment Analysis, which is frequently used in the evaluation of the efficiency in agricultural production.The aim of this study is to examine the applications of organic agriculture within the framework of sustainable development and to emphasize their contribution to global development. Efficiency of OECD countries is analyzed by using organic agriculture data which is an integral part of ecological agriculture. For efficiency analyze, the organic production area, number of farmers and sales revenue of OECD countries in 2007-2017 range were used. Data Envelopment Analysis was used as efficiency measurement method in performance evaluation. The results of the analysis were used in the Malmquist total factor productivity analysis to measure the productivity of the same countries over the years. The final values were assessed together with the Sustainable Development Goals. 117

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı Parasuraman'a ait Teknolojik Yatkınlık Endeksi ile Davis'e aitTeknoloji Kabul Modeli'ni birbiriyle ilişkilendirerek Endüstri 4.0'ı oluşturan bileşenlerin insandavranışlarıyla ilişkisini gösterecek bir çalışma yapmaktır. Endüstriyel ve teknolojikdevrimlerin tarihsel akışı göz önünde bulundurularak Endüstri 4.0 kavramı tartışılmış vesöz konusu dördüncü sanayi devriminin başarıya ulaşmasında önemli bileşenler olarakkullanılan nesnelerin interneti, siber-fiziksel sistem, büyük veri ve veri analitiği, bulutsistemler, 3D yazıcılar, siber güvenlik ve akıllı fabrikalar hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir.Ayrıca, Endüstri 4.0 konusunda literatürün mevcut durumunu anlamak üzere bir literatürtaraması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları hem iş dünyasının hem de ilgili literatürünEndüstri 4.0 konseptine olan ilgisinin giderek arttığını göstermiştir. Ancak, Endüstri 4.0'ındavranışsal boyutunu inceleyen çok az sayıda araştırma olduğu görülmüştür. Literatürtaramasının devamında Teknoloji Yatkınlık Endeksi ve Teknoloji Kabul Model'ininkullanıldığı araştırmalar incelenmiş ve bu araştırmada kullanılmaya uygun modelleroldukları görülmüştür. Analizde söz konusu bileşenlerin Endüstri 4.0 bileşenleri ölçebilmeseviyeleri doğrudan ve aracı etkileri ölçülmüştür. Araştırmanın sonucunda TeknolojiYatkınlık Endeksinin bir bütün olarak Endüstri 4.0 bileşenlerini hem direkt olarak hem deAlgılanan Kullanım Kolaylığı üzerinde aracı değişken olarak etkilediği görülmüştür.Çalışmanın devamında bileşenlerin tek tek direkt ve aracı etkileri ölçülmüş sonucunda iseTeknoloji Yatkın Endeksi'nin bileşenlerinden olan güvensizlik haricinde kalan boyutların daEndüstri 4.0 bileşenlerine karşı algılanan faydanın direkt olarak daha yüksek olduğubununla birlikteyse bileşenlerinin algılanan kullanım kolaylığının da daha yüksek olarakalgılandığını ve bunun da aracı değişken olarak algılanan faydalarını da arttırdığıanlaşılmıştır. Çalışmanın kısıtları göz önünde bulundurularak gelecekte yapılacakaraştırmalara yol gösterebileceği düşünülmektedir. The main objective of this research is to make a study to describe the relationshipbetween the structures of Industry 4.0 and the human behaviors by associating theParasuraman's Technological Acceptance Model and Davis's Technology ReadinessIndex. Considering the historical course of industrial and technological revolutions, theconcept of Industry 4.0 was discussed and the Internet of objects, cyber-physical system,big data and data analytics, cloud systems, 3D printers, cyber security and smartfactories used as important components for the success of the fourth industrial revolutionbrief information is given. In addition, a literature review was conducted to understand thecurrent situation of the literature on Industry 4.0. The results of the research showed thatthe interest of both the business world and related literature on the concept of Industry4.0 has increased. However, there are very few studies examining the behavioraldimension of Industry 4.0. In the continuation of the literature review, studies using theTechnology Readiness Index and Technology Acceptance Model were examined andfound to be suitable models for use in this research. In the analysis, the direct andmediator effects of these components were measured in terms of their ability to measureIndustry 4.0 components. As a result of the research, it was seen that TechnologyReadiness Index affects Industry 4.0 components as a whole both directly and as amediating variable on perceived ease of use. In the continuation of the study, the directand mediator effects of the individual components were measured and it was found thatthe dimensions except the insecurity of the Technology Readiness Index were higherthan the perceived benefit against the components of Industry 4.0 however, the perceivedease of use of the components is perceived to be higher, which in turn increases theperceived benefits of the mediator variable.. Considering the limitations of the study, it isthought that it may guide future research. It is also thought to be useful for executives inthe real sector to motivate their employees and place them in appropriate positions. 109
