354. 基于MIKE FLOOD 模型的城市洪涝灾害场景推演研究.

- Abstract
Urban flood scenario deduction is the basis of urban flood control and drainage work. Taking Luoyang downtown area as the study area, comprehensively considering the urban pipeline network, inland rivers, terrain and other complex underlying surface factors, a 1 D river-1 D pipe network-2 D surface coupled urban flood simulation model based on MIKE FLOOD was constructed. The model was calibrated and tested by field rainfall investigations on the depth of the accumulated water and the measured flow of the river channel. The simulated qualification rate of the accumulated water point reached 81.25% and 93.75%, and the NSE of the simulated flow process was 0.79-0.96. It also simulated and analyzed the inundation process under different scenarios with different durations and different return periods. The results show that when the designed rainstorm return period is less than once in 20 years, the inundation area caused by the rainstorm is relatively small, mostly concentrated in the downtown area with dense building. When the design rainstorm return period is greater than once in 20 years, the inundation area caused by the rainstorm will increase significantly; when the return period is less than once in 10 years, the submerged area will increase significantly as the return period increases; the return period is greater than when it encounters once in 10 years, the growth of the submerged area tends to be flat. Monod-Haldane functional response function is introduced into Leslie-Gower predator-prey model under the homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition, the influence of the defensive ability of prey on the positive equilibrium solution of the predator prey system is studied. A priori estimate, sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence and local stability of the positive equilibrium solution are established by using the maximum principle, the super and sub-solution method, bifurcation theory and stabili- ty theory. Combined with numerical simulation, the positive equilibrium solution is quantitatively ana- lyzed. The research shows that as long as the intrinsic growth rate of prey and predator is greater than a certain constant the coexistence mode can be generated. At the same time, the defense ability of prey has an inhibitory effect on the predator; especially when the prey has a higher growth rate, the ability of prey to resist the predator is stronger. - Abstract
BACKGROUND: Bone formation is the process by which osteoblasts synthesize and secrete osteoid and promote its mineralization, which generally involves mechanical signal transduction. Osteoblasts are primarily regulated by mechanical factors such as gravity, compressive stress, tensile stress, fluid shear stress, and hydrostatic pressure in vivo, and different mechanical stimuli modulate the proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis of osteoblasts through various mechanisms, including hormones, cytoskeletal proteins, and microRNAs. By clarifying the effects of biomechanical forces on osteoblasts, it provides ideas and a reference basis for the treatment of osteometabolic diseases involving osteoblasts. OBJECTIVE: To review the effects of different biomechanical forces on the biological characteristics of osteoblasts. METHODS: We conducted a literature search using PubMed, Web of Science, FMRS, CNKI, and WanFang databases for relevant publications published from 2000 to 2023, covering basic research and tissue engineering studies related to the effects of biomechanical forces on osteoblasts. Ultimately, a total of 70 articles were reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Different biomechanical forces have an impact on the biological characteristics of osteoblasts, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, and these effects are dependent on the intensity and duration of the applied force. Specifically, the effects are as follows: (1) Under microgravity conditions, osteoblast proliferation and differentiation are inhibited, resulting in a decrease in bone density and the development of osteoporosis. (2) Compared to microgravity, hypergravity has a promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation. (3) The effects of compressive stress on osteoblasts are dependent on the loading intensity and time. Appropriate compressive stress can promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, which is beneficial for bone tissue formation and repair, while excessive compressive stress can cause osteoblast apoptosis and bone tissue destruction. (4) The biological effects of different types of tensile stress on osteoblasts differ. Studies have shown that a strain rate within the range of 0-12% has a promoting effect on osteoblast proliferation. (5) Fluid shear stress can promote osteoblast proliferation and differentiation and enhance the bone-inducing effect of biomaterials. (6) Static hydrostatic pressure can affect the biological behavior of osteoblasts, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, and these effects are closely related to the time and intensity of the pressure. - Abstract
Objective:To establish the applicability of a predictive model based on spectral computed tomography(CT)parameters and radiomics features through machine learning for differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on imaging and clinical data from 118 patients with thyroid nodules who underwent spectral CT enhancement scanning(143 nodules, comprise of 46 benign and 97 malignant nodules). These patients were randomly divided into a training set (n=100)and a validation set(n=43)in a 7∶3 ratio. Discriminative testing, intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC), and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)were employed to select features and calculate a radiomics score(Radscore). Six machine learning algorithms including decision tree(DT), random forest(RF), extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost), support vector machine(SVM), K ⁃ nearest neighbors(KNN), and logistic regression(LR)were utilized to develop models. The optimal model was selected to construct nomograms. Results:The XGBoost model was demonstrated to be the best in the validation set(AUC:0.938; accuracy:86.05%;sensitivity:89.29%;specificity:80.00%), with normalized iodine concentration(NIC), Radscore, and age identified as significant predictive factors. The ensuing nomograms exhibited robust performance. Conclusion:The machine learning model that combines spectral CT and radiomics features with the nomograms provides a highly accurate reference for non ⁃invasive prediction of the benignity or malignancy of thyroid nodules. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the status quo of high blood pressure among children and adolescents in Yangzhou in 2020, and to explore the influence and correlation of overweight and obesity on it. To provide scientific basis for the prevention of high blood pressure in children and adolescents. Methods Using the method of stratified cluster random sampling, one urban area and one urban area in Yangzhou City were selected. A total of 3744 students from 13 schools in Gejiao County were surveyed. Each student's height, weight, and blood pressure were measured according to standard methods. logistic regression Relevant analysis was carried out. Results The detection rate of high blood pressure was 15.25%, and there were statistical differences between different regions, different genders, and different school sections. Significance (P<0.05). The detection rates of high blood pressure in the overweight, obese, and normal groups were 16.53%, 27.91%, and 10.42%, respectively, with statistically significant differences. Meaning (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that overweight, obesity and school period were risk factors for high blood pressure. Conclusion The blood of children and adolescents in Yangzhou High blood pressure is still at a high level, special attention should be paid to the blood pressure status of junior high school students. With the ever-increasing service requirements of wireless networks, the spectrum resources of the cellular architecture are limited, and the backhaul capacity will become a system bottleneck. In order to alleviate this bottleneck, this paper considered a special heterogeneous cellular network, combined with the deployment of cache nodes, user location distribution, and considers user preferences for content requests and the limited storage space of cache nodes, modeling and analysis of the joint optimization problem of content storage and user association. And it modeled the objective function as the minimization of request delay. It simply proves that the problem is NP-hard, and designed a content placement strategy based on improved Kuhn-Munkres. BACKGROUND: Scaffold materials serve as platforms that provide space and structure, playing a crucial role in the regeneration of cartilage tissue. Scholars from around the world are exploring different approaches to fabricate more ideal scaffold materials. OBJECTIVE: To review the design principles and preparation methods of cartilage scaffolds, and to further explore the advantages and limitations of various preparation methods. METHODS: Literature searches were conducted on the databases of CNKI, WanFang Data, PubMed, and FMRS from 1998 to 2023. The search terms were “cartilage repair, cartilage tissue engineering, cartilage scaffold materials, preparation” in Chinese and English. A total of 57 articles were ultimately reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The articular cartilage has a unique structure and limited self-repair capacity after injury. Even if self-repair occurs, the newly formed cartilage is typically fibrocartilage, which is far inferior to normal articular cartilage in terms of structure and mechanical properties. It is difficult to maintain normal function and often leads to degenerative changes. Currently, the design and fabrication of scaffold materials for cartilage repair need to consider the following aspects: biocompatibility and biodegradability, suitable pore structure and porosity, appropriate mechanical properties, and bioactivity. (2) Research on the preparation of cartilage scaffolds has made significant progress, continuously introducing new preparation methods and optimization strategies. These methods have their advantages and disadvantages, providing more possibilities for customized preparation and functional design of cartilage scaffolds according to specific requirements. - Abstract
To investigate the impact of varying levels of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) in dietary intake on the maturation of lamb small intestine and the expression patterns of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF1) and insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) genes, an in-depth examination was conducted. 54 healthy Hu sheep lambs were selected for the experiment and randomly allocated into three groups, with 18 sheep in each group. They were individually housed and provided with starters containing NDF levels of 15%, 20%, and 25% respectively. At the age of 56 days, they were euthanized for sampling, and the relative expression levels of the aforementioned genes in both jejunum and ileum were determined using a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results indicate that the provision of starters containing varying levels of NDF did not yield a statistically significant impact on the weight and length of the jejunum and ileum in lambs (P> 0.05), nor did it have a significant effect on the relative weight and relative length of these segments in lambs (P>0.05). In the jejunum, the relative expression level of the IGF-1 gene was significantly higher in the group with a 25% NDF level compared to the group with a 15% NDF level (P<0.05), and there was a highly significant difference between the groups with a 25% NDF level and those with a 20% NDF level (P<0.01). However, no significant difference was observed between the groups with a 15% NDF level and those with a 20% NDF level (P>0.05). The relative expression level of the IGF-1R gene exhibited a highly significant difference between the group with a 20% NDF level and both the groups with a 15% and 25% NDF levels (P<0.01), but no significant difference was found between the groups with a 15% and those with a 25% NDF levels (P>0.05). In the jejunum, the relative expression levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1R genes were significantly higher in the group with a 15% NDF level compared to those in the groups with 20% and 25% NDF levels (P<0.01), while no significant difference was observed between the groups with 20% and 25% NDF levels (P>0.05). These findings indicate that starters do not have a significant impact on the length and weight of lamb's jejunum and ileum. Notably, in the jejunum, 25% NDF level significantly up-regulated the expression of IGF-1 gene, and the 20% NDF level group up-regulated the expression of IGF-1R gene, whereas in the ileum, a substantial up-regulation of IGF-1 and IGF-1R gene expression is observe at the 15% NDF level. Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum adenosine deaminase (ADA), carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and the severity and prognosis of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis (ATB) .Methods: 75 ATB patients who were admitted to Hunan Provincial Chest Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation group, and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR were compared between two groups. ATB patients were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to the severity of the disease. The levels of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR in ATB patients with different severity were compared. Observation group received anti-tuberculosis treatment, and was divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the curative effect, the serum ADA, CA199 and ESR levels of ATB patients with different prognosis were compared. The clinical data of ATB patients were collected, and the influencing factors of prognosis of ATB patients were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. The predictive value of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR on the prognosis of ATB patients were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: The levels of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05) ; Patients in observation group were divided into mild group (26 cases),moderate group (34 cases) and severe group (15 cases), the levels of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR in moderate group and severe group were higher than those in mild group (P<0.05), and the levels of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR in severe group were higher than those in moderate group (P<0.05) ; After treatment, patients in observation group were divided into good prognosis group (50 cases) and poor prognosis group (25 cases) according to the curative effect, there was no significant difference in gender, age, BMI, smoking history, drinking history, diabetes history, place of residence, asthma, bronchiectasis, hepatitis B and chest X-ray changes between good prognosis group and poor prognosis group (P>0.05), The serum PCT, leucocyte count, ADA, CA199 and ESR in poor prognosis group were higher than those in good prognosis group (P<0.05) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, elevated serum ADA, CA199 and ESR were risk factors for poor prognosis in ATB patients (P<0.05) ; The results of ROC curve showed that, the AUC of serum ADA,CA199 and ESR alone in predicting poor prognosis of ATB patients were 0.655, 0.675 and 0.699 respectively, The AUC of serum ADA,CA199 and ESR combined to predict the poor prognosis of ATB patients was 0.828, which was greater than that of each index alone.Conclusion: The increase of serum ADA, CA199 and ESR can indicate the severity of ATB patients, the combine detection of serum ADA,CA199 and ESR has a high value in predicting the poor prognosis of ATB patients. Objective: To explore the efficacy of Saccharomyces boulardii and sequential therapy to eradicate Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in children. Methods: 100 children with Hp infection who visited Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected, and the pathological changes of gastric mucosa were scored under gastroscope. According to the random number table method, the children were divided into an observation group (n=50, sequential therapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii) and a control group (n=50, sequential therapy), both treated for 10 days. Immune function related indicators, inflammatory factor indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups before treatment and 10 d after treatment were compared, the eradication rate of Hp 4 weeks after treatment and the lesion degree score of gastric mucosa before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.Results: The total clinical effective rate and Hp eradication rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the gastric mucosa lesion degree score was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). 10 d after treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+increased in both groups, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while CD8+decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). 10 d after treatment, the levels of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group. IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) decreased, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Sequential therapy combined with Saccharomyces boulardii for the eradication of Hp infection in children can reduce the degree of pathological changes in gastric mucosa, improve the immune function and inflammatory factor level of children, and increase the eradication rate of Hp. The spatial variation characteristics of the hydrogen and oxygen isotopic composition of soil water are of great significance to the study of the water cycle and the relationship between different water bodies. This study took the Shaliu River Basin of Qinghai Lake as the research object to collect the data of soil water hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope composition (δ² H, δ18O) from July and August of 2018 to 2019 in the watershed and obtain the spatial changes of soil water δ² H and δ18O by using the method of ArcGIS spatial interpolation. The results showed that the δ² H and δ18O of soil water varied from –126.53‰ to –16.13‰ and from –16.48‰ to –1.26‰ respectively in the Shaliu River Basin of Qinghai Lake in July and August, 2018-2019. During the study period, the soil water lines of the average values of δ² H and δ18O of 0-30 cm soil water were: SWL2018.07 (δ² H=5.83δ18O–8.36, R² =0.93), SWL2018.08 (δ² H=6.28δ18O–8.35, R2 =0.93), SWL2019.07 (δ² H=6.53δ18O–5.70, R² =0.94), SWL2019.08 (δ² H=6.86δ18O–1.37, R² =0.92). On the whole, the slope of SWL increased first and then decreased with the change of depth, while the intercept increased gradually with the increase of depth. In August 2019, the slope of SWL decreased gradually with the increase of depth, with a small difference in the change of intercept. Precipitation was an important source of soil water, and evaporative enrichment caused the slope of SWL at different depths to be smaller than that of the local atmospheric precipitation line (LWML). In terms of spatial distribution, the altitude effect of soil water stable hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in the Shaliu River Basin of Qinghai Lake was not obvious, but it was still affected by the intensity of local evaporation, topography, vegetation coverage, and water vapor sources, appearing patchy partitions on the watershed surface. - Abstract
In order to explore the mRNA expression level of cyclin-dependent protein kinase 8 gene (CDK8) in various tissues of red deer (Cervus elaphus) antler velvet and the biological characteristics of the protein encoded by the gene, the full-length coding sequence (CDS) of cyclin-dependent protein kinase 8 gene of red deer was cloned by PCR and connected to pMD-18T vector to measure nucleotide sequences. Thereafter, similarity alignment and phylogenetic tree construction could be carried out, and the resulting nucleotide sequences was further used for similarity comparison and phylogenetic tree construction. The composition, structure and physicochemical properties of CDK8 protein were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression level of CDK8 gene mRNA in antler tissues. The results showed that the coding region of red deer CDK8 was 1, 254 bp in length, and a total of 417 amino acids were encoded. The encoded protein has a relative molecular mass of 47,744. 11 and a theoretical isoelectric point pI of 7.28, which is a hydrophilic unstable protein with no signal peptide and localized to the nucleus with a total of 38 phosphorylation sites, and the secondary structure of the protein is dominated by irregular curls and α helixes. The expression level of CDK8 mRNA is the highest in furry tissue, followed by mesenchymal, then cartilage, and the lowest is in precartilage. CDK8 is an important part of the transcription machine the mediator transcriptional regulatory complex. In this study, the full-length coding sequence of red deer CDK8 was cloned for the first time, which can provide important reference data for us to understand the mechanism and function of CDK8 during antler regeneration. In order to delay the development of the insecticide resistance and screen the highly efficient mixtures against Spodoptera exigua (Hübner),the interaction assay and co-toxicity coefficient method were used to evaluate the synergistic effects of different mixtures on S. exigua, and the field efficacy trial was conducted to verify the synergistic mixtures. The results of initial screening by interaction assay and rescreening by co-toxicity coefficient method showed that the proportion of chlorfenapyr and beta-cypermethrin at 7 : 3-12 : 1 (mass ratio of active ingredients at 1.20 : 1.00-6.23 : 1.00) had the synergistic effect on S. exigua, and the proportion of 9 : 1 (mass ratio of active ingredients at 4.63 : 1.00) had the highest co-toxicity coefficient of 314.72, and the synergistic effect was the greatest. The three mixtures with the proportion of 7 : 3, 9 : 1 and 11 : 1 (mass ratio of active ingredients at 1.20 : 1.00, 4.63 : 1.00 and 5.71 : 1.00) were selected for the field efficacy test. Compared with the single insecticides, the control efficacies of these three mixtures were improved at middle dosage (75.0 g a.i./hm² ) and high dosage (100.5 g a.i./hm² ) on each day after treatment against S. exigua, and the highest control efficacy reached 93.58% on the third day after treatment. According to the above results, the mass ratio of active ingredients of chlorfenapyr and beta-cypermethrin at 1.20 : 1.00-6.23 : 1.00 had the synergistic effect on S. exigua, which could be used for the control of S. exigua in Wuhan, and the recommended dosage was 75.0-100.5 g a.i./hm². To solve the problems in preparation, storage and use security of traditional industrial gases with hydrogen and carbon monoxide used as anode fuels of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), the new types of anode fuels were explored to achieve low-carbon or even zero-carbon emissions of SOFC while maintaining battery performance. The current research on new anode fuels of SOFC was surveyed, and the basic principle of SOFC was summarized, while the influence of foreign and domestic energy structure was also clarified. The application of low-carbon/zero-carbon fuels in SOFC research was investigated, including methane and other low-carbon alkanes, ammonia, biomass fuels, carbon containing solid fuels, etc. The research of SOFC hybrid power system under low-carbon/zero-carbon fuel was generalized, and the development direction of SOFC was pointed out. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). METHODS: Retrieved from PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Data, VIP database, etc., randomized controlled trials about conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule for AECOPD were collected, and the references of included literature were manually searched for supplementary retrieval from the inception to Jun. 2021. After literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction of included studies, Meta-analysis was carried out by using RevMan 5. 3 software, and Stata 15. 1 software was used to evaluate publication bias. RESULTS: A total of 1 680 patients with AECOPD were enrolled in 17 studies. Meta-analysis results showed that conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule was better than conventional treatment in improving total response rate (RR = 1. 17,95%CI = 1. 12-1. 22,P<0. 000 01), forced expiratory volume at 1 second (FEV1) (MD =0. 38,95%CI =0. 26-0. 49,P<0. 000 01), the percentage of forced expiratory volume at 1 second in forced vital capacity (FEV1 / FVC) (MD = 11. 44,95%CI = 7. 67-15. 22,P <0. 000 01), and C-reactive protein (CRP) level (SMD =-0. 97,95%CI =-1. 36--0. 59,P<0. 000 01),with statistically significant difference; there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between two groups (RR =1. 33,95%CI =0. 85-2. 08,P =0. 21). Results of publication bias test and non-parametric trim and fill method showed bias in the outcome indexes of total effective rate, but the possible publication bias did not affect the results. CONCLUSIONS: Based on the existing evidence, Suhuang Zhike capsule has positive efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD, can improve the levels of lung function indicators (FEV1, FEV1 / FVC) and reduce the level of inflammation index (CRP), and shows good safety, but the above results still need to be reviewed with caution. - Abstract
Objectives To analyze the prevalence trend and epidemic characteristics of hypertension among primary and middle school students in Kunming, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and intervention strategies for hypertension among children and adolescents in Kunming. Methods A multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling was used to randomly select students aged 9 to 18 from 11 primary and secondary schools in 2 counties ( districts) of Kunming, Yunnan. A total of 12,026 people were surveyed. Results The detection rate of hypertension in primary and secondary school students of Kunming was 8.15% and the standardized detection rate was 7.85%. The hypertension of primary and middle school students was increasing year by year (P < 0.01). The prevalence of hypertension increased with age (P < 0.01); Boys were higher than girls (P < 0.01); The prevalence of hypertension in Han students increased faster than those of minority (P < 0.01). Urban students were higher than suburban/county students, but the elevated blood pressure level of the suburban/county students increased faster than the urban students (P < 0.01). Overweight (OR = 2.45) and obesity (OR = 4.78) were high-risk groups with hypertension (P < 0.05). Conclusions The problem of hypertension among primary and secondary school students in Kunming cannot be ignored, and the risk factors of hypertension should be explored as soon as possible. In order to reduce the occurrence of unhealthy behaviors in primary and secondary school students, so as to reduce the occurrence of chronic diseases such as adult hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke. 374. 土地利用变化对蓄满-超渗兼容模型参数的影响分析.

- Abstract
Based on the excess storage-excess infiltration simultaneous model, considering land use and cover changes ( LUCE) and com-bined with the situation of land use changes in the control basin of Jinghe Hydrological Station on the Fenhe River, the changes of related model parameters in the basin during the three study periods during 1966-2013 were analyzed to reveal the impact of land use changes on hydrological processes. The model test results show that the simulation accuracy of flood forecasting in the basin during 1966-1978 and 1979-1998 both reaches to the level of Grade B, but it does not reach to the level of Grade C during 1999-2013. The comparison results of land use changes and model parameter changes show that land use changes have greater influence to the model parameters. With the increase in the area of woodland and grassland in the basin, the area of cultivated land is decreased and the groundwater outflow capacity, infiltration ca-pacity, water storage capacity and evaporation capacity of the basin all have been improved. To compare the short-term efficacy of minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) in the treatment of single segment lumbar degenerative diseases. Clinical data of 72 patients with single segment lumbar degenerative disease admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected. According to surgical methods, they were divided into group A (n=36, TLIF treatment) and group B (n=36, MIS-TLIF treatment). The operation indexes (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, incision length) of the two groups were compared. The degree of pain and lumbar function in the two groups before operation, 1 month after operation and 6 month after operation were compared. The intervertebral fusion rate of the two groups was compared. Compared with group A, group B had longer operation time, shorter incision length, and less intraoperative blood loss (P<0.05). Compared with group A, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores in the group B at 1 month after operation and 6 months after operation were lower (P<0.05). Compared with group A, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores in the group B at 1 month after operation and 6 months after operation were higher (P<0. 05). The interbody fusion rate in group B was 97.22% (35/36) higher than 88.89% (32/36) in group A, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Compared with TLIF treatment, mis-tlif treatment of patients with single segment lumbar degenerative diseases has a longer operation time, but it is more obvious for the relief of pain and the improvement of lumbar function. he purpose of this study was to explore the eco-physiological effects of different exogenous melatonin concentrations on the Dalbergia odorifera seedlings under different temperatures. The effects of different exogenous melatonin concentrations(300, 500, 600, 700, 900, 1 200 μmol·L-1)on the eco-physiological traits in term of plant growth, photosynthesis, leaf pigment content, leaf water status, membrane system in D. odorifera seedlings under ambient temperature(28 ℃ day / 25 ℃ night)and low temperature(8 ℃ day /5 ℃ night)were studied. The optimum concentration of melatonin, which could promote the growth and development and enhance the low temperature tolerance, was screened out through the comprehensive evaluation of subordinate function analysis. The results were as follows:(1)Application of all exogenous melatonin concentrations could increase the growth and development of D. odorifera(morphology, stem height and plant height), the photosynthetic parameters(Pn, Gs, Ci, and Tr), the pigment contents(Total Chl, Chl a, Chl b, and Caro), and soluble protein content under ambient temperature.(2)Under low temperature stress, spraying different concentrations of melatonin solution could alleviate the negative impacts caused by low temperature on morphology, stem height increment and plant height increment, Pn, Ci, Tr, Chl, Chl a, Caro, dew point water potential(DWP)and relative conductivity, malonaldehyde and soluble protein contents.(3)The results of subordinate function analysis showed that 600-700 μmol·L-1 melatonin had the best effects on promoting growth and development and alleviating chilling damages. This study provides scientific guidance for coping with chilling stress on D. odorifera seedlings and popularizing its cultivation in low temperature regions of subtropical areas. - Abstract
The alkaline extraction method is adopted to selectively extraction the antimony from the tetrahedrite in the system of sodium sulfide and sodium hydroxide. Then, high temperature and pressure oxidation precipitation was used to generate sodium antimonate from alkaline extraction solution. And the effects of alkaline extraction process parameters on the antimony extraction rate and antimony precipitation process parameters on the precipitation rate of sodium antimonate were studied respectively. The results show that the best conditions of extraction antimony from tetrahedrite at high temperature and high pressure are: extraction temperature is 150 °C, extraction time is 6 h, liquid solid ratio is 6; 1, sodium sulfide concentration is 120 g/L, sodium hydroxide concentration is 80 g/L. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of antimony reaches more than 80 %, which is much higher than that of 45 % under low temperature and ordinary pressure. The optimum reaction conditions for preparing sodium antimonate by high temperature and high pressure oxidation of tetrahedrite leaching solution are as follows: reaction time 2 h, excess coefficient of sodium hydroxide 1.6, oxygen pressure 0. 8 MPa and temperature 150 °C. With these conditions, the antimony precipitation rate can reach more than 98%. The results show that the sodium antimonate prepared by this method meets the industrial needs in terms of product quality, particle size and morphology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to explore the effect of rice straw on the high and low temperature rheological properties of asphalt mortar, orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of different fiber content, length and powder rubber. The dynamic shear rheological test and bending beam rheological test were carried out to evaluate the effect of rice straw on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mortar. The influence of different factors on its performance changes was analyzed. The results show that each factor has different degrees of influence on the rheological properties of rice straw fiber asphalt mortar. Influence. The powder-to-rubber ratio plays a decisive role in its performance. The increase of the powder-to-rubber ratio significantly enhances the high temperature deformation resistance of the fiber asphalt mortar, but at the same time the stiffness The modulus rises sharply, and the crack resistance at low temperature drops sharply, so the powder-to-rubber ratio is recommended to be 1.0~1.2. The increase of fiber content and length makes the high temperature performance of the glue At present, there is a trend of strengthening first and then weakening. The fiber-asphalt mortar with a content of 4% and a length of 9 mm at -12 and -18 ℃ has the best low-temperature crack resistance. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy and safety of qi-tonifying and blood-invigorating method combined with western medicine conventional therapy in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of acute ischemic stroke. METHODS: Totally 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted into Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical from Dec. 2020 to Feb. 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group via SAS, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given western medicine for conventional therapy according to medical guidelines for diagnose and treatment, while the observation group was given prescription of qi-tonifying and blood-invigorating based on the control group. The clinical efficacy, related indicators and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 88. 00%(44/50), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72. 00%, 36/50), with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). The NIHSS score, serum total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, whole blood medium-shear viscosity, whole blood high-shear viscosity, C-reactive protein, homocysteine levels of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment; and the above indicators of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P <0. 05). The high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those of before treatment, the plasma thrombin time, plasma prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time of both groups had been significantly prolonged after treatment, the above indicators of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P < 0. 05 ). No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical efficacy of qi-tonifying and blood-invigorating method combined with western medicine conventional therapy in the treatment of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type of acute ischemic stroke is remarkable, which can promote the recovery of neurological function, regulate lipid metabolism, improve coagulation function and blood flow, reduce C-reactive protein and homocysteine levels, with good safety and efficiency.
