Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. This article summarized the treatment effect of auricular acuopint massage combined with moxibustion and nursing practice of tinnitus in a patient with chronic glomerulonephritis. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment, the auricular acuopint massage combined with moxibustion was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of tinnitus. This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing of a patient with postoperative pain after surgery for breast cancer. The patient had received a comprehensive nursing assessment after hospital admission. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation, appropriate technique of TCM nursing including TCM ointment massage, cupping therapy, TCM medication and emotional care were carried out to relieve the negative emotion and postoperative pain of the patient. In order to further strengthen the standardization and homogenization of nursing care for severe and critically ill patients and give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing, Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)commissioned the Beijing Office of TCM Nursing Capacity Improvement Project to organize the specialized group to compile Nursing Specification of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for severe and critical patients with COVID-19. This specification elaborates the nursing contents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for severe and critical patients with COVID-19 in detail, including etiology and pathogenesis, severe/critical high-risk groups, clinical classification and nursing measures, etc. Among them, nursing measures include disease observation and nursing, medication nursing, respiratory support care, prone position treatment and nursing, nutritional support nursing, general nursing, convalescent nursing, etc. This specification is convenient for clinical nurses in various medical institutions to use as reference, and provides reference for clinical application of integrated Chinese and western medicine in nursing severe and critical patients infected with COVID-19. This paper summarized the practice of integrated medical and nursing ward rounds for a case of severe pneumonia. An integrated ward rounds team was set up to determine key issues of nursing based on the prognosis, clinical lab examination and symptoms diagnosis. To summarize the practice of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing rounds based on integration of medical care model for a patient with severe acute biliary pancreatitis. Objective To explore the effect of different operating sequences of acupoint application and moxibustion on relieving the pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into group A (n=30) and group B (n=30). The sequence of operations in Group A was as follows: first applying acupoints, and then conducting moxibustion at the same site for 30 minutes. In Group B, the sequence of operations was as follows: first applying moxibustion for 30 minutes, and then applying acupoints at the moxibustion site. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used for knee pain measurement, and a self-made scale were used to evaluate patient satisfaction. This paper summarized the nursing management of constipation in a patient with Chest Stuffiness and Pains treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external treatment. Objective To investigate the effects of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on treatment outcome, quality of life and prognosis of high-risk patients with diabetic foot, and provide evidence for more reasonable nursing intervention program. Methods From January 2021to January 2022, 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were screened; 40 high-risk patients with diabetic foot were eligible and randomly divided in to observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine care during the treatment, and those in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention based on routine care. The treatment outcome, patient quality of life and prognosis of disease were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). According to the outcome of General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74) assessment, the improvement rate in the observation group was 85. 00%(17/20), showing no significant difference compared with 65. 00%(13/20) in the control group (P＞0. 05). The incidences of foot infections and foot ulcers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Three cases of amputation were reported in the control group. Conclusion The integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing showed positive effect on treatment outcome, patient quality of life and prognosis of disease, and the effect of integrative nursing intervention was superior to routine nursing. (目的 观察中西医结合护理干预高危糖尿病足患者的效果, 及对患者生活质量及预后的影响, 为高危糖尿病足患者采取更好的护理策略、制定更为合理的护理干预方案提供依据。方法 从医院2021年1月—2022年1月收治的200例2型糖尿病患者中筛查出40例高危糖尿病足患者, 随机分为现察组与对照组, 各20例。对照组采取常规护理干预, 观察组在常规护理基础上, 给予中西医结合护理干预。评价两组干预效果, 以及对患者生活质量以及足部状况影响。结果 观察组干预效果优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组生活质量评定问卷(GQOL-74)评分改善率85. 00%(17/20), 高于对照组的65. 00%(13/20), 但差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05); 观察组足部感染和足部溃疡发生率低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05), 观察组无1例患者截肢, 对照组3例患者截肢。结论 中西医结合护理干预能进一步提高高危糖尿病足患者的治疗效果, 改善患者生活质量及预后, 干预效果要优于常规护理干预。)

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) five-element cupping therapy on postoperative wound pain of patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan surgery for mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat type. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing Milligan-Morgan surgery for mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat type were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Anti-infection, hemostasis and other symptomatic treatment were carried out after surgery. The control group received routine wound cleansing and dressing change, and the observation group received TCM five-element cupping therapy on the basis of routine care. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to assess the wound pain degree at 24 h、48 h、72 h after treatment. Results The VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 24 h、48 h and 72 h after treatment, respectively (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The TCM five-element cupping therapy is effective to relieve the postoperative pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids. It is an easy-to-operate and safe technique of TCM nursing, which is worthy of promoting in pain control after surgical treatment for anorectal diseases. (目的 观察五行能量罐治疗混合痔(湿热下注型)术后伤口疼痛的效果。方法 选取2021年5月—12月行手术治疗的混合痔(湿热下注型)患者共60例, 采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。两组患者均在麻醉下行混合痔外剥内扎术, 术后常规给予抗感染、止血等对症治疗。对照组接受术后常规换药护理, 观察组在对照组基础上增加五行能量罐中医护理干预。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)分别对治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h伤口疼痛程度进行评价。结果 观察组拔罐治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h的疼痛评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 五行能量罐中医护理干预能减轻混合痔术后患者伤口疼痛程度, 且操作简便, 患者依从性好, 可以广泛应用于包含混合痔在内的多种肛肠疾病术后疼痛护理中。)

This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with anismus, and summarized the treatment and nursing experience based on the doctor-nurse-patient integration mode. Under the doctor-nurse-patient integration mode, the targeted treatment including biofeedback therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription were provided by the doctor. Based on the syndrome differentiation, massage at Baliao acupoint combined and Chinese herbal medicine hot compress were carried out by the nurse. The patient was activity engaged in treatment and nursing program. Treatment and nursing based on doctor-nurse-patient integration mode is effective in relieving symptom of constipation and improve the treatment compliance and rehabilitation of the patient with anismus. Knowledge training on prevention of COVID-19 was carried out to nurses, nursing students and cleaning staffs, and order management at sampling sites was enhanced. The outpatient management strategies were effective to ensure the safety of medical workers and improve the quality of nursing. Medical caregivers as auxiliary medical care personnel have become an indispensable labor supplement in nursing work. Given the public's rising awareness of health and rights protection, the quality of patients' nursing staff has also improved accordingly. In order to strengthen life care skills and professional quality, it's required to standardize professional training. However, there are still many problems in the training of medical nursing staff and content in China. This article analyzed the current employment conditions, management and training needs of medical caregivers, aiming to provide reference for further establishment of standardized training curriculums. Objective To investigate the practice effect of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in the specialized outpatient clinic. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of Damp-Heat type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine perioperative nursing during hospitalization. Patients in the control group received routing telephone follow-up and health education after discharged form hospital, and those in the observation group were given continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic, and a three-step integrated management of follow-up was carried out. The occurrence of postoperative complications was assessed, and patient satisfaction was evaluated by using a self-made questionnaire. Results The score of postoperative complication evaluation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The patient satisfaction rate was 97. 50%(39/40), which was higher than 82. 50%(33/40) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The practice of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic is potentially effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the patient satisfaction. (目的 探讨基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理在混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年4月—12月科室收治的80例混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例。两组患者住院期间均接受常规围手术期护理。对照组患者出院后给予电话回访、健康宣教; 观察组患者出院后, 实施基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案, 采取“三步护理一体化”的管理模式进行随访管理。对术后两周内并发症情况进行评分, 采用自制问卷调查患者满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组患者满意率97. 50%(39/40), 高于对照组的82. 50%(33/40), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案能降低混合痔术后患者并发症发生风险, 提高患者满意度。)

This paper reviewed the nursing measures of Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in a patient with pain and edema after operation of mixed hemorrhoids. Under the guidance of dialectical nursing theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the fumigation technology of Traditional Chinese medicine granules was adopted. After treatment, the pain of patients was significantly reduced and the edema was significantly improved. Hemodialysis patients are prone to hyperphosphatemia in the process of disease progression, which seriously reduce the patient’s quality of life. In clinical treatment and nursing, dietary nursing intervention can improve the prevention awareness of hyperphosphatemia in patients and their families, improve the level of blood phosphorus and nutritional status of patients, reduce the incidence of hyperphosphatemia in hemodialysis patients, and improve their quality of life under a scientific and reasonable diet planning. This paper summarized the nursing experience of auricular acupoint combined with manipulative therapy for a patient with mixed hemorrhoids combined with hypertension. Nursing measures included nursing assessment, auricular acupoint massage, ear tip bloodletting method and auricular acupoint sticking method. The patient blood pressure was under control and head pain was relieved after intervention. The combined auricular acupoint therapy has advantages of easy-to-use operation, less adverse reactions and high degree of patient acceptance. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient who received massage with Chinese herbal medicine compound ointment combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)hot compress in the treatment of urinary retention after operation for mixed hemorrhoids. The degree of urinary retention was evaluated according to the TCM symptom integral, and massage with Chinese herbal medicine compound ointment combined with TCM hot compress therapy was carried out to improve the urination function and reduce the pain. This paper reviewed the nursing management of catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBI) in a patient with peripherally inserted central catheter placement after discharge from hospital. Based on the routine treatment and nursing, the chlorhexidine gluconate dressing and external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder were used to relieve the upper limb swelling and pain. The combination use of chlorhexidine gluconate dressing and Ruyi Jinhuang powder external application is effective to relieve the symptoms of catheter-related bloodstream infection and improve the rehabilitation of patients. Thrombosis is a common complication of arteriovenous fistula. This article reviewed the risk factors of the generation of thrombosis in arteriovenous fistula, and conventional nursing measures of prevention. Patients are highly vulnerable to phlebitis induced by drug extravasation during intravenous injection of Iron sucrose. This paper summarized a nursing experience of a case of grade II phlebitis treated by nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Nursing staff worked out a targeted nursing plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients, strengthened the nursing care of patients with grade II phlebitis pain, and gave full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. In addition to routine nursing, they cooperated with Ruyi Jinhuang Ointment, Kanghuier Absorption Patch and potato chips for joint application. Results Through the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention, the pain of patients was alleviated, the repair process was accelerated, and the medical cost was saved. Peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC), showing advantages of easy-to-operate, safe, minimal invasion, long-term retention and easy-to-maintain, is widely used in transfusion therapy. However, catheter dislocation during placement may lead to unplanned extubation. Causes of catheter dislocation mainly include unstable fixation, inadequate health education and poor patient compliance. The countermeasures of nursing include catheterization and maintenance by professionals, correct way of skin disinfection, selection of right application, appropriate catheter fixation methods, mastery of application replacement measures, and adequate health education. Predictive nursing is a nursing process in which nurses make a comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of patient’s condition, predict the potential risks and carry out effective nursing interventions to prevent complications. In order to reduce the risk of catheter dislocation, the key issue of predictive nursing is to enhance the prevention and control of each process. (经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)技术具有操作简单、安全、创伤小、保留时间长、易于维护等优点, 被广泛应用于临床。但留置期间一旦出现导管脱出, 会导致非计划性拔管。发生导管脱出的原因主要有固定不牢、健康教育不到位、患者依从性差, 护理对策包括专业人员置管及维护、正确的皮肤消毒方法、选择敷贴、适宜的导管固定方法、掌握敷贴更换方法、做好健康教育等。预见性护理是护士运用护理程序对患者进行全面与综合的分析与判断, 提前预知存在的护理风险, 从而采取及时有效的护理措施, 避免护理并发症的发生, 提高护理质量和患者的满意度。护理重点是预防, 控制好每个环节, 将导管脱出风险降至最低。)

Objective To compare the effect of pulse-type and direct push-type flushing method after intravenous injection of non-irritating drugs with peripheral venous catheter (PVC). Methods Totally 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group was injected with 5 mL 0. 9% sodium chloride injection by slow direct push-type flushing method, while the control group was injected with pulse-type flushing method. The indwelling time of venous indwelling catheter, the incidence of blood return, tube blockage and phlebitis were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of blood return and tube blockage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). The phlebitis occurred in neither of the two groups. The indwelling time in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion During intravenous injection of non-irritating drugs, the direct push-type flushing method is potentially effective to reduce the incidence of blood return and tube blockage, reduce the pain of patients, and improve the clinical nurse work efficiency and nursing quality. (目的 比较经外周静脉留置针输注非刺激性药物中采用脉冲式和直接推注式冲管的效果观察。方法 选取混合痔术后采用静脉留置针输液的患者60例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。观察组采用注射器将0. 9%氯化钠注射液5 mL以缓慢直接推注式冲管法推注, 对照组采用脉冲式冲管法推注。比较2组静脉留置针留置时间、回血、堵管及静脉炎的发生率。结果 观察组患者回血、堵管发生率均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。2组均无静脉炎发生。观察组留置时间长于对照组, 差异有统计意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 输注非刺激性药物时采用直接推注式冲管会降低患者回血、堵管的发生风险, 减少患者痛苦, 对提高护士临床工作效率和护理质量具有积极意义。)

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with tension-type headache during the perioperative period. By selecting Du meridian, bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang and gallbladder meridian of Foot-Shaoyang, the acupoint massage along meridians was carried out. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to assess the headache. The VAS score dropped from 6 to 1 after implementation of massage on meridians with acupuncture. The acupoint massage along meridians is potentially effective to relieve the tension-type headache and anxiety of patients during the perioperative period, and it is also beneficial to improve the patient safety in surgery and postoperative rehabilitation. (本文总结1例紧张性头痛患者的护理措施。取头部督脉、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经之经络, 通过不同手法对头部进行经穴推拿护理。根据患者VAS疼痛评分来评价。通过实施头部经穴推拿治疗后, 患者疼痛评分由6分降到了1分, 头痛症状明显改善。对围手术期紧张性头痛患者实施头部经穴推拿治疗, 能有效缓解围手术期紧张性头痛、焦虑等症状, 有利于手术的正常进行及患者术后康复, 提高患者对中医护理的满意度。)

This paper summarized the effect observation of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate solution wet compress in the treatment of PICC-related phlebitis and related nursing measures. Objective To evaluate the establishment of a two-part three-level model of quality control management in improving writing quality of nursing documents. Methods A two-part three-level model of quality control management has been carried out to improve the writing quality of nursing documents since 2016. The quality assessment outcomes of writing nursing documents in 2015-2017 were analyzed respectively. Results The score of quality assessment had increased from 97. 70 in 2015 to 98. 53 in 2016, and had continued to climb in 2017 (98. 88). Conclusion The establishment of a two-part three-level model of quality control management is effective to improve the writing quality of nursing documents. (目的 探讨科室建立并实施全面质量管理(TQC)模式下“两部三级”质量控制提高护理文件书写质量中效果。方法 2016年起, 科室开展TQC模式下“两部三级”质量控制, 细化质量控制流程, 加强环节和终末质量控制, 旨在提高护理文书书写质量。统计并比较2015、2016和2017年度科室护理文件书写考核情况。结果 护理文件书写考核评分由2015年度的97. 70分上升至2016年度的98. 53分和2017年度的98. 88分, 护理文件书写质量得到提升。结论 科室在TQC模式下建立并实施“两部三级”质量控制, 对提高护理文件书写质量具有积极意义。)

This paper summarized the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine retention enema and nursing interventions on constipation symptoms in a patient with severe pneumonia. The nurses had carried out a comprehensive assessment on patient’s condition.
