该文报道2例分别因"糖尿病"和"低钾血症"就诊, 且均有糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、黑棘皮 病、视网膜色素变性、高脂血症、肝肾功能损伤的患者临床资料, 并进行全外显子基因测序, 结果显示, 2例患者分别携带ALMS1 基因c.2179dupT和c.10825C>T、c.2433dupA和c.11042dupT复合杂合突变, 综合临床症状诊断为Alström综合征。目前已报道的84例中国Alström综合征患者主要临床症状为肥 胖或超重、视力受损、听力受损、2 型糖尿病等。该文中2 例Alström 综合征患者的c.2433dupA 和 c.11042dupT为新的致病突变位点, 伴发低钾血症和胰腺炎并不常见, 中国人ALMS1 基因突变集中在 第8和第16外显子上。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper studies the performance of the dielectric barrier discharge reactor and MnOx/γ-Al2O3 catalyst to enhance the removal of toluene. The effects of loading content, roasting temperature, roasting time and other conditions on the degradation of toluene were explored. The uniform design method was used to optimize the preparation parameters of toluene degradation, and the exhaust gas produced was monitored and analyzed online. The results show that: when the load content is 5%,the roasting temperature is 660 ℃,and the roasting time is 195 min, the degradation rate of toluene can reach 92.48%,which is significantly higher than that of the empty tower reactor（83.79%).The exhaust gas monitoring and analysis found that the concentration of O3 and NOX decreased from 246.76 mg/m³ and 110.99 mg/m³ to 90.30 mg/m³ and 20.69 mg/m³ respectively after adding the catalyst. Finally, the catalyst surface products were detected by GC-MS to analyze the reaction mechanism. 回顾性分析1例在山东大学齐鲁医院内分泌科新诊断的合并动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾 病（ASCVD）的 2 型糖尿病（T2DM）患者，使用利拉鲁肽治疗的诊疗过程并进行文献复习。患者为 38 岁男性，因“头晕、发现血糖升高 10 d”入院，入院后完善相关辅助检查，明确诊断为 T2DM 合并 ASCVD。心脏造影及心脏CT血管造影均提示多发重度狭窄，既往曾行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗。给予 利拉鲁肽 0.6 mg、1次/d，使用 1周无特殊不适后调整剂量为 1.2 mg、1次/d，联合调脂、抗血小板、改善 心功能治疗，血糖控制良好，达到综合控制目标。现患者坚持标准治疗基础上应用利拉鲁肽 2年，体 力、情绪均明显改善，且复查心脏CT血管造影提示左回旋支由80%狭窄至今未见明显狭窄，取得了很 好的心血管获益。利拉鲁肽作为临床中常用的胰高糖素样肽‑1受体激动剂，发挥降糖作用的同时具 有心血管获益，可用于合并ASCVD或心血管风险高危的T2DM患者。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In-situ microanalysis technology has been extensively used in the fields of geoscience, material analysis and bioimaging due to its advantages including simplicity, rapidity, real-time online, spatial resolution, etc. However, without proper sample pre-treatment and separation process, the complex sample matrix will have a significant impact on the measured results, i.e. matrix effect, which should be properly corrected by using the matrix-matched reference material. Meanwhile, due to the grave shortage of related reference material, the traceability of in-situ microanalysis has not been properly solved, it is difficult to obtain comparable and reliable measurements. This situation has become a bottleneck that hinders the application and development of in situ microanalysis technology, and is also the focus of relevant application fields and institutes of metrology. In this review, the reference materials for in situ elemental and isotopic microanalysis were systematically introduced, including technical requirements, preparation technology and existing reference materials, etc. Furthermore, the development tendency of reference materials for in situ microanalysis was prospected.
