The silo has the advantages of small area, good sealing conditions, low circulation costs, low cost and etc. It is currently the leading warehouse type of grain storage in China. Most silos still use gravity-based discharging methods, however, arches often form during silo discharging, it causes the pressure that should have been taken from the bottom of the warehouse to the wall of the warehouse. As a result, cracks may form in the silo walls causing serious damage. In addition, when there are workers above the grain surface or when the arch is manually broken, the collapse of the arch will not only result in personal injury or death of the grain surface staff, but also may damage the warehouse structure and facilities in the warehouse. In recent years, with the development of building technology, the silo volume has been continuously increasing, the diameter and height of the silo have also become larger and larger, and the related accidents caused by unloading and arching silos have also become more frequent Silo arch accidents in Daqing 2013, Lanxi 2015, in Heilongjiang province, and in Jing County in 2016 in Anhui province, for example, have resulted in the destruction of some silo facilities and casualties. Existing studies have shown that silo unloading and arching are closely related to the internal and external friction of grain. However, in those studies, a single circular particle is used in the current discrete element simulation. The real contact area of simulated grain is much smaller. As such, the simulation cannot objectively reflect the grain of the unloading process. The frictional situation is also more difficult to restore the mesoscopic dynamic process of unloading grain arching. In this paper, based on the existing PFC3D discrete element program, the micro particle simulation dust with larger viscosity coefficient was added to create an improved particle for the defect that the internal friction force of the circular particle in the discrete element simulation was smaller than that in the real grain. We used geometric methods in the structural mechanics model to determine the contact between the circular particles and derives the force-displacement relationship between the basic units. Based on typical accident cases and laboratory test results, the established particle structure mechanics model was used to simulate the force-displacement relationship between circular large particles and between small round particles and walls in the dynamic process of unloading grain and arching. The displacement map of shear stress and its stress characteristic curve were basically consistent with the experimental results. By using this model, the dynamic meso-mechanism of unloading and arching silos can be objectively reflected. The improved particle structure mechanics model proposed in this paper can not only be used to simulate the unloading and arching mechanism simulation, but also has certain reference value for the simulation of the characteristics of loose particles flow and the mechanism of the interaction between the bulk and the silo wall. Graphene is an ideal electrode material for supercapacitor due to its good electrical conductivity,large specific surface area, high mass and area specific capacity. However, in practical applications, graphene sheets are highly prone to agglomerate, which significantly reduces their electrochemical storage properties. The assembly of two-dimensional monoa-tomic graphene into a three-dimensional macrostructure is one of the best ways to obtain practical applications of graphene. While carbon materials can merely provide double-layer capacitors, and the specific capacity and energy density are still limited,it is a reasonable choice to introduce other materials to construct three-dimensional graphene-based composite materials. This paper mainly introduces different methods for preparing three-dimensional graphene-based composite materials, including three-dimensional graphene materials, three-dimensional graphene-carbon nanotuhe materials, three-dimensional graphene-metal oxide materials and three-dimensional graphene-conductive polymer materials. - Abstract
Endometrial polyps (EP) are a common cause of reduced fertility in women and an independent factor affecting embryo implantation via artificial assisted techniques. Excessive exposure to estrogen, chronic inflammatory stimuli, or cell proliferation/apoptosis imbalance may be associated with its pathogenesis. The mechanism by which EP causes infertility is still unclear, and may be related to the formation of mechanical interference in the implantation of embryos in the uterine cavity and the alteration of the microenvironment of the endometrium. The probability of malignancy is very low. In most cases, EP with diameter <1 cm has the possibility of self-resolving, and you can choose expectant treatment. For infertile women, the choice of transcervical resection of polyp (TCRP) can improve the natural pregnancy rate and assisted reproductive success rate of infertile patients. There is currently no specific treatment regimen recommended for EP patients newly diagnosed during controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). Schima superba is a dominant species in the lower subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest community at Dinghushan. In order to understand the construction mechanism of lower subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest community, we have established a 20 hm2 forest biodiversity monitoring plot at Dinghushan National Nature Reserve. The data presented in this paper are based on four field investigations of all S. superba individuals from 2005 to 2017. We further analyzed the distribution characteristics of its death rate according to diameter class and habitat type. The results were as follows:(1)The number of S. superba individuals was largely reduced from 2005 to 2017.(2)Mortality rate and growth rate of S. superba showed different patterns depending on diameter class. The relative growth rate of the individuals of 1-10 cm DBH was high and rapidly decreased, while the mortality rate increased and maintained at a high level. With the increase of DBH class, the relative growth rate of the individuals of 10-50 cm DBH rose and decelerated, and then decreased, while the mortality rate decreased. The mortality rate of those individuals above 50 cm DBH was large while the growth rate was little.(3)The mortality rate of the individuals in each habitat in 2010 was not apparently different. However, in 2015, the mortality rate of individuals in high-altitude habitats(high slopes, ridges, and valleys)was greater than those in low-altitude habitats(low slopes and valleys), while those in low-altitude habitats in 2017 were higher than those in the high-altitude habitats.(4)The mortality rate was significantly positively correlated with soil pH and negatively correlated with soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium, and available nitrogen content. Among abnormal uterine structure diseases, the prevalence of adenomyosis is higher in childbearing age women. With the improvement of medical image technique and treatment, more and more findings show that adenomyosis may affect the fertility of childbearing age women. Currently, the mechanism of adenomyosis resulting in infertility is unclear, abnormal receptivity of the endometrial, abnormal structures of the uterine junctional zone, and dysfunction of immune in uterine can cause the infertility in these patients. The main treatment options are drug therapy, assisted reproductive technology (ART), and surgical resection of adenomyosis for women with fertility inspiration. The gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs has a positive effect on reproduction function, while ART can improve the pregnancy outcome in infertile women with adenomyosis, both have important value in the treatment of infertility in women with adenomyosis. This article reviews the mechanisms, pregnancy outcomes and therapeutic strategies of infertility in women with adenomyosis to investigate the associations between adenomyosis and infertility. By using this model, the dynamic meso-mechanism of unloading and arching silos can be objectively reflected. The improved particle structure mechanics model proposed in this paper can not only be used to simulate the unloading and arching mechanism simulation, but also has certain reference value for the simulation of the characteristics of loose particles flow and the mechanism of the interaction between the bulk and the silo wall. - Abstract
A novel analysis method of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) was proposed, which combined the voxel-based analysis (VBA) with the white matter parcellation mapping (WMPM). Using this method, the locations and severities of white matter lesions of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients have been clarified. The voxels with significant difference of the fractional anisotropy (FA) and the mean diffusivity (MD) between MS patients and healthy controls (HC) are identified by VBA, and the distributions of these voxels in different white matter parcellations can be determined. It is shown that FA in MS group is significantly lower in 11 parcellations, mainly located at body and splenium of corpus callosum and both sides of corona radiate top. On the contrary, the higher MD is found in 22 parcellations including body and splenium of corpus callosum and posterior limb of right internal capsule. Therefore, the quantitative analysis of DTI through the proposed method provides effective references for the diagnosis and treatment of MS patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Network steganalysis is an important technical to support network security. Compared with thetraditional network steganography,the model-based steganography had higher concealment and it was the research hotspot in recent years, it brought great challenges to steganalysis. Recently,researchers had proposed a method of network steganography which based on time characteristic of Skype traffic. The metliod had received great attention since it was proposed,and there was no effective detection metliod now. First the experimental results showed this new method could resist the algorithm based on information entropy,then five typical characteristics of time series of network flow were extracted. The characteristics included Markov shift matrix,information entropy,mean-variance ratio,discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficients and s-similarity. Finally, the analysis results were given by back propagation ( BP) neural network. The experimental results show that detection rate is 99%,and false positives less than 3%. Three main purposes of the controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) in assisted reproductive technology (ART) were: to inhibit pituitary activity, to stimulate follicular growth and to induce ovulation. gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist (GnRHA) as a competitor of traditional GnRH agonist (GnRHa) inhibits the luteinizing hormone (LH) peak more rapidly, and GnRHA has no GnRHa-related "sudden action" and longterm effect of pituitary down-regulation. In the cycles with GnRHA, the dosage of gonadotropin (Gn) is reduced, the treatment time shorten, and the occurrence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) reduced more effectively. In recent years, GnRHA has been widely used in the controlled superovulation (COH) for various types of infertility patients, especially for those specific infertile patients (ovarian low responders, high responders). However, it is necessary to explore whether the new GnRHA protocol can replace the traditional GnRHa long-term protocol, or whether GnRHA protocol can be used as a routine COH protocol. 292. 5 196例健康体检者甲状腺良恶性结节 筛查结果分析.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer in physical examination population in Tianjin, and report the outcome of ultrasonography in detection of thyroid nodules. Methods Enrolled all of physical examination population in our hospital from Jan 1, 2014 to Dec 31, 2014 as our study subjects then the thyroid gland lesions were screened by ultrasound diagnostic technique. The risk assessment of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was assessed by ultrasonography and thyroid imaging reporting and data system (TI-RADS), and the individuals were followed up for 1 year. Results Among the 5 196 cases, the patients with thyroid nodules was 2 068 cases (39.80%). The thyroid nodules was 35.04% in male and 44.78% in female subjects, lower in females than in male cases (P<0.001). 18 cases of thyroid cancer patients were detected (0.35%). The thyroid cancer rate were 0.34% and 0.36% in male and female respectively (P>0.05). Thyroid nodules increased with age, but the thyroid cancer patients were mainly concentrated in the 30 to 39 years old group and 50 to 59 years old group. All of the thyroid cancer patients underwent surgical treatment, better differentiation thyroid papillary carcinoma (17 cases) in major, most were early stage cancer and micro-cancer, possessing relatively low risk of recurrence. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonography and TI-RADS diagnosis of thyroid cancer was 72.22%, 98.94% and 98.85%. Conclusions The detection rate of thyroid nodules in our population is close to 40%, and there are differences between sexes and ages. Ultrasonography and TI-RADS association is an efficient method to detect the nodules in thyroid. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Step recovery diode (SRD) is the kernel of ultra-wideband (UWB) fuze generating a narrow pulse signal, and the parameters of SRD can affect the amplitude and width of narrow pulse signal. A SRD model is established based on the semiconductor device theory and SRD operating states, and the effects of SRD parameters on forward bias admittance and reverse bias barrier capacitance are studied. According to narrow pulse generating equivalent circuit, a circuit transient analysis method is used to solve the expression of narrow pulse amplitude and width. The relationships among SRD minority carrier lifetime, reverse saturation current, bias junction capacitance, doping distribution coefficient, narrow pulse amplitude and pulse width are studied through simulation. The simulated results show that the amplitude and pulse width of narrow pulse can be adjusted by changing SRD parameters.
