The study examines the design of an information and educational System for quality education management. The requirements for the information environment of universities are formulated. The delineation of distinct stages in the technological process for shaping the values of information objects is outlined, achieved through the execution of information procedures. These procedures generate a technologically comprehensive product applicable within the university context. A set of heterogeneous systems for automating university activities makes obtaining integral characteristics based on information from different sources difficult. The research suggests an approach that allows you to get rid of the disadvantage. The introduction of an integrated information environment has been reviewed. To implement the information system "quality Management of Higher and Postgraduate Education," a conceptual model of the system architecture and a logical structure was developed. Although there have been reviews of research in cybersecurity, there has yet to be an identification of the information systems approach used. This study aims to identify the trends in the information systems approach used in cybersecurity. The research is designed as a systematic literature review (SLR) with grouping based on cybersecurity functions and information systems aspects. SLR process gained 23 papers from 2017 until 2023. As a result of extraction, an information system approach can be used to detect, deter, protect, and identify cybersecurity threats. User acceptance has been considered a crucial issue that should be present and understand before implementing any software product. Electronic personalized health records (e-PHR) has been developed and implemented in many countries around the worlds. However, it is essential to understand the existing factors that influence them to accept or reject this technology. While describing the user acceptance of any technology is always related to the current information system (IS), literature to measure the acceptance level simultaneously determine whether the technology will be accepted. This study presents the existing and current factors that influence user acceptance of e-PHR in various country. A comprehensive literature review has been performed to obtain the factors with the user acceptance theory (UAT) implemented from the existing studies. The systematic searching of all articles related to the literature review and evaluation of user acceptance towards ePHR has been done through several keywords utilizing in the main database ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, Web of Science, and other scholar articles several years. This study presents the existing and current factors that influence user acceptance of e-PHR in various country. Based on the searching result, around 144 articles related to this literature have been found. However, it is approximately 50 articles been filtered out with exclusion criteria to the related literature for this study. From this 50, it is 18 articles been selected after exclusion criteria that closest to the related literature for this study have been shown in Table 2. As a result, there are 55 factors that has been found which specifically related to e-PHR user acceptance. Several factors have been found from the existing studies that influence the user to accept or reject this technology from patients, physicians, and organization perspectives. The purpose of this study is to identify the causes that affecting Bank Jago Usage. Starting from a Conventional Bank (Head Quarter) in Bandung in 2019 and now in 2023, Bank Jago already has moved to Jakarta as a Digital Bank, with more than 5 million users. Yet the users still found some weaknesses while using the Bank Jago Application on transferring money, using the features, and making an account. Spreading questionnaires was conducted to Bank Jago Application users, who live in Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi). 136 People was filled the questionnaire as voluntary. Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Self-Service Technology (SST) research model was used in this study. There are many applications of anomaly detection in the Internet of Things domain. IoT technology consists of a large number of interconnecting digital devices not only generating huge data continuously but also making real-time computations. Since IoT devices are highly exposed due to the Internet, they frequently meet with the challenges of illegitimate access in the form of intrusions, anomalies, fraud, etc. Identifying these illegitimate accesses can be an exciting research problem. In numerous applications, either fuzzy clustering or rough set theory or both have been successfully employed. As the data generated in IoT domains are high-dimensional, the clustering methods used for lower-dimensional data cannot be efficiently applied. Also, very few methods were proposed for such applications until today with limited efficacies. So, there is a need to address the problem. In this article, mixed approaches consisting of nano topology and fuzzy clustering techniques have been proposed for anomaly detection in the IoT domain. The methods first use nano topology of rough set theory to generate CORE as a subspace and then employ a couple of well-known fuzzy clustering techniques on it for the detection of anomalies. As the anomalies are detected in the lower dimensional space, and fuzzy clustering algorithms are involved in the methods, the performances of the proposed approaches improve comparatively. The effectiveness of the methods is evaluated using time-complexity analysis and experimental studies with a synthetic dataset and a real-life dataset. Experimentally, it has been found that the proposed approaches outperform the traditional fuzzy clustering algorithms in terms of detection rates, accuracy rates, false alarm rates and computation times. Furthermore, nano topological and common Mahalanobis distance-based fuzzy c-means algorithm (NT-CM-FCM) is the best among all traditional or nano topology-based algorithms, as it has accuracy rates of 84.02% and 83.21%, detection rates of 80.54% and 75.37%, and false alarm rates of 7.89% and 9.09% with the KDDCup'99 dataset and Kitsune Network Attack Dataset, respectively. This study primarily aims to develop an algorithmic framework for constructing an information system dedicated to ensuring sustainable development and national security. The unique functionalities of this framework are manifested through the deployment of functional blocks, which, when represented with appropriate vectors and arrows, can facilitate superior organization and visualization of information. The scope of investigation is confined to the national information security system of a specific country. The primary scientific task undertaken in this study involves the modeling of an algorithm for constructing an information system that can ensure sustainable development and security. To accomplish this, the cutting-edge graphical modeling language of the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) standard is employed. The outcome of this study is a model that outlines the construction of an algorithm for the formation of an information system geared towards sustainable development and security. The novelty of this study lies in the methodological approach taken to develop the algorithm, which introduces a fresh perspective to addressing the issues at hand. The innovative aspect of this study is revealed in the modeled process of forming an information security system. The object of research is processes of information and technological planning of tourist trips. The article analyzes the processes of information technology planning of tourist trips and develops an information system for personalized planning of tourist routes using graph theory. The paper describes in detail a new approach to the formation of optimal routes based on graph models and the analysis of personal preferences of users. The developed information system uses graph theory to represent and optimize tourist routes, taking into account various criteria such as distance, travel time, and individual user preferences. Algorithms for calculating optimal routes are designed to improve the quality of recommendations and provide a high level of personalization. The functionality of the information system for planning tourist routes is based on the use of a number of innovative approaches and technologies that make the system more efficient, accurate and attractive to users. This takes into account the need to use modern route optimization algorithms. Algorithms have been developed to optimize tourist routes based on various criteria, such as cost, time, personal preferences, and environmental aspects. The introduction of intelligent analytical tools for predicting tourist trends helps to determine the popularity of places and other factors that influence the choice of routes. For the audio support of the excursion route, an algorithm for generating multimedia information content that is relevant to an individual personalized excursion route and its duration is used. The authors formulate the requirements and analyze the functionality of the information system for personalized planning of tourist routes, since a personalized approach and the use of graph models facilitate route planning that takes into account various aspects, including user-friendliness, accuracy of recommendations, system flexibility and security. Today, there are a variety of technology solutions for creating chatbots, including universal platforms such as Google's Dialogflow, Microsoft's Azure Bot Service, and IBM's Watson Assistant, as well as chatbot builders such as ActiveChat, SendPulse, and BotPress. The disadvantage of the considered platforms and designers is the limitation of the free plan. This study considered the development and integration of an informative chatbot into the department's website in order to create a virtual assistant for potential applicants and applicants. The relevance of the study is due to the modern conditions of admission, limited opportunities to conduct career guidance events in connection with the consequences of the COVID 19 pandemic and the war on the territory of Ukraine. The object of research is a system of informing website users using natural language. A software product has been developed, which is an information system for applicants. The dynamic JavaScript programming language combined with the Node. js code execution environment and the Telegraf library was chosen to create the chatbot. The Heroku cloud platform with an integrated Heroku PostgreSQL database became the server for the operation of the chatbot. The system is implemented using the @BotFather Telegram service, which makes it possible to integrate it into any web resource. The stages of chatbot development are highlighted with examples of information, linguistic, and technical support. An analysis of the compliance of the developed chatbot with regard to the criteria of informativeness, multimodality, emotionality, productivity, and interactivity was carried out. The structure of the information content of the chatbot, which includes a set of modules, has been developed. A test version of the chatbot has been designed, tested, and integrated into the website of the Department of Applied Linguistics, which will continue to be tested and improved in 2023–2024. Practical significance: the structure of information content and the method of developing a chatbot could be used to develop authentic systems for informing applicants in institutions of higher education. CEATECSOFT E.I.R.L. faces a challenge that requires an evaluation. Through the analysis of stakeholders in the organisation, a decrease in economic profitability has been detected. This situation is linked to several factors, such as labour costs and overtime for technical staff, licence invoicing and expenses associated with desktop system upgrades. The objective of this research was to determine to what extent the implementation of multi-tenant architecture in software as a service (SaaS) increases its usability in MSEs in the commerce sector of North Eastern Peru. For this purpose, pre-experimental research was carried out with a sample of 32 MSEs to whom a questionnaire was applied to measure the degree of usability of the software put into production. On average, 92 % of the respondents recognised improvements in the proposed solution, which significantly differs between the pre-and post-test. In conclusion, the software as a service (SaaS) developed under the multi-tenant architecture has increased the implemented system's usability, generating significant profitability benefits for the CEATECSOFT E.I.R.L. company. Firstly, technical staff costs have been reduced by eliminating the need to manage multiple versions and minimising the costs associated with technical visits to customers, and the costs associated with registering new customers. Purpose: Human Capital Management Information System (HCMIS) performance in Tanzanian Local Government Authorities (LGAs) is investigated in this study, with a focus on the effect of user competency. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used an explanatory cross-sectional methodology. Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Morogoro, Iringa, and Kagera were the six regions of Tanzania that were included in the study, which included 37 LGAs. A total of 201 Human Resource Officers (HROs) were randomly chosen from each of the sampled districts to fill out a questionnaire that provided the bulk of the study's data. Six (6) HRO "approvers" and two (2) directors from the Human Capital Division were among the eight (8) key informants who were in-depth interviewed. Ordered logistic regression and content analysis were used to analyse the data. Findings: The study found that 21% of the HROs had sufficient IT skills, 52% claimed to have a deep understanding of HR, and 56% had 4-7 years of experience. System users' abilities, including their degree of IT skills, commitment, and experience, significantly affect HCMIS performance in terms of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of information, according to the results of the ordered logistic model. Practical Implications: The study underscores the need for comprehensive and ongoing training programs to improve user competency. By regularly updating the knowledge and skills of employees, LGAs can ensure more efficient and effective use of the HCMIS. Social Implications: Individuals can be empowered to take charge of their professional development, leading to increased job satisfaction, employee motivation, improved HCMIS competencies, and, in turn, fostering diversity and inclusion. Originality and Value: The paper identified, cognitive abilities, and behavioural competencies, tailored to the needs and realities of Tanzanian organisations. This holistic approach to assessing competencies is relatively novel and adds depth to understanding how different aspects of user capabilities contribute to system performance. The significance of Technological and Vocational Education (TVE) lies in producing professionals with competencies that are required to support the academic community. The aim of this study was to build an Information System of Laboratory (ISLab) that would improve the performance of the technical and vocational educational laboratory. The proposed information system was built based on multimedia featuring text, graphics, 3D images, grassroots access, and top-down reviews. The study used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique, and the data was analyzed using descriptive, gain-score, and inferential factorial design. The study findings proved that ISLab operated in accordance with laboratory standards and achieved a performance of 90.3% according to user needs. Furthermore, laboratory management using ISLab was found more effective than conventional management system, and the proposed method of management enabled interaction with user groups that led to an increase in performance of laboratory staff and lecturers. Google Knowledge Panels are information boxes in Google that display summarized information regarding a made search request in the search results, using information from the Google Knowledge Graph. This feature is usually displayed for questions or searches for entities and is intended to allow users to find relevant information more easily and quickly. What are the different types of Google Knowledge Panels? How is this function and its content perceived by users? In this study, the Google Knowledge Panel is evaluated in terms of system quality and content quality from the user's perspective. The Information Service Evaluation (ISE) model was adapted to match the Google Knowledge Panel and serves as a theoretical basis for the development of a survey. Results of the survey with 133 participants show that the users' expectations for an optimal information field within an information retrieval system mostly coincide with the experiences made regarding the Google Knowledge Panel. The Google Knowledge Panel does not meet the expectations of users for the following aspects: credibility, trust, timeliness, and objectivity. Further research is needed to find appropriate reasoning for the experienced differences and to make suitable suggestions to adapt the Google Knowledge Panel to the users' needs. Resident information and feedback system for construction sites In terms of the growing world population and the increasing degree of urbanization, many building construction sites in urban areas are to be expected in the future. Due to their impact on the surrounding area, construction sites are primarily perceived as a nuisance by the public and the surrounding neighborhood. This can negatively impact the acceptance of construction projects and affect internal construction site operations. To address these challenges, a digital resident information and feedback system for construction sites was developed as part of a research study. The usage requirements and perspectives "construction management", "project development", "project management", "construction communication" and "neighborhoods" were empirically investigated and transferred into a participatory software concept. This article examines the challenges and potentials, presents a design variation for a digital system, and provides recommendations for action for the successful use of participation tools on construction sites. A model of an information system describes its processes and how resources are involved in these processes to manipulate data objects. This paper presents an extension to the Petri nets formalism suitable for describing information systems in which states refer to object instances of predefined types and resources are identified as instances of special object types. Several correctness criteria for resource- and object-aware information systems models are proposed, supplemented with discussions on their decidability for interesting classes of systems. Background: The National Health Service (NHS) Talking Therapies program treats people with common mental health problems in England according to "stepped care," in which lower-intensity interventions are offered in the first instance, where clinically appropriate. Limited resources and pressure to achieve service standards mean that program providers are exploring all opportunities to evaluate and improve the flow of patients through their service. Existing research has found variation in clinical performance and stepped care implementation across sites and has identified associations between service delivery and patient outcomes. Process mining offers a data-driven approach to analyzing and evaluating health care processes and systems, enabling comparison of presumed models of service delivery and their actual implementation in practice. The value and utility of applying process mining to NHS Talking Therapies data for the analysis of care pathways have not been studied. Objective: A better understanding of systems of service delivery will support improvements and planned program expansion. Therefore, this study aims to demonstrate the value and utility of applying process mining to NHS Talking Therapies care pathways using electronic health records. Methods: Routine collection of a wide variety of data regarding activity and patient outcomes underpins the Talking Therapies program. In our study, anonymized individual patient referral records from two sites over a 2-year period were analyzed using process mining to visualize the care pathway process by mapping the care pathway and identifying common pathway routes. Results: Process mining enabled the identification and visualization of patient flows directly from routinely collected data. These visualizations illustrated waiting periods and identified potential bottlenecks, such as the wait for higher-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) at site 1. Furthermore, we observed that patients discharged from treatment waiting lists appeared to experience longer wait durations than those who started treatment. Process mining allowed analysis of treatment pathways, showing that patients commonly experienced treatment routes that involved either low- or high-intensity interventions alone. Of the most common routes, >5 times as many patients experienced direct access to high-intensity treatment rather than stepped care. Overall, 3.32% (site 1: 1507/45,401) and 4.19% (site 2: 527/12,590) of all patients experienced stepped care. Conclusions: Our findings demonstrate how process mining can be applied to Talking Therapies care pathways to evaluate pathway performance, explore relationships among performance issues, and highlight systemic issues, such as stepped care being relatively uncommon within a stepped care system. Integration of process mining capability into routine monitoring will enable NHS Talking Therapies service stakeholders to explore such issues from a process perspective. These insights will provide value to services by identifying areas for service improvement, providing evidence for capacity planning decisions, and facilitating better quality analysis into how health systems can affect patient outcomes. Mobility, sensing capabilities, and interaction with the environment are crucial considerations for effective scheduling algorithms. Real-time data acquisition through AMR-mounted sensors informs scheduling algorithms, emphasizing the importance of accurate information. Data storage's pivotal role in maintaining efficiency is highlighted, stressing quick retrieval for rapid decision-making. The study examines central processing units (CPU) and arithmetic logic units (ALU) roles in processing scheduling algorithms, emphasizing the need for computational power. Communication processes, network communication, and data transmission reliability are paramount for coordinating multiple AMRs. In developing markets, obtaining comparable evidence for real estate valuations is often challenging. Land Value Information Systems that aim to gather, store, handle, retrieve, and perform land-related data for lawful, organizational, and institutional decision-making processes, have been used in developed countries to address this issue. However, Sri Lanka lacks a comprehensive land value information system. Thus, this study aimed to examine the factors that contribute land value information systems to become a potential solution in addressing lack of property transaction data, focusing on the perception of property valuers in Sri Lanka. A structured questionnaire, unstructured interviews and discussions were used with 30 professional real estate valuers in both qualitative and quantitative methods, revealing a positive attitude towards adopting the system. The advantages of such systems were aligned with time saving, accessibility to up-to-date data, convenience, etc., while concerns included disrupting the valuation industry's monopoly and information security challenges. The contributing factors were identified under three main categories, technological factors, organizational factors and people factors. Study findings revealed that technological factors were ranked high as most impactful for the successfulness of a land value information system. While technological and organisational factors were deemed achievable during implementation, the study suggests additional efforts, such as establishing a help desk, conducting training programmes to address people-related factors. Since authentication and security of the Information System are still not completely secure and is a matter of concern, we are able to implement a real time eyetracing along with the facial feature recognition using Morse Code based secured authentication system to enhance the Security aspects of the Information Systems. With the rapid development of technology, institutes are now managing police records by using digital systems. These systems collect data from numerous individuals and create big-data repositories. However, the risks associated with data tampering or leakage highlight the need for strong management strategies. Existing electronic archives have experienced data loss, tampering, and unauthorized disclosure, emphasizing the urgency of reforming police data management practices. Blockchain technology offers promising solutions for securing employer information owing to its traceability and resistance to tampering. However, the application of blockchain technology in police data management poses challenges. The limitations of blockchain in storage capacity and processing speed hinder the handling of vast datasets. We propose a police–data management system that utilizes blockchain technology. Our innovative approach integrates both on-chain and off-chain storage mechanisms, effectively eliminating concerns related to data security and insufficient storage capacity. We created a prototype system to validate the feasibility of using a blockchain for managing information. With this system, users can easily perform operations, such as data queries, additions, modifications, and data tracking. We are also exploring the synergies between blockchain and big data and envision a powerful combination of technologies that can further improve the security and efficiency of police data management. The proposed system represents a strategic response to the challenges of contemporary data management. By innovatively combining the blockchain's strength with a nuanced storage model, we formulated a robust system to transform police information management and security. We have compared our proposed framework with different schemes that demonstrate that our scheme is highly secure to deal with different attacks that can be deployed in different environments. The COVID-19 global pandemic quickly shifted in-person education systems to online learning environments due to the enforcement of public isolation and social distancing. Decision makers applied various measures to maintain the education process and performance of students. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), the Ministry of Education (MoE) stated that all educational institutions must ensure the maintenance of students’ grade point averages (GPAs) during pandemic semesters, requiring they do not fall below their cumulative GPA from the previous semester. In turn, each university had to identify and apply an appropriate approach to solve this dilemma. Ultimately, the revolved, involved, and evolved approaches were implemented. This study examines the three approaches via real data from the student information system (SIS) at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (around 111,000 grades for approximately 20,000 students). The results were evaluated and compared in terms of effectiveness, precision, impact, and efficiency. This study explicitly demonstrates significant evidence in favor of the revolved approach as the most significant for maintaining student GPAs with minor grade inflation (2%+). This approach can, therefore, be adopted by SIS during other exceptional circumstances. It is generally perceived that the effective implementation of an adequate internal control system prevents and controls an entity's risks and improves its procedures and performance. This study empirically investigates the relationship between the internal control system and firms' performance, with particular emphasis on the moderation role of an integrated information system. For this purpose, a survey was developed and sent to 215 Saudi firms that had implemented an integrated information system. A hundred and two valid responses were received. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was utilized for the data analysis and hypothesis testing. The findings confirmed that organizational structure, prospectors' strategy, information system quality, and management support significantly influence the internal control system for the study sample. The finding also supports the role of an information system as a moderator variable in the relationship between internal control and organizational performance. The Faculty of Engineering, Manado State University is an educational institution that has implemented an Information System as one of the conveniences in the student administration process starting from information on course grades received in each semester, grade point average, to filling out the Semester Plan. The use of this information system also requires both positive and negative responses. TAM is a model that is often used to measure user acceptance. With the TAM theory, it can be seen the response from users of the information system. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Intention are the main variables that influence User Acceptance of the information system. So, based on the analysis using TAM it can be concluded that the TAM variables are able to be a determining factor in the level of user acceptance of information systems at the Faculty of Engineering, Manado State University. Artificial intelligence presents different approaches, one of these is the use of neural network algorithms, a particular context is the farming sector and these algorithms support the detection of diseases in flowers, this work presents a system to detect downy mildew disease in roses through the analysis of images through neural networks and the correlation of environmental variables through an experiment in a controlled environment, for which an IoT platform was developed that integrated an artificial intelligence module. In this paper a decision tree-based data mining procedure for information systems is proposed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data mining. An enhanced C4.5 decision tree method based on cosine similarity is suggested to evaluate the information gain rate of characteristics and the information entropy of their values. When the information entropy variance among any two values for attributes is within the threshold range, the cosine similarity of the merging attribute values is determined, and the information gain rate of the attributes is recalculated. Large-scale data sets that conventional data processing methods are unable to handle successfully have given rise to the area of data mining. The prime objective is to look into how data mining technology is used in computer management information systems. The benefits of data mining technologies in computer management information systems are examined from a variety of angles in this study. In order to analyze and comprehend huge data sets and to derive knowledge that can be utilized to enhance the decision-making process in computer management information systems, the suggested solution makes use of a number of data mining techniques, including Clustering, Classification, and Association Rule Mining. The experimental analysis indicates that the time required by the proposed method to construct a decision tree is less than the time required by the GBDT, P-GBDT method and the C5.0 decision tree Hyperion image forest type fine classification method. The minimum time is not more than 15 seconds when compared with the minimum time saving of the other two methods. The time required by the C5.0 decision tree Hyperion image forest type fine classification method is always the greatest in comparison with the minimum time saving of the C5.0 decision tree. The classification accuracy of the proposed method for various datasets exceeds 95 percent, and the data mining efficacy is high. It is apparent that the logistics process can reduce cost in order to have an efficient profit, efficient suitable and efficient economical way to run a sustainable business. This research aimed to study the effect of characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) on the reduction of operating costs to get the most benefit and most suitable and the most economical way to run a sustainable business. A case study of logistics of small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurs in Pathum Thani Province by using questionnaires to collect 400 sets of data. The results of the study showed that the purchase order and the information system affected the reduction of operating costs. Participants responded the different registered capital of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have differences in managing cost systems, and the business uses information systems in the flow of information through electronic processes that are ordered by customers systematically with statistical significance at the level of 0.05. In the pursuit of strategic and economic goals, risk management has become indispensable for organizations. Information technologies hold a central position in organizational operations, necessitating adaptable information systems that can effectively navigate associated risks. While numerous standards and frameworks are dedicated to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Information Technology Risk Management (ITRM) is addressed less frequently. Within this domain, COBIT 5 emerges as a notable guide, offering audit and governance principles tailored to ITRM. Nevertheless, COBIT 5, alongside other benchmarks, is observed to lack comprehensive, structured guidelines that support an integrated approach. This paper introduces a proposed roadmap and its supporting information system, drawing upon the foundations laid by ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and COBIT 5. The roadmap is designed to address the dearth of detailed frameworks in ITRM, presenting a holistic strategy that elucidates and simplifies the sequential steps and expected deliverables. The principal aim is to provide a structured methodology for the implementation of ITRM in organizations. Looking to the future, the potential application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to further automate and refine this approach represents an intriguing avenue for research and development. The implementation of electronic health (e-Health) in healthcare organizations consistently encounters numerous challenges. These barriers hinder the widespread adoption of this promising technology within healthcare settings. This study addresses the challenges of implementing e-Health across various hospitals and also aims to evaluate the maturity of hospital information systems (HIS) in Iranian hospitals based on the electronic medical record adoption model (EMRAM). Through two rounds of literature review and case studies, a comprehensive understanding of these previously unexplored issues has been developed. The findings identify 13 social and technical challenges, including the lack of standard applications, high costs associated with e-Health and training, legal issues, security concerns, inconsistencies and diversities in perceived e-Health benefits and barriers, lack of proficiency, and difficulties healthcare professionals face in integrating e-Health into their daily tasks. There are also negative perceptions among physicians and patients regarding the use of e-Health software, the lengthy implementation times for HIS systems, technical difficulties due to platform diversity, resistance to change, and the limited use of pilot projects, particularly in Iran. Moreover, the maturity of hospital cases in Iran is at 3 stages, in contrast to the 7 stages of EMRAM. These results underscore the need to develop an effective strategy to address the challenges identified in this research. Additionally, a specific program should be implemented for developers to enhance the maturity of HISs and advance them to higher stages of EMRAM.

Context and background Tanzania have gone through various Land information systems such as Ministry of Land Information System (MOLIS) but these systems were not effective due to lack of integration. In 2018 the country adopted the integrated land information system. Despite the adoption of a computerized system in Tanzania, the citizens as well as users are still facing several challenges which have facilitated the undertaking of this study. Goal and objectives Therefore, this study intends to study the system user’s perception over the usage of ILMIS. Methodology Quantitative research methods were adopted whereby the total of 150 questionnaires were prepared and distributed but only 120 questionnaires were valid for the descriptive and regression analysis. Results The study revealed that, easy access of information through the use of the system has high relative importance index of 0.925 compared to other benefits of the system. The overall titling cost incurred with the use of ILMIS is very low as compared to other previous systems; 60.83% of land holders in Kinondoni municipality are aware that the new land integrated system does exist whereby 39.17% are not aware of ILMIS existence. More than 50% of respondents were very satisfied with the land registration services provided with the new system. Generally, with the integrated LIS cost, time, satisfaction as well as service quality is seen to be different from that of non-integrated LIS whereby with integrated LIS cost and time is seen to be low with high satisfaction and high-quality service.

Project management in logistics systems uses the application of project management methods and models in the process of designing logistics systems and managing changes in them, as well as solving the problems of managing resource flows in logistics systems. The design, creation and management of logistics systems is accompanied by their presentation as an integral set of elements in certain relationships and connections between them. The logistics system should meet the goals of their design and management. The article outlines elements of the mechanism of logistics management of material costs of ship repair production. Efficient use of the company's resources is possible through the systematic development of a system of organisational and technical measures to reduce costs. All cost-cutting measures are closely interrelated and comprehensive, reflecting the relationship of each of them with the entirety of ship repair production elements. The paper substantiates the production features of a ship repair enterprise and analyses the factors that determine the level of costs. It identifies types of ship repair works and stages of preparation of vessels for repair, which makes it possible to plan costs for formation of the production programme. This text presents the production structure of a ship repair enterprise and discusses the peculiarities of product costing. Ship repair companies use planned, indicative, estimated (technical) and reporting costings. This makes it possible to develop a mechanism for managing the costs of ship repair projects and the production process of a ship repair company.

The low ability to understand mathematical concepts affects the learning outcomes of information systems study program students in basic mathematics courses. This is because basic mathematics courses tend to be disliked by the YPTK information systems study program students at Putra Indonesia University in Padang. After all, they consider basic mathematics courses do not significantly contribute to their field of expertise. Students prefer courses that suit their area of ​​expertise. Basic mathematics is an abstract subject and is a difficult subject. Students have difficulty applying mathematical concepts to solve problems. The learning module is a basic mathematics module based on professional competence. This basic mathematics module connects basic mathematics subject matter with subject matter in the field of expertise, namely information systems. This research aims to produce a basic mathematics module based on professional competence in the information systems study program at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This type of research is development research(R&D). The stages in developing this basic mathematics module are the development stages proposed by Plomp. This research carried out a preliminary research stage. Experts carry out product validation. Our instrument is a validation sheet with a Likert scale. The results of the expert validation analysis from aspects of presentation/dictates, suitability of content, language, and graphics obtained an average of 3.39 with a very valid category, which means that the basic mathematics module based on professional competence is suitable for use in basic subjects. The economic crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic has made people unable to meet their basic daily needs. Social assistance, or social assistance, is a program offered by the government to underprivileged communities to support and improve the welfare of disadvantaged people. It is known that many social aids program implementations are not on target. Even judging from the latest data, there are still many double recorded and reach around 70% double data. From the existing problems, the AYO BANSOS application was designed to help implement social aid programs more quickly. The usability test results of the application, conducted with 20 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, resulted in an average SUS score of 72, categorizing it as a "good" grade on the scale. This mobile-based recording can help in terms of administration because data is integrated online, so it can be easier and more transparent to be accessed by local governments and the public. In addition, there is also an online social aid program delivery feature that helps people make it easier to distribute social aid to local governments.

This community service program aims to provide innovation to the Enrekang Regency Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS) in conducting stunting counselling to the Enrekang Community. This service method uses STUNEDUCATE information system training with target partners, namely the Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (TPPS) of Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The evaluation instrument of this activity is a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The result of this service activity is the creation of new innovations for TPPS Enrekang Regency in terms of conducting online-based stunting counselling. TPPS can provide stunting education online so that TPPS is no longer constrained by distance and time. With the massive online counselling by TPPS through the STUNEDUCATE information system, the stunting literacy index of the Enrekang Regency Community can be further increased, and the stunting rate can be achieved in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of stunting reduction.

The emergence of Covid-19 in December 2019 has disrupted life worldwide, including Indonesia. The government has made various efforts to control the pandemic, one of which is the development of an application called PeduliLindungi. This app aims to be a reliable tool for the government and the entire community during the pandemic. As a new regulation, the use of PeduliLindungi has prompted numerous reviews assessing its quality and performance. With the app's emergence and growth, various topics have emerged and become trending among the public. These topics were identified through user reviews of the PeduliLindungi app, using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm. The data, consisting of 15,522 reviews, was collected from the Google Play Store and underwent pre-processing, including dictionary and corpus creation, determining the number of topics, and modeling with LDA. The resulting topic modeling process generated the ten most prominent topics. The outcomes were visualized using word clouds and topic distribution graphs, representing the most discussed aspects of the PeduliLindungi app among users. These topics are considered diverse since each issue has no relation or similarity to one another.

Abstract Background Extracting information from free texts using natural language processing (NLP) can save time and reduce the hassle of manually extracting large quantities of data from incredibly complex clinical notes of cancer patients. This study aimed to systematically review studies that used NLP methods to identify cancer concepts from clinical notes automatically. Methods PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase were searched for English language papers using a combination of the terms concerning “Cancer”, “NLP”, “Coding”, and “Registries” until June 29, 2021. Two reviewers independently assessed the eligibility of papers for inclusion in the review. Results Most of the software programs used for concept extraction reported were developed by the researchers (n = 7). Rule-based algorithms were the most frequently used algorithms for developing these programs. In most articles, the criteria of accuracy (n = 14) and sensitivity (n = 12) were used to evaluate the algorithms. In addition, Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms (SNOMED-CT) and Unified Medical Language System (UMLS) were the most commonly used terminologies to identify concepts. Most studies focused on breast cancer (n = 4, 19%) and lung cancer (n = 4, 19%). Conclusion The use of NLP for extracting the concepts and symptoms of cancer has increased in recent years. The rule-based algorithms are well-liked algorithms by developers. Due to these algorithms' high accuracy and sensitivity in identifying and extracting cancer concepts, we suggested that future studies use these algorithms to extract the concepts of other diseases as well.

Information media supports knowledge about cultural objects, especially Bengkulu. The search for cultural objects in Bengkulu City. with the desired keywords using the Sequential Searching Algorithm is a solution to the search problem. This study uses a system development that applies the Waterfall method. Methods that are serial namely Analysis, Design, Implementation, and Testing. System testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to test user convenience and Blackbox Testing to test functionality. A web-based search information system for cultural promotion objects of Bengkulu City has been built by applying the Sequential Searching Algorithm. The SUS test with 30 respondents got a score of 83.75, according to the Acceptable Range scale, which is Acceptable, the Grade Scale scale, which is B, and the Adjective Rating scale, which is good. Black Box testing is carried out for 22 activities to get 100% results meaning the system is running well. Based on the results of keyword testing and search time, it has a real time average of 0.055 ms for the 10 data tested. It was concluded that the information system for the promotion of culture in the city of Bengkulu is feasible to use.

Urban development is an important problem that can be solved with the help of intelligent information systems. Such systems ensure efficient management of the city’s diverse infrastructure. The researchers developed a concept of such an information system based on a conceptual model and using data flow for intelligent decision-making. The system was tested for 1460 days in the city of Ternopil. The modelling results showed that the city’s central area is stable, with 50% of enterprises in the “growing” state and 70% of people in the “satisfactory” state. People often move to the northeastern and western zones due to higher levels of comfort and more affordable housing. However, the total distance of car trips has increased by 249%, negatively impacting the environment. The condition of enterprises in other zones is less stable with lower “growth” indicators, but there are zones with “stable” and “satisfactory” conditions.

Currently, in the globalization era, sophisticated technology, and one of them is a website-based information system used as information management tools using the internet. Hence by using web-based information system, not only simplifies and speeds up the work but also saves time and cost. The one example of the problem that the authors take is the design of the cooperation archive management information system at PT. Kelola Teknologi Informasi which is still manual, that the company staff organizes archives and documentation in computer folders and recapitulates in the number processing application (Excel). This study was conducted to build a website-based archive management information system. The system development Model used is Waterfall. The tests carried out are website performance and security tests. Performance testing results show that the website performs the desired functions with fast response times. While the results of website security testing using Quttera found that there was no malicious content detected and declared clean. With this information system makes it easier for archive and documentation systems to be accessed online by anyone and anywhere who has access.
