Sustav za vizualizaciju podataka o prostorno raspodijeljenim objektima koji prikazuje posjed jasno označen poligonom unutar GoogleMaps te njegove unutrašnje elemente. Posjed se sastoji od 5 mjernih točaka (senzora) i 50 ovaca koje se slobodno kreću po posjedu. Senzori, unutar svoga dosega očitanja, prate kretanje ovaca te svakih 5 minuta zapisuju očitanja u bazu podataka. Svakih se 30 minuta provjeravaju zapisi senzora te se putem e-mail poruke obavještava vlasnika posjeda o moguće nestalim životinjama (ovcama kojima niti jedan senzor nije očitao položaj unutar zadnjih 30 minuta). Za izradu ovoga sustava korištena je PostgreSQL baza podataka, programski jezik python – za povezivanje sa bazom podataka i simulaciju kretanja životinja te HTML, CSS i Javascript za vizualizaciju cijeloga sustava unutar internetskog preglednika. System for visualization of spatially distributed objects displays a property inside of GoogleMaps, that is clearly represented by a polygon, consisting various internal elements. The property consists of 5 measuring points (sensors) and 50 sheeps that move freely on the property. Sensors monitor movements of every single sheep (within their working range) and save the log every 5 minutes inside the database. Every 30 minutes, sensors' records are checked and the property owner receives an e-mail with the information about the possibility of certain number of sheeps being missing. Sheeps are considered missing if there are no tracked logs about their whereabouts in the last 30 minutes. To create this whole system, one needs to use database called PostgreSQL , Python programming language – to connect to the database and for the script that simulates sheeps' movements, and also HTML, CSS and Javascript to visualize the entire system within the internet browser.
