Sesli sinemaya geçildikten sonra filmlerde konuşmanın kullanılmaya başlaması, başta gelenlerinin kurgu estetiğindeki değişim ve dönüşümler olduğu birtakım estetik sorunların ortaya çıkmasına yol açmıştır. Filmsel sesin üç temel ontolojik bileşeni vardır: konuşma, müzik ve ses efektleri. Bu üçü arasında konuşma, görsel-işitsel bir sanat olan sinemada önemli bir anlatım aracıdır. Çünkü konuşmalar yalnızca karakterler arasında ya da izleyiciyle ilişki kurmakla kalmaz, fakat aynı zamanda anlatımda dramatik işlevler de yüklenir. Konuşma, özellikle edebi ve teatral uyarlamalarda kendine özgü nitelikler taşır. Örneğin, konuşma tiyatro oyunlarında olay örgüsünün gelişimine yön verici bir yapıdayken, sinemada imgelerle etkileşime girerek öyküyü oluşturmaya yönelik çeşitli işlevler üstlenir. Bu işlevlere ifade, efekt yoluyla sessel biçim, özdüşünümsel iç konuşmalar, dış-ses/üst-ses ve monologlar yoluyla anlam yaratımı ve anlatının devamlılığını sağlama örnek verilebilir. Bu çalışmada, filmsel sesin asal unsuru olan konuşmaların türleri, fonksiyonları ve yüklendikleri roller ele alınarak, bunlara ilişkin kavram ve tanımlamaların açınımı yapılmış ve bunlara ilişkin film örnekleri verilmiştir. Örnek filmlerin seçiminde, sinema kitaplarında ses (konuşmalar) uygulaması öne çıkan ve bu anlamda özellik taşıyan filmlere öncelikli olarak yer verilmiştir., After transition to sound cinema, the use of dialogue in films brought about certain aesthetical problems, changes and transitions in editing aesthetics being the primary ones. Sound in cinema has three ontological facets: Dialogue, music and sound effects. Among these three, dialogue is an important narrative tool in cinema. For dialogues do not only form a relationship between the characters or with the audience, they also have dramatic narrative roles. In terms of literary or the theatrical adaptations, dialogues have particular characteristics. For example, while dialogues dominate the development of storyline in theatre plays, in cinema they perform certain functions in an interaction with images to create a story. Creating expressions, effects through sound modalities, self-reflective, inner dialogues, voice-overs and contents through monologues, and ensuring the continuity of the narrative can be counted among such functions. This article explains and discusses the types, functions and roles undertaken by dialogues in cinema through particular examples. The example films were selected regarding their particular employment of sound and dialogues in the history of cinema.

Bu makale çalış masında bireysel sendika özgürlüğü ve bu sendika özgürlüğünün kullanılmasının engellenmesi suçu incelenmiş tir. Bu in- celeme kapsamında, ilk önce bireysel sendika özgürlüğünün anayasa ve yasadaki düzenleniş ine yer verilmiş tir. Daha sonra bireysel sendika öz- gürlüğü, olumlu (pozitif) ve olumsuz (negatif) sendika özgürlüğü olarak ikiye ayrılmış tır. Sendika özgürlüğünün kullanılmasının engellenmesi suçu incelenirken, suçun maddi ve manevi unsurları, teş ebbüs, iş tirak, içtima konuları ele alınmış tır. In this article the freedom of the individual unions in the study and prevention of criminal use of the trade union freedom were investigated. The scope of this review is given to the arrangement of the first individual trade union freedom in the constitution and the law. Then individual union freedom, positive (positive) and negative (negative) is divided into the freedom of trade unions. Prevention of crime while examining the use of trade union freedom, the spiritual and material elements of the offense, attempt, participation, mixed offence.

Specimens collected from Veliköprüsü in Thrace (European Turkey), Akçaalan (Abant, Bolu), Akkus, (Ordu), and Meryemana (Trabzon), which is the type locality of M. majori, were examined according to morphological, external, cranial, bacular, phallic and karyological characters. Specimens from Thrace were included in Microtus subterraneus. Populations of M. subterraneus in Thrace karyologically differ from those in Anatolia, the former having 2n = 52 chromosomes, NFa = 56, NF =60, and the latter 2n = 54 chromosomes, NFa = 56, NF = 60. The karyotype of M. majori at its type locality contains 2n = 54 chromosomes along with NFa = 56 and NF = 60. The tail length, phallus and karyological characters distinguish M. subterraneus from M. majori., Akçaalan (Abant, Bolu), Akkuş (Ordu) ve Microtus majori’nin tip yeri olan Meryemana (Trabzon)’dan toplanan örnekler dış, kafatası, baculum, phallus ve karyolojik özelliklerine göre incelendi. Trakya örnekleri Microtus subterraneus’a dahil edildi. M. subterraneus’un Trakya populasyonları karyolojik olarak Anadolu populasyonlarından ayrılmaktadır ve Trakya örnekleri 2n = 52, NFa = 56 ve NF =60, Anadolu örnekleri ise 2n = 54, NFa = 56 ve NF = 60 karyolojik değerlerine sahiptir. M. majori’nin tip yerinde toplanan örnekleri 2n = 54, NFa = 56 ve NF = 60 değerlerine sahiptir. Kuyruk uzunluğu, phallus ve karyolojik özellikler M. subterraneus’u M. majori’den ayırmaktadır.

Thirteen specimens of Hemiechinus auritus collected in Turkey were examined for external, cranial, karyological and phallic characteristics along with postnatal development. The karyotype of H. auritus has 2n = 48 chromosomes, NFa = 92 and NF = 96. The X chromosome is a large metacentric and the Y chromosome is the smallest metacentric. There are two rows of spines on the dorsal of the glans penis. The pups were born with an average weight of 6.74 g, and they opened their eyes and ears 20 days after birth. Weaning took place on day 31., Türkiye’den toplanan önüç örnek doğum sonrası gelişme ile beraber dış, kafatası, karyolojik ve phallus karakterlerine göre incelendi. H. auritus’un karyotipi 2n = 48, NFa = 92 ve NF = 96’lık değerlere sahiptir. X kromozomu büyük metasentrik ve Y kromozomu en küçük metasentriktir. Glans penisin dorsal yüzeyinde iki sıra halinde dikensi yapılar vardır. Yavrular ortalama 6,74 gr. ağırlığında doğdular, gözleri ve kulakları 20 günde açıldı, sütten kesilme 31 günde vukubuldu.

In this study, ecology and biology of Microtus guentheriwere investigated based on both field and laboratory observations along with its effects on agricultural crops. It was determined that this vole has a shallow burrow with numerous entrances and does not store food in its burrow. In captivity, M. guentherigave litters from September to June and a female produced 42 pups, being seven litters during a reproduction season. The duration of pregnancy varied 20 to 21 days. The average litter size was 5.5 and young were born in an average weight of 3.3 g. The fur developed at an age of 10 days, the eyes and the ears opened on 12 - 16 days. The young began to feed freely on 15 days. Weaning took place at an age of 21 - 24 days. It was determined that, if outbreaks of this vole occurs and holes are abundantly seen in the edge of fields, control measures should be taken by deep ploughing of the field edges and using snap trap to avoid its likely harmful effects.

The reproductive data along with some ecological observations of Gerbillus dasyurus are reported based on field studies and investigations in captivity. The findings indicate that the favorable habitat of G. dasyurus is rocky areas with sparse vegetated soil and that the reproduction period extends from January to September. According to the reproductive data, the average weight at birth is 2.22 g., litter size ranges from 3 to 9, with an average of 5.66, a female gives three litters during a reproduction period. The eyes and ears also open at 16 days, weaning takes place at 32 days, and they become free at 41 days.

The skull, teeth, phallus and bacula of Microtus guentheri specimens raised in the laboratory were investigated at different stages of postnatal development. The most of the cranial measurements attained those of adults on day 60. There were determined to be some morphological differences between the skulls of young and adult voles. The incisors and the molars began to erupt at 3 and 6 days, respectively. It was shown that there was no difference in respect to the phallic and bacular morphology between young and adults except for size. The proximal bacula became larger during the period between juvenile life and adulthood. Findings showed that the morphological peculiarities of skull, teeth, phallus and baculum during postnatal development may be also useful in determining the age of the sepicimens.

In this study, globulin and albumin proteins of Apodemus mystacinus and Apodemus agrarius were examined using the SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) technique. In A. mystacinus, there were 7-8 bands in the globulin region and 2-3 bands in the prealbumin zone. It was determined that there were variations in both the globulin region and prealbumin zone in populations of A. mystacinus. In specimens of A. agrarius, nine bands appeared in the globulin region, and two bands were observed in the prealbumin zone. These findings showed that A. mystacinus differs from A. agrarius in respect to electrophoretic aspects of albumin and globulin proteins.

Bu çalışmada, Rattus norvegicus ve Rattus rattus’un Türkiye populasyonları eksternal, kranial, fallus, bakulum, diş morfolojileri ve karyolojileri dikkate alınarak araştırıldı. R. norvegicus’un eksternal, internal ve karyolojik karakterlerinin literatüre tamamen uyduğu saptandı. Ayrıca R. rattus’un dorsal ve ventral kürkünde çok değişik renk varyasyonların bulunduğu ve yaşlı örneklerde diş loblarının birleşmesi nedeniyle diş morfolojisinin bu iki türün ayrımında belirleyici bir karakter olmadığı belirlendi. Karyolojik çalışmalarda R. norvegicus ve R. rattus’un diploid ve temel kromozom kol sayılarının sırasıyla 42, 38 ve 64, 60 olduğu bulundu., In this study, the Turkish population of Rattus norvegicus and Rattus rattus were studied with regard to external, cranial, phalli, bacula and tooth crown morphology and karyotype. External, internal and karyologic characteristics of R. norvegicus were found to be consistent with previously published results. Additionally, it was determined that there are striking color variations in the dorsal and ventral fur of R. rattus and that crown morphology is not a definitive characteristic distinguishing these species because of connected lobes in old specimens. According to the karyological studies, the diploid chromosome numbers and fundamental numbers of R. norvegicus and R. rattus were found to be 42, 38 and 64, 60, respectively.

In this study, five specimens of Mustela nivalis collected from five localities in Turkey were examined based on karyological, morphological, bacular and some ecological aspects. The karyotype of M. nivalis has 2n=42, NFa=72 and FN=76. The baculum seems to be similar to that of specimens of M. nivalis dinniki from Erivan (Armenia).

In this study, specimens of Meriones tristrami were assigned to four different age groups according to wear on the teeth. Specimens at an age of 30 days with only their incisors appearing from their alveoli are referred to as newborn. Specimens from 45 days - five months old with their molar teeth and their lateral folds just proceding from the alveolus are referred to as young. Specimens six - sixteen months old with their lateral folds extended from the half of molar crown height, and M3 and M3 having reached to the level of M2 and M2 are referred to as adult. Specimens older than sixteen months with their lateral folds shorter than the half of molar crown height or almost absent from wear, their cup contours fractured by means of different stages of wearing, are referred to as old. Additionally, it was shown that molar teeth as well as incisors had grown throughout life according to the findings of projecting and wearning stages of lateral folds.

Hibernation pattern and changes in the body weight of juvenile and adult dormice, Glis glis orientalis, kept in uncontrolled conditions were investigated. It was determined that G.g.orientalis entered hibernation on October 28 when its body weight was 180 g and the ambient temperature was below 18 ºC, which seems to be the critical temperature for entering hibernation. Although body weight has an important role in entering hibernation at the beginning of the hibernation season, dormice hibernated as the hibernation season progressed regardless of their body weight. Adult dormice arose from hibernation during the period of May 13 to June 6. The maximum uninterrupted period of hibernation was 31 days in adult dormice and 36 days in juveniles. An adult dormouse spent 181 days in hibernation during the hibernation season. There were periodic cycles, varying from 1 to 6 weeks, in the body weight of G.g.orientalis., Değişen şartlarda tutulan Glis glis orientalis’in vücut ağırlığındaki değişiklikler ve hibernasyonu araştırıldı. G.g.orientalis’in 18 ºC’nin altındaki ortam sıcaklığında ve 180 g. vücut ağırlığında hibernasyona girdiği ve 18 ºC’lik çevre sıcaklığının hibernasyona giriş için kritik sıcaklık olduğu saptandı. Vücut ağırlığının hibernasyon sezonunun başlangıcında hibernasyona girmede önemli bir role sahip olmasına rağmen, hibernasyon sezonu ilerledikçe G.g.orientalis’in vücut ağırlığı ne olursa olsun hibernasyona girdiği görüldü. Ergin yediuyurlar 13 Mayıs ile 6 Haziran tarihleri arasında hibernasyondan uyandılar. Maksimum kesintisiz hibernasyon periyodu erginlerde 31 gün gençlerde ise 36 gün olarak saptandı. Ergin bir yediuyur bir hibernasyon sesonu boyunca 181 gün hibernasyonda kaldı. G.g.orientalis’in vücut ağırlığında 1-6 hafta arasında değişen periyodik sikluslar tespit edildi.

Karyological, morphological, bacular and phallic aspects of Prometheomys schaposchnikowi were examined based on 22specimens collected in Ardanuç and Ardahan. The diploid number of chromosomes is 2n=56, the number of autosomal arms isNFa=100, and the fundamental number is NF=104, the X chromosome is a large submetacentric, and the Y chromosome is thesmallest metacentric. In adults, sagittal crest begins in frontal region, ends in parietal region into two parts. The phallus is covered with spines. The length of phallus is 15.94 mm in average. The median part of distal baculum is 1.51 in length. Proximal baculum is 3.74 mm in length.

In this study, the hibernation of ground squirrels ( Spermophilus xanthoprymnus) distributed in Central Anatolia were studied in laboratory and field conditions. According to our findings, the hibernation period of ground squirrels began at the end of August and terminated in mid February. The longest and shortest hibernation bouts of ground squirrels were found to be 100 and 21 days, respectively. In this period, the longest ununterrupted hibernation was 13 days. Ground squirrels gained weight during the early months of summer and then lost weight constantly throughout hibernation period. No marked periodic cycles were observed in the periods of weight loss, and ground squirrels lost an average of 28% of their total body weight during this period.

The qualitative and quantitative aspects of benthic fauna of Lake Akşehir were studied along with monthly changes. Benthic samples were taken monthly from nine different stations between July 1992 and June 1993. It was determined that the benthic fauna of the lake consist of five animal groups: Insecta, Oligochaeta, Crustacea, Nematoda, Mollusca and 27 genera of these. It was found that the annual mean value of benthic fauna as the animal number per m2 was 1754.08. Of these 51.55 % were Chironomidae larvae, 45.97 % were Oligochaeta samples and 2.48 % were other benthic invertebrates . It was found that the annual mean value of benthic fauna as fresh weight per m2 was 5.57 g. Of these Chironomidae larvae were 82.49 %, Oligochaeta samples were 13.57 % and other benthic invertebrates were 3.94 %. The water and air temperatures, pH, oxygen, salinity, electric conductivity, light permeability, total hardness °F, nitrate, chlorine, sulphate, orthophosphate, ammonia and alkalinity of the lake were also measured.

We examined 529 specimens of Mus domesticus and Mus macedonicus from Turkey, in terms of their morphological, bacular, and phallic aspects. The zygomatic index (ZI) varied from 0.32 to 0.47 in M. domesticus, and 0.60 to 0.85 in M. macedonicus. The head plus body length/tail length (H+B/T) index varied from 0.87 to 1.05 in M. domesticus, and 1.08 to 1.78 in M. macedonicus. The zygomatic plate is straight or convex in M. domesticus and M. macedonicus. The ventral wing of the parietal is generally tortuous in M. domesticus and is protruding or straight in M. macedonicus. The anterolabial cusp on M1 is missing or indistinct in M. domesticus and is forwardly prominent in M. macedonicus. Characteristics of the baculum and phallus did not differentiate M. domesticus from M. macedonicus.

In this preliminary study, nine Stone Martens were recorded from different localities in Turkey. Their morphological characteristics were found to be consistent with previously published papers. However, the throat patches of Turkish Stone Martens show variations with respect to shape. In addition, it was determined that the morphologic and biometric characteristics of Turkish samples were consistent with those of M. f. syriaca. According to the karyological findings, the diploid number of chromosomes and the fundamental number were 38 and 76, respectively., Bu ön çalışmada; Türkiye’nin değişik lokalitelerinden dokuz Kaya Sansarı kaydedildi. Bunların morfolojik karakterlerinin daha önce yayınlanmış makalelerle uygunluk gösterdiği bulundu. Ancak Türkiye Kaya sansarlarının gögüs lekeleri şekil bakımından varyasyonlar göstermektedir. Ayrıca Türkiye örneklerinin morfolojik ve biyometrik karakterlerinin M. f. syriaca ile uygunluk gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Karyolojik bulgulara göre; diploid kromozom ve temel kol sayısı sırasıyla 38 ve 76’dır

Nonspecific esterases in the muscle, heart, kidney and liver tissues of wild rats (Rattus norvegicus) were examined by horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. Zymogram bands corresponding to Es-10 and Es-4 in the muscle, heart, kidney and liver homogenates, Es-3 and Es-17 in the kidney and liver, Es-18 in the liver tissue, Es-15 in kidney and liver, Es-2 in the muscle and heart, Es-16 in the heart tissue were detected. These findings showed that nonspecific esterases are very polymorphic and tissue-specific, and are not of taxonomic importance for the populations of Rattus norvegicus.

In this study, 18 live specimens collected from six localities in the distribution areas of Mesocricetus brandti and Mesocricetus auratus were examined using SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). The findings showed that there is no difference in globulin and albumin proteins of M. brandti and M. auratus, and supported the claim that M. auratus is very closely related to M. brandti.

The blood serum proteins of 35 live specimens of Rattus rattus and Rattus norvegicus collected from ten localities in Turkey were examined by SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulphate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). Globulin, albumin, postalbumin, and prealbumin proteins in blood serum showed different electrophoretic patterns in populations of R. rattusand R. norvegicus.Because of the variations in electrophoretic patterns of both species, these patterns do not seem to be diagnostic characters in distinguishing R. rattus from R. norvegicus.

The globulin, albumin, postalbumin, and prealbumin proteins of Apodemus flavicollis and Apodemus hermonensiswere examined by SDS-PAGE. In A. flavicollis and A. hermonensis respectively, 6-9 and 7-9 electrophoretic bands were determined in the globulin region, respectively. Both species have one band in the postalbumin zone, and two bands in the prealbumin zone. A. flavicollis differs from A. hermonensisin terms of postalbumin.

In this study, we investigated the genetic relationship and population differentiation within and among Apis florea populations sampled from three states in Iran, by using RAPD-PCR analysis. A total of 158 A. florea colonies from nine locations belonging to Ilam, Khuzestan and Bushehr states of Iran were evaluated. Of the 25 RAPD primers tested, 10 were identified with a total of 115 fragments. The populations included in this study showed high levels of genetic variation (H=0.21). According to genetic distance, the most genetically distant populations were Soush and Dezful, and the most similar populations were Sarollah and Musiyan. A. florea populations from three states grouped as only one big cluster on the tree based on Nei genetic distance. Isolation by distance test showed no significant relation between geographic and genetic distance. However, populations within each state showed higher similarities than the populations of other states. Test edilen 25 primerden 10 tanesi toplamda 115 fragment ile belirlendi. Bu çalışmadaki popülasyonlar yüksek düzeyde genetik varyasyon göstermiştir (H=0.21). Genetik uzaklığa göre, genetik olarak en uzak popülasyonlar Soush ve Dezful; ve en yakın popülasyonlar Sarollah ve Musiyan’dır. Nei genetik uzaklığına bağlı olarak oluşturulan ağaçta üç eyaletteki A. floreapopülasyonları sadece tek bir büyük küme olarak gruplanmıştır. Uzaklık ile izolasyon testi, coğrafik ve genetik uzaklık arasında anlamlı bir ilişki göstermemiştir. Ancak her eyaletteki popülasyonlar, diğer eyaletlerdeki popülasyonlardan daha çok benzerlik göstermiştir.

Niteliği ne olursa olsun bütün anlatıların örtük bir dizge/sistem aracılığıyla oluşturulmasından dolayı; anlatı metinlerinin sistematik analizinde anlatıcı tipolojisinin saptanması asal unsurlardan biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır; çünkü sanatsal okuma süreçlerinde, metinlerin yapısal boyutlarını tanımlayıcı (descriptive) okumalar yapmak, anlatının niteliğinin daha iyi tanımlanabilmesi için bir ön koşul gibidir., Narrator is one of the main aspects of story telling. The aim of this work is to search on the way the narrator emerges as a story telling vehicle in cinematography and explain it with the samples. Narrator, can be described as a virtual person, mediates between the artist and the reader/ spectator, tells about the happenings, situations and so on. This medium-person that exists in this virtual land can appear in different forms while it explains what was happening. Since all the narrations are made up of a covered systematics, description of the narrator typology is one of the main aspects on analysing the narrative texts. Because, descriptive readings of text structures is a necessary understand the type of narrative.

Yeni İran Sineması olarak adlandırılan sinema, günümüz dünyası sinema alanında önemli ve farklıbir nitelik olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu sinemanın inşa ettiği sinema dili 'ana akım' sinemaya pek de benzemeyen, kültürel ve ahlaki olarak farklı bir yapı ortaya koymaktadır. Kültürel olarak bir taraftan görsel, diğer taraftan sözsel ilişkiye dayanırken; ahlaki olarak en sıradan yaşamkesitinin bile bir dünya olduğunu, hayatın ayrıntılarını, çocuk bakışındaki naifliğin zenginliğini, sıradan insanların derin hayat çatışmalarını dine dayalı bir anlayış üzerinden inşa etmektedir.Kültürel ve ahlaki temelli bu anlayışı; yalın, minimal bir gerçeklik üzerinden sinematografiye dönüştürürken varoluşsal temaları da kendine özgü bir yönelimin izleriyle anlatmaktadır.

As one of the media which produce meaning, cinema has a considerably potent linguistic structure. Every film reproduces the content of its text through methods of visualization. During the production of image in cinema, artificial lighting is an indispensible element just as naturel lighting because the director is able to create meaning in visual images by conducting formal operations on light and its effects. The objective of lighting design in cinema is not obtaining a certain lighting level but constructing an aesthetic structure which reflects the desired effect. Through a conscious design and light effects, feelings like horror, sorrow and happiness can be represented within a web of meanings. This study analyses the methods of using lighting to create meaning in cinema and presents semantic analyses of three films selected as samples through content analysis method, Sinema, anlam üretme mecralarından biri olarak oldukça güçlü bir dil yapısına sahiptir ve her film, sahip olduğu metnin anlamını, görselleştirme yöntemleriyle var eder. Sinemada görüntünün oluşturulmasında, doğal ışık kadar aydınlatma da yaşamsal öğelerden biridir, çünkü yönetmen, sinematografinin diğer unsurlarıyla beraber ışık ve aydınlatma üzerinde biçimsel düzenlemeler yaptığı görüntülerle anlamı yaratabilir. Sinemada ışık tasarımının amacı, belli bir aydınlatma düzeyi elde etmek değil, istenilen etkiyi sağlayan estetik bir yapı kurabilmektir. Bilinçli bir tasarım aracılığıyla, korku, üzüntü, sevinç gibi duygular ışık yoluyla anlam bağıntıları içinde örgülenerek seyircilere aktarılır. Bu çalışmada aydınlatmanın sinemada anlam yaratmak için nasıl kullanıldığı ele alınmış; örneklem olarak seçilen üç filmin içerik analizi yöntemiyle anlamsal çözümlemesiyapılmıştır.

Lighting appears as a synthesis of creativity and technical knowledge in a film as whole the production process itself. One of the basic ways to create emotional effects is the accurate use of the lighting tools. Directors can establish the mood they wish to create by lighting the object from different angles, with different quantities at each scene they take, when creating their narratives. It’s a necessity for a director to know a variation of lighting techniques to create the best effect on the scene., Sinemada ışık tasarımı, tüm tasarım süreçlerinde olduğu gibi yaratıcı düşüncenin teknik bilgiyle birleştirilmesi sonucunda ortaya çıkar. Anlatıda, görsel ve duygusal etkilerin yaratılabilmesinin temel bileşenlerinden biri de doğru bir ışık düzenlenmesi yapılmasıdır. Yönetmenler anlatılarını kurarken, çektikleri her sahnede konuyu belli bir yönden aydınlatarak; konu üzerinde düşen ışığın miktarını ve biçimini düzenleyerek yaratmak istedikleri sonuçları elde edebilirler. Bu nedenle, çekilecek her sahnede en iyi etkinin oluşturabilmesi için farklı varyasyonlara uygun ışıklandırma tekniklerinin bilinmesi bir zorunluluk gibidir.

Every film reproduces the content of its text through methods of visualization. During the production of image in cinema, artificial lighting is an indispensible element just as naturel lighting because the director is able to create meaning in visual images by conducting formal operations on light and its effects. The objective of lighting design in cinema is not obtaining a certain lighting level but constructing an aesthetic structure which reflects the desired effect. Through a conscious design and light effects, feelings like horror, sorrow and happiness can be represented within a web of meanings. This study analyses the methods of using lighting to create meaning in cinema and presents semantic analyses of three films selected as samples through content analysis method.

Bu sinemanın inşa ettiği sinema dili ‘ana akım’ sinemaya pek de benzemeyen, kültürel ve ahlaki olarak farklı bir yapı ortaya koymaktadır. Kültürel olarak bir taraftan görsel, diğer taraftan sözsel ilişkiye dayanırken; ahlaki olarak en sıradan yaşam kesitinin bile bir dünya olduğunu, hayatın ayrıntılarını, çocuk bakışındaki naifliğin zenginliğini, sıradan insanların derin hayat çatışmalarını dine dayalı bir anlayış üzerinden inşa etmektedir. Kültürel ve ahlaki temelli bu anlayışı; yalın, minimal bir gerçeklik üzerinden sinematografiye dönüştürürken varoluşsal temaları da kendine özgü bir yönelimin izleriyle anlatmaktadır., The term: ‘Iranian New Wave’ is often used to describe the films whose film language are far more different than the mainstream, besides having a different structure in culture and moral bases. Culturally this cinema depends on relations between the visual and and oral, while morally reflects that even the most ordinary lifes are worth to be filmed, the details of life, the richness of a child’s naivity and the deepest challange of the ordinary people from a religious perspective. This cinema reflects this cultural and moral based understanding in a simple and minimal reality, while it narrates the existentialist themes in a unique tendency.

In this study, results and 265 Spalax specimens obtained from the field studies performed between 1994 and 2002 were used. According to these data, reproduction period of Turkish Spalax Guldenstaedt, 1770 lasted from February to July. Turkish Spalax was distributed in areas from sea level up to 2900 meters such as cultivated areas, sparse woodland, steppes, mountain slopes where ground was suitable for burrowing, but not in dense forest. They were not distributed around Kırklareli in Thrace, costal part of Black Sea region and Antalya district, southern and southeastern parts of Van Lake. Their burrows consisted of a nest chamber, toilet room, storage room, and feeding galleries close to surface. They were feed on carrot, potato, onion, wheat seeds and clover in laboratory conditions. When they found in cultivated areas, they can cause damage especially to potatoes, onion, carrot, garlic and sugar beet. Blind mole rats were feed on underground parts and sometimes leaves of plants. Population density could reach up to 6 animals in an area of 1000 m2. Sex ratio was determined as 40.77 % for males and 59.23 % for females based on 260 specimens identified sexually., Bu çalışmada 1994 – 2002 yılları arasında yapılan arazi çalışmalarında elde edilen bulgular ve bu süre içinde yakalanan 265 Spalax Guldenstaedt, örnelerinden elde edilen veriler kullanıldı. Bu verilere göre Türkiye Spalax’larının üreme mevsimi özellikle yüksekliğe bağlı olarak Şubat ayından Temmuz ayına kadar sürmektedir. Ortalama yavru sayısı 2,2’dir. Türkiye Spalax’ları deniz seviyesinden yüksek dağ tepelerine (2900 m’ye dek) kadar uzanan tarım alanları, seyrek ağaçlı ormanlık alanlar, dağ yamaçları, step alanları gibi toprak yapısı yuvalanmaya elverişli pek çok alanda yayılış göstermekte, yoğun orman içlerine girmemektedirler. Türkiye’de Trakya’nın Kırklareli bölgesi, Antalya’nın sahil bölgesi, Karadeniz bölgesinin sahil şeridi ve Van Gölü’nün doğu ve güneydoğusunda bulunmamaktadır. Yuvaları bir ana oda, dışkı odası, besin depo odası ve yüzeysel beslenme galerilerinden oluşmaktadır. Laboratuvar şartlarında havuç, patates, soğan, buğday ve yonca yaprakları ile beslenmişlerdir. Tarım alanlarında bulunduğu taktirde özellikle patates, soğan, sarmısak, havuç, şeker pancarı gibi soğanlı ve yumrulu bitkilere zarar verebilmektedir. Kör fareler bitkilerin toprak altı yapıları ile beslenmekte, zaman zaman da yapraklarını besin olarak almaktadırlar. Populasyon yoğunluğu 1000 m2’de 6 bireye kadar yükselebilmektedir. Eşeyi bilinen 260 örneğe göre eşey oranı % 40,77 erkekler, % 59,23 dişiler şeklindedir

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hem aynı kültür dairesi içinde yer alan hem de farklı etkileşim alanları içinde bulunan komşu iki kültürün, süreç içinde ürettikleri beden kavramını, anlatı metinleri içinde nasıl biçimlendirdiklerini ve bunu sinematografik anlatılarına nasıl yansıttıklarının ipuçlarını aramaya yöneliktir. Beden, her zaman için üzerine giydirilmiş tanımlamalardan çok, zamanın ve coğrafyanın yarattığı toplumsal zihniyetler doğrultusunda şekillenip yeniden anlam yüklenen kavram olagelmiştir. ‘Beden-zaman-mekân’ ilintisi, karmaşık bir ağ içinde, toplumun kültürel topografyasını belirleyen epistemolojik parametrelerden biri olarak kabul edilmekte ve doğaldır ki bu parametre, bir anlatı formu olarak sinemada da benzer şekilde yerini almaktadır.
