By using the AC power supply line which already exist and a special physical interface communication networking among many computer stations can by done conveniently. Based on the analysis of powerline characteristics, the paper discusses the physical interface that is the key technologies connected with computer network. It includes coupled circuit and filter circuit which are the key link of isolating alternating current power and filtering the interfered noise. This system is designed according to CSMA network communication protocol and the high-layer protocol software is discussed in detail. Many experiments as screen conversations, disk files transmission and shared print have proved that the performance of the system is good, the data transmission is correct. A network is composed of several linked, compatible and complementary components, which may be owned by different companies. This fragmented ownership raises issues on interconnection, compatibility, interoperability and coordination to technical standards. However, it also precludes monopoly and serves as an incentive towards licensing, vertical integration and buy-outs. Several non-network industries share these essential economic features, the implications of which need further examination to fully explore their impact on market price.

More and more organizations are using electronic mail. However, questions remain whether technological innovations such as e-mail were valuable. It is inaccurate and problematic to assume that e-mail would dissolve communication problems. Research has to be made on how e-mail can assist employees to manage information. A study is presented which analyzes the effects of the availability of e-mail on informal network and the dissemination of messages in a classroom.

An overview is presented on a research made on the effect of information behavior on the internationalization aspect of firms. International operations evolve from information collection, transfer and utilization. Informal information flows, particularly through personal networks, were found to have more influence on decision making than formal flows. More work has to be undertaken to understand the role of information factors.

Efficient information flows within and among organizations are essential since the firms' survival depends on continuous innovation, which entails the acquisition and rapid exploitation of massive quantities of external information. The gatekeeper, an individual who maintains consistent and ongoing contact outside his organization and is able to translate between the two systems, is the primary linking mechanism in informal information channels. However, gatekeeping cannot satisfy all the organization's information requirements and must coexist with other methods, both formal and informal.

Relevant models for the provision of telecommunication services are analyzed and a compound functional model based on the Open Network Provision (ONP), the Intelligent Network (IN) concept and the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and other related distributed data processing standards is proposed. A flexible framework which accomodates a widerange of global services independent of specific network technologies promotes equal competition in a common market.
