209. Design of near field noise reduction system for printing press based on Noise Recognition Technology

Abstract

The near-field noise reduction system of printing press is designed based on the correlation principle of noise signal generation, the characteristics of noise signal and the algorithm of noise related knowledge. Through the analysis and comparison, two methods of segmented signal-to-noise ratio and waveform are selected as the objective method and subjective method to evaluate the algorithm. Considering the factor of time, aiming at the traditional printing press near-field spectrum subtraction, the traditional noise estimation method is used to estimate the minimum statistics and optimal smoothing noise of printing press near-field noise. According to the characteristics of spectrum subtraction, the noise processing method is realized. Finally, the simulation results show that the near-field noise reduction system based on noise recognition technology has higher effectiveness in the practical application process, and fully meets the research requirements.

Abstract

We report a sensitive study of $$D_s^+ \rightarrow \tau ^+ \nu _{\tau }$$ D s + → τ + ν τ decay via $$\tau ^+ \rightarrow e^+ \nu _e \bar{\nu }_{\tau }$$ τ + → e + ν e ν ¯ τ with an integrated luminosity of 1 ab $$^{-1}$$ - 1 at the center-of-mass energy of 4.009 GeV at a future Super Tau Charm Facility (STCF). Under the help of the fast simulation software package, the statistical sensitivity for the absolute branching fraction of $$D_s^+ \rightarrow \tau ^+ \nu _{\tau }$$ D s + → τ + ν τ is determined to be $$2\times 10^{-4}$$ 2 × 10 - 4 . Combining with our previous prospect of $$D_s^+ \rightarrow \mu ^+ \nu _{\mu }$$ D s + → μ + ν μ , the ratio of the branching fractions for $$D_s^+ \rightarrow \tau ^+ \nu _{\tau }$$ D s + → τ + ν τ over $$D_s^+ \rightarrow \mu ^+ \nu _{\mu }$$ D s + → μ + ν μ can achieve a relative statistical precision of 0.5%, which will provide the most stringent test of the $$\tau $$ τ - $$\mu $$ μ lepton flavor universality in heavy quark decays. Taking the decay constant $$f_{D_s^+}$$ f D s + from lattice QCD calculations or the CKM matrix element $$|V_{cs}|$$ | V cs | from the CKMfitter group as an input, the relative statistical uncertainties for $$|V_{cs}|$$ | V cs | and $$f_{D_s^+}$$ f D s + are estimated to be 0.3% and 0.2%, respectively.

Abstract

The present study investigated the effects of supplementing bioactive peptides derived from rapeseed protein (rapeseed peptide, Rsp) on the growth performance, serum biochemistry and faecal micro‐organism composition of weaned piglets. Sixty Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire weaned piglets of similar weights were randomly divided into three groups. The control group (NC) was fed a basal diet, and the two treatment groups, Rsp‐1 and Rsp‐2, were fed a basal diet supplemented with 1% or 2% Rsp, respectively, for 28 days. Each treatment consisted of five replicates with four piglets per replicate. The results showed that Rsp treatment significantly improved the average daily gain and had a better feed‐to‐gain ratio (p < 0.05). The diarrhoea incidence and indices of Rsp‐1 and Rsp‐2 groups were significantly lower than the NC group (p < 0.05), and the effect of Rsp‐2 on reducing the incidence of diarrhoea was significantly higher than that of Rsp‐1 (p < 0.05). The serum albumin, serum immunoglobulin A and catalase levels of the Rsp‐1 and Rsp‐2 groups were significantly better than the NC group (p < 0.05). Additionally, Rsp treatment significantly gained the relative abundance of faecal Lactobacillaceae and decreased the relative abundance of faecal Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group, Treponema and Coprococcus (p < 0.05). In summary, Rsp supplementation improved the growth performance, ameliorated the diarrhoea, enhanced the immune and antioxidant functions and changed the composition of faecal micro‐organisms in piglets. Abstract

The recently discovered room-temperature magnetoresistance in all-antiferromagnetic tunnel junctions is promising for highly integrated ultrafast memory applications. Here, we report a room-temperature magnetoresistance effect in a single-layer composite film consisting of noncollinear antiferromagnetic Mn3Sn and nonmagnetic Ag. A room-temperature butterfly like magnetoresistance of ∼0.3% is obtained for the Mn3Sn–Ag composite film, which is induced by the giant magnetoresistance effect governed by the magnetic octupole induced momentum space spin splitting in the noncollinear antiferromagnet Mn3Sn. Moreover, compared to the complicated multilayer all-antiferromagnetic tunnel junction structures, the simple fabrication process of single-layer composite films in this work could facilitate the application of antiferromagnetic magnetoresistance devices. Abstract

Due to the capability of maintaining excellent performance in mechanical properties and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, Inconel 718 superalloy (IN718) has been widely applied in aerospace. However, it is also a difficult-to-cut material because of these unique properties along with its low thermal conductivity. In order to improve its machinability and surface quality, dry and minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) cutting experiments were conducted in this study on solution heat-treated and aged IN718. Besides the analysis of tool wear and material deformation behavior was conducted to reveal the mechanism of MQL-assisted cutting, with an explanation offered for the difference in cutting results between solution heat-treated and aged IN718. As indicated by the experimental results, MQL-assisted cutting contributes to suppressing the generation of burrs, improves the finish of the machined surface, and reduces surface/subsurface damage. In addition, it also can effectively improve the tool-chip friction state and reduce the thermo-mechanical loads, thereby improving the tool life. The solution heat-treated IN718 demonstrated better machinability, the least significant tool wear under MQL-assisted cutting, as well as the best surface quality and chip breaking effect. The cutting response caused by the heat treatment state was different. The durability of the solution heat-treated IN718 was 56% higher than that of the aged, and the surface roughness was reduced by 6.1%. The flank wear of cutting solution heat-treated IN718 under MQL was the smallest, and the surface quality and chip breaking effect were the best. Abstract

We review status of $R$ measurement and QCD studies at low energy range, discuss prospects for a super $��-$charm factory in $2-7$ GeV. With a high-luminosity $e^+e^-$ collider, statistics are no longer problem for $R$ measurement and a precision of $2\%$ or even better is foreseen, that will lead to bring down the uncertainty of hadronic contribution to the QED running coupling constant $����_{had}$ and the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon ($a_��$); measure the strong coupling constant $��_s$ and the charm quark mass; improve the measurement of the resonance parameters of heavy charmonia. Huge data samples in $2-3$ GeV will make it possible to study excited states of $��$, $��$ and $��$, or exotic $Y(2175)$; measure electromagnetic form factor of mesons and baryons; and measure fragmentation functions of hadrons., 39 pages, 22 figures

238. Evolution of multi-cellular structure on Zr and Er modified Al6Si1Mg alloy fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

Abstract

The printability of Al6SiMg0·5Er1·0Zr alloy at various laser power, scan speed, and hatch spacing was investigated. The optimal processing window was determined. The relationship between hatch spacing and lack of fusion (LOF) defects and microstructure is discussed. Hatch spacing significantly affects the cellular size, which is formed by eutectic Si network, and medium hatch spacing can achieve the finest microstructure. Samples with high densities and fine microstructures were investigated more carefully. The grain and cellular boundaries have many Al3(Er,Zr) phases. The grain size was refined to 2.64 μm, and the epitaxial growth of columnar crystals was completely suppressed. The cellular structure has been significantly improved. Get the equiaxed - ultrafine equiaxed - columnar multi-cellular structure with dramatically enhanced mechanical properties. The yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation were 373 Mpa, 480 MPa, and 5.5%, respectively. Grain boundary strengthening and Orowan strengthening was the main strengthening mechanisms.
