The importance of standards that determine the layout of serials and contributions is increasing. In the case of the printed format of serials the importance of standardization is also acknowledged by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. Adherence to ISO standards for documentation is required for the financial sup- port of this ministry. Standardization of the emerging electronic formats of serials is still in progress. There are guidelines, but there are no standards that would determine the necessary layout, content and the data. Users of these publications need the essential information to determine the relevance of the document. For all the reasons mentioned above, the adherence to standards and other recommendations for the printed and electronic formats for some of scientific and scientific serials from the technical field published in Slovenia was analysed. The sample of seven serials revealed that the most obvious weaknesses are untimely appearance and absence of ISSN of electronic formats. The results could contribute to a better quality of serial publications in Slovenia. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Umjetničko klizanje je sport s dugom tradicijom u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, a sinkronizirano klizanje i brzo klizanje su najmlađe grana klizačkog sporta. I dok je umjetničko klizanje u svojim počecima bilo više sportskog karaktera, s godinama se razvilo u umjetnost na ledu. Elementi plesa i baleta dali su klizanju umjetničku notu, dok klizački skokovi označavaju njegovu sportsku stranu. Obzirom na status umjetničkog klizanja kao sporta u svijetu i u Hrvatskoj te sve većim brojem sportaša i rekreativaca koji se bave umjetničkim klizanjem, kao i dobrobitima koje umjetničko klizanje kao kineziološka aktivnost donosi potrebno je na jednom mjestu predstaviti tu iznimnu aktivnost. Cilj ovog rada je dati pregled povijesnog razvoja umjetničkog klizanja u svijetu i u Hrvatskoj, organizaciju natjecanja i suđenja te opisati osnovne elemente tehnike uz temeljne principe odabira glazbe i sastavljanja koreografije u umjetničkom klizanju. Svrha ovog rada je osim isticanja važnosti bavljenja umjetničkim klizanjem kao sportskom aktivnosti, pružiti informacije o klizačkom sportu i zainteresirati za fizičku aktivnost kod koje se aktiviraju baš sve skupine mišića u tijelu. Upoznati veći broj ljudi s pravilima i disciplinom atraktivnog klizačkog sporta, te pojasniti pravila i sustav natjecanja u umjetničkom klizanju. Umjetničko klizanje je klizanje u kojem natjecatelj ili više njih mora kližući na ledu izvesti okrete, skokove i druge tehničke elemente na zavidnoj razini, iznimnog estetskog dojma i uz glazbu. Klizanje nije vještina koju mnogi mogu savladati. Ne samo da treba naučiti kako se održati na dvije tanke pločice metala, nego se uz to još mora okretati i plesati bez padova. Jedna od prednosti klizanja kao sportske aktivnosti jest da zapravo nikada nije kasno početi se baviti rekreativnim klizanjem. Djeci klizanje često dolazi prirodno i lako. Dječja dob pretpostavlja nižu tjelesnu visinu što umanjuje udaljenost od leda pri padu ali i djeca nisu svjesna opasnosti od pada pa kad i padnu manje je traumatičan nego kod odraslih osoba.

118. Vpliv video analize na razvoj tehnike udarcev pri mladih teniških igralcih

Vpliv hitro pridobljenih virov informacij s pomočjo videoanaliz je povzročil spremembe v načrtovanju procesa učenja tenisa. Vpeljava informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij (IKT) v proces učenja v šolah in v športu je vse pogostejša, kar prispeva k natančnejšemu pridobivanju informacij in prejemanju natančnih navodil iz smeri igralec – trener in obratno. Magistrsko delo je raziskovalnega tipa. V teniškem klubu Teniška akademija Tomaža Volka je potekala raziskava o vplivu videoanalize na izboljšanje tehnike udarcev pri mladih teniških igralcih. S pomočjo IKT smo na dveh skupinah preverili vpliv učenja s pomočjo videoanalize. Vzorec je sestavljalo 12 mladih teniških igralcev, starih med 7 in 10 let, ki obiskujejo teniško šolo v Teniški akademiji Tomaža Volka. Igralci so začetniki in večjega tehničnega predznanja niso imeli. Razdelili smo jih v dve skupini, vsi so trenirali po vnaprej določenemu programu za izpopolnjevanje tehnike udarcev, razlika je bila v tem, da je ena skupina ob koncu vadbene enote prejemala povratne informacije s pomočjo videoanalize, druga pa ne. Testiranje začetnega in končnega stanja smo kasneje ocenili štirje trenerji in ugotovili, da obstaja razlika v napredku skupin. S proučevanjem parametrov smo ugotovili, da imajo igralci, ki so prejemali videoanalize, boljše ocene pri gibanju loparja (PAS in tajminga), medtem ko pri statičnem ravnotežju in ritmu ni prišlo do statistično značilnega izboljšanja. Namen dela je bil oceniti, ali videoanaliza vpliva na izboljšane tehnike udarcev mladih teniških igralcev in ali znotraj raziskave vpliva na vnaprej določene parametre. Delo je namenjeno vsem teniškim trenerjem, športnim pedagogom ter vsem, ki delajo v športu tako z mladostniki kot tudi z odraslimi. V ospredju je razlaga pozitivnih učinkov uporabe IKT in vpeljave v proces učenja. Delo je sestavljeno iz več sklopov v prvem delu so predstavljeni elementi tenisa ter opisi osnovnih udarcev, v drugem delu uvoda smo pozornost namenili učenju in uporabi informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologij v te namene, v tretjem delu uvoda pa smo podrobneje opisali uporabo in vpliv tehnologije za potrebe učenja v šolstvu in športu. V sklopu raziskovalnega dela smo opisali metode in oblike dela ter predstavili pridobljene podatke iz naše raziskave. The impact of rapidly acquired information sources through video analyzes has led to changes in the design of the tennis learning process. The introduction of information and communication technologies (ICTs) into the learning process in schools and in sport is becoming more and more frequent, which contributes to obtaining more accurate movement information and receiving precise instructions from the player to the coach. A study was conducted at the Tennis Academy by Tomaž Volk Tennis Club on the impact of video analysis on improving the tennis technique in young tennis players. We tested the impact of learning, using ICT, through video analysis in two groups. The sample consisted of 12 young tennis players between the ages of 7 and 10 attending a tennis school Tomaž Volk Tennis Academy. The players are beginners and have no prior technical knowledge. We divided players into two groups. All of the participants trained accordingly to the predetermined program for improvement of different tennis technique. One group received feedback through video analysis at the end of the training unit and the other did not. Initial and final condition testing was subsequently evaluated by four coaches and found that there was a difference in the progress of the groups. By examining the parameters, we found that players who received video analyises had better scores in racket movement (PAS and timing), whereas no statistically significant improvement was found in static balance and rhythm. The purpose of the study was to evaluate whether video analysis is effecting the improved impact techniques of young tennis players and whether within the research it influences predefined parameters. The findings of the study can be helpful to all tennis coaches, sports educators, and anyone working in sports with both adolescents and adults. The focus is on explaining the positive effects of using ICT and introducing it into the learning process. The work consists of several sets the first part introduces the elements of tennis and the descriptions of the basic blows the second part of the introduction focuses on learning and the use of information and communication technologies for these purposes As part of the research part of the thesis, we described the methods and forms of work and presented the data obtained from our research.

119. Razvijanje tehniške inovativnosti učencev od prvega do petega razreda na primeru modela jadralnega letala

Izhodišče magistrskega dela je usmerjeno v doprinos razvijanja tehniške inovativnosti pri učencih na razredni stopnji preko induktivnih metod poučevanja, in sicer na primeru modela jadralnega letala. V delu so podana strokovna izhodišča o modelih jadralnih letal za učence 2. razreda na podlagi katerih smo določili tudi primerni mrežni model jadralnega letala in modelni model jadralnega letala. Nedavno predlagani učni model za razvijanje tehniške inovativnosti učencev na razredni stopnji smo izvedli v praksi. Po učnem modelu smo izdelali učni pripravi na temo izdelovanja izdelka – model jadralnega letala – v sklopu pouka pri obveznem osnovnošolskem predmetu spoznavanja okolja v 2. razredu za kontrolno in eksperimentalno skupino. Kontrolna skupina je bila deležna strategije poučevanja s tradicionalno obliko, eksperimentalna skupina pa skladno z učnim modelom prevladujoče aktivne oblike strategij, izmed katerih je prevladovala strategija poizvedovalnega učenja. Z izdelavo izdelka v razredu z različnim načinom izvedbe smo ugotavljali, v katerem primeru izkazujejo učenci višjo stopnjo tehniške inovativnosti. Empirični preizkus je obsegal štirih oddelke 2. razredov na eni izmed osnovnih šol. Iz rezultatov raziskave je razvidno, da so pri pisanju testov višjo stopnjo znanja izkazovali učenci kontrolne skupine, pri kateri se je izvajalo klasično poučevanje. Višjo stopnjo tehniške inovativnosti so dosegli učenci eksperimentalne skupine, ki je bila deležna poizvedovalnega učenja. Ti učenci so zaradi manj vodenega in usmerjenega pouka razmišljali širše in dosegli višjo stopnjo samostojnega dela. Razvidno je tudi, da z induktivnimi metodami razvijemo poleg višje stopnje tehniške inovativnosti tudi višjo stopnjo kritičnega razmišljanja. Predlagani učni model za razvijanje tehniške inovativnosti je pokazal, da obstajajo razlike med spoloma. Uspešnejši so bili učenci. Učenci so zaznavno bolj vajeni klasičnega poučevanja kot novega načina izvajanja učne ure, ki smo se ga poslužili pri eksperimentalni skupini, saj le-ta zahteva višjo stopnjo samostojnega dela. The basis of the master's thesis relates to contribution towards developing technical innovation of pupils at primary level through methods of inductive teaching with an example of a model glider. The recently suggested teaching model for developing pupils' technical innovation was put into practice. We made two lesson plans, one for the control group and the other for the experimental group, in accordance with the teaching model on the topic of creating a product – a model glider in the second grade during a lesson of compulsory subject in primary school called nature study. The control group was taught according to a traditional strategy, whereas the experimental one was taught in accordance with a teaching model where active forms of strategies were more common, especially the strategy of inquiry-based learning. While creating a product in the class with different approaches of teaching, we were observing in which case the pupils displayed a higher degree of technical innovation. The empirical experiment included four sections of the second grade at a primary school. The results of the research show that the knowledge of pupils from control group, who were taught traditionally, has improved better on a test. However, pupils from experimental group, where inquiry-based learning was performed, have reached a higher degree of innovation. Pupils from experimental group have reached a higher degree of innovation because the work during the lessons was less guided and directed. They could broaden their thinking and reach a higher degree of independent work. It is also evident that the methods of inductive teaching do not only develop a higher degree of technical innovation, but also a higher degree of critical thinking. In the master’s thesis, we determined the required technical basis of the gliders’ models for pupils in the second grade. We also determined the appropriate network model of a glider and a model of a model glider. The suggested teaching model for developing technical innovation has shown differences between genders. Boys were more successful. Pupils are used to perceive traditional teaching better than the new ways of performing a lesson in the experimental group which demands a higher degree of independent work.

Moguće je analizirati srž taktičkog plana za tu utakmicu i za te suparnike, tj. kako je jedan trener nadmudrio drugog (analiza taktike), koji je igrač (igrači) bolji u driblingu, vođenju lopte, koji je precizniji u dodavanju (analiza tehnike), koja je momčad (ili igrač) bio bolje pripremljen, koji je iskazao manju razinu umora, tko je držao viši tempo, mogućnost istrčavanja, tko je brži, okretniji (analiza kretnih struktura i antropoloških osobitosti igrača) itd. Primarni cilj ovog rada je predstaviti nogomet u svim segmentima strukturne analize kako bi se omogućilo bolje razumijevanje nogometa i posljedično tome kvalitetnije praćenje nogometa ali i kvalitetniji razvoj nogometa. Football is one of the most popular sports of today. For a better understanding of football, it is necessary to analyze it from multiple angles. It is possible to analyze the core of the tactical plan for that match and how one coach outstripped the other (tactical analysis), which player is better at dribbling, controlling the ball, who is more accurate in passing (technique analysis) which the team (or the player) was prepared better, showing a lower level of fatigue, who held the higher pace, who is faster, more agile (analysis of movement structures and anthropological characteristics of players), etc. The primary objective of this paper is to present football in all segments of structural analysis to allow for a better understanding of football and, consequently, a better understanding of football and a better quality of football development.

U današnjem nogometu velika pozornost pridaje se taktici. U fazi obrane ekipe pokušavaju zatvoriti kanale kojima protivnik ţeli doći do gola. Upravo zbog toga igraĉi se vrlo ĉesto nalaze u malom prostoru sa jednim ili više protivnika u neposrednoj blizini. Da bi pojedinci uspješno zadovoljili taktiĉkim zahtjevima u fazi napada potrebne su im visoko razvijene tehniĉke vještine. Ovim radom opisati ćemo na koji naĉin kroz Coerver® Coaching metodu utjecati na vještine potrebne za igranje nogometa na vrhunskoj razini. In today’s football, great attention is given to tactics. When playing defense, teams are trying to close the channels which the opponents use to score a goal. Consequently, the players often find themselves in a small playing area with one or more opponents in the immediate proximity. In order that the individual players could meet the tactical requirements when playing offense, they need to have highly-developed technical skills. In this paper, we will describe how using Coerver® Coaching method can influence the skills required to play high- performance football.

Analiza prostornosti X rad je koji se odnosi na jedno od temeljnih pitanja suvremenog čovjeka, a to je pitanje svrhe u današnjem dobu interneta. Kako bismo razlučili ovo pitanje potrebna nam je razlikovna opreka pojmova tehnike i tehnologije pomoću koje dolazimo do rasprave o prostornosti samog prostora X. Nakon toga bavimo se problematikom podijeljenosti subjektivnog vremena između dviju prostornosti, one realne te one tehnološke. Pojavom tehnološke prostornosti dio naše egzistencije seli se na novi medij, te time realni prostor gubi na svojoj važnosti. Problematika globalne dostupnosti individue postavlja pred nas razne fenomene, jedan je upravo gubitak važnosti lokalnog prostora koji određenom broju ljudi postaje sekundaran spram onoga što je prisutno u novootvorenoj potenciji ljudskog bivanja. U samoj analizi koristim se brojnim autorima koji su bili na tragu ove misli bez da su sami bili svjesni mogućnosti fenomena kojim se mi ovdje bavimo, među kojima bih zasigurno istaknuo Heideggera, ali i ostali nose svoj obol u teoriji. Ova je analiza upravo seciranje fenomena, fenomena koji je na prvu ruku poznat, a kada ga se analizira izaziva čuđenje, to je čuđenje nad posljedicama koje tehnološki napredak ima po našu egzistenciju.

125. Suvremeni teorijski pristupi renesansnoj tehnici pokretnoga kontrapunkta

Rad se sastoji od devet poglavlja kroz koja se na promišljen i sustavan način, prema načelu „od jednostavnijeg ka složenijem”, čitatelj uvodi u ovu samu po sebi složenu problematiku. Kroz autorovu potrebu da se svaki aspekt primjene teorije pokretnoga kontrapunkta teorijski načelno postavi, definira i svestrano obradi te maksimalno pojasni kroz adekvatno izabrane sheme, tablice i, posebno, glazbene primjere, njegov se sadržaj postupno konstituira i usložnjava, ali zahvaljujući autorovoj sposobnosti jasnog izražavanja i održavanja čitateljeve pažnje ne prelazi u zamršenu i odbijajuću teorijsku apstrakciju. Tome pridonosi i relativna sažetost rada, 80 stranica, kroz koje su opsežni radovi Tanjejeva i njegovih sljedbenika (tisuće stranica teksta…) ovdje svedeni na razumnu mjeru. Tekst je u tehničkom smislu na najvišoj razini, u kompjuterskom prijelomu, s obiljem glazbenih primjera (55). Vizualna rješenja raznih shema, formula i tablica također samo pridonose ukupnoj razumljivosti izloženoga gradiva. U uvodnom su poglavlju određene vrste pokretnog kontrapunkta, uz aktualiziranje pojedinih terminoloških pitanja. Osvrt na povijesni razvoj teorije pokretnog kontrapunkta izložen je u drugom poglavlju. Izučavanje načina ostvarivanja vertikalnog premještanja u dvoglasju obuhvaćeno je trećim i četvrtim poglavljem: navedene su osnovne teorijske postavke, sagledani su postupci izgradnje specifičnih formula i tretman suzvučja kod različitih intervala transpozicije. Osim toga, izdvojeni su često primjenjivani načini ovakvog skladbenog rada u renesansi, kao i njihova pravila skladanja. Peto poglavlje bavi se dvoglasnim horizontalno pokretnim i dvostruko pokretnim kontrapunktom. Ovdje je posebna pažnja posvećena primjeni tzv. metode osnovne konstrukcije, čime je omogućeno i praktično ostvarivanje navedenog pomicanja melodijskog sadržaja glasova. U okviru šestog poglavlja već postavljena teorijska određenja proširena su na područje imitacijskoga dvoglasja. Sedmo donosi razmatranje pokretnog kontrapunkta u slobodnom troglasnom slogu. Obrada imitacije u troglasju i četveroglasju realizirana je u osmom i devetom poglavlju knjige. Tu je obuhvaćena kanonska imitacija, kao i ona na cantus firmus. Na kraju su sagledani najsloženiji oblici primjene teorije pokretnoga kontrapunkta u izradi dvostrukih kanona. Poslije svega slijedi opsežan popis literature s više od 60 bibliografskih jedinica na različitim svjetskim jezicima, među kojima prednjače ruski izvori: djela Tanjejeva i njegovih dvadesetak sljedbenika. Iako ne jedini, Danilo Pejović pokazao je kako je bilo moguće misliti drugačije, otvarati perspektive, otvarati se budućem, izlazeći iz marksističke kabanice kojom smo gotovo svi bili zaogrnuti. U svojoj osobi utjelovio je izvorni filozofski etos i golemu erudiciju. Snaga njegova mišljenja očituje se u istančanoj analizi predmeta. Očit je njegov literarni talent kojim se nadaje kao virtuoz i umjetnik riječi, mjestimice poetičnoga stila. Pejović s lakoćom govori o najtežim temama filozofije. Svagda piše jasno, poučno i entuzijastično odmjerenim, probranim i profinjenim izričajem, po čemu nadilazi sve naše filozofske pisce. To iščitavamo već u naslovima njegovih knjiga, studija, eseja i članaka koji govore dubinom svoga smisla, sabirući u sebi smisao čitavoga teksta. Pejović dokazuje kako se moglo evoluirati ususret nadolazećem, novom i drugačijem. Naravno, to novo i drugačije nije samim time već tu, ali za otvaranje novih obzorja trebamo ići protiv struje. Opus Danila Pejovića treba uzeti kao smjerokaz koji nas upućuje da se zdušno pozabavimo sami sobom, da pred sobom položimo račun sami sebi o tome kako je s nama bilo, kako jest i kako treba biti. Njegovo promišljanje teme hrvatske nacionalne sudbine, viđeno kroz promišljanje hrvatske baštine, kulture, povijesti, društva i politike, iznijelo je na zavidnoj misaonoj razini angažiranog filozofa s kojim se kod nas malo tko može usporediti. Upravo mu danas za to dugujemo zahvalnost i služi mu na čast kako je pristupio tom tematskom krugu. Nama su ta njegova razmišljanja nezaobilazna i obvezujuća. Mislimo da je upravo sada pravi trenutak za iščitavanje njegova opusa u cjelini, a ovog aspekta osobito. Ovim kratkim osvrtom htjeli smo tek ukazati na njegov doprinos našoj filozofiji i kulturi. Pejović svakako ostaje iznimno aktualan i poticajan. Nadamo se da je ovim radom to dovoljno obrazloženo. Ako bi ovaj tekst potaknuo naše mlade filozofe i filozofkinje da prionu proučavati njegova djela, onda bi ovaj rad ispunio svoju svrhu. Neka do njih dopru njegove riječi, riječi učitelja mišljenja, da »mišljenje živi samo na taj način da ustraje u traganju i pitanju«., Pejović verkörpert in seiner Person das ursprüngliche philosophische Ethos und die Gelehrsamkeit. Er besitzt einen klaren, lehrreichen und enthusiastisch angemessenen, verfeinerten und raffinierten Ausdruck, der über alle unsere philosophischen Autoren hinausgeht. Dies wird bereits in den Titeln seiner Bücher, Studien, Aufsätze und Artikel sichtbar, die die Tiefe seiner Bedeutung angeben, und als würde die Bedeutung des gesamten Textes in ihnen selbst liegen. Obwohl nicht der Einzige, zeigte Pejović, dass es möglich war, anders zu denken, neue Perspektiven zu öffnen, sich der Zukunft zu öffnen, indem man aus dem marxistischen Regenmantel herauskommt, in den wir fast alle gehüllt waren. Professor Pejović demonstriert, wie sich die Evolution entwickeln kann, um auf Kommendes, Neues und Andersartiges zu treffen. Natürlich ist das Neue und Andersartige allein dadurch nicht schon hier, aber um neue Horizonte zu eröffnen, müssen wir gegen die Strömung vorgehen. Das Opus von Professor Pejović sollte als eine Richtung verstanden werden, die uns auffordert, mit uns selbst umzugehen, uns vorzustellen, wie es mit uns war, wie es ist und wie es sein sollte. Seine Reflexion über das Thema des kroatischen Nationalschicksals, betrachtet durch die Reflexion über unser Erbe, unsere Kultur, unsere Geschichte und unsere Gesellschaft und Politik, hat der Fromme auf einer beneidenswerten Denkstufe eines engagierten Philosophen geschaffen, mit dem bei uns wenige zu vergleichen sind. Genau heute verdanken wir es ihm und geben ihm die Ehre, sich diesem thematischen Kreis geöffnet zu haben. Seine Gedanken sind für uns unvermeidlich und verbindlich. Wir denken, dass gerade jetzt der richtige Moment ist, um sein Werk im Allgemeinen und diesen Aspekt im Besonderen zu lesen. Mit diesem kurzen Überblick möchten wir nur auf seinen Beitrag zu unserer Philosophie und Kultur hinweisen. Er bleibt extrem aktuell und anregend. Wir hoffen, dass diese Arbeit dies ausreichend begründet hat. Wenn dieser Text unsere jungen Philosophen und Philosophinnen dazu anregt, seine Werke zu studieren, dann würde diese Arbeit seinen Zweck erfüllen. 128. Prevalence of cigarette smoking among students of health and technical sciences

Izhodišča in namen: Kajenje je velik javnozdravstveni problem, obenem pa vodilni preprečljivi vzrok smrti na svetu. Obdobje študija je čas, ko študenti lahko začnejo ali nadaljujejo do rednega kajenja. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti razširjenost in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na pojavnost kajenja med študenti zdravstvenih in tehniških ved. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Izvedena je bila presečna deskriptivna raziskava. Podatki so bili zbrani s pomočjo anonimnega anketnega vprašalnika med študenti zdravstvenih in tehniških ved, po etični odobritvi. Uporabljeno je bilo namensko vzorčenje po principu snežne kepe. Hipoteze so bile preverjene s pomočjo testa Hi-kvadrat. Rezultati: Od 1534 študentov vključenih v raziskavo je bilo 242 (15,4 %) kadilcev. Srednja vrednost starosti ob začetku kajenja je bila 16 (95 % IZ [16 16]) let. Redni kadilci so v povprečju pokadili 10 (95 % IZ [8 10]) cigaret na dan. Študijsko področje (χ2 = 7,811 p = 0,005), kajenje staršev (χ2 = 32,861 p < 0,001) in najožjih prijateljev (χ2 = 345,808 p < 0,001) so dejavniki, ki so bili statistično značilno povezani s kadilskim statusom študentov, medtem ko spol in uživanje alkohola nista bila statistično pomembna dejavnika kajenja med študenti. Diskusija in zaključek: Čeprav je razširjenost kajenja cigaret med študenti s področja zdravstva nižja v primerjavi s študenti s področja tehnike, je delež kadilcev pri obeh skupinah relativno visok, zato je potrebno še naprej izvajati ustrezne in učinkovite ukrepe za preprečevanje in prenehanje kajenja med študenti. Starting points and purpose: Smoking is a major public health problem, and at the same time, the leading preventable cause of death in the world. The period of study is the time when students can start or resume smoking till they are regular smokers. The aim of the study was to determine the prevalence and factors that influence the incidence of smoking among students of health and technical sciences. Research methodology and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted. Data were collected using an anonymous questionnaire among students of health and technical sciences, following ethical approval. Snowball sampling was carried out. The hypotheses were tested by Chi-Square test. Results: Of the 1534 students enrolled in the study, 242 (15.4 %) were smokers. The average age of the students’ start of smoking was 16 (95 % CI [16 16]) years. On average, regular smokers smoked 10 (95 % CI [8 10]) cigarettes a day. The study area (χ2 = 7,811 p = 0,005), parents' smoking (χ2 = 32,861 p < 0,001) and the closest friends (χ2 = 345,808 p < 0,001) are factors that were statistically significant in relation to the smoking status of students, while gender and alcohol consumption were not statistically significant factors of students smoking. Discussion and conclusion: Although the prevalence of cigarette smoking among students of health science is lower compared to students of technical science, the proportion of smokers in both groups is relatively high, therefore, the appropriate and effective measures for preventing and cessation of smoking among students should continue.

129. Ustvarjalno reševanje tehniških in tehnoloških problemov v 5. razredu osnovne šole

Ustvarjalnost je precej širok pojem in jo lahko najdemo na različnih področjih, tudi v tehniki in tehnologiji. To trditev smo v magistrski nalogi dokazali s številnimi primeri izvedbe ustvarjalnega pouka. Učitelj pa je tisti, ki učencem lahko ponudi tudi drugačne načine dela oz. tehnike ustvarjalnega reševanja tehniških in tehnoloških problemov. V magistrskem delu smo podrobno opredelili ustvarjalnost na splošno. Zanimal nas je sam proces nastajanja ustvarjalne ideje in merila, ki so potrebna, da je neka ideja sploh ustvarjalna. Pri tem smo poudarili tudi njeno uporabnost, namreč ni dovolj, da posameznik samo niza ideje, če nam te ne koristijo oz. niso uporabne. Z različnih vidikov smo predstavili vpliv okolja na ustvarjalnost in ugotovili, da imajo pomembno vlogo pri spodbujanju ustvarjalnosti pri učencih tudi učitelji. V nadaljevanju smo iz različnih virov med seboj primerjali ustvarjalnost in nadarjenost, saj se pogosto pojavi napaka v razumevanju teh dveh pojmov. Podrobneje smo predstavili pomen tehniške ustvarjalnosti, ki je skozi zgodovino močno vplivala na razvoj civilizacije. Zato je pomembno, da učence že na razredni stopnji spodbujamo k ustvarjalnemu mišljenju. V drugem delu magistrske naloge smo z vprašalnikom Tehnika in jaz anketirali 109 učencev 5. razreda osnovne šole, saj smo želeli ugotoviti, kakšen je njihov odnos do predmeta tehnika in tehnologija (v okviru predmeta naravoslovje in tehnika). Prišli smo do ugotovitev, da so učenci najvišji rezultat na ocenjevalni lestvici od 1 do 5 dosegli pri zavedanju, da je tehnika pomembna za življenje (M = 3,87), znanje, ki ga pridobijo, pa je koristno (M = 4,03). Po drugi strani pa so v povprečju M = 3,30 ocenili, da je tehnika zahtevna. Za namen poklicne usmeritve v tehniški poklic pa so v povprečju obkrožili M = 2,57. Večina vprašanih je odgovorila, da pri pouku tehnike ne bi nič spremenili, pogosti odgovori, med drugimi, pa so tudi, da si učenci želijo več zanimivih izdelkov, manj pisanja in nemira. Delo pa je nekaterim celo pretežko. Pri istem vzorcu smo preverjali tudi učinek ustvarjalnega reševanja tehniških in tehnoloških problemov, pri tem pa smo učence razdelili na eksperimentalno in kontrolno skupino. Obe skupini sta rešili predtest in posttest ustvarjalnosti, le da je bila eksperimentalna skupina med obema testoma deležna ustvarjalnih delavnic. Rezultati pri ponovnem reševanju posttesta v eksperimentalni skupini so pokazali statistično pomembne razlike od predtesta. Učenci pa so v povprečju na posttestu zbrali 4,76 točke več kot na predtestu. Izračunali smo tudi učinek delavnic v eksperimentalni skupini v primerjavi s tradicionalnim poukom in ugotovili, da je ta srednje velik (Cohen d = 0,65). Model se je izkazal kot primeren za izobraževalno delo in omogoča enakomeren napredek, gledano tudi po spolu (α > 0,05). Creativity is a rather broad concept, which can be found in several areas, including technical courses and technology. The thesis confirms this statement with several examples of implementation of creative lessons. The teacher is the person, who can offer their students alternative approaches or techniques of creative problem solving of technical and technological issues. The thesis introduces a general and detailed overview of creativity the process of creating a creative idea and the standards, which are necessary to establish, if an idea is in fact creative. The usefulness of an idea is also important – it is insufficient if an individual only suggests ideas, which are not useful or cannot be implemented. The thesis introduces the effects of the environment to creativity from various perspectives the findings suggest the teachers play an important part in encouraging creativity. The following part includes a comparison between creativity and talent by reviewing various sources to avoid a very often mistake in understanding these two terms. The importance of technical creativity is also discussed in detail, since it has strongly influenced the historical development of civilisation. It is very important to encourage the students to think creatively in the first grades of the elementary education. The second part of the thesis presents a survey Technical Course and I (Tehnika in jaz), which was filled out by 109 students in the fifth grade of an elementary school. The aim of the survey is to learn about their relationship to the technical and technological course (within the subjects of “Natural Sciences” and “Technical Course”). The findings suggest the students reached the highest results on the scale from 1 to 5 in the survey part of being aware technical course is important in their lives (M=3.87), and the knowledge they receive is useful (M=4.03). On the other hand, the students answered in average M=3.30 they believe technical course is demanding. The students answered in average M=2.57 when asked if they have any intention of continuing their education in the course of a technical profession. Most of the participants answered they would not introduce changes to their technical course, while the most often answers, among others, included the students wish for more interesting products, less note taking and less disorder. Some have expressed they find it too demanding. The same sample of students were also tested for the effect of the creative problem solving of technical and technological issues, and the students were divided into an experimental and control groups. Both groups were given a pre-test and a post-test of creativity, while the experimental group participated in creative workshops between the tests. The results of the post-test in the experimental group have shown important differences to the pre-test. In average the students gathered 4.76 points higher on the post-test than on the pre-test. The effect of the workshops in the experimental group in comparison with the traditional course was also monitored and concluded it is of medium size (Cohen d=0.65). The model has been recognised as suitable for educational work and enables an even development considering the gender as well (α > 0.05).

V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo podali nekaj dejstev o odnosu tehnike in tehnologije, ki je bil že raziskovan v nekaterih delih. Predstavili smo komponente, iz katerih je omenjeni odnos sestavljen, in glavne dejavnike, ki na ta odnos vplivajo. Kasneje smo se posvetili tudi okoljski problematiki v šolstvu. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na učne načrte predmetov, ki se pojavljajo v obdobju devetih let, kolikor traja osnovno izobraževanje v naši državi. Na koncu smo predstavili tudi dobre prakse, ki so pri nas prisotne na področju varovanja okolja. Dotaknili smo se tudi odnosa do okolja in tudi tu opisali dejavnike, ki na omenjeni odnos vplivajo. Zatem smo se posvetili tujini in opisali, kakšen odnos do okolja imajo učenci v nekaterih drugih državah. Glavni del magistrskega dela smo nato posvetili merjenju odnosa do tehnike in tehnologije in okolja ter interpretaciji rezultatov, pridobljenih z vprašalnikom, ki smo ga zasnovali posebej za namen našega magistrskega dela, pri čemer smo uporabili že uveljavljene vprašalnike za merjenje odnosa do tehnike in tehnologije ter okolja. Glavni namen magistrskega dela je bil ugotoviti, kakšen je odnos učencev do raziskovanih področij in ali med njima obstajajo kakšne povezave. Najprej smo iskali razlike glede na spol in starost, nato smo se posvetili korelacijam. Ugotovili smo, da učenci kažejo nadpovprečno pozitiven odnos do obeh področij, saj so v kategorijah, kjer je to pričakovati, dosegali povprečno število točk, višje od aritmetične sredine, ki je znašala 2,5 točke. Ugotovili smo tudi, da ima na druge kategorije tako odnosa do okolja kot tudi odnosa do tehnike in tehnologije največji vpliv kategorija, ki predstavlja zadovoljstvo učencev s poukom tehnike in tehnologije. Kljub temu, da smo ugotovili močno pozitiven odnos do tehnike in tehnologije ter okolja, smo predlagali nekaj vsebin, s pomočjo katerih lahko omenjena odnosa še dodatno izboljšamo. Kot predloge smo uporabili predvsem dobre prakse, ki jih uporabljajo v tujini. Pri tem nismo spregledali dobre prakse, ki se uspešno uveljavlja tudi pri nas in s pomočjo katere bodo lahko v prihodnje šole nadgrajevale pozitiven odnos učencev predvsem do okolja. Ta dobra praksa je gozdna pedagogika, ki jo pri nas vpeljujejo raziskovalci Gozdarskega inštituta in jo tržijo pod imenom Gozd eksperimentov. Gozdna pedagogika je zaradi načina dejavnega poučevanja zagotovo področje, ki bo imelo pri izboljševanju odnosa do okolja v prihodnje veliko vlogo. We live in a world where we are constantly surrounded by modern technology. At the same time, we are faced with numerous environmental issues that are becoming more common and are threatening a normal living environment. In the theoretical part of this master’s thesis, we provide some facts about different attitudes towards technology that have already been researched in some other works. We present the components that build these attitudes and main factors that shape them. Afterwards, we also discuss environmental issues in education. We focus mostly on the syllabuses of subjects that are part of the curriculum of primary schools. In the end, we also present examples of good practice in the field of environmental protection. We then discuss attitudes towards the environment and the factors that affect these attitudes. Afterwards, we focus on foreign countries and describe foreign pupils’ attitudes towards the environment in some of these countries. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to attitudes towards technology and the environment as well as the interpretation of results obtained through a questionnaire, which was devised especially for the purpose of this master’s thesis. In addition, we used already existing questionnaires for measuring attitudes towards technology and the environment. The main purpose of the master’s thesis is to discover the attitudes of pupils towards the researched topics and if there are any links between them. At first, we searched for differences based on gender and age and then we looked at correlations. We discovered that pupils show above average attitudes towards both topics, since the average score for answers surpassed the arithmetic mean of 2.5 points. We also discovered that satisfaction with technology classes has the biggest effect on attitudes towards technology and the environment. Even though the results showed a very positive attitude towards technology and the environment, we prepared some suggestions for further improving pupils’ attitudes. Our suggestions were based on examples of good practice from abroad. Nevertheless, we did not overlook the example of good practice from Slovenia, which has been successfully implemented into the school curriculum and which will help increase pupils’ positive attitudes towards the environment. This is forest pedagogics, which was introduced by the researchers of the Slovenian Forestry Institute and is marketed under the name of Forest of experiments. Because of its active manner of teaching, forest pedagogics is definitely a field, which will play an important role in improving pupils’ attitudes towards the environment.

131. Od ideje do izdelka v procesu izdelave in preizkušanja motorične table

V diplomskem delu želim vzgojiteljem predstaviti projektno delo, preko katerega otrok spoznava nov material les. Kar nekaj vzgojiteljev ima težave pri obravnavanju novih materialov in obdelovanju le-teh. Hkrati pa z delom z lesom želim pri otrocih spodbuditi njihovo motoriko. Zato sem se odločila, da bomo izdelali motorično tablo iz lesa, ki bo krepila otrokovo fino in grobo motoriko. Iz lesa se da marsikaj izdelati. To so dokazali že otroci, stari od 4 do 6 let. V vrtcu Jevnica smo se lotili izdelave motorične table. S tem bi radi pokazali in dokazali, da lahko tudi otroci izdelujejo vse mogoče stvari iz lesa. Pred izdelovanjem sem vzgojiteljem vrtca Litija razdelila anketne vprašalnike, s pomočjo katerih sem želela izvedeti, kako in koliko uporabljajo les. Preko z anketo pridobljenih odgovorov sem ugotovila, da se večina vzgojiteljev ne poslužuje lesa kot materiala za izdelovanje izdelkov, ampak za vključevanje v igro z nestrukturiranim materialom. Kot razloge za neuporabo lesa navajajo poškodbe, neznanje pri obdelavi, starost otrok itd. V teoretičnem delu sem opisala razvoj motorike, uporabo lesa in orodij, s katerimi so otroci obdelovali les, kako poteka projektno delo v vrtcu in najpomembnejše, da je izdelovanje table igra, ki sodi v tehnično vzgojo. V empiričnem delu sem opisala dejavnosti, s pomočjo katerih smo spoznali les kot material in izdelali motorično tablo. Dejavnosti sem izvajala v skupini Jurčki z 22 otroki, starimi od 4 do 6 let. V sklopu dejavnosti smo izvajali projektno delo, preko katerega so otroci samostojno raziskovali, podajali ideje, reševali morebitne probleme, urili lastno domišljijo in pridobivali nove izkušnje. Na podlagi opazovanja otrok pri igri z motorično tablo je vidno, da so otroci pri igrah uživali, se medsebojno spodbujali, pomagali pri morebitnih težavah itd. Motorična tabla je otrokom doprinesla novo znanje in tudi medsebojno sodelovanje, kjer so otroci kljub urjenju motorike pridobival tudi na socialnem področju. Z napisano diplomsko nalogo želim vse vzgojitelje spodbuditi, da pričnejo z obdelavo lesa, kajti otroci ob tem materialu neizmerno uživajo. Ob tem pa se že veselim naslednjega tehničnega projekta. In this thesis I want to present project work through which a child gets familiar with a new material – wood. Quite a number of educators have problems with treating new materials and working with them. At the same time I would like to stimulate the children’s motor function by working with wood. Thus I decided we would make a motor board from wood that will strengthen children’s fine and gross motor skills. Many a thing can be made from wood. This was already proven by children aged 4 to 6. We began making the motor board in the kindergarten in Jevnica. By doing that we wanted to show and prove that children can make various things from wood as well. Before doing this the educators of the kindergarten Litija were given the questionnaire which helped me learn about how and how much they use wood. Having the answers to this questionnaire I found out that the majority of the educators do not use wood as a material for making products but they incorporate it in playing with unstructured material. They list reasons such as injuries, not knowing how to treat it, the children’s age and others for not using wood. In the theoretical part of this thesis I described the development of motor function, the use of wood and tools used by the children to work with wood, how the project work took place and, most importantly, that the making of the board is a game, which is a part of technical education. In the empirical part of it I described the activities which were used to learn about wood as a material and to make the motor board. The activities were performed in the group called ‘Jurčki’ with 22 children, aged 4 to 6. Through these activities we carried out the project work where the children autonomously researched, shared ideas, solved potential problems, trained their own imagination and gained new experience. Based on observation of children playing with the game, I came to the conclusion that they enjoyed the game, encouraged and helped each other while playing, etc. The game contributed new knowledge as well as mutual cooperation where kids gained not only motor but also social skills By writing this thesis I want to encourage all educators to begin working with wood, because the children enjoy using this material immensely. At the same time I am already looking forward to the next technical project.

U kondicijskoj pripremi sportaša goblet čučanj i njegova pravilna izvedba vrlo je važna vježba za razvoj i manfestaciju jakosti donjih ekstremiteta te stabilnost i čvrstoću trupa. Zbog svojih biomehaničkih karakteristika nezaobilazan je u pripremnoj fazi učenja i usvajanja tehnike za kasniju izvedbu prednjeg i stražnjeg čučnja dvoručnim utezima. Cilj ovog rada je putem kineziološke analize opisati glavne značajke vježbe goblet čučanj, objasniti korake i metodiku učenja tijekom procesa usvajanja pravilnog izvođenja tehnike te ukazati na najčešće pogreške u izvedbi. In sport training programs implementatation and performance of a goblet squat exercise with proper technique is very important for developing lower-body strength, and also trunk strength and stability. Doe to the biomechanical characteristics of the exercise, goblet squat is esential as an introductory and corrective exercise for front and back barebell squat. The aim of this work is, through the kinesiological analysis of exercise, to present the proper perfomance of the goblet squat exercise and the mehtod used fto acquire this skill. Common mistakes in execution will also be presented.

Tehnološka pismenost je dandanes ena izmed ključnih pismenosti, ki posamezniku omogoča aktivno udejstvovanje v svetu. V diplomskem delu je v začetku teoretičnega dela opisan pojem tehnološke pismenosti in njen pomen v posameznikovem vsakdanjem življenju. Določajo jo tri dimenzije znanje, zmožnosti ter kritično mišljenje in sposobnost odločanja. Vsaka od teh je v nadaljevanju opisana, osredotočimo se na komponento kritičnega mišljenja in sposobnosti odločanja. Na podlagi že narejenih meritev tehnološke pismenosti učencev v osnovni šoli ter učiteljev tehnike in tehnologije v Sloveniji ugotavljamo, da je tehnološka pismenost v Sloveniji zelo podhranjena, predvsem pa nizke rezultate tako učenci kot tudi učitelji dosegajo na področju kritičnega mišljenja in sposobnosti odločanja. Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je raziskati možnosti za razvoj in spodbujanje te komponente preko spodbujanja veščin kritičnega mišljenja in sposobnosti odločanja. Na podlagi tujih študij se kot tak izkaže model pripovedovanja zgodb. Poleg tega pa je v eni izmed študij ugotovljeno, da je za spodbujanje ter razvijanje te komponente primeren integriran pristop, ki povezuje dva ali več predmetnih področij, saj to vpliva na izboljšanje sposobnosti mišljenja višjega reda, kamor spada tudi integrirano mišljenje. V zadnjem poglavju diplomskega dela smo zasnovali šest različnih tehničnih zgodb, ki glede na način aktivnosti, ki jih učenci izvajajo, spodbujajo integrativno – konvergentno ali raziskovalno – divergentno mišljenje. Na metodi tehničnih zgodb zasnovan pouk tehnike in tehnologije, ki je naravnan za spodbujanje kritičnega mišljenja, bo omogočal, da učenci (a) pogosto sprašujejo in odkrivajo, raziskujejo, (b) presojajo in vrednotijo kriterije v dani situaciji, (c) interpretirajo pojave, analizirajo predpostavke, (d) oblikujejo, analizirajo in vrednotijo lastne in tuje argumente, (e) rešujejo tehnične in tehnološke probleme in se odločajo ter (f) razmišljajo o lastnem razmišljanju, kjer ozaveščajo svoje predpostavke z vidika vsebine, strategije, kako so prišli do izbora, in si znajo postaviti cilje za nadaljnje aktivnosti. Technological literacy is nowadays one of the key literacies which enables an individual to actively engage in the world. At the beginning of the theoretical work, the thesis describes the concept of technological literacy and its significance in the individual's daily life. It is defined by three dimensions: knowledge, aptitude, critical thinking and decision-making ability. Each of these is described below, focusing on the component of critical thinking and decision-making skills. On the basis of already measured technological literacy of students in the elementary schools and engineering and technology teachers in Slovenia, we find that the technological literacy in Slovenia is very undernourished, and above all the low results are achieved by students as well as teachers in the field of critical thinking and decision-making skills. The main aim of the thesis is to explore the possibilities to develop and promote this component by stimulating the skills of critical thinking and decision-making skills. Based on foreign studies the story telling model emerged. Furthermore, in one of the studies, it is found that an inclusive approach involving two or more subject areas is appropriate for the promotion and development of critical thinking and decision-making skills, as this affects the improvement of higher order thinking skills, including integrated thinking. In the final chapter of the thesis six different technical stories have been developed, which, depending on the way the students are performing, promote an integrative-convergent or research-divergent thinking. Based on the technical stories method, the teaching of the engineering and technology, which is oriented towards the promotion of critical thinking, will enable students to (a) frequently ask, discover and explore (b) estimate and evaluate the criteria in a given situation (c) to interpret the phenomena, analyze the assumptions (d) form, analyze and evaluate the argument, both of one's own and of others (e) solve technical and technological problems and make decisions and (f) think about their own thinking, in which they become aware of their own assumptions in terms of content, strategy to establish the selection, and they can set goals for further activities.

134. Aktivacija mišic gležnja pri udarcu z nartom nogometnih selekcij U-9

Udarec z nartom predstavlja enega izmed osnovnih udarcev v nogometu. Gibalna izvedba je izhodišče za ostale udarce z nogo v nogometu, ki se izvajajo z nadzorovanim gibanjem v kolenskem sklepu (»udarec iz kolena«). Kadar je tehnično kakovostno izveden, kar pomeni hiter upogib in izteg v kolenu ter napete vse mišice udarne noge, je najmočnejši udarec in hkrati lahko natančno zadevamo cilj. Predvsem se uporablja za strele na vrata. Z vidika tehnike udarcev v nogometu je tudi dovolj preprostost in zaradi sorodnosti gibanja človeka pri hoji ga nekateri strokovnjaki uvrščajo med prve udarce, ki jih je potrebno učiti pri začetnikih. Ker gibalna izvedba predstavlja osnovo ostalim udarcem z nogo, je zelo pomembno, da udarcu namenimo ogromno pozornosti že v mlajših kategorijah, ko je še plastičnost živčnega sistema večja in si lahko le-ta gibalni vzorec hitro in brez problema zapomnijo za vse življenje. Elektromiografija je metoda, ki omogoča kontinuirano spremljanje bioelektrične aktivnosti mišic. Vzorec merjencev predstavlja 13 fantov. Razdelili smo jih v dve skupini (boljši in slabši). Vsak je opravil serijo udarcev z nartom maksimalno močno in natančno v vrata velikosti 3x2 metra. Izvedli so najmanj 5 uspešnih udarcev na prvi in drugi način. S pomočjo metode elektromiografije (EMG) smo izmerili mišične aktivnosti velike mečne mišice (m. soleus), dvoglave mečne mišice (m. gastrocnemius) in sprednje golenske mišice (m. tibialis anterior). S pomočjo podatkov o aktivnosti mišic smo ugotavljali, ali merjenci boljše skupine bolje aktivirajo mišice, kot tisti iz slabše skupine. Ugotovili smo, da med skupinama merjencev ne prihaja do statistično pomembnih razlik pri nobeni različici udarca z nartom. Instep kick is considered one of the fundamental kicks in football. Its kicking motion performance is the foundation for all other foot kicks in football, which are executed with a controlled movement in the knee joint (“knee kick”). When it is technically correct, i.e. characterized by a quick flexion and a rapid extension at the knee, and with all muscles of the kicking leg tense, this kick is considered to be the strongest and the most precise. It is most commonly used for shots on goal. From a technical point of view, it is quite straightforward and due to its similarity with the movement of the leg during walking, some experts place this type of kick among the ones the beginners should learn first. Since the kicking motion performance is the foundation for all other foot kicks, it is important to give it a lot of attention in younger categories, when the plasticity of the nervous system is greater, and the moving pattern can be therefore easily and quickly memorized for the entire life. Electromyography is a technique for the continuous evaluation of bioelectrical activity of muscles. The examination group comprised 13 boys, divided into two sub-groups (better prepared, less prepared). Each of them executed a series of instep kicks. First it was kicking with maximum strength, and then with maximum precision, towards the goal, sized 3x2 m. They executed at least 5 successful kicks of both kinds of kicks. Electromyography (EMG) was used to measure muscle activity of the soleus muscle, the gastrocnemius muscle, and the tibialis anterior muscle. To compare the activation of the muscles between the sub-groups of both better and lesser physically prepared participants, muscle activity data was used. As far as the type of the instep kick is concerned, the results did not show any statistically relevant differences between the two sub-groups.

Raznolikost in postopnost v vpeljavi vsebin v otroški nogomet sta bistveni zadevi, s katerima otrokom omogočamo zdrav, pester, vsestranski in dolgoročen gibalni razvoj. Vemo namreč, da se gibalno znanje zaradi pospešenega biološko-telesnega razvoja,najhitreje kopiči prav pri otrocih, zato moramo vsi trenerji, ki se ukvarjamo z mladimi športniki upoštevati, da so kakovost, postopnost in raznolikost učenja, ključni dejavniki s katerimi lahko zagotovimo učinkovitost vadbenega procesa in hkrati kakovost otrokovega duševno-gibalnega razvoja. Pri razvoju mladega nogometaša moramo stremeti k ustvarjanju dobrih osnov in trdnih temeljev, ki mu bodo omogočali, da se skozi leta vadbenega procesa čim bolj približa modelu sodobnega nogometaša, ob tem pa šport dojema kot vrednoto, ga spoštuje in v njem uživa. Prav otroci so tisti, ki lahko zaradi svoje razigranosti, radovednosti in veselja do gibanja, neumorno spoznavajo nove elemente ter jih znova in znova ponavljajo. Ob primernih dražljajih jih tako utrjujejo v gibalni program, kar jim omogoča, da v svoje znanje zaupajo in ga neprenehoma nadgrajujejo. Vse omenjeno od trenerja zahteva, da pri upravljanju vadbenega procesa deluje načrtno, o njem neprestano razmišlja, ga s primernimi vsebinami osmišlja nogometašem ter postopno vpeljuje nove, vedno zahtevnejše elemente. To je mogoče le, ko ima trener dovolj izhodiščnega znanja, da k delu pristopa sistematično, ima izdelano vizijo razvoja nogometaša, pripravlja načrte za posamezna obdobja vadbenega procesa ter s svojim vodenjem na igrišču uresničuje načrtovano. S tem namenom, smo v magistrskem delu predstavili potek otrokovega duševno-telesnega razvoja, kompleksnost razvoja njegovih gibalnih znanj in gibalno-funkcionalnih sposobnosti, usmeritve sodobnega nogometa in model sodobnega nogometaša, postopnost učenja tehnično-taktičnih elementov ter najpomembnejše lastnosti in odlike trenerja mladih. Teoretične vsebine smo obogatili s konkretnim načrtom vpeljevanja vsebin po starostnih sklopih ter temu dodali tudi številne praktične prikaze vaj, kjer smo poleg poteka vadbe opisali in opredelili tudi širši namen načrtovanja, sestavljanja in določanja vadbenih ciljev. Diversity and graduality of content implementation in children's football are two of most essential matters that enable children to enjoy healthy, diverse, versatile and long-term movement development. We know that movement knowledge accumulates fastest at children due to accelerated biological and physical development. That is why all coaches who are working with young athletes should bear in mind that quality, graduality and diversity of teaching are key factors that can guarantee the effectiveness of the training process and the quality of child's mental and physical development at the same time. In youth football player’s development we should strive to create good basics and solid foundations that will throughout the years of the training process enable him to get as close to the model of a modern footballer as possible, while he will perceive sport as a value, respect it and enjoy. Children are those who can, because of their playfulness, curiosity and joy of movement, tirelessly learn new elements and repeat them again and again. Through series of repetition they consolidate them in their motion programs, which enable them to trust in their knowledge and continuously improve it. According to all above, the coach is required to plan his work, constantly think about it, gradually implement new and more difficult elements and through his interpretation make it understandable to footballers. This is only possible when he has enough knowledge to systematically approach to work, has a vision of player’s development, prepares plans for different periods of training process and realizes the planned through his work on the field. For the purpose of this master's thesis we presented the course of a child's mental and physical development, complexity of developing his movement knowledge, motor and functional abilities, trends in modern football, the model of modern footballer, gradual teaching of technical and tactical elements, and main characteristics of a youth coach. Theoretical content was enriched with a concrete plan of content implementations through specific age groups in children's football and with number of practical exercises, where besides the course of the exercises, we also described and defined the purpose of planning, creating and setting the training objectives.

Suvremeni nogomet je dinamičan sport acikličke strukture kretanja. U današnje su vrijeme zahtjevi u nogometu izuzetno veliki te ukoliko nogometaš želi biti efikasan u igri, njegovi organski sustavi moraju biti maksimalno prilagođeni ritmu treninga i prehrane tijekom sezone. Fiziološki je to aerobno – anaerobni sport s fazama visokog opterećenja i niskog opterećenja koje se izmjenjuju te zavisno od načina aktiviranja organskog sustava uvijek dominira jedna. Nogometaši prelaze udaljenosti 10 do 13 kilometara po utakmici te je iz tog razloga potrebno napraviti detaljnu analizu u pretrčanim udaljenostima igrača različitih igračkih pozicija. Svaki igrač ima posebnu ulogu tijekom igre čime pridonosi uspješnosti cijelog tima. Cilj je rada usporediti kategorije kretanja igrača definirano kategorijama sprinta, trčanja visokog intenziteta, trčanja umjerenog intenziteta, trčanja niskog intenziteta, kaskanja i hodanja te stajanja. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 10 znanstvenih radova iz kojih su prikupljani podaci. Prijeđene udaljenosti igrača pojedinih pozicija rezultat su sustava igre, koji se primjenjuje, ali i zadataka svakog igrača. Najaktivniji igrači u aktivnostima sprinta i trčanja visokim intenzitetom su krilni igrači i napadači, dok centralni obrambeni igrači većinu vremena provode analizirajući igru, predviđajući akcije protivnika i pokrivajući prostor, zbog čega većinu vremena provedu kaskajući te trčeći laganim intenzitetom. Vezni igrači većinu vremena provode trčeći umjerenim intenzitetom kombinirano s kratkim sprintovima. Za bilo koju od ovih pozicija potrebna je izuzetna kondicijska pripremljenost te trener mora biti svjestan ovih podataka kako bi znao prilagoditi trening svakome od igrača zavisno od igračke pozicije. Contemporary football is dynamic sport where acyclic movement structure dominates. Nowadays, demands in football are extremely big and if one's want to be efficient in the game, his organ systems has to be maximal adjusted to training rhythm as well as to nutrition requirements. Physiologically, it is aerobic – anaerobic sport with phases of high intensity and low intensity alternating depending in which way is organ system activated, and there is always one energy system dominated. Footballers make distances around 10 to 13 km per match, so for that reason it si necessary to make detail analysis in crossed distances of player different playing positions. Every player has a specific role during the game whereby he contributes to success of all team. Main objective of this graduate thesis is to compare movement categories of players defined by the sprint categories, high, moderate and low intensity categories, jogging, walking and standing. Graduate thesis has included 10 scientific researches form which the data are collected. Crossed distances of every player on certain playing position are the result of the game system applied, as well as their tasks in the game. The most active players in sprint and high – intensity running activity are wing players and forwarders, while central defenders majority of time spend by analyzing the game, anticipating the opposition actions and covering the space, so for that reason they most of the time spend running by low intensity and jogging. Midfield players majority of their time spend in moderate speed running combined by short sprints. For any of these positions it's necessary extreme condition support, and coach has to be aware of this information so he could know adjust training to every player specifically depending od playing position.

Vizija koja se želi postići ovim radom je dugoročna usmjerenost poduke tenisa prema želejnim ishodima. The main aim of this paper is to show in detail the sequence of adopting and perfecting basic tennis techniques within 40 hours. Specifically, we present an authentic and innovative way of adopting and perfecting these basic tennis techniques for groups of children based on chronological age. The vision is to achieve long-term progress of tennis training and desirable outcomes. The purpose of the work is to encourage quality of tennis training with the aim of achieving clearly defined competences.

Magistrsko delo je zasnovano kot praktično delo. Prikazuje poučevanje po metodah Edgarja Willemsa. Poseben poudarek namenja raziskavi poučevanja inštrumentov po metodi Edgarja Willemsa, razlikam med poučevanjem v javnih glasbenih šolah ter v glasbenih šolah, ki poučujejo po metodi Edgarja Willemsa. Prikaže elemente po katerih deluje poučevanje po tej metodi, to so: pesmi, ritem, zvok, glasbeno uho, infratonalni prostor, melodija, harmonija, glasbeni spomin, asociacije, solfeggio, inštrumentalne tehnike, interpretacija ter uporabo vseh teh elementov pri pouku inštrumenta. Predstavi tudi kako je zasnovana učna ura pri inštrumentu, kakšne so priprave na učno uro ter kakšna so priporočila za delo pri inštrumentu V drugem, praktičnem delu magistrske naloge, prikaže raziskave, ki so bile opravljene na zasebni glasbeni šoli v samostanu Sv. Petra in Pavla. Zanimalo nas je, kako v praksi poteka poučevanje po metodi Edgarja Willemsa. Videli smo praktičen potek učne ure različnih inštrumentov (klavirja, citer, violine). Ugotavljali smo, kakšen napredek dosegajo učenci, ki so vključeni v tovrstno izobraževanje. The post-graduate thesis is practically oriented. It demonstrates teaching according to the methods of Edgar Willems. Special emphasis is put on researching Edgar Willems’ teaching method and the differences arising from teaching instruments in public music schools compared to music schools focusing on Willems’ method. It demonstrates elements the method focuses on: songs, rhythm, sound, musical ear, infratonal space, melody, harmony, musical memory, association, solfeggio, instrumental techniques, interpretation and incorporating all of these elements in instrument teaching. The thesis also covers instrument lesson planning, lesson preparation and necessary recommendations. The practical part of the thesis comprises of studies carried out at the private music school of “Sv. Peter in Pavel”. It focuses on how the method of Edgar Willems is put into practice. I have observed several lessons with different instruments (piano, zither, the violin). The main objective was to track the progress of students included into this particular type of musical education.

Pogosto slišimo, da obstajajo razlike med prevajalci z jezikoslovno in tistih s tehniško izobrazbo, zlasti ko gre za prevajanje tehničnih in strokovnih besedil. Na splošno velja, da naj bi bili strokovnjaki s tehniško izobrazbo spretnejši pri prevajanju pomena in terminologije, prevodi prevajalcev z jezikoslovno izobrazbo pa bolj jezikovno dovršeni. Namen pričujoče naloge je primerjati prevajalske sposobnosti študentov prvega letnika treh študijskih smeri, to so medjezikovne študije, računalništvo ter medijske komunikacije, in ugotoviti, ali med njimi obstajajo razlike. V okviru raziskave smo med seboj primerjali prevode angleškega strokovnega besedila v slovenščino, ki so jih pripravili študenti omenjenih študijskih usmeritev. Z analizo jezikovne pravilnosti in rabe besedišča smo preverili, kako držijo stereotipi že na začetku specializacije za določeno področje. Za boljše razumevanje sposobnosti in preverjanje prevajalskih tehnik posameznih skupin smo udeležence tudi anketirali. Izkazalo se je, da se rezultati znotraj posameznih kategorij od skupine do skupine precej razlikujejo, na splošno pa je vsaka skupina prevajala mnogo bolje, kot smo pričakovali glede na njihovo neizkušenost. There is much discussion about the difference between translators with a linguistic and translators with a technical background, especially when talking about translation of technical and scientific texts. It is said that so called experts more skillfully translate meaning and terminology, whereas linguists produce lingustically more polished texts. The aim of the present study was to compare the translation skills of first-year students of Interlingual Studies with those of first-year students of Computer Science and Media Communications and establish differences between them. The comparison is based on their test translations of an English scientific text excerpt into Slovenian. By analysing the linguistic correctness and use of vocabulary this study attempts to determine how accurate the existing stereotypes are in early stages of specialization for a given field. For better understanding of competence and translation strategies, the test groups were also polled. The data gathered shows varying, yet surprising rates of success between the groups depending on the example and each group provided more apt translations than expected from their inexperience.

V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo se osredinili na pomen tehnične vzgoje pri predšolskih otrocih. Ugotavljali smo, kako jo vključiti v Kurikulum za vrtce in kako lahko preko tehničnih spretnosti, kot so vijačenje, zabijanje in konstruiranje, razvijamo fino motoriko v skupini predšolskih otrok, starih 5 in 6 let. Diplomsko delo je namenjeno vzgojiteljem, staršem in vsem, ki uživajo v delu z otroki in jim je pomembno, da otroci s čim bolj različnimi izdelki izpolnijo vse svoje potenciale. Namen diplomskega dela je opozoriti na pomembnost tehnike in tehničnih spretnosti v predšolski vzgoji ter posledično razvijanje fine motorike otrok, ki je pogoj za primeren otrokov razvoj. Izpostavili smo pomen izbire primerne igrače za otroka in kako le-ta vpliva na otrokov razvoj. Pomembno je, da igrača v otroku vzbuja radovednost in zadovoljstvo, saj jo bo le tako otrok večkrat samovoljno uporabil pri igri. V empiričnem delu smo analizirali in predstavili rezultate anketnega vprašalnika, ki smo ga razdelili vzgojiteljem in pomočnikom vzgojitelja. Z njim smo želeli ugotoviti, kako pogosto in na kakšen način skrbijo za primeren razvoj fine motorike pri predšolskih otrocih. Rezultati vprašalnika so pokazali, da se večina strokovnih delavcev strinja, da je razvoj fine motorike v predšolskem obdobju izjemnega pomena, in za to skrbijo na različne načine tudi v svojih skupinah. Zasnovali in izdelali smo lesene igrače, ki smo jih uporabili pri dejavnostih v vrtcu. Z njimi smo želeli ugotoviti stopnjo razvoja fine motorike pri predšolskih otrocih, starih 5 in 6 let. Ugotovili smo, da je stopnja razvoja fine motorike pri vseh otrocih zelo visoka, saj niso imeli večjih težav pri rokovanju z igračami. Diplomsko delo predlaga načine, kako lahko z zabavnimi igračami skrbimo za primeren razvoj fine motorike otrok in tako omogočimo korekten razvoj otroka tudi na ostalih področjih. Po opravljeni dejavnosti smo analizirali in ovrednotili stopnjo razvoja fine motorike in uporabnost izdelanih igrač. Vzorec raziskave je obsegal 20 otrok v vrtcu, ki so opravljali dejavnost, in 42 strokovnih delavcev, katerim smo razdelili vprašalnike. Dosegli smo vse zastavljene cilje in potrdili hipoteze, s čimer so igrače dosegle svoj namen. The theoretical part of diploma thesis focuses on the importance of arts and crafts subject in preschool children. We have tried to find a way to include this subject in the curriculum for kindergartens and we observed how technical skills such as screwing, hammering and construction develop fine motor skills in a group of preschool children aged five to six. This diploma thesis is useful for teachers, parents and for everybody who enjoys working with children and finds it important that the children develop their potential by making different products. The aim of this diploma thesis is to warn about the importance of arts and crafts, technical skills in preschool education and consequent development of fine motor skills of children which are essential in a children’s development. We singled out the importance of choosing the right toy for a child and how it influences the child’s development. It is vital that the toy sparks curiosity and pleasure in a child, so that he will play with it again by his own volition. In the empirical part of the thesis, we analyzed and discussed the results of a survey which was distributed among the preschool teachers and teaching assistants. With this survey, we wanted to find out how often and in what way the teachers facilitate the development of fine motor skills in preschool children. The results of the survey have shown the agreement amongst workers that developing fine motor skills in preschool period is important. The survey also showed that the teachers and their assistants use different methods in their groups. We have designed and manufactured wooden toys that we used in various activities in kindergarten. The toys were used as a method of measuring the level of development of fine motor skills in preschool children aged five to six. We have discovered that the level of development is high in all children, because they did not have any major difficulties operating the toys. The diploma thesis proposes different applications of fun toys when developing fine motor skills in children and how to facilitate the proper development of children in other areas as well. After the activity was finished, we analyzed and graded the level of development of fine motor skills and the usefulness of toys. The sample unit was 20 kindergarten children that performed the activities and 42 teachers and teaching assistants that answered the survey. We have reached all our goals and confirmed the hypotheses, which means that the toys have fulfilled their purpose.

V magistrskem delu smo zasnovali, izvedli in evalvirali tehniško naravoslovni dan z naslovom model vozila na reaktivni pogon. V teoretičnem delu predstavimo pedagoška (metodološka in didaktična) ter strokovna (tematska) izhodišča pri oblikovanju učne priprave. Tehniško naravoslovni dan zasnujemo na metodi učenja z odkrivanjem. Preučili smo učne načrte in v njih poiskali cilje, ki jih lahko pri izvedbi zasnovanega tehniško naravoslovnega dneva dosežemo. Učencem želimo približati koncept reaktivnega pogona. Tehniško naravoslovne dneve izvedemo tudi v praksi. Evalvacija tehniško naravoslovnega dneva je narejena s pomočjo semi-kvantitativne raziskave, ki vključuje analizo pred-testov in po-testov. In the master's thesis a technology and science activity day with the title The model of a jet propulsion vehicle was planned, carried out, and evaluated. The pedagogical (methodological and didactic) as well as technical (thematic) bases of creating a lesson plan are introduced in the theoretical part of the thesis. The technology and science activity day is based on the inquiry based learning approach. The curricula were studied in order to find the objectives that can be addressed by carrying out a technology and science activity day. Our aim is to make pupils familiar with the concept of jet propulsion. Technology and science activity days were also carried out. The evaluation is performed using a semi-quantitative method, which includes the pre-test and post-test analysis.

142. Izkustveno učenje v vrtcu ob izdelkih iz Fimo mase

Diplomsko delo je namenjeno vzgojiteljem predšolskih otrok, kot ideja za izdelovanje didaktičnega materiala za različne družabne igre iz modelirne mase Fimo. Material lahko izdelujejo vzgojitelji ali pa dejavnost izvedejo skupaj z otroki. Izdelki iz fimo mase, ki jih izdela otrok sam, so zanj bolj pristni, zato po njih večkrat posega. S tem, ko otrok izdeluje sam, uri različne spretnosti, predvsem pa finomotoriko, ki je še posebej pomembna za njegov razvoj. V nadaljevanju je najprej predstavljena učna metoda izkustvenega učenja, ki je še posebej prisotna pri predšolskih otrocih in jim omogoča učenje preko svoje lastne dejavnosti. Predstavljene so različne teorije posameznih teoretikov izkustvenega učenja, poudarek pa je na Kolbovem modelu izkustvenega učenja, preko katerega smo izvedli tudi dejavnost v vrtcu, v heterogenem oddelku (3–5 let). V diplomskem delu so predstavljene različne modelirne mase, poudarek pa je na modelirni masi Fimo. Opisani so tudi različne vrste mase Fimo, navodila za delo z modelirno maso in orodja ter pripomočki za delo. Pred izvedbo dejavnosti smo izvedli anketo, s pomočjo katere smo kasneje načrtovali dejavnost in jo tudi izvedli. Na koncu smo dejavnost tudi evalvirali in ovrednotili. Rezultati ankete so pokazali, da je uporabnost različnih modelirnih mas v vrtcu velika, uporaba modelirne mase Fimo pa ni pogosta, le enkrat letno, saj vrtci nimajo toliko finančnih sredstev. Ugotovitve dejavnosti pa so pokazale, da je modelirna masa Fimo primerna že za otroke od tretjega leta starostni naprej. Ugotovili smo tudi, da je ta modelirna masa preprosta za oblikovanje in da jo imajo otroci zelo radi. Izdelki iz fimo mase po zapekanju postanejo trd in kompakten material, ki ga ne moramo kar tako uničiti. Otroci se radi igrajo z izdelki, ki jih naredijo sami in jih tudi bolj cenijo. This diploma thesis is intended for preschool teachers and gives an idea for making didactic material for various board games using FIMO modelling clay. The teachers can make the material or can implement this activity together with the children. Products made from FIMO modelling clay by the children themselves are more genuine to them and that is why they play with them more. As the children make their own products, they hone various skills, fine motor skills in particular, which is especially important for their development. The thesis continues by presenting the teaching method of experiential learning, which is especially present among preschool children and which enables them to learn through their own activity. It presents various theories developed by individual experiential learning theoreticians, focusing on Kolb’s model of experiential learning which was also used to implement the activity in kindergarten in a heterogeneous group (ages 3-5). The thesis presents different kinds of modelling clay, with emphasis on the FIMO modelling clay. It also describes the different types of FIMO clay, gives instructions for working with modelling clay, and mentions the necessary tools and accessories. Prior to implementing the activity, a survey was conducted which was later used as a basis for planning and implementing the activity. In the end the activity was evaluated. The results of the survey have shown that various modelling clays are very usable in kindergarten, however, FIMO modelling clay is not used often, only once a year, because kindergartens lack financial resources. The findings reached through the implementation of this activity show that FIMO modelling clay is suitable for children ages 3 and up. It has also been established that this modelling clay is easy to shape and that the children like it very much. After baking, FIMO clay products become a solid and compact material which cannot easily be destroyed. Children enjoy playing with products they make themselves and appreciate them more.

Učna snov o radioaktivnosti je tema, ki jo dijaki spoznajo proti koncu šolskega leta v tretjem letniku gimnazijskega programa fizike. Zaradi prenatrpanosti učnega načrta profesorji velikokrat prenesejo učno snov o radioaktivnosti v četrti letnik, ko se dijaki pripravljajo na opravljanje mature iz fizike. Tako se z omenjeno tematiko srečajo samo maturantje, ki so si za izbirni predmet izbrali fiziko, ostala populacija pa z radioaktivnostjo ni seznanjena. Različne raziskave iz osemdesetih let in sedaj opozarjajo, da dijaki in širša javnost ne razume znanstvenih konceptov, pojmov, kar vpliva na percepcijo novic in dojemanje strahu. Dijaki pridobijo znanje o vrstah radioaktivnih razpadov, iz lastnih izkušenj in po pripovedovanju profesorjev pa je znano, da se poučevanje o radioaktivnosti tu konča. Posledica je, da dijaki ne pridobijo dovolj znanja ter sposobnosti, da bi se v vsakdanjem življenju lahko spopadli z goro novic in senzacionalnimi poročanji o jedrskih nesrečah in sevanju nasploh. Testirana in razvita aktivnost na temo radioaktivnosti vzpodbuja profesorje, da bi poučevanje o vrstah radioaktivnih razpadov nadgradili, pri tem pa bi uporabili predstavljeno predlogo aktivnosti, ki traja dve šolski uri. Hkrati bi tako omogočili dijakom tudi bolj poglobljeno znanje o sevanju in radioaktivnosti, o varstvu pred sevanjem radioaktivnih snovi, o ionizirajočem sevanju, obenem pa bi dijaki razvijali kritično mišljenje in presojanje. Aktivnost sem testirala v treh razredih na Gimnaziji Bežigrad. Analiza je bila narejena ob opazovanju z udeležbo, s sprotno evalvacijo po koncu vsake ure z dijaki, s samoevalvacijo ter z intervjuji profesorjev. Izsledki testiranja nakazujejo, da je aktivnost primerna za tretje letnike proti koncu šolskega leta, saj je sproščena, dijake vzpodbuja k sprotnemu sodelovanju, ni zahtevna, a je hkrati polna fizikalne vsebine. Analiza je pokazala, da so dijaki pri aktivnosti s timskim delom uspešno reševali probleme, kljub temu da dela v skupinah niso navajeni in imajo različno predznanje. Dodatno sem analizirala tudi vpliv različnih navodil na delo skupine: navodila, ki so bolj strukturirana in artikulirana z navdušenjem, naloga pa je primerljiva s situacijo iz vsakdanjega življenja, imajo večji vpliv na motivacijo skupin. Dijaki so bolj osredotočeni na problem, ki ga rešijo hitreje, njihovi odgovori pa so razloženi in utemeljeni. Poleg poudarka na vsebini aktivnosti sem pazila tudi na tehnični vidik, saj vse šole nimajo inventarja, ki bi jim omogočal izvedbo kateregakoli eksperimenta. Zato sem pri razvijanju poskušala uporabili kar se da osnovne tehnične stvari, kot so detektor sevanja, radioaktivni viri ter absorpcijske plasti. Za potrebe aktivnosti je potrebna izdelava iskrnega števca, ki pa vsebuje zelo malo elementov, zato sestava ni težka. Hkrati je predstavljena tudi alternativa, ki ne zahteva njegove uporabe. V magistrskem delu so našteta tudi podjetja, pri katerih lahko šola dokupi in dopolni svoj inventar. Students come across radioactivity as a theme in the curriculum of physics in the third class at the end of the school year. Because of overfull curriculum, professors usually pass the radioactivity theme into the fourth year, when students prepare themselves for a final physics exam, a part of matura. Only these students are acquainted with this topics and the rest of student population does not come across with radioactivity at all. Many different researchers from the eighties and more recent periods concluded that students and general public do not understand scientific terms and concepts, which effects on perception of media news and fear. Accordingly to curriculum, students get the knowledge about different radioactive decays. However, based on my experiences and professors' claims, this knowledge is not enough for understanding the radioactivity phenomena. Consequently, for everyday's life, students do not have enough knowledge and abilities to cope with sensational media news about nuclear accidents and radiation in general. Tested and developed activity about radioactivity encourages professors to upgrade their teaching about different radioactive decays. They can use the template of activity that is elaborated here, which takes two school hours. At the same time, they will enable students greater knowledge about radioactivity, about safety measures, ionizing radiation and simultaneously, students will get the opportunity to develop critical thinking and judging. Activity was tested in three classrooms of Gimnazija Bežigrad. Participant observation, real-time evaluations with the students, self-evaluation and interviews with teachers were used to analyse the testing. Results show that the activity is suitable for the third year's students for the end of the school year. Activity creates relax atmosphere because of its incomplexity and at the same time, it is full of physics content. Analyses showed that students did successfully solve the problems with teamwork, even though they are not used to work in groups and they have different prior knowledge, too. I also researched how different instructions effect on teamwork. Better structured and articulated instructions for the problem that can be applied in everyday's life have a stronger effect on group motivation. Students are more focused on a problem solving and their answers are explained and justified. In addition to the content of the activity, I bore in mind also a technical aspect. All schools do not have the same inventory, which will enable the execution of any kind of experiment. Therefore I tried to design the activity with basic technical things, for example, a radiation detector, radioactive materials and different layers for absorption. For activity, a spark counter is needed too. However, making is not complicated because it has only a few elements. At the same time, an alternative is presented, which does not require a spark counter. Additionally, a list of companies states the best possibilities for schools' purchases, if they decide to buy new inventory.

Učna snov o radioaktivnosti je tema, ki jo dijaki spoznajo proti koncu šolskega leta v tretjem letniku gimnazijskega programa fizike. Zaradi prenatrpanosti učnega načrta profesorji velikokrat prenesejo učno snov o radioaktivnosti v četrti letnik, ko se dijaki pripravljajo na opravljanje mature iz fizike. Tako se z omenjeno tematiko srečajo samo maturantje, ki so si za izbirni predmet izbrali fiziko, ostala populacija pa z radioaktivnostjo ni seznanjena. Različne raziskave iz osemdesetih let in sedaj opozarjajo, da dijaki in širša javnost ne razume znanstvenih konceptov, pojmov, kar vpliva na percepcijo novic in dojemanje strahu. Dijaki pridobijo znanje o vrstah radioaktivnih razpadov, iz lastnih izkušenj in po pripovedovanju profesorjev pa je znano, da se poučevanje o radioaktivnosti tu konča. Posledica je, da dijaki ne pridobijo dovolj znanja ter sposobnosti, da bi se v vsakdanjem življenju lahko spopadli z goro novic in senzacionalnimi poročanji o jedrskih nesrečah in sevanju nasploh. Testirana in razvita aktivnost na temo radioaktivnosti vzpodbuja profesorje, da bi poučevanje o vrstah radioaktivnih razpadov nadgradili, pri tem pa bi uporabili predstavljeno predlogo aktivnosti, ki traja dve šolski uri. Hkrati bi tako omogočili dijakom tudi bolj poglobljeno znanje o sevanju in radioaktivnosti, o varstvu pred sevanjem radioaktivnih snovi, o ionizirajočem sevanju, obenem pa bi dijaki razvijali kritično mišljenje in presojanje. Aktivnost sem testirala v treh razredih na Gimnaziji Bežigrad. Analiza je bila narejena ob opazovanju z udeležbo, s sprotno evalvacijo po koncu vsake ure z dijaki, s samoevalvacijo ter z intervjuji profesorjev. Izsledki testiranja nakazujejo, da je aktivnost primerna za tretje letnike proti koncu šolskega leta, saj je sproščena, dijake vzpodbuja k sprotnemu sodelovanju, ni zahtevna, a je hkrati polna fizikalne vsebine. Analiza je pokazala, da so dijaki pri aktivnosti s timskim delom uspešno reševali probleme, kljub temu da dela v skupinah niso navajeni in imajo različno predznanje. Dodatno sem analizirala tudi vpliv različnih navodil na delo skupine: navodila, ki so bolj strukturirana in artikulirana z navdušenjem, naloga pa je primerljiva s situacijo iz vsakdanjega življenja, imajo večji vpliv na motivacijo skupin. Dijaki so bolj osredotočeni na problem, ki ga rešijo hitreje, njihovi odgovori pa so razloženi in utemeljeni. Poleg poudarka na vsebini aktivnosti sem pazila tudi na tehnični vidik, saj vse šole nimajo inventarja, ki bi jim omogočal izvedbo kateregakoli eksperimenta. Zato sem pri razvijanju poskušala uporabili kar se da osnovne tehnične stvari, kot so detektor sevanja, radioaktivni viri ter absorpcijske plasti. Za potrebe aktivnosti je potrebna izdelava iskrnega števca, ki pa vsebuje zelo malo elementov, zato sestava ni težka. Hkrati je predstavljena tudi alternativa, ki ne zahteva njegove uporabe. V magistrskem delu so našteta tudi podjetja, pri katerih lahko šola dokupi in dopolni svoj inventar. Students come across radioactivity as a theme in the curriculum of physics in the third class at the end of the school year. Because of overfull curriculum, professors usually pass the radioactivity theme into the fourth year, when students prepare themselves for a final physics exam, a part of matura. Only these students are acquainted with this topics and the rest of student population does not come across with radioactivity at all. Many different researchers from the eighties and more recent periods concluded that students and general public do not understand scientific terms and concepts, which effects on perception of media news and fear. Accordingly to curriculum, students get the knowledge about different radioactive decays. However, based on my experiences and professors' claims, this knowledge is not enough for understanding the radioactivity phenomena. Consequently, for everyday's life, students do not have enough knowledge and abilities to cope with sensational media news about nuclear accidents and radiation in general. Tested and developed activity about radioactivity encourages professors to upgrade their teaching about different radioactive decays. They can use the template of activity that is elaborated here, which takes two school hours. At the same time, they will enable students greater knowledge about radioactivity, about safety measures, ionizing radiation and simultaneously, students will get the opportunity to develop critical thinking and judging. Activity was tested in three classrooms of Gimnazija Bežigrad. Participant observation, real-time evaluations with the students, self-evaluation and interviews with teachers were used to analyse the testing. Results show that the activity is suitable for the third year's students for the end of the school year. Activity creates relax atmosphere because of its incomplexity and at the same time, it is full of physics content. Analyses showed that students did successfully solve the problems with teamwork, even though they are not used to work in groups and they have different prior knowledge, too. I also researched how different instructions effect on teamwork. Better structured and articulated instructions for the problem that can be applied in everyday's life have a stronger effect on group motivation. Students are more focused on a problem solving and their answers are explained and justified. In addition to the content of the activity, I bore in mind also a technical aspect. All schools do not have the same inventory, which will enable the execution of any kind of experiment. Therefore I tried to design the activity with basic technical things, for example, a radiation detector, radioactive materials and different layers for absorption. For activity, a spark counter is needed too. However, making is not complicated because it has only a few elements. At the same time, an alternative is presented, which does not require a spark counter. Additionally, a list of companies states the best possibilities for schools' purchases, if they decide to buy new inventory.

U ovom diplomskom radu cilj je prikazati i objasniti primjenu treninga snage kod vratara, kao i značaj sposobnosti u obavljanju specifičnih vratarskih poslova tijekom nogometne igre. U radu će biti navedeni primjeri vježbi za razvoj navedenih sposobnosti kod vratara. Snaga predstavlja sposobnost savladavanja otpora velikom brzinom kontrakcije. U mehanici, snaga se definira kao sposobnost obavljanja mehaničkog rada u jedinici vremena. Snaga, kao motorička sposobnost kod vratara, zasigurno ima važnu ulogu kod postizanja željenih rezultata i optimalnog stanja pripremljenosti u odnosu na specifične zahtjeve same nogometne utakmice, odnosno efikasnog rješavanja situacijskih zadaća. Razvoj eksplozivne snage u treningu vratara možemo postići primjenom balističkog i pliometrijskog načina treniranja. Obilježja ovih dvaju načina treniranja odgovaraju specifičnim vratarskim akcijama koje vratar izvodi tijekom nogometne utakmice kako bi uspješno ispunio svoje zadatke. Za postizanje željene razine eksplozivne snage kod vratara važno je na optimalnu razinu razviti jakost koja je preduvjet za veću razinu eksplozivne snage. In this graduate thesis, the aim is to present and explain the application of goalkeeper strength training, as well as the importance of ability to perform specific goalkeeping tasks during the football game. The graduate thesis will also include examples of exercises for developing the aforementioned ability of the goalkeeper. Power represents the ability to resist resistance at high speed of contraction. In mechanics, power is defined as the ability to perform mechanical work in a unit of time. Strength as a motor skill of the goalkeeper, certainly plays an important role in achieving desired results and optimal state of preparedness, in relation to the specific requirements of the soccer match or effectively solving the situation tasks. The development of explosive power in goalkeeper training can be achieved by using ballistic and plyometric training. Features of these two modes of training correspond to the specific goalkeeper's actions that goalkeeper performs during the soccer match in order to successfully fulfill his tasks. To achieve the desired level of explosive power, it is important to develop an optimum level of strength that is a precondition for a higher level of explosive power.

Tekmovalno alpsko smučanje ima zelo pestro zgodovino. Če pogledamo v preteklost, nikakor ne smemo mimo določenih imen (Ingemar Stenmark, Alberto Tomba, Bojan Križaj, Michael von Grüningen …), ki so nedvomno pustila velik pečat v alpskem smučanju. Tekmovalci današnjega časa: Bode Miller, Ted Ligety, Marcel Hircher, Felix Neureuter in Alexis Pinturault pa so predstavniki veleslalomske tehnike, ki so jo zaznamovali tako ali drugače. V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali tehniko smučanja zgoraj omenjenih alpskih smučarjev svetovnega kova in prišli do ugotovive, da vsi stojijo na paralelno postavljenih smučeh v širini bokov ali v širini ramen. Vsi smučarji so uravnoteženi, čeprav imajo boke pomaknjene nekoliko nazaj. Pri večini lahko opazimo, da je aktivnejše zunanje koleno, veliko se jih pri ekstremnih nagibih poslužuje tretje oporne točke (roka ali celo komolec). Med smučanjem v nizki preži skušajo ohranjati čim več hitrosti oziroma jo celo povečevati. Vidna je močna opora robnika smuči, pri čemer skušajo smuči voditi brez oddrsavanja. Pri tehniki smučanja smo našli veliko skupnih značilnosti, vendar ima še vedno vsak tekmovalec določeno lastnost oziroma značilnost, ki njegovi tehniki daje edinstvenost. Pregledali smo tudi zgodovino smučarke tehnike in opreme, ki nam je dala še boljši vpogled v razumevanje tehnike alpskega smučanja. Competitive alpine skiing has a very varied history. Looking back, we can not pass the name of great skiers (Ingemar Stenmark, Alberto Tomba, Bojan Križaj, Michael von Grüningen…) which undoubtedly left a big mark in alpine skiing. Today's competitors: Bode Miller, Ted Ligety, Marcel Hircher, Felix Neureuter and Alexis Pinturault are representatives of the giant slalom technique, which marked it in some or other way. In the master's thesis we discussed the technique of skiing of the before mentioned alpine skiers and came to the conclusion that they all standing on parallel skies in the width of the hips or in the width of the shoulders. All skiers are balanced, although their hips have been slightly backwords. For most of the skiers, we can notice that there is a more active outside knee, most of them are using third balance point (arm or even elbow) in the extreme situations. They are skiing in low position and trying to ski as fast as possible, or even increase speed throught turns. We can see a powerful stance on the edge of the skis and leading skies without scattering. In the technique of skiing competitors, we have found many common characteristic, but still every competitor has a certain characteristic that gives his ski tecnique an uniqueness. We also made an overview of the history of the ski technique and ski equipment, which gave us a better insight into the understanding of the technique of alpine skiing

Nogomet je skupinski šport. Posamezniki, vsak posebej, pa odločilno vplivajo ali je skupina uspešna. Način igre v nogometu pred igralce postavlja izjemno visoke zahteve, ne glede na to ali govorimo o funkcionalno-motoričnih oz. gibalnih sposobnostih ali tehnično-taktičnih znanjih. Postopnost priprave moštva narekuje individualno usposabljanje igralcev za skupinsko izvajanje nalog. In nato usklajevanje skupin znotraj zahtev moštvene igre. Pomemben je transfer iz treninga posameznih elementov v igro. Namen je bil prepoznati in pripraviti tehnično-taktične elemente v igri za vsa igralna mesta. Znotraj treninga pripraviti najpogostejše situacije iz igre za posamezno igralno mesto in nato postopoma oteževati stvari in ponujati igralcem široko paleto rešitev. Takšen trening, tako v fazi obrambe kot v fazi napada, znotraj igre, kjer je pomanjkanje časa in prostora vedno večje, igralce izuri v iskanju in izvedbi najbolj smiselnih rešitev v danih trenutkih. Za izhodišče pri pripravi vaj smo uporabili dogodke, ki jih narekujejo načela moštvene taktike v obeh fazah igre in podrobno analizo dogajanja na posameznih igralnih mestih znotraj dvajsetih tekem 1. slovenske nogometne lige v sezoni 2016/2017. Prepoznani so bili mnogi vzorci v igri kot tudi preveliko število individualnih napak. Zato so v nalogi predstavljene nekatere vaje osnovnih tehničnih elementov, situacijske vaje in igralne oblike. Obravnavanih je pet igralnih mest: srednji branilec, zunanji branilec, vezni igralec ali srednji vezni napadalec, zunanji vezni napadalec ali zunanji napadalec in napadalec. Vse vaje so zelo specifično usmerjene in predstavljajo način individualnega ter skupinskega treninga, ki opredeljuje tudi najmanjše podrobnosti. S takšnim načinom specialne priprave vsakega posameznika pa bo domet in učinkovitost celotnega moštva večji. Even though football is a team sport, each individual has a decisive influence on the sucess of the team. Style of play puts players under extremely high demands, regardless of whether we are talking about functional-physical abilities or technical-tactical skills. Gradual preparation of the team dictates individual training of players for group performance and subsequenlty coordinating groups within the requirements of the team match. It is important to transfer individual elements from training to the match. Our purpose was to identify and prepare technical-tactical elements in the match for all playing positions. To prepare during the training most common situations in the match for every single position and then gradually increase intensity and offer players a wide range of solutions. Such training, both in the defense and attack phase, where the lack of time and space is increasing during the match, make the players seek and implement the most sensible solutions in given moments. As a starting point for the preparation of excercises, we have used situations dictated by the principle of team tactics in both stages of the match, along with thorough analysis of twenty matches of the Slovenian First Football League in the 2016/2017 season. We have identified many patterns in the match, as well too many individual errors. Therefore, some excercises of basic technical elements, situational excercises and playing forms are presented in the thesis. We have analysed five positions: centre-back, full-back, centre midfield, attacking midfield and centre forward. All excercises are specifically targeted and they represent a method of individual and group training, which defines even the smallest details. With this kind of individual approach the range and efficiency of the whole team will be higher.

Predmet istraživanja završnog rada likovno je stvaralaštvo Dušana Džamonje, kipara koji je kroz svoje djelovanje ukazao na autentičnost izražavanja likovnog svijeta i neodustajanja od stvaralačkih vizija. Cilj istraživanja je objasniti ulogu i važnost umjetnikovog djelovanja te objasniti postupke i tehnike realiziranja njegovih djela. Završni rad govori o autorovoj biografiji, likovnoj stvaralačkoj sintezi i temeljima na kojima se baziraju radovi. U tekstu su opisana skulpturalno-prostorna istraživanja koja govore zbog čega je prostor važno gradivno sredstvo, kako se gradi kontinuirano stvaralaštvo, te objašnjava koju ulogu postižu materija i ritam u skulpturi i crtežu. Posebno su istaknute značajke o Džamonjinom eksperimentiranju s materijalima, o uspjelim i neuspjelim eksperimentima koji su u konačnici doveli do autentičnog izražavanja te važnosti tehnike i materije u kojima su realizirana djela. Istražena je umjetnikova morfologija, važnost sfernih oblika i uzajamno djelovanje prostora i forme te umjetnički koncept koji nam objašnjava o dezintegraciji okrugle forme i ukazuje na nove likovne segmente. Simboli u skulpturi govore nam o ranijoj fazi stvaralaštva u kojoj je umjetnik izabrao lik jelena i prikazao ga na ekspresivno svojstven način. Isto tako, razložili su se značajni projekti, skulpturalno-arhitektonska ostvarenja, od idejnih maketa do realiziranih djela postavljenih u prostor, tretirajući skulpturu kao arhitekturu te vizija o ujedinjenju skulpture i arhitekture uklopljene u znakovitu i čudesnu prirodnu okolinu. The subject of final research is the artistic creation of Dušan Džamonja. A sculptor who has demonstrated through his work the authenticity of expressing the visual world and not giving up on the creative vision. The aim of the research is to explain the role and importance of the artist's work, and to explain the procedures and techniques for realizing his work. The final paper deals with the author's biography, visual creative synthesis and the foundations on which the works are based. The text describes sculptural - spatial explorations that indicate why space is an important building material, how to build continuous creativity, and explains the role of matter and rhythm in sculpture and drawing. Particularly highlighted are the features of Džamonja's experimenting with materials, successful and unsuccessful experiments that ultimately led to authentic expression. The importance of the techniques and materials in which the works are realized. In the artist's morphology, the importance of sphere forms and the mutual action of space and form. The art concept that explains the disintegration of the round shape and points to new visual segments. Symbols in sculpture tell us about the earlier stage of creativity in which the artist chose the image of the deer and displayed it in an expressive manner. Significant projects, sculptural - architectural achievements, from conceptual models to accomplished works placed in space, treating sculpture as an architecture. A vision of the unification of sculpture and architecture embedded in a sign and marvelous natural environment.

149. Senzomotorična igrača kot sredstvo tehniškega opismenjevanja v predšolskem obdobju

Osnovni namen diplomskega dela je umestiti celovito senzomotorično igračo kot primerno sredstvo za spoznavanje realnega sveta tehnike, nabiranje izkušenj in razvijanje spretnosti ob manipulaciji z raznimi tehničnimi predmeti. Želela sem podati model zgodnjega tehniškega opismenjevanja, kjer sem bila zelo uspešna. V teoretičnem delu so predstavljene in razložene osnovne značilnosti tehnike, tehnologije in tehnično izobraževanje. Kasneje pišem o umetniških in tehniških dejavnostih, ki prinašajo otrokom veselje, vznemirjenost in zadovoljstvo. Predstavljena je tudi senzorna integracija, ki je pomembna, saj sestavi vse delčke informacij vseh čutov, ki se združijo v možganih na enem mestu in to možganom omogoča izkusiti situacijo kot celoto, ter uporabi telo za izvedbo naloge. V empiričnem delu podajam kriterijsko zasnovo senzomotorične igrače, kjer jo tudi podrobneje opišem, predstavim s slikami in tehničnimi risbami. Igračo sem tudi preizkusila v vrtcu, kjer je več skupin otrok (skupaj 185 otrok) v starosti 2–6 let nabiralo izkušnje z zasnovano senzomotorično igračo. Igračo so ovrednotile tudi pristne vzgojiteljice, in sicer je bilo v vzorec pri raziskavi z anketo vključenih 20 vzgojiteljic, ki so s svojo skupino preizkusile senzomotorično tablo. Uporabljeno je bilo kvantitativno zbiranje podatkov z lastnim instrumentom opazovanja in z anketo po lestvici od 1 do 5. Želela sem ugotoviti, kakšen je pogled vzgojiteljev na samo igračo, na kateri so predmeti iz realnega življenja ter od katerih jih starejši odvračamo in celo strašimo. V tem primeru gre predvsem za predmete tehniškega značaja. Na podlagi raziskovalnih hipotez so rezultati pokazali, da se največ strokovnih delavk strinja, da je igrača primerna za igro in da je sama vsebina, ki jo igrača predstavlja, zelo primerna. Največ strokovnih delavk je bilo mnenja, da je igrača najbolj primerna za starost 4–6 in 3–4 leta. Celo 50 % jih je mnenja, da bi igrača bila primerna tudi za 2–3 leta stare otroke. Na osnovi igre otrok, mnenj vzgojiteljic in svojega opazovanja lahko predvidim naslednji spremembi: (1) na sami igrači bi bilo treba zamenjati uro iz umetne mase z leseno, ki bi bila bolj trpežna na udarce, (2) mini vodnjak bi v prihodnje potreboval bazen, v katerega bi iztekala voda. Senzomotorična igrača, ki sem jo predstavila v delu, je primerno sredstvo za razvoj tehniške pismenosti tako za prvo kot drugo starostno obdobje v vrtcu. Vzgojiteljice bodo z mojim delom dobile boljši vpogled v tehnično vzgojo ter hkrati imele vzorčni model za zgodnje tehniško opismenjevanje in uvajanje otrok v svet tehnike in tehnologije. The basic purpose of my dissertation is to introduce an overall senso-motoric toy as an appropriate means to study the real world of design and technology, gain experiences and develop skills while manipulating with various technical objects. We wished to give a model of an early technical learning, with which we were very successful. In the theoretical section, the basic characteristics of design and technology and technical education are presented and explained. Further on we speak about the artistic and technical activities which bring joy, excitement and satisfaction to children. We also deal with sensorial integration which is important because it puts together all bits of information of all senses, that are combined in brains on one spot. This enables the brains to experience the situation as a whole, and uses the body to carry out the task. The empirical section gives a criterion-referenced design of a senso-motoric toy, together with its detailed description, pictures and technical drawings. We have also tested the toy in the kindergarten where several groups of children (185 children in total) from 2 to 6 years gained experiences from the designed senso-motoric toy. The toy was also evaluated by real educators. In a sample survey research 20 educators with their groups tested the senso-motoric board. Quantitative data gathering with own instrument for observation and a survey scale from 1 to 5 were used. Our aim was to find out what was the opinion of educators about the toy itself with objects from real life from which children are intimidated and even made afraid by adults. In this case it is mainly about objects of technical character. On the basis of research hypothesis the results show that most of the professional workers agree that the toy is appropriate for children to play and that the substance itself which the toy represents, is also very convenient. The most of professional workers think that the toy is the most appropriate for children aged 4 to 6 years and from 3 to 4 years. Even 50% of them believe that the toy would be suitable also for 2 to 3 years old children. Considering the playing of children, opinions of educators and my observations we can foresee the following changes: (1) the clock made of synthetic material should be replaced by a wooden clock that will be more resistant to blows, and (2) in the future, the miniature well will need a pool into which the water will flow out. The senso-motoric toy which we present in this dissertation is an appropriate medium for the development of technical knowledge both for the first as well as the second age period in the kindergarten. With our work the educators will get a better insight into the technical education and at the same time they will have a sample model for an early technical teaching and introduction of children into the world of design and technology.
