In this paper, we present a large-scale detailed 3D face dataset, FaceScape, and the corresponding benchmark to evaluate single-view facial 3D reconstruction. By training on FaceScape data, a novel algorithm is proposed to predict elaborate riggable 3D face models from a single image input. FaceScape dataset provides 18,760 textured 3D faces, captured from 938 subjects and each with 20 specific expressions. The 3D models contain the pore-level facial geometry that is also processed to be topologically uniformed. These fine 3D facial models can be represented as a 3D morphable model for rough shapes and displacement maps for detailed geometry. Taking advantage of the large-scale and high-accuracy dataset, a novel algorithm is further proposed to learn the expression-specific dynamic details using a deep neural network. The learned relationship serves as the foundation of our 3D face prediction system from a single image input. Different than the previous methods, our predicted 3D models are riggable with highly detailed geometry under different expressions. We also use FaceScape data to generate the in-the-wild and in-the-lab benchmark to evaluate recent methods of single-view face reconstruction. The accuracy is reported and analyzed on the dimensions of camera pose and focal length, which provides a faithful and comprehensive evaluation and reveals new challenges. In the current solution, the Content Centric Network (CCN) in the Information Centric Network (ICN) is considered to be able to better meet the needs of users. It takes the content as the center for data transmission, and uses the data itself to name, which completely changes the original network transmission system. Blockchain is a distributed platform in peer-to-peer network environment, in which multiple nodes participate and reach a consensus through a specific consistency algorithm. It has the characteristics of unforgeability, tamper proof and traceability, and carries trusted data and computing services. Alliance chain is a kind of blockchain, the characteristics of the alliance's blockchain, such as decentralization, non tampering, traceability, access mechanism, and information disclosure within the network, point out the direction for the realization of a new domain name system of co management and co governance.This paper gives full play to the trustworthiness and non tampering characteristics of blockchain technology, integrates the naming and addressing scheme based on alliance chain into Name Data Network(NDN) architecture, and proposes an open system of independent naming and marking and exchanging data content index in peer-to-peer network environment. This system uses OpenID to identify any data content object, and combines with cryptography technology to realize the trusted transmission of data in peer-to-peer network. Experiments show that the system designed in this paper has the functions of data index registration, update, cancellation and query, the efficiency is basically the same as the existing domain name system, and has stronger security.

The article introduces the background and development of the integrated operation platform for electric power business, focuses on the architecture, business functions and data structure, and finally introduces the significance of the integrated operation platform for electric power business. By building the integrated operation platform for electric power business, the intelligence and digitization level of the power grid is gradually improved.

The wireless private network system in 230 MHz band is gradually applied to the power industry. However, a wide range of services is carried by the power wireless private network, and the network requirements are totally different. Thus, the adaptation of private network to existing services and new services is not clear, which leads to low utilization of communication resources. In this paper, the main services and network requirements of the power wireless private network are analyzed, and the system index of the power wireless private network is proposed. The theoretical analysis of the system delay is carried out, and the system delay values under different configuration conditions are obtained. Finally, combined with the current network test results of the State Grid Corporation of China, the analysis results of different power wireless private network system delay in 230 MHz band are given.

Objective To study the effects of D-methionine in a mouse model of noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL). Methods We investigated changes in auditory function and microscopic cochlear structure in a mouse model of NIHL, and carried out 4-hydroxynonenal (4-HNE) immunostaining and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick-end labeling, and examined expression levels of connexins 26 and 30 by western blot. Results The auditory brainstem response threshold was significantly increased by noise exposure. Noise exposure also damaged the inner and particularly the outer hair cells in the cochlear basement membrane, while histochemistry demonstrated only scattered loss of hair cells in the basement membrane in mice treated with D-methionine before or after noise exposure. D-methionine inhibited apoptosis in the cochlear basement membrane, stria vascularis, and spiral ligament. 4-HNE expression in the basement membrane, stria vascularis, and spiral collateral ligament was increased by noise exposure, but this increase was attenuated by D-methionine. Connexin 26 and connexin 30 expression levels were reduced by noise exposure, and this effect was similarly attenuated by D-methionine administered either before or after noise exposure. Conclusion D-methionine administered before or after noise exposure could rescue NIHL by protecting cochlear morphology, inhibiting apoptosis, and maintaining connexin 26 and 30 expression.

In this paper, the low-latency edge IoT agent device for ubiquitous power Internet of Things is studied, which performs nearby processing of massive intelligent electricity data to avoid the bottleneck of communication channel caused by massive data transmission, and meet the special requirements of energy management and control for quick response and accurate execution. The software and hardware decoupling and deep programmable ideas are proposed. In addition, adopting a common hardware platform and resource virtualization function platform to realize low latency guarantee mechanism and mode from three levels. Moreover, the low latency energy industrial application scenarios are selected to demonstrate the application, and the proposed scheme is proved to provide safe and fast control methods, and also make the system have stronger big data collection capability of electricity consumption information.

Cloud computing and edge computing are the key to promoting the development of the Internet of Things. The synergistic integration of cloud computing and edge computing can shape the power of the Internet of Things. future. Therefore, this paper proposes a cloud-edge collaboration architecture based on the cloud-edge collaboration architecture by studying the cloud-edge collaboration method of the power Internet of Things, and discusses the deployment mode of cloud and edge IoT agent collaboration based on the cloud-edge collaboration architecture, and proposes a network performance optimization deployment plan under cloud-edge collaboration. This solution can realize the reasonable allocation of resources and optimize network performance under the cloud-edge collaborative architecture.

Two WJ-3 anemometers placed at the same height on the top of an architectural engineering building in Wenzhou University are used to determine the wind speed of Typhoon Morakot during its landing in real time. This study aims to explore Typhoon Morakot’s wind field characteristics, including mean wind speed, probability density distribution of fluctuating wind speed, power spectral density, correlation analysis, and coherence, on the basis of data measured by the two anemometers. Results show that the probability density distribution of the fluctuating wind speed of the typhoon follows the Gaussian distribution, and the measured cross-power spectrum of fluctuating wind speed is in good agreement with the modified Karman spectrum. The autocorrelation decreases with the increase in time interval (τ). The longitudinal autocorrelation coefficient decays rapidly with the increase in τ, and the lateral autocorrelation coefficient decays at an unchanged rate. The exponential attenuation coefficients of the longitudinal and transverse fluctuating wind speeds increase with the increase in the mean wind speed, and their mean values are 10.86 and 15.33, respectively. The change trends of the coherence coefficients of the two wind speed components with the mean wind speed are the same. The measured coherence coefficients of the two wind speed components are in good agreement with the exponential function.

In the smart grid scenario, this article proposes a blockchain-based smart grid service system based on the alliance chain established by power plants, distribution network operators, energy storage operators, and power companies as nodes. Each node can flexibly change its role according to its own needs, and can be used as a service provider or as a user requesting service. In this service system, users and service providers store business data and transaction data through the blockchain, and match services through smart contracts. On this basis, this paper establishes a mathematical model of power business service quality, abstracts the user matching power business process as a service composition problem under the constraint of service quality, and uses the multi-objective optimization algorithm MOEA/D as the basis, based on price, time delay, Service quality indicators such as bandwidth are analyzed and optimized for optimization goals. On the one hand, in the smart grid scenario, it has achieved decentralization, improved power data security, and user privacy security. On the other hand, multi-objective optimization algorithms are used to optimize the different needs of users to improve the service quality of the smart grid system. The results of calculation examples verify the validity and rationality of the proposed framework.
