The article studies the place and degree of interactivity of interactive elements in socio-political talk shows on Russian television during the period of the presidency and premiership of Vladimir Putin (2000–2017), and comprises unique material that allows us to analyse the interactive elements of talk shows in identified stages over time. The criteria for defining the level of interactivity of the given elements are distinguished. The material analysed proves that only a few programmes on Russian television demonstrated a high level of interactivity and their audience could influence the results of the studio discussions, for only a very short period.

It is known that lipids are the building material of cell membranes, play an important role in the vital functions of cells, and this is a peculiar form of deposition of metabolic fuel reserves. In the last decade, thanks to numerous studies, it has been established that lipids are an integral part of the general metabolism and are actively involved in the processes of adaptation and regulation of many functions in the body. Disorders of lipid metabolism are the trigger in the pathogenesis of numerous diseases. The basis of many metabolic processes in the body is redox reactions. Uncompensated formation of reactive oxygen species or oxidative stress leads to a violation of the physiological activity of cell membranes, which leads to a violation of the integrity of the cell and triggers a cascade of degenerative processes, resulting in exponentially accelerated aging. The state of lipid peroxidation is estimated by the content of intermediate products - diene conjugates (DCs), since they reflect the early stages of oxidation. The aim of our study was to study the relationship between the distribution of concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of white outbred rats. To achieve this goal, the following tasks had to be solved: to determine the concentration of diene conjugates in the blood serum and tissues of the liver, brain, heart, as well as in the skeletal muscle tissues of rats; to reveal the relationship between the distribution of DC concentration in blood serum and rat tissues. The article presents the results of a nonparametric correlation analysis to assess the relationship between the distribution of concentration of diene conjugates in blood serum and tissues of outbred rats.

The paper presents an overview of the basic principles of extending the lifetime of BN-600 fast reactors. These principles based on analysis of the main in-service mechanisms of material embrittlement and damage underlie the normative documents of the Rosatom State Corporation and were used by the authors in their developments for justification of the design lifetime of the BN-800 and BN-1200 fast reactors. The so-called critical events and limit states that determine the structural integrity and lifetime of fast reactor components have been formulated. On the basis of the results of this work, the repost “Basic Principles for Lifetime and Structural Integrity Assessment of BN-600 and BN-800 Fast Reactor Components with Regard to Material Degradation” was made at the International Conference on Fast Reactors and Related Fuel Cycles: Next Generation Nuclear Systems for Sustainable Development (FR17) held by the IAEA in Yekaterinburg in 2017.

Периимплантит – воспалительный процесс в области десневой манжетки сопровождающийся резорбцией костной ткани. Любой воспалительный процесс способствует возникновению дисбаланса в системе окислительно-восстановительных процессов в организме, что приводит к возникновению оксидативного стресса. Цель исследования состояла в интегральной оценке окислительного гомеостаза ротовой полости путем расчета общего антиоксидантного индекса при периимплантите и выявлении оптимальной терапии данного состояния. В ходе исследования была изучена ротовая жидкость 120 человек с диагнозом периимплантит. Для интегральной оценки окислительного гомеостаза рассчитывали общий антиоксидантный индекс. При периимплантите наблюдается развитие окислительного стресса в ротовой полости, что является отражением системных метаболических изменений. Терапия препаратами бора, димефосфоном и комплексное применения препаратов бора и димефосфона способствует восстановлению нарушенного оксилительного гомеостаза в ротовой жидкости, комплексная терапия является наиболее эффективной.

The effectiveness and safety of drug treatment are the main criteria for its success. Local anesthetics, used in all medical fields, in some cases can cause a wide variety of undesirable side reactions, but in recent years, such manifestations that have arisen in Russian clinical practice tend to qualify as anaphylactic shock. This article presents the types of adverse reactions and global statistics of anaphylaxis to local anesthetics, as well as analyzes the possible reasons for the erroneous diagnosis of fatal outcomes of anaphylaxis. The purpose of the review was to clarify information about reliable markers of clinical and postmortem anaphylaxis, providing unambiguousness and objectivity of forensic medical examination. Attention is focused on the specific postmortem signs of immediate allergic reactions and the sequence of professional interpretation of all the circumstances associated with a fatal adverse reaction against the background of the use of local anesthetics.Эффективность и безопасность медикаментозного лечения являются основными критериями его успешности. Местные анестетики, применяемые во всех медицинских сферах, в некоторых случаях способны вызывать самые разнообразные нежелательные побочные реакции, однако все последние годы подобные проявления, возникшие в российской клинической практике, имеют тенденцию квалифицироваться как анафилактический шок. В статье представлены виды побочных реакций и общемировая статистика анафилаксии на местные анестетики, а также проанализированы возможные причины ошибочной диагностики фатальных исходов анафилаксии. Целью обзора явилось уточнение информации о достоверных маркерах клинической и посмертной анафилаксии, обеспечивающих однозначность и объективность судебно-медицинской экспертизы. Особое внимание обращено на специфические посмертные признаки аллергических реакций немедленного типа и последовательности профессиональной интерпретации всех обстоятельств, связанных с фатальной побочной реакцией на фоне применения местных анестетиков.

В статье представлено исследование динамики процессов минерализации и гумификации растительного опада при ротации функциональных групп ногохвосток. Ротация функциональных групп ногохвосток в эксперименте показала, что предварительный этап подготовки опада к «работе» последующих экологических групп, не столь негативно сказывается на степени зрелости гуминовых кислот. И, тем не менее, стоит только убрать предшествующие группировки в любых их сочетаниях, как последующая группировка, оставшись одна в опаде, снижает влияние на микробиальную активность.

The present paper overviews the basic principles of Russian Standard elaborated by authors for justification of lifetime prolongation of BN-600 fast reactor (FR) and for justification of design lifetime of BN-800 and BN-1200 FR. These principles are based on the analysis of the main mechanisms of material embrittlement and damage under service and formulation of the limit conditions for different components of FR of BN type.

—Having analyzed experimental data on the long-term strength of unirradiated austenitic materials and predictive dependences obtained in the context of a physical and mechanical model of intergranular fracture, the authors have determined the assurance factor for plotting the long-term strength curves for unirradiated and irradiated materials. The eyes are exposed to aggressive environmental influences. The blood-ophthalmic barrier is one of the resistance mechanisms serving to protect the body. Mechanical eye trauma violates the integrity of the hematoophthalmic barrier and induces oxidative stress on the background of general inflammatory process with cellular structures disturbances. The aim of our study was to investigate the peculiarities of free radical processes and antioxidant protection of the organism under induced oxidative stress by mechanical eye injury. The experiment was conducted on males of six months of age in an amount of 150. In blood, liver, brain, heart and skeletal muscle tissues we studied the state of enzyme indicators of oxidative stress in the dynamics in intact animals and in rats with violation of the blood-ophthalmic barrier by mechanical eye injury and different types of therapy. Based on the data obtained, we performed an integral assessment of oxidative homeostasis in injured animals using a logistic model. The resulting logistic regression equations allow modifying the redox processes in the body by applying biologically active compounds as additional therapy, but are of more fundamental than practical interest, as they illustrate the interrelationships of lipid peroxidation-antioxidant system enzymes in the tissues under study.

The aim of the work was to study the adaptive changes in the morphological composition of rat blood to intragastric loading with walnut meal in the form of suspension on distilled water. The experiment was carried out on 60 white laboratory rats. Conclusion: intragastric loading with distilled water suspension of walnut meal in a concentration of 15 mg/100 g body weight of clinically healthy rats was accompanied by an increase in erythrocyte count, hemoglobin concentration and leukocyte count by 6.8%, 7.0% and 9.6%, respectively, compared with the control group animals.

There has been a longstanding expectation that the optical resolution embodiment of photoacoustic tomography could have a substantial impact on gastrointestinal endoscopy by enabling microscopic visualization of the vasculature based on the endogenous contrast mechanism. Although multiple studies have demonstrated the in vivo imaging capability of a developed imaging device over the last decade, the implementation of such an endoscopic system that can be applied immediately when necessary via the instrument channel of a video endoscope has been a challenge. In this study, we developed a 3.38 mm diameter catheter based, integrated optical resolution photoacoustic and ultrasonic miniprobe system and successfully demonstrated its intrainstrument channel workability for the standard 3.7 mm diameter instrument channel of a clinical video endoscope based on a swine model. Through the instrument channel, we acquired the first in vivo photoacoustic and ultrasonic dual mode endoscopic images from the esophagogastric junction, which is one of the most frequently cited anatomical sites in the gastrointestinal tract in relation to Barretts esophagus. Moreover, from a rat colorectum in vivo imaging experiment, we visualized hierarchically developed mesh like capillary networks with a hole size as small as 50 microns, which suggests the potential level of image details that could be photoacoustically provided in clinical settings in the future.

Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) aims to support human operators in managing complex infrastructures by using machine learning methods. This paper describes the system design of an AIOps platform which is applicable in heterogeneous, distributed environments. The overhead of a high-frequency monitoring solution on edge devices is evaluated and performance experiments regarding the applicability of three anomaly detection algorithms on edge devices are conducted. The results show, that it is feasible to collect metrics with a high frequency and simultaneously run specific anomaly detection algorithms directly on edge devices with a reasonable overhead on the resource utilization.

The influence of biologically active compounds on the functional state of the central nervous system and the emotional component in rats can be evaluated by using behavioral methods, which are based on studying the exploratory behavior of animals in an environment new to them. One such method is the study of animal behavior in an elevated cross-shaped maze with open and closed arms and the Porsolt "despair" test. The aim of our study was to investigate the emotional state of the offspring of rats treated with aqueous plant extracts of Centella asiatica, Ginkgo biloba, Eleuterococcus and a mixture of aqueous extracts of Centella asiatica and Ginkgo biloba. The study of the emotional state of the offspring of rats treated with aqueous plant extracts was performed on 3 month old animals obtained in the experiment from males (20 animals) and females (50 animals), which received aqueous plant extracts at a dose of 30 mg/100 g of the animal body weight, in the volume of 1 ml for 30 days. Conclusions: Aqueous extracts of Centella asiatica, Ginkgo biloba and Eleutherococcus have pronounced nootropic activity, as the evaluation of animal anxiety level in the Elevated Cross Maze test and depression level in the Porsolt Despair Behavior test show a significant difference in the behavior of intact rats and offspring rats, receiving aqueous plant extracts as an additional load and the most pronounced effect is observed with the complex application of extracts of Centella asiatica and Ginkgo biloba.
