Over the past decade, the journal has experienced significant growth in readership, impact factor, citations, and submissions. While the majority of accepted papers come from the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany, the journal aims to bridge the gap between academia and practice in the field of market research. In order to enhance its relevance and accessibility, IJMR will transition to an online-only format, adopt an interdisciplinary focus, provide guidelines for more user-friendly article formats, and publish a list of research priorities based on the perspectives of leading practitioners. Interactions between internet meme culture and copyright law are inherently complex: online communities often do not seek express permission from rightsholders of underlying work to recreate internet memes. However, internet meme culture can be tremendously valuable from sociocultural and economic standpoints. As such, there are apparent benefits if copyright law could integrate the memetic remix discourse within its evaluations in a systematic manner. To this end, this article entertains the merits of interpreting the joint authorship test flexibly, as one of the many possible ways to integrate the memetic remix discourse in UK copyright law. Such a systematic and integrated approach may better reflect internet meme culture. It allows copyright to prevent selective enforcement because rightsholders of underlying works will not enjoy sole control over the use of their work once they become viral internet memes. It also paves way for copyright law to systematically facilitate underlying works to evolve into viral internet memes without a constant dread of retrospective takedowns and infringement claims. Education is one of the many sectors in which augmented reality has been successfully implemented. To determine how Augmented Reality (AR) supports education, this bibliometric study analyzes 1734 articles extracted from the Scopus database between 2010 and mid-2023. The study aimed to determine patterns in productivity, authorship and collaboration patterns, publications, citation structures, general research tendencies, and bibliographic coupling. Biblioshiny and VOSviewer were employed in this investigation. The outcomes of the study indicate an ongoing trend of increasing publication counts or more contributions since 2016, and still a trending topic studies on interactive learning environments and AR in education and knowledge constitute niche areas, while epidemiology, science education, and mobile augmented reality are important research topics that were underdeveloped and indicate a relationship that is both emerging and declining, based on a thematic analysis of the papers. Furthermore, the outcomes demonstrate that the USA, Spain, and the United Kingdom have the strongest global cooperation despite the USA writing more articles. How does the dynamic of sibling relations affect researching and dissemination of research findings? How can we best capture the unfolding of this dimension in researching? We discuss these questions via the description of a community event where the siblings were directly implicated and an "emotional episode" arose leading to humor in one sense but also stress on the other as the younger sibling struggled to intervene and interrupt his older brother's presentation. We discuss and analyze this "key emotional episode" by placing it in the cultural upbringing of the siblings involved in the study as well as co-authors' reactions to the same episode. We conclude by stating the necessity to know your audience and the approach most conducive to fit the culture of community engagement. Further, we argue that in this time when so much emphasis is placed on team research, we know so much about the academic credentials and skills of our project team members, but little about their personal upbringing and how this can influence relationships and interpretations of findings. Abstract\nPLAIN LANGUAGE SUMMARYThis article proposes practical steps for those new to collaborative research or those seeking to improve the nature of collaborative research partnerships. Questioning academia’s exaltation of publications and authorship as coveted assets, the authors critically analyze the often complex, contentious, and ambiguous environment of collaborative research and negotiating authorship. With respect to academic publishing and ethics of authorship, this article grapples with two critical questions: (1) What factors create ethical dilemmas in authorship in academia? (2) How can academics and researchers better navigate the complexities of collaborative research to sustain ethical authorship practices? A seven-phase process model is proposed to guide the collaborative research process to mitigate ambiguities that reside in the black box. The seven phases encompass problem settings and pre-negotiations, direction setting: action planning, social capital, re-negotiations, equity and inclusivity, implementation- the submission-revision cycle, and reflexivity. This theoretical analysis aims to offer a useful resource to promote enhanced collaborative practices, and the authors take an explicit advocacy and visionary perspective to promote transparency, accountability, and reciprocal trust, to shatter overarching issues such as oppressive, deceitful, and exploitative norms in academic authorship practices.Our main aim in this article is to translate the collaborative process into practical steps, whether this is a new experience or you are seeking to improve the nature of collaborative research partnerships. Detecting bubbles in asset prices is still an open question that has attracted considerable attention in recent years. This paper improves the bubble detection and dating approaches developed in recent years by Phillips and co-authors, proposing to assess the plausibility of its outcomes via the false discovery rate (FDR) and the false non-discovery rate (FNR) based on calibrated p-values. Calibrating p-values of unit root tests, applied sequentially to detect bubbles, allows recovery of their super-uniformity property, which is crucial for a valid implementation of the inferential procedure. The paper also develops original self-calibrated versions of both FDR and FNR for the specific problem of bubble testing. Calibrated p-values are implemented in an online false discovery-based approach which monitors bubbles in real time. This article investigates how organizational structure, collaboration, and professional standards influence the resilience of public agencies facing adversity. It links organizational reputation and blame avoidance literature with resilience and collaboration literature. We use the case of the Swiss Child and Adult Protection Agencies (CAPA), which faced massive media attacks. We apply a qualitative research design analyzing data from interviews and participatory observations. Our findings show that professional organizational structure, collaboration and standards are three interrelated factors that increase resilience against adversity. In particular, these factors reduce "blame‐avoiding policy implementation" (BAPI), which is a coping strategy where street‐level bureaucrats (SLB) exploit their discretion to make policy implementation less blameworthy. In their interplay, professional organizational structure, collaboration and standards increase the knowledge of a public agency about a particular situation because they enable better‐informed decisions through collective deliberation practices, and strengthens the collective ownership as well as the individual SLB's confidence that the right decision is being made. This case study combines Stephen Brookfield's Critical Incident Questionnaire (CIQ) and Tuckman's phases of small group development to study students' perception of teamwork within a humanities course. As the semester progressed and students' experiences within the team cycle evolved, their reliance towards direct teaching decreased and their degree of satisfaction with group dynamics and productivity increased. An exit survey, more specifically focused on skills learned through teamwork, revealed that adjourning and transforming are two distinct phases in succession. These findings diverge from existing literature, which often refers to adjourning and transforming either as the same phase, or as alternative directions. In this article, we centre the voices and experiences of children engaged over several years in Indigenous tourism initiatives on Dharug Country (Dharug Ngurra) in Western Sydney, Australia. As Dharug and non-Indigenous researchers within the Dharug-led Yanama Budyari Gumada collective (Darug Ngurra et al, 2019, 2020a, 202b, 2021), we dialogue with our gurung, our children, who walked so patiently and with such great curiosity alongside us as we hosted over 25 Darug culture camps involving over 900 participants at Yellomundee Regional Reserve between 2017 and 2022. We dialogue on our experiences of hosting visitors and of learning together for many years on-Dharug Ngurra – learning in myriad ways from each other and from Dharug Ngurra – in a process we call 'spirals of connection'. This dialogue contributes to addressing the critical gap of children's voices in tourism literature. Given childhood education is understood as "an important site for the circulation of discourses pertaining to colonisation and reconciliation" (Maddison & Stastny, 2016), we also contribute towards understanding the ways that kids being, loving and learning together on-Country might influence their relationships to Country, culture, and to each other. As we follow how our gurung are learning their respective responsibilities to Dharug Ngurra, we argue governments and corporations alike have much to learn from our gurung. As our gurung tell us, all kids should have the opportunity to learn on-Country. Internet memes, a bourgeoning form of communication, resemble accessory elements of language. However, internet memes are conceptually complex. Their collective re-creative process relies heavily on copying underlying works, usually without asking for prior-permission from their rightsholders. Internet memes challenge core copyright assumptions on reasons of re-creation and modes of exploitation. Without a fundamental rethink of this mismatch, internet meme culture may be threatened. Going forward, copyright reforms should be holistic and distinguish between traditional and newer forms of re-creative processes. This article proposes that existing copyright can be flexibly interpreted to limit private property rights of underlying works and meme variations when they are used as internet memes, so as to facilitate their adaptation and support socio-cultural discourse. This article proposes a two-step holistic interpretation: copyright can conceptualise and confer limited rights for underlying works and meme variations when they are copied and re-used as internet memes. Copyright can also conceptualise a narrower scope of property rights by flexibly interpreting a combination of fundamental notions, including joint authorship, fair dealing, idea-expression, or user rights. This holistic approach sits comfortably with user-creators and their blurry cultural production-consumption patterns, alongside their nuanced (non)economic use of internet memes. The recent emergence of generative AI, particularly prompt-based models, and its embedding in many social domains and practices has revived the notion of co-creation and distributed agency already familiar in art practice and theory. Drawing on Actor-Network Theory (ANT) and its central notion of agency, this article explores the extent to which the collaboration between the artist and AI represents a new form of co-creation and distributed agency. It compares AI art with artistic movements such as Dada, Surrealism, Minimalism and Conceptual Art, which also challenged the notion of the autonomous artist and her agency by incorporating randomness on the one hand and rule-based systems on the other. In contrast, artistic practice with AI can be described as an iterative process of creative feedback loops, oscillating between order and disorder, (calculated) randomness and calculation, enabling a very specific kind of self-reflection and entanglement with the alienation of one's own perspective. Furthermore, this article argues that most artistic projects that explore and work with AI are, in their own specific way, a demonstration of hybridity and entanglement, as well as the distribution of agency between the human and the non-human, and can thus be described as a network phenomenon. Objectives: This comprehensive bibliometric analysis explores the evolving trends in antimicrobial stewardship programs for enhancing treatment and diagnostics of pneumonia from 2006 to 2023. Materials and methods: This research included a performance analysis and science mapping using RStudio v.4.3.1 and the bibliometric R‐package, with a data analysis conducted using Biblioshiny and Scopus. The study identified publication trends, prolific journals, leading institutions and authors, collaboration patterns, and keyword frequencies. Results: The study, based on 789 relevant studies from 287 sources, reveals a substantial increase in publications, collaborative authorship, and citations, with an average of 14.37 citations per document. The Annual Growth Rate for this research domain exhibits a steady increase of 30.13%, emphasizing the expanding scope of research output. Twelve key journals are identified using Bradford's Law with "Antibiotics" being the most prolific, contributing 6.5% of the total articles during the study period. Leading institutions in this research domain include the All‐India Institute of Medical Sciences and the University of Cape Town, each with 21 articles, reflecting their commitment. Dr. S.E. Cosgrove emerges as a key author with eight contributions, followed by other influential contributors. The United States leads in the number of publications, with Italy and Spain following closely. The analysis reveals a concentration of research output in high‐income countries, raising questions about accessibility and research capabilities in lower‐income nations. Addressing these disparities is crucial for comprehensive global strategies in pneumonia management. The study acknowledges limitations, such as database selection and language bias. Conclusion: The research trends in antimicrobial stewardship for pneumonia treatment and diagnostics demonstrate a global increase in scholarly output. Co-authorship between doctoral students and their supervisors is a mostly occluded practice, generalised according to the candidates' disciplines. There is limited understanding of the practice, particularly in humanities, arts, and social sciences (HASS) disciplines. This study explores HASS doctoral students' and supervisors' perceptions towards co-authorship during candidature. Focus is given to participants' motivations, perceived challenges, and reservations about engaging in supervisor-candidate co-authorship. Surveys of 121 doctoral students and 126 supervisors representing 12 HASS disciplines across 18 Australian universities revealed divergent interpretations of co-authorship: although many viewed it as a collaborative process, more than a third of supervisors approached it through the lens of 'divide and conquer'. Such findings raise important ethical and pedagogical concerns, highlighting the need for clearer terminology and guidelines. We respond to this ambiguity by proposing a new term, 'collaborative co-authorship', reconceptualising supervisor-candidate co-authorship in a way that clarifies perceptions towards the practice and presents it as a pedagogical approach to apprentice doctoral students to become fully-fledged academics. It is our hope that this reconceptualisation will equip stakeholders at individual, institutional, and national levels to engage more confidently and intentionally with collaborative co-authorship through PhD candidature. In scholarly publications, determining authorship- and the order of authors’ names- has become increasingly challenging. This is partly due to the evolving landscape of multidisciplinary teams, which can involve numerous contributors. Relying solely on descriptive and consensus-based qualitative approaches can lead to uncertainty. The dilemma also extends to cases where a valid contributor may simply receive an acknowledgement for his or her contribution, rather than being listed as a joint author. Trusting authors to adhere to moral standards when deciding authorship and acknowledgments can result in conflicts that are difficult for readers to navigate. This poses accountability challenges, especially when dealing with a substantial number of authors. This study proposes a simplified and transparent quantitative approach to address these concerns. The methodology is based on two key parameters: first, the evaluation of the time invested by each contributor in the publication; and, second, the normalized assessment of the value of their time. Through a contribution analysis utilizing these parameters, a predetermined threshold is established to define authorship. Contributors falling below this threshold can be recognized in some other way, for example, in acknowledgments for their valuable input. While the approach proposed may be more applicable in some disciplines and higher education systems than others, it does offer a quantitative foundation to support qualitative discussions among potential authors, helping them reach a consensus on authorship and authorship order without conflict. Relational sensitivity involves attuning to subtle and complex collaborative dynamics and plays an important role in participatory design (PD) processes. PD practitioners, including researchers, designers, and facilitators, need abilities to navigate group dynamics while responsibly considering their own impact on the process. This article focuses on the term 'relational sensitivity' to develop perspectives and a vocabulary for discussing the competence and readiness needed in PD. This knowledge can contribute to design research by addressing the lack of understanding regarding how practitioners are trained in design facilitation and sensitivity to relationships. The article articulates relational sensitivity through the perspectives: sensitivity to self, to intersubjectivity, and to materiality and process. It makes a valuable contribution to the PD field by bringing together and exemplifying concepts and aspects connected to relational sensitivity, as well as applying Wilber's four-quadrant model and Ofman's adapted model in a new research context. The 'multispecies turn' in the social sciences and humanities is informing many disciplines including animal studies, anthropology, Indigenous studies and, more recently, sociology of religion. Scholars working on multispecies relations employ various methods and methodologies, many of which are challenging modern, Western, Christian paradigms and practices that are anthropocentric and focus on logos/words/texts/beliefs. This discussion examines new and multiple ways of conducting multispecies focused research, that is critical, reflexive, embodied, affective and intuitive. It begins with an overview of the methods applied by notable scholars – Kimmerer, Tsing and Beaman – researching multispecies relations, and then includes four personal 'riotous' reflections by this article's co-authors, on their own positionality and experiences of conducting such research. The discussion concludes by identifying key challenges in research on diverse worldviews and multispecies relations, and aims to generate creative and scientific responses to further decenter anthropocentrism in academia. The application and investigation of various virtual world experiences in language learning have been on the rise. However, mixed reality (MR) has received limited attention due to its ambiguous concepts, unclear affordances, and insufficient incorporation of theoretical frameworks.To promote the investigation and implementation of MR-enhanced language learning, we aimed to explore its concepts, affordances, and theoretical frameworks by reviewing four related research topics: (a) MR and its relationship with other types of virtual world experiences, (b) technology-enhanced language learning, (c) MR-enhanced learning in general, and (d) other types of virtual world experiences for language education. The findings show that MR-enhanced language learning can be defined as an approach to developing language knowledge and skills based on real-time, bi-directional interactions with representations of language learning materials seamlessly merged into the physical environment. MR can present rich input, provide opportunities for practices, support communication and collaboration, enhance student-centredness, and increase enjoyment. MR-enhanced language learning can be implemented based on seven theories: game-based learning theory, autonomous learning theory, cognitive theories of multimedia learning, sociocultural theory, collaborative learning theory, constructivist theory, and embodied learning theory. The benefits of incorporating mixed reality (MR) into language learning include contextualized learning, enhanced autonomy, improved communication and collaboration, and reduced risk for learners. In the academic world, the number of scientists grows every year and so does the number of authors sharing the same names. Consequently, it is challenging to assign newly published papers to their respective authors. Therefore, author name ambiguity is considered a critical open problem in digital libraries. This paper proposes an author name disambiguation approach that links author names to their real-world entities by leveraging their co-authors and domain of research. To this end, we use data collected from the DBLP repository that contains more than 5 million bibliographic records authored by around 2.6 million co-authors. Our approach first groups authors who share the same last names and same first name initials. The author within each group is identified by capturing the relation with his/her co-authors and area of research, represented by the titles of the validated publications of the corresponding author. To this end, we train a neural network model that learns from the representations of the co-authors and titles. Within classroom research, there has long been agreement on the importance of dialogue and discussion for student learning. However, how the concept of knowledge influences classroom conversation needs further investigation, as this has key implications for students' active participation. Our research sought to conceptualise the assumption of knowledge in standards-based curricula and explore some implications of teaching based on this kind of curriculum. To do this, we drew on a larger research project undertaken in Sweden, which involved a comparative classroom study. Four natural science lessons were examined in terms of student's opportunities to engage in the teaching content. The analytical framework was based on curriculum theory, the concepts of a lesson as a curriculum event, and students as co-authors of teaching content. We analysed two concepts of knowledge – social realism and transactional realism – in relation to an openness towards 'critical moments' during lessons, either noticed or unnoticed, and related them to the logics of curriculum and knowledge. When framed by classroom teaching designed from knowledge criteria, students' opportunities for acting as co-authors can become restricted, with critical moments overlooked because of a teaching focus necessarily limited by curriculum. Thus, opportunities for creating spaces to pay attention to students' questions and reactions can be constrained. Standards-based curricula, a concept of knowledge with a strong focus on subject-specific facts and ways of reasoning, together with high-stakes assessment, may lead to fewer openings for genuine discussion and student reflection. Shadow education has burgeoned into a global phenomenon, and over the last 30 years, a substantial body of literature has emerged to explore this trend. Drawing on bibliometric data from 377 articles retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS), this study investigates the evolving landscape of shadow education research. It examines historical publication trends through performance analysis, intellectual sources and evolving themes using co‐citation analysis, complemented by co‐word analysis. Major authors and collaboration dynamics are discerned through co‐authorship analysis, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of collaborative networks. Additionally, the study constructs an evolution path for shadow education research published in journals, employing citation analysis supplemented by social network analysis methods. In conclusion, the study not only illuminates the historical trajectory of shadow education as a concept but also poses pertinent questions and offers recommendations for future research. This study pursued two major objectives. The first was to use bibliometric techniques to examine bidirectionality in the relationship between teachers and researchers, as indicated by collaborative authorship among these communities. The second was to explore more deeply knowledge mobilization to classrooms by documenting the extent to which research is cited in science education practitioner journals (SEPJ). Specifically, we examined: (a) the frequency of collaboration between researchers and practitioners in the writing of journal articles for both practitioner‐focused and academic journals in science education, and (b) the extent to which authors of articles in practitioner‐focused journals drew on academic research to support their advocacy for and/or description of science education programs, policies, or practices. Findings indicate that writing collaborations among academic researchers and practitioners are relatively infrequent, even on practitioner‐focused articles. Also, articles in SEPJs more often cite books and other resources over academic journals, even those academic journals focused on informing science education teaching and learning. Recommendations include providing open access to published research, development of research summaries for lay audiences, and incentivizing practitioners to engage in research and writing. This study explores only one mechanism by which knowledge can be mobilized to classrooms and only one type of dissemination product (i.e., journal articles) upon which researchers and practitioners can collaborate. AbstractDrug transporter field is rapidly evolving with significant progress in in vitro and in vivo tools and, computational models to assess transporter-mediated drug disposition and drug-drug interactions (DDIs) in humans. On behalf of all coauthors, I am pleased to share the fourth annual review highlighting articles published and deemed influential in the field of drug transporters in the year 2023. Each coauthor independently selected peer-reviewed articles published or available online in the year 2023 and summarized them as shown previously (Chothe et al. 2021; Chothe et al. 2022, 2023) with unbiased perspectives. Based on selected articles, this review was categorized into four sections: (1) transporter structure and in vitro evaluation, (2) novel in vitro/ex vivo models, (3) endogenous biomarkers, and (4) PBPK modeling for evaluating transporter DDIs (Table 1). As the scope of this review is not to comprehensively review each article, readers are encouraged to consult original paper for specific details. The paper contains a survey of several results from the author's papers and joint papers by the author and Zakharyan, both on the zero existence and approximation for single-valued and multivalued (α, β)-search functionals, and also on the zero existence preservation for parametric family of such functionals, under the parameter changing. Some corollaries of these results in the fixed point and coincidence theory of single-valued and multivalued mappings of metric spaces are also given. The Limnology & Oceanography (L&O) Letters Early Career Publication Honor (ECPH) was created to amplify underrepresented voices in aquatic sciences and support the publication of Open Access articles by selected early career researchers. The program provides honorees with pre-submission editorial support, a waiver for the Article Processing Charge, and post-publication social media promotion. The ECRs who received the honor share their perspectives and advice, highlighting the benefits of the friendly review process, the opportunity to be lead and corresponding authors, the waiver of publication fees, and the cumulative impacts of the experience. Academic collaboration is an efficient way to boost research productivity. It has long been a common method in various disciplines, with extensive research on collaboration status. However, very little research has been undertaken to delve into the academic collaboration in the field of Translation Studies (TS). This study collects articles and reviews (book review excluded) from the 14 A&HCI-indexed international journals in this field from 2011 to 2021, and utilizes BibExcel, Pajek, and VOSviewer to conduct a social network analysis in order to determine authorial collaboration patterns and trends in TS via a quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results reveal that academic collaboration has become a common practice with an increased collaboration rate from 23.25% to 39.58% over the last 11 years. Authors and institutions from developed countries have taken the central position in the academic collaboration network. Both specialized and literary translations are the focus of research, with the former taking the major trend. Finally, some implications are proposed to encourage more academic collaboration in TS. Purpose: The article aims to identify the current state of knowledge about coaching in organizations by conducting a bibliometric analysis of publications in this area. Design/methodology/approach: In the article, a partial bibliometric analysis of the research area of coaching in organizations was carried out using co-word analysis and cluster analysis techniques to identify the current state of knowledge. The data was analyzed using the Scopus bibliometric database and the VOSviewer program. Findings: The analyses indicated that the fundamental research topics discussed are leadership, mentoring, executive coaching, management development, and leadership development. It was identified that the initial interests of coaching researchers focused on organizational changes. The latest research topics are micro-coaching and the use of AI in coaching. Research limitations/implications: Further research should complement and extend the bibliometric analysis with other relational techniques, i.e., co-citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, bibliographic coupling, and direct citation analysis. A critical literature review should be conducted after a full bibliometric review of the publication on coaching in organizations. In subsequent studies, the analysis can also be extended to include publications in the field of social sciences. Originality/value: In the day of searching the SCOPUS database, no bibliometric review from this area was noticed. The analysis provides an opportunity to deepen further research and partially highlight research gaps in this area. This article aims to present a bibliometric analysis of publications on platform work and explore the intellectual structure of the field. Bibliometric analysis: It overviews academic research, identifying leading trends in magazines, citations, authors, keywords, and institutions. It is, therefore, essential to understand current scientific production and developments in future lines of research. As a result of scanning the Web of Science Core Collection database with the "platform study" concept, 266 documents were reached. Bibliometric data from 203 papers published between 2017 and July 2023 were used as the unit of analysis. The data set was examined regarding various bibliometric indicators such as authors, journals, institutions, countries, texts, and co-authors. Research findings show that considering the number of citations, the most influential author is Schor, the most influential nation is the USA, and the most influential journal is the Annual Review of Sociology. The most influential institution is Boston University. The most significant article is Vallas (2020). The aim of this study is to examine the studies on teacher supervision published in international journals. For this purpose, studies on teacher supervision published in international journals indexed in Scopus index were examined by bibliometric analysis method. In the selection of the studies, it was paid attention that they were related to teacher supervision, they were in English and Turkish, they were in the article category and they were open access. While the related publications followed a constant trend until 2008, they started to increase after 2008, and the highest number of publications was made in 2023 with 62 publications. This article reconsiders the classed and gendered construction of the Author in the Roman Mediterranean, a construction that generates the intertwined notions of authorship and authenticity. Modern scholarly conversations about authorship and pseudepigraphy in the Roman Mediterranean often proceed from the uninterrogated assumptions that (a) ancient texts (including early Christian texts) were the monographic products of solitary authors and (b) everyone in antiquity, regardless of gender or class, had access to the status of being an 'Author'. While conversations about (in)authentic textual production extend beyond the works that become part of the New Testament, these twin assumptions form the basis for modern debates about 'forgery' in New Testament literature. This article challenges both assumptions by first surveying the role of uncredited collaboration in Roman literary culture and then analysing ancient Christian discourses surrounding (a) illicit textual meddling and (b) inappropriate textual ascription. These two discursive categories reveal how the categories of class and gender are entangled with early Christian ideas of the Author. The publication output of Library and Information Science (LIS) faculty teaching health courses has not been analyzed. The purpose of this bibliometric analysis was to examine publication patterns of full-time LIS faculty that teach health-related courses for library science programs in the United States and Canada. Full-time LIS faculty teaching health-related courses in American Library Association (ALA)--accredited programs were identified by searching course listings, faculty profiles, and syllabi from ALA-accredited school websites and contacting deans and directors of schools. The 29 LIS faculty that were identified and met the inclusion criteria were contacted via email in September 2021 and invited to voluntarily share their curricula vitae (CVs) for analysis. A total of 16 respondents provided their CVs, representing a 55% response rate. This was supplemented by locating five more CVs publicly available online. The final sample of LIS faculty was 21, and the bibliometrics analysis was based on a total of 716 publications published from 2011 to 2021 and reported on the CVs from this group of scholars. This analysis resulted in the identification of several patterns. Journal articles were the most common publication type, followed by conference proceedings. Joint authorship patterns were more common than solo authors, highlighting the collaborative nature of research. While faculty published in a range of LIS and interdisciplinary journals, highly cited papers appeared in health specialty journals. This study represents the first step in examining the research output for this under-explored community of LIS scholars. This study proposes an approach using bibliometric methods to analyze the scientific literature related to 6E Learning by design in the context of science. Through the collection and analysis of bibliographic data, we aim to identify publication trends, patterns of authorship and collaboration, as well as the research topics of most interest in this domain. The number of articles collected in this study used the publish or perish data download tool with a total of 100 relevant data. The year range used in the last 10 years, namely 2013-2023. The selection of 100 criteria is because the most relevant selection is 100 data. Furthermore, linkage mapping is carried out using VoSViewer. The results of our analysis will provide valuable insights into the contribution of research related to 6E Learning by design in science learning, as well as highlight areas that require further attention. Author name disambiguation (AND) is a central task in academic search, which has received more attention recently accompanied by the increase of authors and academic publications. To tackle the AND problem, existing studies have proposed various approaches based on different types of information, such as raw document features (e.g., co-authors, titles, and keywords), the fusion feature (e.g., a hybrid publication embedding based on multiple raw document features), the local structural information (e.g., a publication's neighborhood information on a graph), and the global structural information (e.g., interactive information between a node and others on a graph). However, there has been no work taking all the above-mentioned information into account and taking full advantage of the contributions of each raw document feature for the AND problem so far. To fill the gap, we propose a novel framework named EAND (Towards Effective Author Name Disambiguation by Hybrid Attention). Specifically, we design a novel feature extraction model, which consists of three hybrid attention mechanism layers, to extract key information from the global structural information and the local structural information that are generated from six similarity graphs constructed based on different similarity coefficients, raw document features, and the fusion feature. Each hybrid attention mechanism layer contains three key modules: a local structural perception, a global structural perception, and a feature extractor. Additionally, the mean absolute error function in the joint loss function is used to introduce the structural information loss of the vector space. Experimental results on two real-world datasets demonstrate that EAND achieves superior performance, outperforming state-of-the-art methods by at least +2.74% in terms of the micro-F1 score and +3.31% in terms of the macro-F1 score. While the literature on public-private collaboration in large infrastructure projects stresses both contractual and relational governance mechanisms for good outcomes, less attention has been paid to the role of boundary spanners and the way the contract is enforced in practice. This study contributes by bringing in the concept of contractual fairness building on organizational justice theory. It tests the effect of boundary spanning activities on contractual fairness and their impact on performance and innovation as two different outcomes. Findings indicate that boundary spanning activities positively affect contractual fairness, innovation, and performance, while contractual fairness partly mediates the relationship with performance. The term 'human rights-based approach' is common in rights and international development literature. Yet there is no single, universally agreed definition of a human rights-based approach, let alone its application to the right to health. This article uses a PRISMA-informed systematic literature review to address the question, 'What is the current status of the human rights-based approach to health in international law?' Previous reviews have described how international organizations and development donors have tackled human rights-based approaches to development generally and discussed prominent works on human rights-based approaches to health. However, this is the first review to sample the peer-reviewed literature systematically. The study revealed that authors use the terms 'human rights', 'human rights-based approach' and 'right to health' to import a raft of legal implications, or none at all. Similarly, readers may assign legal meanings to these terms, or none at all. Confusion arises because although these terms often have different meanings for authors and readers from different disciplines, this is not commonly acknowledged, and authors rarely clarify their perspectives. The author concludes that scholars should seek co-authors with human rights law or public health qualifications, as relevant. Most academic institutions research and teach health and law separately; interdisciplinary centres of excellence in health, law and human rights offer an opportunity to overcome these historical obstacles to interdisciplinary dialogue and understanding.
