Climate change is an essential trigger for mountain disasters (e.g., landslides and debris flow) in South⁃ west China, especially in the Minjiang River Basin. Using the daily observations of 47 meteorological stations, we disclose the spatial temporal variation of precipitation under the background of warming in the Minjiang River Ba⁃ sin during 1979－2018. Then we detect the trend and abrupt change of precipitation extremes, years with precipitation anomaly, and the frequency of drought flood shifts based on a statistical analysis of eleven indexes for precipitation extremes. Moreover, we discuss the impact of climate change on typical events of mountain disasters. Our re⁃ search demonstrates that the temperature generally increased in the Minjiang River Basin over the past four de⁃ cades, particularly in the upper reaches where the prominent landform is mountainous. Furthermore, the spring and winter precipitation raised significantly with the maximum increment in the upstream and the mountainous regions west of the midstream. Meanwhile, the amount and intensity of precipitation extremes increased for mountain stations in the upper reaches, which is related to the more active Southwest Vortex, especially the Jiulong Vortex. In addition, the frequency of drought flood shifts increased remarkably during 1979－2018. Therefore, the mountain disasters were more prone to break out with the magnification of disaster risks due to the combination of significant temperature and precipitation increase in the basin′s upper reaches and the enhanced precipitation extremes in high mountains. In order to grasp the climate change law of extreme precipitation in Shenzhen, based on the daily precipitation data of Shenzhen from 1961 to 2019, 11 extreme precipitation indexes and coefficients of variation were calculated, and abnormal values of annual precipitation were detected. Linear trend method and Mann-Kendall were used. Catastrophe analysis and other methods analyzed the changes of extreme precipitation and abnormal precipitation in Shenzhen. The results show that in the past 59 years, Shenzhen's extreme precipitation index has significant fluctuation characteristics; the daily precipitation thresholds for determining heavy and extremely heavy precipitation are 59.7 mm and 130.4 mm, respectively, which roughly correspond to the level of heavy rain and heavy rain; extreme precipitation changes are mainly manifested as follows: The number of moderately rainy days (R 10) increased significantly; the maximum 1-day precipitation (R x1day), the maximum 5-day precipitation (R x5day ), and the number of moderate rain days (R 10), three extreme precipitation indices, all changed abruptly around 1980 1963 was a typical year with abnormally low precipitation, and 2001 and 2008 were typical years with abnormally high precipitation. In the past 30 years, the frequency of abnormal annual precipitation has increased significantly, twice as much as the previous 29 years. Electrical anti electronic experiment is a compulsory basic course of non-electrical engineering profession, and is one of the important ways to cultivate the engineering literacy, innovation ability and practical ability of engineering student. Objective To observe the clinical effect of lansoprazole on the patients with gastroesophageal reflux and the influence on the esophageal dynamics. Methods Seventy-six patients with gastroesophageal reflux in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were set as the study object，and 76 patients were randomly divided into control group （omeprazole group） and observation group（lansoprazole group），38 cases in each group，then the total effective rates，symptoms and signs score and esophageal dynamics indexes of patients in two groups before and after the treatment were respectively analyzed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the rate of control group （p P＜0.05），the symptom and sign score and esophageal dynamics indexes of two groups before the treatment had no significantly differences（ P＞0.05），while the symptom and sign score and esophageal dynamics indexes of observation group after the treatment were all better than those of control group（ P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of lansoprazole in the patients with gastroesophageal reflux is better，and it can significantly improve the symptoms and signs and esophageal dynamics state，so its clinical application value is higher.
