Effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster (刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效观察)

Objective To investigate the effect of blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Totally 60 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our department between October 2020 and June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given blood-letting acupuncture and cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of pain and rash symptom was assessed and compared between the two groups.
